技术领域
本发明涉及美容产品技术领域,具体是指一种塑颜紧致修护霜及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着年龄的增长和环境因素的影响,人的肌肤问题会越来越多,人们对护肤品的要求也越来越高,除了最基础的补水保湿产品,紧致抗皱、美白祛斑、抗敏修护、祛痘等各种功效产品越来越受到消费者的青睐。修护霜作为其中的一种功效产品,目前的市场需求和市场潜力都非常大,因为环境污染、紫外辐射、化妆品残留、过敏原等外部环境刺激,以及自然衰老、作息不规律、饮食不健康等导致的内在环境的改变,使得人们的肌肤或多或少都受到了伤害。但是目前使用修护产品的人群多为敏感肌人群,其原因一方面在于消费者对肌肤健康问题的认识不够深刻,没有发生严重肌肤问题的时候不太注重肌肤健康的管理,另一方面也在于目前市面上的部分修护产品在设计的时候只关注了杀菌、消除红肿、抗敏等表观问题,没有注重肌肤本身的健康修护。
众所周知,皮肤属于保护人体的第一道防御,皮肤屏障能锁住皮肤水分和油脂,并抵抗各种皮肤表面病菌入侵,但是当皮肤屏障受到损伤时,其抵御环境伤害的能力会大大降低,从而也会引发各种其它的肌肤问题。因此,研发一种兼顾“修”与“护”的修护产品是很有必要的,不仅能改善现有的肌肤问题,还能增强皮肤屏障,让肌肤更健康。只有肌肤健康了,过敏等肌肤问题才能从根本上得到改善。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服以上技术缺陷,提供一种塑颜紧致修护霜及其制备方法,能防止和缓解肌肤过敏以及增强皮肤屏障并重的修护霜,且为了满足更多客户的需求,加入了多种抗皱活性组分,这是一种注重皮肤健康护理的,多功效的面霜,不仅具有保湿、抗敏、修护和紧致的功效,长期使用还能改善皮肤屏障,让皮肤更健康。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种塑颜紧致修护霜,包括以下重量份原料:保湿剂4-8份、润肤剂10-15份、增稠剂2-3份、乳化剂2-4份、pH调节剂0.08-0.15份、抗氧化剂0.02-0.05份、功效组分1.5-3份、防腐剂0.5-1.0份、芳香剂0.02-0.1份、水65-75份。
所述保湿剂为赤藓醇、丁二醇、甘油中的任意一种。
所述润肤剂为肉豆蔻醇肉、豆蔻酸酯、碳酸二乙基己酯、丙二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯、季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、牛油果树果脂中的任意一种。
所述增稠剂为卡波姆、(丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠、卵磷脂)、鲸蜡硬脂醇中的任意一种。

一种塑颜紧致修护霜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将水加入到乳化锅中,依次加入赤藓醇、尿囊素,搅拌混合均匀,预先将卡波姆、丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠和卵磷脂的复配物和丁二醇搅拌混合均匀,加入到乳化锅中,均质5分钟,将锅内物料搅拌均匀,温度控制在83-85℃;
(2)、依次将油相润肤剂、乳化剂、鲸蜡硬脂醇、生育酚(维生素E)、季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯加入到油相锅中,搅拌熔解均匀,温度控制在83-85℃;
(3)、将混合好的油相物料抽入到乳化锅中,温度控制在83-85℃,中速均质10分钟以上,观察锅内物料均匀后,加入预先用去离子水溶解好的水解胶原、二肽-1,搅拌均匀后降温;
(4)、待锅内物料降温到70℃时,加入氨甲基丙醇搅拌混合均匀;
(5)、待锅内物料降温到45℃时,依次加入香精和剩余的功效组分,搅拌混合均匀,固体粉末类的活性物先用凉开水溶解完全后加入,防腐剂根据性质高温或低温加入;
(6)、待锅内物料降温到40℃时,观察锅内物料均匀无颗粒后检测出料。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:不仅注重过敏肌肤的预防与改善,还加入了生育酚(维生素E)、羧甲基β-葡聚糖钠以及多种植物提取物,从多方面来保护和增强皮肤屏障,从而增强皮肤的免疫能力、防晒能力、保湿能力和自我修复能力,最终改善皮肤状态;此外,鉴于目前市场上消费者群体对各种功效产品的需求,敏感肌消费者也有抗皱、美白等需求,但是又担心常规功效产品使用之后会导致过敏,因此,还加入了多种安全有效的多肽以及植物来源的多糖衍生物作为紧致抗皱功效成分,以满足敏感肌消费者对去皱功效的需求,同时,基于该修护霜保湿、抗敏、修护和紧致的多功效特点,可以满足敏感肌人群的更多需求。

一种塑颜紧致修护霜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将水加入到乳化锅中,依次加入赤藓醇、尿囊素,搅拌混合均匀,预先将卡波姆、丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠和卵磷脂的复配物和丁二醇搅拌混合均匀,加入到乳化锅中,均质5分钟,将锅内物料搅拌均匀,温度控制在83-85℃;
(2)、依次将油相润肤剂、乳化剂、鲸蜡硬脂醇、生育酚(维生素E)、季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯加入到油相锅中,搅拌熔解均匀,温度控制在83-85℃;
(3)、将混合好的油相物料抽入到乳化锅中,温度控制在83-85℃,中速均质10分钟以上,观察锅内物料均匀后,加入预先用去离子水溶解好的水解胶原、二肽-1,搅拌均匀后降温;
(4)、待锅内物料降温到70℃时,加入氨甲基丙醇搅拌混合均匀;
(5)、待锅内物料降温到45℃时,依次加入香精和剩余的功效组分,搅拌混合均匀,固体粉末类的活性物先用凉开水溶解完全后加入,防腐剂根据性质高温或低温加入;
(6)、待锅内物料降温到40℃时,观察锅内物料均匀无颗粒后检测出料。
功效组分中:尿囊素是一种物美价廉的保湿剂和抗敏剂,不仅能够保持皮肤水分,维持肌肤水分的生理平衡,还能缓解活性物对肌肤的刺激,并且促进细胞组织的生长,加快伤口愈合速度;
生育酚(维生素E)是一种可以多方面预防皮肤损伤的活性物,作为光保护剂,不仅有助于减少晒伤细胞的形成,减少紫外线引起的红斑,还能减少日光对肌肤损伤带来的皱纹,此外,生育酚(维生素E)还能减少促炎反应,从而预防皮肤屏障损伤;
水解胶原和二肽-1的复配物能增加角质层的保水力,增强皮肤光滑柔嫩度;可在皮肤上形成精细的薄膜,有立刻紧肤的效果,同时直接渗透到皮肤真皮层,重整肌肤纤维组织机构,促进细胞新陈代谢,延缓细胞衰老,使细小皱纹得到舒缓;此外,该复配物还能刺激细胞分裂增殖、分化修复受损细胞,愈合伤口,降低紫外线(UVB)对皮肤的伤害;
生物糖胶-1是一种生物多糖,赋予即时和长效的成膜、保湿效果,同时还具有舒缓、消炎、抗衰老的作用;
羧甲基β-葡聚糖钠能够特异性激活人体皮肤中的朗格罕氏细胞,使之发生免疫级联反应,从而增强皮肤的免疫能力、防晒能力、保湿能力和自我修复能力,最终改善皮肤状态;
肌肽是一种天然存在的二肽,可以清除自由基、抗氧化、抗糖化,防止肌肤衰老,帮助肌肤回复弹性、抚平细纹;
七种国内外公认的最具舒敏功效的植物提取物,不仅能够减少炎症和神经性疼痛,控制皮肤瘙痒,还能提高皮肤屏障功能,净化肌肤,抑菌抗菌,做到防护和修复相结合;
功效测评
空白对照组:100%去离子水;
对比例1:按制备方法未添加任何紧致修护类功效组分的面霜;
实施例1:在对比例1的基础上添加了修护功效组分:尿囊素、生育酚(维生素E)、水解胶原和二肽-1、生物糖胶-1、羧甲基β-葡聚糖钠和七种植物提取物的面霜;
实施例2:在对比例1的基础上添加了紧致功效组分:水解胶原和二肽-1、生物糖胶-1、肌肽的面霜;
实施例3:按制备方法添加了所有功效组分的面霜。
效果评价:
测试对象及使用方法:选取80例男性或女性志愿者,其中敏感肌肤的患者和皮肤健康、无皮肤病过敏史的志愿者各半,年龄20-50岁。将健康肌肤志愿者和敏感肌志愿者分为两大组,敏感肌志愿者为A组,健康肌肤志愿者为B组,再将两大组志愿者分别分为4小组,每组10人,试验者每天早晚洁面后,分别使用上述对比例1和实施例1-3的面霜,早晚各一次,连续使用3个月。
人体皮肤斑贴试验
试验方法:在受试志愿者手臂内侧用记号笔画取5个3cm*3cm区域,用5mm厚度的新鲜山药切片在划定区域内均匀涂抹30秒,2分钟后受试志愿者涂抹山药切片的区域开始产生肌肤敏感应激反应,若无观察到此反应,则不选用该志愿者做实验。分别在4个受试区域内均匀涂抹5ml的配方对比例1、实施例1、实施例2、实施例3和空白对照组的样品并开始计时,记录从涂抹样品开始到肌肤敏感应激反应缓解所经过的时间并取其平均值。

从表1可以看出,空白对照组中皮肤敏感应激反应缓解所需平均时间在40分钟以上,而对比例1中涂抹了没有添加修护功效组分的面霜,缓解时间稍有减少,其原因在于面霜中的保湿润肤成分,对肌肤敏感也有一定的舒缓作用;
而实施例1中使用了添加量修护功效组分的面霜后,缓解时间大幅度缩减至4.1分钟,说明本发明所选用的修护活性成分具有很好的舒缓抗敏的作用;
实施例2中所使用的面霜,由于添加的活性物主要是起紧致抗皱作用的,因此舒缓时间要比实施例1要长很多,但是由于其中的生物糖胶-1、水解胶原和二肽-1不仅具有抗皱功效,同时还有具有舒缓的效果,因此,相比于空白对照组合对比例1,舒缓时间还是有缩短了不少;
实施例3中皮肤敏感应激反应缓解所需时间明显小于其它实验组,表明本申请的配方可以快速缓解皮肤过敏。
感官评价
评价方法:受试志愿者分于3个月后对各项感官评价指标进行打分,统计分数取平均值并保留一位小数,所得结果见表2。

综合来看,表2中不同活性组分的添加对敏感肌和健康肌肤受试者的评分影响是一致的:未添加活性组分的面霜各方面表现一般;而使用了添加抗敏修护活性组分的A2﹑B2或紧致抗皱活性组分的A3﹑B3分别在抗敏修护和紧致抚纹这两方面表现优秀,其它方面评分较低;A4﹑B4各项评分和总分都很高。这说明本发明制备的紧致修护霜不仅适用于敏感肌人群,一般健康肌肤的消费者使用后同样可以改善肌肤损伤﹑肌肤干燥﹑细纹干纹﹑肌肤粗糙无光泽等肌肤问题;
根据表2种A4﹑B4的评分结果可知,本发明制备的紧致修护霜的抗敏修护能力﹑紧致功效和保湿性能都得到了受试者的肯定,且从“保湿性”和“皮肤光泽和弹性增加”两项得分来看,长时间使用本发明制备的紧致修护霜后,无论是敏感肌还是健康肌的肌肤状态都得到了改善,肌肤变得更水润﹑更有光泽﹑更有弹性,这说明本发明所制备的紧致修护霜对肌肤的修护和改善是持续性的﹑多方面的。

(2)、依次将油相润肤剂、乳化剂、鲸蜡硬脂醇、生育酚(维生素E)、季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯加入到油相锅中,搅拌熔解均匀,温度控制在83-85℃;
(3)、将混合好的油相物料抽入到乳化锅中,温度控制在83-85℃,中速均质10分钟以上,观察锅内物料均匀后,加入预先用去离子水溶解好的水解胶原、二肽-1,搅拌均匀后降温;
(4)、待锅内物料降温到70℃时,加入氨甲基丙醇搅拌混合均匀;
(5)、待锅内物料降温到45℃时,依次加入香精和剩余的功效组分,搅拌混合均匀,固体粉末类的活性物先用凉开水溶解完全后加入,防腐剂根据性质高温或低温加入;
(6)、待锅内物料降温到40℃时,观察锅内物料均匀无颗粒后检测出料。
