背景技术
目前,皮肤分布于人体表层,是人体最大的器官,覆盖于整个机体,以保护机体不受外界诸如物理、化学、生物等因素的侵袭,起着生理屏障与保护作用。
由于皮肤位于机体的最外层,易受外界环境的影响,人体皮肤受到紫外线照射以及空气污染物的影响,皮肤组织细胞中的分子吸收光能后处于激发态,可在皮肤上引起一系列的光生物反应,使分子离解为有化学活性的自由基,使皮肤自由基含量增加而导致过多,另外如人体自然老化过程中自由基清除能力下降、 机体内分泌失调、免疫功能下降等原因也会产生过量自由基。自由基可损伤生物膜,促使弹性纤维发生交联和聚合,加速皮肤的老化,对抗和消除自由基防止自由基的损伤作用,往往通过抗氧化剂实现。
目前清除自由基的抗氧化剂分为两类:一种是非酶类抗氧化剂,如维生素E、维生素C等。该类抗养护剂由于稳定性较差,限制了其在护肤品中的应用。另一种是酶类抗氧化剂,酶类抗氧化剂由于分子量较大,渗入皮肤受到限制,在效果上不尽理想。因此有必要研究一种稳定、安全清除自由基的护肤产品。

本发明的目的之二在于提供一种有效清除自由基的修护面霜的制备方法。
本发明的目的之一采用如下技术方案实现:
一种有效清除自由基的修护面霜,包括以下重量份的原料:余柑子1-3份、竹荪5.5-8.5份、蕤仁2-5份、玻尿酸6-8份、乳木果油3-5份、尿囊素1-5份、增稠剂0.1-0.3份、乳化剂0.5-0.8份、香精0.1-0.2份、去离子水50-60份。
进一步地,所述有效清除自由基的修护面霜包括以下重量份的原料:余柑子2份、竹荪7.5份、蕤仁4份、玻尿酸7份、乳木果油4份、尿囊素3份、增稠剂0.2份、乳化剂0.7份、香精0.1份、去离子水55份。
进一步地,所述增稠剂为黄原胶、卡拉胶中的一种。
进一步地,所述乳化剂为鲸蜡硬脂醇、山里坦橄榄油酸酯以1:1的重量份组成。
本发明的目的之二采用如下技术方案实现:
上述有效清除自由基的修护面霜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将竹荪清洗,蒸汽漂烫后备用;
(2)将余甘子和蕤仁粉碎后加入红糖水搅拌均匀;
(3)将步骤(1)的竹荪加入步骤(2)中,然后在容器中密闭进行发酵,发酵温度为30-37℃,每两天打开容器放气一次,然后再次密封,发酵12-14d;
(4)发酵完成后取出上层的发酵液,过滤后进行减压蒸馏,冷冻干燥备用;
(5)将玻尿酸、乳木果油、乳化剂加入油相锅,加热至65-75℃,混合均匀;将尿囊素、去离子水加入水相锅,加热至65-75℃,混合均匀;
(6)将步骤(5)的原料在65-75℃混合乳化,然后降至40-45℃,加入步骤(4)的原料,增稠剂,均质后冷却至室温,加入香精即得产品。
进一步地,步骤(1)中竹荪漂烫的蒸汽强度为0.5-1Pa/份,漂烫时间为1-2min。
进一步地,步骤(2)中红糖水中红糖和水的重量份比为1:5-10,余甘子和蕤仁的总用量和红糖水的重量份比为1:10-15。
进一步地,步骤(4)中采用0.45μm的滤膜进行过滤。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供一种有效清除自由基的修护面霜,采用余柑子、竹荪、蕤仁三种成分,协同作用能有效清除皮肤中多余的自由基,减轻自由基对皮肤造成的损伤,帮助皮肤保持健康的状态。
本发明还提供了一种有效清除自由基的修护面霜的面霜,将竹荪、余甘子和蕤仁发酵后的使用,有助于成分更好的发挥作用,同时帮助皮肤对有效成分的吸收渗透,使用效果更佳。
具体实施方式
下面,结合具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述,需要说明的是,在不相冲突的前提下,以下描述的各实施例之间或各技术特征之间可以任意组合形成新的实施例。
实施例1
一种有效清除自由基的修护面霜,由以下重量份的原料组成:余柑子2份、竹荪7.5份、蕤仁4份、玻尿酸7份、乳木果油4份、尿囊素3份、黄原胶0.2份、乳化剂0.7份、香精0.1份、去离子水55份;乳化剂为鲸蜡硬脂醇、山里坦橄榄油酸酯以1:1的重量份组成。
一种有效清除自由基的修护面霜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将竹荪清洗,在蒸汽强度为0.5Pa/份下,漂烫2min,备用;
(2)将余甘子和蕤仁粉碎后加入红糖水搅拌均匀,其中红糖水中红糖和水的重量份比为1:5,余甘子和蕤仁的总用量和红糖水的重量份比为1: 15;
(3)将步骤(1)的竹荪加入步骤(2)中,然后在容器中密闭进行发酵,发酵温度为30℃,每两天打开容器放气一次,然后再次密封,发酵14d;
(4)发酵完成后取出上层的发酵液,采用0.45μm的滤膜过滤后进行减压蒸馏,冷冻干燥备用;
(5)将玻尿酸、乳木果油、乳化剂加入油相锅,加热至65℃,混合均匀;将尿囊素、去离子水加入水相锅,加热至65℃,混合均匀;
(6)将步骤(5)的原料在65℃混合乳化,然后降至40℃,加入步骤(4)的原料,黄原胶,均质后冷却至室温,加入香精即得产品。
实施例2
一种有效清除自由基的修护面霜,由以下重量份的原料组成:余柑子1份、竹荪5.5份、蕤仁2份、玻尿酸6份、乳木果油3份、尿囊素1份、卡拉胶0.1份、乳化剂0.5份、香精0.1份、去离子水50份;乳化剂为鲸蜡硬脂醇、山里坦橄榄油酸酯以1:1的重量份组成。
一种有效清除自由基的修护面霜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将竹荪清洗,在蒸汽强度为0.8Pa/份下,漂烫1min,备用;
(2)将余甘子和蕤仁粉碎后加入红糖水搅拌均匀,其中红糖水中红糖和水的重量份比为1:8,余甘子和蕤仁的总用量和红糖水的重量份比为1:12;
(3)将步骤(1)的竹荪加入步骤(2)中,然后在容器中密闭进行发酵,发酵温度为35℃,每两天打开容器放气一次,然后再次密封,发酵13d;
(4)发酵完成后取出上层的发酵液,采用0.45μm的滤膜过滤后进行减压蒸馏,冷冻干燥备用;
(5)将玻尿酸、乳木果油、乳化剂加入油相锅,加热至70℃,混合均匀;将尿囊素、去离子水加入水相锅,加热至70℃,混合均匀;
(6)将步骤(5)的原料在70℃混合乳化,然后降至42℃,加入步骤(4)的原料,卡拉胶,均质后冷却至室温,加入香精即得产品。
实施例3
一种有效清除自由基的修护面霜,由以下重量份的原料组成:余柑子3份、竹荪8.5份、蕤仁5份、玻尿酸8份、乳木果油5份、尿囊素5份、黄原胶0.3份、乳化剂0.8份、香精0.2份、去离子水60份;乳化剂为鲸蜡硬脂醇、山里坦橄榄油酸酯以1:1的重量份组成。
一种有效清除自由基的修护面霜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将竹荪清洗,在蒸汽强度为1Pa/份下,漂烫1min,备用;
(2)将余甘子和蕤仁粉碎后加入红糖水搅拌均匀,其中红糖水中红糖和水的重量份比为1: 10,余甘子和蕤仁的总用量和红糖水的重量份比为1:10;
(3)将步骤(1)的竹荪加入步骤(2)中,然后在容器中密闭进行发酵,发酵温度为37℃,每两天打开容器放气一次,然后再次密封,发酵12d;
(4)发酵完成后取出上层的发酵液,采用0.45μm的滤膜过滤后进行减压蒸馏,冷冻干燥备用;
(5)将玻尿酸、乳木果油、乳化剂加入油相锅,加热至75℃,混合均匀;将尿囊素、去离子水加入水相锅,加热至75℃,混合均匀;
(6)将步骤(5)的原料在75℃混合乳化,然后降至45℃,加入步骤(4)的原料,黄原胶,均质后冷却至室温,加入香精即得产品。
对比例1
对比例1提供一种有效清除自由基的修护面霜,和实施例1的区别为省去余柑子,将竹荪的用量调整为9.5份,其余均和实施例1相同。
对比例2
对比例2提供一种有效清除自由基的修护面霜,和实施例1的区别为省去竹荪,将余柑子的用量调整为9.5份,其余均和实施例1相同。
对比例3
对比例3提供一种有效清除自由基的修护面霜,和实施例1的区别为省去蕤仁,其余均和实施例1相同。
对比例4
对比例4提供一种有效清除自由基的修护面霜,和实施例1的区别为省去余柑子和竹荪,将蕤仁的用量调整为13.5份,其余均和实施例1相同。
对比例5
对比例5提供一种有效清除自由基的修护面霜,和实施例1的区别为:省去步骤(1)至步骤(4)的发酵过程,直接选用市售余甘子提取物、蕤仁提取物、竹荪提取物作为原料添加在原步骤(6)中,其余均和实施例1相同。
选取30个志愿者,年龄在25-40岁之间,其中男性8人,随机分为3组,将实施例1至3的修护面霜(约0.02g)置于斑试器内,采用医用胶带贴敷于受试者右左前臂的健康皮肤上,24小时后去除,分别于移除斑贴后0.5、24、48小时观察皮肤反应,参照《化妆品安全技术规范》判断产品对皮肤的刺激程度,分为无刺激性、轻刺激性和强刺激性,结果如表1所示。

由表1可以看出本申请提供的修护面霜安全性好,对皮肤温和、无刺激。
将实施例1至3的产品分别在0℃、25℃、45℃的环境下放置21天,观察产品状态,产品均未出现凝集、分层等现象,说明产品稳定性较好。
羟自由基清除能力测定:将实施例1至3,对比例1至5的样品用无水乙醇稀释至质量浓度为2mg/mL,备用。取0.5mL浓度为0.75mmol/L的硫酸亚铁溶液加入0.5mL 0.01%(v/v)的双氧水中,再加入1mL9mmol/L水杨酸和1mL测试样品,在37℃恒温水浴40min,然后在536nm下分别测量吸光度值,记为A1。用蒸馏水代替样品溶液后作为空白组测吸光度值,记为A0,用蒸馏水代替双氧水作为损伤组,测量吸光度值记为A2,每组数据均取三次测量的平均值,结果如表2所示,羟自由基清除率计算公式如下:羟自由基清除率=(A1-A2)/(A0-A2)×100%。
ABTS+清除能力测定:取ABTS+工作液3.5mL分别加入1mL测试样品混合均匀,在室温避光条件下保存10min,检测样品在734nm处的吸光度值记为A1将ABTS+工作液替换为磷酸缓冲液(10M,pH7.4),测得吸光度记为A2,将测试样品替换为磷酸缓冲液测得吸光度值为A0,每组数据均取三次测量的平均值,结果如表2所示,ABTS+清除率计算公式如下:ABTS+清除率=[ A0-(A1-A2)]/A0×100%。

由表2可以看出实施例1的产品羟自由基清除率和ABTS+清除率较高,对比例1至4中分别省去了余柑子、竹荪、蕤仁中的一种或者多种后,自由基清除率下降显著,说明本发明的产品添加余柑子、竹荪、蕤仁,其中蕤仁有提高余柑子、竹荪发挥作用的功效,三种成分协同作用能有效清多余的自由基,减轻自由基对皮肤造成的损伤,帮助皮肤保持健康的状态。对比例5中省去了发酵过程,原料直接选用市售余甘子提取物、蕤仁提取物、竹荪提取物,不经发酵处理,在效果过上不及实施例1,说明采用本发明的制备方法有助于原料更好的发挥抗氧化作用。
上述实施方式仅为本发明的优选实施方式,不能以此来限定本发明保护的范围,本领域的技术人员在本发明的基础上所做的任何非实质性的变化及替换均属于本发明所要求保护的范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种有效清除自由基的修护面霜,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:余柑子1-3份、竹荪5.5-8.5份、蕤仁2-5份、玻尿酸6-8份、乳木果油3-5份、尿囊素1-5份、增稠剂0.1-0.3份、乳化剂0.5-0.8份、香精0.1-0.2份、去离子水50-60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述有效清除自由基的修护面霜,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:余柑子2份、竹荪7.5份、蕤仁4份、玻尿酸7份、乳木果油4份、尿囊素3份、增稠剂0.2份、乳化剂0.7份、香精0.1份、去离子水55份。
3.根据权利要求1所述有效清除自由基的修护面霜,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为黄原胶、卡拉胶中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述有效清除自由基的修护面霜,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为鲸蜡硬脂醇、山里坦橄榄油酸酯以1:1的重量份组成。
5.如权利要求1-4任一项所述有效清除自由基的修护面霜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将竹荪清洗,蒸汽漂烫后备用;
(2)将余甘子和蕤仁粉碎后加入红糖水搅拌均匀;
(3)将步骤(1)的竹荪加入步骤(2)中,然后在容器中密闭进行发酵,发酵温度为30-37℃,每两天打开容器放气一次,然后再次密封,发酵12-14d;
(4)发酵完成后取出上层的发酵液,过滤后进行减压蒸馏,冷冻干燥备用;
(5)将玻尿酸、乳木果油、乳化剂加入油相锅,加热至65-75℃,混合均匀;将尿囊素、去离子水加入水相锅,加热至65-75℃,混合均匀;
(6)将步骤(5)的原料在65-75℃混合乳化,然后降至40-45℃,加入步骤(4)的原料,增稠剂,均质后冷却至室温,加入香精即得产品。
6.根据权利要求1所述有效清除自由基的修护面霜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中竹荪漂烫的蒸汽强度为0.5-1Pa/份,漂烫时间为1-2min。
7.根据权利要求5所述有效清除自由基的修护面霜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中红糖水中红糖和水的重量份比为1:5-10,余甘子和蕤仁的总用量和红糖水的重量份比为1:10-15。
8.根据权利要求5所述有效清除自由基的修护面霜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中采用0.45μm的滤膜进行过滤。
