背景技术
痘痘,俗称“粉刺”,学名“痤疮”。医学上定义是一种毛囊皮脂腺的慢性炎症,是美容皮肤科最常见的疾病之一。它不仅影响个人的美观,还会对生活造成困扰,影响个人心情。抗痘似乎已成为很多年轻人的问题,而痘痘形成的原因有很多,使用具有刺激皮肤的产品,过度洗涤和擦洗,破坏皮肤屏障,极易招致病菌感染,久而久之会有痤疮生成;其次,皮脂分泌过多,不能顺利排出,在皮脂腺中淤积导致毛孔阻塞,从而出现痤疮;另外,饮食不规律,暴饮暴食,饮食辛辣,长期熬夜会导致内分泌失调,新陈代谢减慢,造成体内毒素堆积,导致痤疮生成。本发明依据痘痘形成机理,使用天然植物提取物和安全有效的治痘原料合理搭配,研制一种具有祛痘效果的芦荟胶。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有祛痘效果的芦荟胶。
本发明还公开了上述祛痘芦荟胶的制备方法,原料来源广泛、制作加工方便。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种祛痘芦荟胶,由下述重量百分比的原料组成:卡波姆,1%;羟乙基纤维素,0.5%;鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25,3%;SENSANOV WR,1%;丙二醇,4%;透明质酸钠,0.05%;羟苯甲酯,0.2%;水杨酸包合物,0.2%;三乙醇胺,1.2%;PEG-35蓖麻油,0.05%;香精,0.01%;芦荟提取物,2%;马齿苋提取物,1%;控油复合物,1%;季铵盐-73,0.005%;善肤均,2%;SELASTIN,2%,余量为去离子水。
其中,控油复合物由下列重量百分比的组分组成:丁二醇,52.1%;去离子水,46.2%;肉桂树皮提取物,0.6%;姜根提取物,0.6%;地榆根提取物,0.5%。
其中,善肤均由下列重量百分比的组分组成:丁二醇,50.00%;去离子水,43.25%;羟丙基环糊精,3.30%;双丙甘醇,2.00%;赤松叶提取物,1.00%;乳酸杆菌发酵产物,0.45%。
进一步地,上述祛痘芦荟胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取去离子水倒入干燥洁净的烧杯中,然后按照重量百分比称取卡波姆加入到烧杯中,用玻璃棒搅拌均匀,置均质机下均质3min得溶液A;
(2)按照重量百分比依次称取羟乙基纤维素、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25、SENSANOV WR、以及2%的丙二醇和透明质酸钠的混合溶液加入到溶液A中,微均质至料体翻滚,物料全部分散溶解得溶液B;
(3)取洁净烧杯加入2%丙二醇和羟苯甲酯的混合溶液,将烧杯放到加热装置上,开启加热搅拌,加热至85℃后停止加热,搅拌至溶解透明状态,然后混合于溶液B中,搅拌均匀,得到溶液C;
(4)将装有溶液C的烧杯放置冷水中,降温至60℃,按照重量百分比称取三乙醇胺和水杨酸包合物,以及适量去离子水进行混合,并将混合溶液加入溶液C中,搅拌均匀得到溶液D;
(5)继续搅拌溶液D降温至45℃后,按照重量百分比依次称取香精和PEG-35蓖麻油的混合溶液、芦荟提取物、马齿苋提取物、控油复合物、季铵盐-73、善肤均和SELASTIN加入到溶液D中,继续搅拌使溶液充分混合均匀,静置降温至38℃即得。
其中,控油复合物的制备方法为:
(1)按照重量百分比称取去离子水放入洁净干燥的烧杯中,加入丁二醇后,用玻璃棒搅拌均匀,即得溶液a;
(2)用称量纸分别称取肉桂树皮提取物、姜根提取物和地榆根提取物加入至溶液a中,常温下用玻璃棒搅拌至粉末提取物完全溶解,过滤即得。
其中,善肤均的制备方法为:
(1)按照重量百分比称取去离子水放入洁净干燥的烧杯中,加入丁二醇和双丙甘醇后,用玻璃棒搅拌均匀,即得溶液x;
(2)取洁净干燥的烧杯放入羟丙基环糊精,加入去离子,常温下用玻璃棒搅拌至羟丙基环糊精完全溶解,得澄清透明溶液y;
(3)将溶液y加入溶液x中,用玻璃棒搅拌均匀得溶液z;
(4)用称量纸分别称取赤松叶提取物和乳酸杆菌发酵产物依次加入溶液z中,常温下用玻璃棒搅拌至粉末提取物完全溶解,过滤即得。

季铵盐-73安全性高,对热、光稳定性好,具有极强的抗菌活性,对细菌、葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌等有极强的杀灭能力,能够快速祛痘,对痤疮丙酸杆菌有很好的抑菌效果。其祛痘作用机理是从细菌细胞入手,破坏其细胞膜,促进细菌细胞间的退化,卸去了它们身上的皮囊,使痘痘成熟速度加快,促使分泌物流出,痘痘也就很快消失了。此外,季铵盐-73还可抑制黑色素的生成,淡化痘印。
鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25具有极强的乳化能力,可乳化各种极性的油类;用量少,乳化效率高,乳化性能卓越。制成的乳剂外观亮泽、细腻;易生成显著的粘度,并保持粘度的稳定性。能耐受一定量的电解质,酸或碱,使该乳化剂对可广泛灵活地用于各类配方中。制成的乳剂产品稳定性高,可维持长时间的稳定。
SELASTIN以海洋海藻为原料制备而成,主要成分为腔昆布提取物,羊栖菜提取物,胶石花菜提取物,软毛松藻提取物。其中腔昆布提取物具有丰富的多酚含量,赋予其抗氧化特性。羊栖菜提取物的有效成分为羊栖菜多糖,可以清除DPPH体系和烷基自由基引发的亚油酸氧化体系中的自由基,具有明显的抗氧化活性,此外还有保湿,美白,抗衰老的作用。胶石花菜提取物富含氨基酸,矿物质,多糖类物质,具有抑菌、抗氧化的作用;可以再生健康肌肤细胞,并修护受损肌肤,增加肌肤对环境的抵抗能力;可帮助肌肤防止水分流,改善肤质,保湿。软毛松藻提取物含有丰富的维生素和酚类,有杀菌保湿的效果,对皮肤起到一定修复作用,缓解皮肤刺激,消除红肿。
SENSANOV WR由C20-22醇磷酸酯和C20-22醇组成的多功能阴离子乳化剂,具有良好的抗水性能和分散能力,在使用时能在皮肤上留有“丝绒般”的独特质感。
丙二醇粘性和吸湿性好,可帮助活性成分渗透,此外也有助防腐能力,属小分子保湿成分,可将水分留在角质层。
卡波姆具有良好的短流变性,高粘度,高清晰度,悬浮稳定性好,耐温稳定性好,具有良好的透明性,明显的剪切变稀特性,可提供良好的悬浮能力,保护肌肤,而且能减少刺激性物质,能防止多种过敏症状发生,它涂抹在人体皮肤表层以后,能增强人类皮肤对紫外线的抵抗能力,可以减少紫外线对人体皮肤的伤害,对人类的皮肤有显著维护功效。
羟乙基纤维素保护水分和胶体,与其他组分配合使用,具有较好的流动调节性。
三乙醇胺在化妆品中作为中和剂能够达到增稠和保湿的作用,在乳膏制剂中使膏体更加细腻,亮白,增加使用体验的同时也保证了产品质量的稳定性。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例进一步说明本发明。
实施例1:一种祛痘芦荟胶,由下述重量百分比的原料组成:卡波姆,1%;羟乙基纤维素,0.5%;鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25,3%;SENSANOV WR,1%;丙二醇,4%;透明质酸钠,0.05%;羟苯甲酯,0.2%;水杨酸包合物,0.2%;三乙醇胺,1.2%;PEG-35蓖麻油,0.05%;香精,0.01%;芦荟提取物,2%;马齿苋提取物,1%;控油复合物,1%;季铵盐-73,0.005%;善肤均,2%;SELASTIN,2%,余量为去离子水。
其中,控油复合物由下列重量百分比的组分组成:丁二醇,52.1%;去离子水,46.2%;肉桂树皮提取物,0.6%;姜根提取物,0.6%;地榆根提取物,0.5%。
其中,善肤均由下列重量百分比的组分组成:丁二醇,50.00%;去离子水,43.25%;羟丙基环糊精,3.30%;双丙甘醇,2.00%;赤松叶提取物,1.00%;乳酸杆菌发酵产物,0.45%。
进一步地,上述祛痘芦荟胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取去离子水倒入干燥洁净的烧杯中,然后按照重量百分比称取卡波姆加入到烧杯中,用玻璃棒搅拌均匀,置均质机下均质3min得溶液A;
(2)按照重量百分比依次称取羟乙基纤维素、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25、SENSANOV WR、以及2%的丙二醇和透明质酸钠的混合溶液加入到溶液A中,微均质至料体翻滚,物料全部分散溶解得溶液B;
(3)取洁净烧杯加入2%丙二醇和羟苯甲酯的混合溶液,将烧杯放到加热装置上,开启加热搅拌,加热至85℃后停止加热,搅拌至溶解透明状态,然后混合于溶液B中,搅拌均匀,得到溶液C;
(4)将装有溶液C的烧杯放置冷水中,降温至60℃,按照重量百分比称取三乙醇胺和水杨酸包合物,以及适量去离子水进行混合,并将混合溶液加入溶液C中,搅拌均匀得到溶液D;
(5)继续搅拌溶液D降温至45℃后,按照重量百分比依次称取香精和PEG-35蓖麻油的混合溶液、芦荟提取物、马齿苋提取物、控油复合物、季铵盐-73、善肤均和SELASTIN加入到溶液D中,继续搅拌使溶液充分混合均匀,静置降温至38℃即得。
其中,控油复合物的制备方法为:
(1)按照重量百分比称取去离子水放入洁净干燥的烧杯中,加入丁二醇后,用玻璃棒搅拌均匀,即得溶液a;
(2)用称量纸分别称取肉桂树皮提取物、姜根提取物和地榆根提取物加入至溶液a中,常温下用玻璃棒搅拌至粉末提取物完全溶解,过滤即得。
其中,善肤均的制备方法为:
(1)按照重量百分比称取去离子水放入洁净干燥的烧杯中,加入丁二醇和双丙甘醇后,用玻璃棒搅拌均匀,即得溶液x;
(2)取洁净干燥的烧杯放入羟丙基环糊精,加入去离子,常温下用玻璃棒搅拌至羟丙基环糊精完全溶解,得澄清透明溶液y;
(3)将溶液y加入溶液x中,用玻璃棒搅拌均匀得溶液z;
(4)用称量纸分别称取赤松叶提取物和乳酸杆菌发酵产物依次加入溶液z中,常温下用玻璃棒搅拌至粉末提取物完全溶解,过滤即得。
实施例2:一种祛痘芦荟胶,由下述重量百分比的原料组成:卡波姆,1%;羟乙基纤维素,0.5%;鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25,3%;SENSANOV WR,1%;丙二醇,4%;透明质酸钠,0.05%;羟苯甲酯,0.2%;水杨酸包合物,0.2%;三乙醇胺,1.2%;PEG-35蓖麻油,0.05%;香精,0.01%;芦荟提取物,2%;马齿苋提取物,1%;季铵盐-73,0.005%;SELASTIN,2%,余量为去离子水。
上述祛痘芦荟胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取去离子水倒入干燥洁净的烧杯中,然后按照重量百分比称取卡波姆加入到烧杯中,用玻璃棒搅拌均匀,置均质机下均质3min得溶液A;

实施例3:一种祛痘产品,由下述重量百分比的原料组成:卡波姆,1%;羟乙基纤维素,0.5%;鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25,3%;SENSANOV WR,1%;丙二醇,4%;透明质酸钠,0.05%;羟苯甲酯,0.2%;水杨酸包合物,0.2%;三乙醇胺,1.2%;PEG-35蓖麻油,0.05%;香精,0.01%;马齿苋提取物,1%;控油复合物,1%;季铵盐-73,0.005%;善肤均,2%;SELASTIN,2%,余量为去离子水。
其中,控油复合物由下列重量百分比的组分组成:丁二醇,52.1%;去离子水,46.2%;肉桂树皮提取物,0.6%;姜根提取物,0.6%;地榆根提取物,0.5%。

进一步地,上述祛痘产品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取去离子水倒入干燥洁净的烧杯中,然后按照重量百分比称取卡波姆加入到烧杯中,用玻璃棒搅拌均匀,置均质机下均质3min得溶液A;
(2)按照重量百分比依次称取羟乙基纤维素、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25、SENSANOV WR、以及2%的丙二醇和透明质酸钠的混合溶液加入到溶液A中,微均质至料体翻滚,物料全部分散溶解得溶液B;
(3)取洁净烧杯加入2%丙二醇和羟苯甲酯的混合溶液,将烧杯放到加热装置上,开启加热搅拌,加热至85℃后停止加热,搅拌至溶解透明状态,然后混合于溶液B中,搅拌均匀,得到溶液C;
(4)将装有溶液C的烧杯放置冷水中,降温至60℃,按照重量百分比称取三乙醇胺和水杨酸包合物,以及适量去离子水进行混合,并将混合溶液加入溶液C中,搅拌均匀得到溶液D;
(5)继续搅拌溶液D降温至45℃后,按照重量百分比依次称取香精和PEG-35蓖麻油的混合溶液、马齿苋提取物、控油复合物、季铵盐-73、善肤均和SELASTIN加入到溶液中D,继续搅拌使溶液充分混合均匀,静置降温至38℃即得。
效果实验:
选择30名25-30岁健康女性为研究对象,按照平行、随机的原则分成三组,10人/组。第一组受试者使用实施例1所制备产品,第二组受试者使用实施例2所制备产品,第三组受试者使用实施例3所制备产品。

1.一种祛痘芦荟胶,其特征在于,由下述重量百分比的原料组成:卡波姆,1%;羟乙基纤维素,0.5%;鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25,3%;SENSANOV WR,1%;丙二醇,4%;透明质酸钠,0.05%;羟苯甲酯,0.2%;水杨酸包合物,0.2%;三乙醇胺,1.2%;PEG-35蓖麻油,0.05%;香精,0.01%;芦荟提取物,2%;马齿苋提取物,1%;控油复合物,1%;季铵盐-73,0.005%;善肤均,2%;SELASTIN,2%,余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的祛痘芦荟胶,其特征在于,所述控油复合物由下列重量百分比的组分组成:丁二醇,52.1%;去离子水,46.2%;肉桂树皮提取物,0.6%;姜根提取物,0.6%;地榆根提取物,0.5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的祛痘芦荟胶,其特征在于,所述善肤均由下列重量百分比的组分组成:丁二醇,50.00%;去离子水,43.25%;羟丙基环糊精,3.30%;双丙甘醇,2.00%;赤松叶提取物,1.00%;乳酸杆菌发酵产物,0.45%。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的祛痘芦荟胶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取去离子水倒入干燥洁净的烧杯中,然后按照重量百分比称取卡波姆加入到烧杯中,用玻璃棒搅拌均匀,置均质机下均质3min得溶液A;
(2)按照重量百分比依次称取羟乙基纤维素、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25、SENSANOV WR、以及2%的丙二醇和透明质酸钠的混合溶液加入到溶液A中,微均质至料体翻滚,物料全部分散溶解得溶液B;
(3)取洁净烧杯加入2%丙二醇和羟苯甲酯的混合溶液,将烧杯放到加热装置上,开启加热搅拌,加热至85℃后停止加热,搅拌至溶解透明状态,然后混合于溶液B中,搅拌均匀,得到溶液C;
(4)将装有溶液C的烧杯放置冷水中,降温至60℃,按照重量百分比称取三乙醇胺和水杨酸包合物,以及适量去离子水进行混合,并将混合溶液加入溶液C中,搅拌均匀得到溶液D;
(5)继续搅拌溶液D降温至45℃后,按照重量百分比依次称取香精和PEG-35蓖麻油的混合溶液、芦荟提取物、马齿苋提取物、控油复合物、季铵盐-73、善肤均和SELASTIN加入到溶液D中,继续搅拌使溶液充分混合均匀,静置降温至38℃即得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的祛痘芦荟胶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述控油复合物的制备方法为:
(1)按照重量百分比称取去离子水放入洁净干燥的烧杯中,加入丁二醇后,用玻璃棒搅拌均匀,即得溶液a;
(2)用称量纸分别称取肉桂树皮提取物、姜根提取物和地榆根提取物加入至溶液a中,常温下用玻璃棒搅拌至粉末提取物完全溶解,过滤即得。
6.根据权利要求4所述的祛痘芦荟胶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述善肤均的制备方法为:
(1)按照重量百分比称取去离子水放入洁净干燥的烧杯中,加入丁二醇和双丙甘醇后,用玻璃棒搅拌均匀,即得溶液x;
(2)取洁净干燥的烧杯放入羟丙基环糊精,加入去离子,常温下用玻璃棒搅拌至羟丙基环糊精完全溶解,得澄清透明溶液y;
(3)将溶液y加入溶液x中,用玻璃棒搅拌均匀得溶液z;
(4)用称量纸分别称取赤松叶提取物和乳酸杆菌发酵产物依次加入溶液z中,常温下用玻璃棒搅拌至粉末提取物完全溶解,过滤即得。
