背景技术
随着经济水平的提高和日常接触交往的频繁以及消费结构的改变,人们越来越注重自己的外在形象,从而导致人们对护肤品的需求增加,因此清洁护肤产品成为大多数人日常生活中不可或缺的居家日用品。随着外界生活压力的增加、不健康的作息与饮食习惯的形成,长痘也成为大多数年轻人的烦恼,且容易造成生理以及心理的负担,影响日常生活。同时,人体皮肤在正常状态时,皮肤表面有一层极薄的皮脂层,可保持皮肤的光泽与润滑。但是若不及时清除皮脂分泌物,其会与生活环境中的灰尘、微生物等异物混合,并与氧气接触进而被氧化,从而导致皮肤正常生理功能改变并引起各种皮肤疾病。过度清洁后皮肤的皮脂层变得薄弱,若不采取保湿滋润措施,皮肤会因为经皮水分流失率增大而变得干燥,甚至瘙痒,掉皮屑。
针对这些现象,市场中出现各种各样的祛痘洁面产品,但大多含有过量化学物质,长期使用会伤害皮肤角质层,使皮肤变得干燥紧绷,敏感脆弱,且祛痘护肤效果不明显。
因此,研制一款含多种天然植物油和植物提取物成分且性质温和的天然滋养净肤护肤祛痘洁面凝露具有重要的意义。

本发明的目的在于提供一种天然滋养净肤护肤祛痘洁面凝露及其制备方法,含多种天然植物有效成分,安全温和,气味芳香、质地细腻均匀,能清洁皮肤,抗炎祛痘,养护皮肤,帮助皮肤重回健康状态。
本发明具体技术方案如下:
一种天然滋养净肤护肤祛痘洁面凝露,包括以下质量份原料:
所述三乙醇胺溶液是指体积浓度30%的三乙醇胺溶液。
所述表面活性剂AES是指脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠;
所述表面活性剂CAB是指椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱。
所述的紫花地丁提取液通过以下方法制备:
称取适量剪碎的紫花地丁,加热回流提取三次:第1次加紫花地丁质量的20-24倍量水,浸泡15-30min,提取1.5-2.0h;第2次加18-22倍量水,提取1.0-1.5h;第3次加15-18倍量水,提取0.5-1.0h;过滤得滤液,合并滤液,抽滤,滤液的体积浓缩至紫花地丁质量的5-7倍mL/g,即得紫花地丁提取液,备用。
所述滤液的体积浓缩至紫花地丁质量的5-7倍mL/g是指紫花地丁的质量以g计,紫花地丁提取液体积以mL计,浓缩所得紫花地丁提取液体积的数值是提取所用紫花地丁质量数值的5-7倍,即每g紫花地丁按照上述方法提取浓缩后所得紫花地丁提取液为5-7mL。
所述的柠檬提取液通过以下方法制备:
称取适量干柠檬片粗粉,加热回流提取三次:第1次加柠檬质量的15-18倍量水,浸泡15-30min,提取1.5-2.0h;第2次加12-16倍量水,提取1.0-1.5h;第3次加8-12倍量水,提取0.5-1.0h;每次过滤得滤液,合并滤液,抽滤,滤液的体积浓缩至柠檬片质量的4-8倍mL/g,即得柠檬提取液,备用。

本发明提供的一种天然滋养净肤护肤祛痘洁面凝露的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a)按照质量份,称取玫瑰果油0.3-0.8份、杏仁油0.3-0.8份、金盏花油0.2-0.5份、葡萄籽油0.4-1.0份、松针油0.3-0.8份和乳木果油0.2-0.6份,放至提前加热好的60-80℃恒温水浴锅中加热,搅拌均匀,得混合油溶液A,备用;
b)按照质量份,称取海藻酸钠1.0-3.0份,加入到30.0-60.0份蒸馏水中,搅拌均匀后,静置8-12h,使其充分溶胀,得到均匀透明的海藻酸钠凝胶液,备用;
c)按照质量份,称取冰晶形成剂AVC 0.7-1.5份,加入到50.0-75.0份蒸馏水中,搅拌均匀后,静置8-12h,使其充分溶胀,得到均匀透明的冰晶形成剂AVC凝胶液,备用;
d)按照质量份,称取卡波姆941 0.1-0.5份,加入到20.0-40.0份蒸馏水中,搅拌均匀后,静置8-12h,使其充分溶胀,得到均匀透明的卡波姆941凝胶液,备用;
e)按照质量份,称取尼泊金乙酯0.32-0.60份加入3.1-5.2份1,2-丙二醇,搅拌溶解,得防腐剂溶液,备用;
f)按照质量份,称取紫花地丁提取液0.8-1.6份、维生素E 0.1-0.5份、柠檬提取液0.7-1.5份、薄荷提取液0.8-1.8份、积雪草提取液0.4-1.2份、薰衣草提取液0.7-1.4份、山竹果皮提取液1.0-2.0份、绿豆提取液0.5-1.5份、皂角提取液5.0-8.0份、芦芭胶0.2-0.8份和甘醇酸0.2-0.8份,混合均匀,得混合溶液B,备用;
g)将混合油溶液A加入混合溶液B中搅拌均匀,得混合液C;
h)按照质量份,称取月桂酰肌氨酸钠4.0-8.0份、表面活性剂AES 3.0-9.0份、表面活性剂CAB 2.0-8.0份,加入混合液C,混合搅拌均匀得混合液D;
i)往混合液D中加入上述制备的海藻酸钠凝胶液、冰晶形成剂AVC凝胶液、卡波姆941凝胶液和按照质量份3.0-6.0份三乙醇胺溶液,搅拌混合均匀,再加入防腐剂溶液,搅拌混合均匀,即得天然滋养净肤护肤祛痘洁面凝露。
步骤a)是各种油按照一定比例均匀混合形成混合油溶液A;维生素E尽管是油溶性的,但没有放在步骤a)加入,主要考虑加热会造成破坏;由于维生素E用量不多,能保证最后混合得比较均匀。步骤b)形成海藻酸钠凝胶液;步骤c)形成冰晶形成剂AVC凝胶液;步骤d)形成卡波姆941凝胶液;增稠剂海藻酸钠、冰晶形成剂AVC和卡波姆941预先都需要单独溶胀充分,均形成均一的凝胶液才可以用来增稠,不然会影响后续产品的质地;按照本发明所述的方法和时间溶胀,可以保证产品质地均匀温度。步骤e)用保湿剂1,2-丙二醇溶解尼泊金乙酯形成防腐剂溶液;步骤f)是各种水溶性功效性成分混合形成混合溶液B;步骤g)室温下,将混合油溶液A与混合溶液B充分混匀得到混合液C;两者可以直接混合,后续加入增稠剂海藻酸钠凝胶液、冰晶形成剂AVC凝胶液和卡波姆941凝胶液后,这几种凝胶基质有载油能力,保证产品均匀。步骤h)将各种表面活性剂与混合液C混匀形成混合液D;步骤i)充分利用凝胶基质的载油能力和载水溶性功效性成分的能力,将海藻酸钠凝胶液、冰晶形成剂AVC凝胶液、卡波姆941凝胶液和三乙醇胺溶液加入到混合液D中,混合搅拌均匀,即得天然滋养净肤护肤祛痘洁面凝露。本发明主要是利用海藻酸钠凝胶液、冰晶形成剂AVC凝胶液和卡波姆941凝胶液的载油能力以及各种性质稳定的表面活性剂才能让油相和水溶液均匀混合,通过简单的方法即可制备得到稳定且功效十足的洁面凝露。
本发明中的各种成分介绍如下:
玫瑰果油含有多种不饱和脂肪酸、γ-亚麻油酸、棕榈酸、柠檬酸、维生素A、维生素C和类胡萝卜素等成分。γ-亚麻油酸是人体所必需的脂肪酸,具有帮助吸收维生素和蛋白质的功能,可抵御自由基,抗老化。维生素A具有调节表皮及角质层新陈代谢的功效,可以抗衰老,去皱纹,外用有助于粉刺、脓包以及痤疮等皮肤表面溃疡症状的治疗。维生素C具有较好的抗氧化性,可以消除导致皮肤氧化的自由基,抑制皮肤内黑色素的生成,防止色素沉着和皱纹的提早出现,淡化甚至消除皮肤上的色斑,减缓皮肤衰老,起到美白肌肤、提亮肤色的作用。因此,玫瑰果油可以促进皮肤新陈代谢,提高皮肤的免疫力,预防日晒后色素沉积,强健肌肤细胞并增加皮肤的弹性,也有柔软肌肤、美白、防皱以及保持皮肤水分的效果,还可以促进组织再生,有效改善疤痕、暗疮、青春痘等皮肤问题。

三乙醇胺的性质稳定,在护肤品中能够起到中和剂、保湿剂、pH平衡剂的作用。三乙醇胺溶液是含有卡波姆等酸性高分子凝胶的最常用的中和剂,可以与卡波姆941中和,从而达到增稠和保湿的作用。
冰晶形成剂AVC、卡波姆941、海藻酸钠协同作用,共同赋予此洁面凝露安全温和的性质;质地细腻均匀,清爽不粘腻的感受;轻盈水润,透明晶莹的外观。
月桂酰肌氨酸钠是一种性能优越的氨基酸型阴离子表面活性剂,具有洗涤、分散、乳化、渗透、增溶等特性。其润湿性优于脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,具有抗菌杀菌和抗蚀、抗静电能力,且配伍性好,能与阳离子表面活性剂形成透明溶液,不产生对抗性沉淀,保留了阳离子表面活性剂的特性。此外,月桂酰肌氨酸钠具有低刺激性和生物降解性好等特点。且其在日用化工产品中表现出良好的去污能力和发泡性,能产生丰富且稳定的泡沫,在有皮肤类油状物质存在时也不易消泡,对硬水稳定,性质温和且刺激性极小。
表面活性剂AES分子结构中既含有非离子型表面活性剂的亲水基烷氧基团,又含有阴离子型表面活性剂的亲水基硫酸酯基,兼具两类表面活性剂的优点。因此,它具有良好的生物降解性、去污力、起泡性及乳化性,且有较强的抗硬水能力。相对于其他表面活性剂,其刺激性更小,毒性更小,生物降解率为99%,因此更受人们欢迎,应用较广。
表面活性剂CAB是一种有效的泡沫促进剂或稳定剂,因此常被用于日化类产品中。它还被当作一种增稠剂和抗静电剂使用,具有乳化和保湿作用。这种化合物在很大的pH值范围内都能保持稳定,并且在大多数情况下有轻微的杀菌和抗菌效果,且较宽的pH水平也使之能与其他阳离子、阴离子和非离子表面活性剂融合。此外,作为面部磨砂膏和去角质产品的消毒成分,能很好地防止新痤疮爆发。
月桂酰肌氨酸钠、表面活性剂AES和表面活性剂CAB协同赋予此洁面凝露安全温和,泡沫适中,清爽不黏腻,洗后不紧绷的特点。
1,2-丙二醇是一种透明无色有黏性的化学试剂,可协助水分子溶解面部的污垢,有效清洁皮肤,还能补水保湿,避免洁面时皮肤干燥。此外,1,2-丙二醇也有防腐能力,经常被添加在日化类产品中,可作溶剂和保湿剂,锁住皮肤水分,起到保湿补水的效果。它还能帮助化妆品的活性成分渗透到肌肤中,是良好的促渗剂。
尼泊金乙酯主要用作杀菌防腐剂。尼泊金乙酯具有广谱杀菌作用,对真菌和细菌都有一定的抑制效果。

称取适量剪碎的紫花地丁,加热回流提取三次:第1次加紫花地丁质量的21倍量水,浸泡16min,提取1.5h;第2次加18倍量水,提取1.0h;第3次加16倍量水,提取0.6h;每次用四层纱布过滤得滤液,合并滤液,抽滤,滤液的体积浓缩至紫花地丁质量的5.5倍mL/g,即得紫花地丁提取液,备用。
所述的柠檬提取液通过以下方法制备:
称取适量干柠檬片粗粉,加热回流提取三次:第1次加柠檬质量的15倍量水,浸泡18min,提取1.5h;第2次加13倍量水,提取1.0h;第3次加8倍量水,提取0.6h;每次用四层纱布过滤得滤液,合并滤液,抽滤,滤液的体积浓缩至柠檬片质量的4倍mL/g,即得柠檬提取液,备用。

实施例3结果见图5,质地较清爽,不黏稠。
实施例4(对比例)
实施例4制备所有步骤和原料用量均与实施例2相同,区别在于:表面活性剂AES用的是铵盐,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵,而不是钠盐,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,就出现难闻的氨味。
实施例5(对比例)
实施例5制备所有步骤和原料用量均与实施例3相同,区别在于:仅仅海藻酸钠用量为3.7g,就出现体系比较粘稠,起泡性较差的情况,见图4、图6、图7。
实施例6
实施例1、2、3的理化指标如下:
6.1性状
本发明所制得的天然滋养净肤护肤祛痘洁面凝露呈浅豆沙红,质地细腻均匀,轻盈水润,安全温和,泡沫适中,易清洗,气味芬芳。
6.2pH值检查
取实施例1、2、3制得的天然滋养净肤护肤祛痘洁面凝露,用pH试纸测定,测得pH值为7-8之间。
6.3冷热实验
将实施例1、2、3制得的天然滋养净肤护肤祛痘洁面凝露封装于透明瓶中,于4℃的冰箱冷藏一个月观察无分层现象。于55℃的恒温箱内放置24h,天然滋养净肤护肤祛痘洁面凝露无分层、变味等现象。
6.4离心实验
将实施例1、2、3制得的天然滋养净肤护肤祛痘洁面凝露封装于具塞试管中,3000r/min离心20min,结果无分层现象(图3,左图为离心前,右图为离心后)。
6.5室温放置实验
将实施例1、2、3制得的天然滋养净肤护肤祛痘洁面凝露放于透明化妆品瓶中,室温静置考察6个月,无分离现象,用后感觉无变化,气味无变化。
6.6刺激性、过敏性实验
将小白鼠背部剪去毛,并将天然滋养净肤护肤祛痘洁面凝露分别涂抹按实施例1、2、3所剪去毛的部位,和未涂部位进行比较,结果无刺激性和过敏反应。
取实施例1、2、3所制天然滋养净肤护肤祛痘洁面凝露涂于志愿者(16-35岁,60人)手背上,过30分钟后观察,均未出现发红、发疹、起泡现象。
6.7该天然滋养净肤护肤祛痘洁面凝露综合效果考察
以下利用试用感觉来评价实施例1、2、3所制天然滋养净肤护肤祛痘洁面凝露的功效。采用民意调查评分法,选取66名16-35岁年龄段的志愿者作为试用对象,任意等分成三组,分别用实施例1、2、3所制的天然滋养净肤护肤祛痘洁面凝露洗脸,一天早晚各洗脸一次,使用时间两个月(2021.03.20-2021.05.20)。各项使用效果总分为5分:五分为最高分,表示很好,非常满意;4分为较好;3分为可以接受;3分以下为不好,不能接受。以下为各项平均得分。结果见表1。
表1综合效果考察
综上所述,所制得的天然滋养净肤护肤祛痘洁面凝露细腻均匀,温和水润,气味芬芳,起泡性良好,洗感舒适,不假滑,洗后也较滑爽,不干涩,洁面效果较好,痘痘处的红肿现象消失,具有消炎效果;可深层滋养肌肤,发挥祛痘嫩肤的功效。

称取适量剪碎的紫花地丁,加热回流提取三次:第1次加紫花地丁质量的20-24倍量水,浸泡15-30min,提取1.5-2.0h;第2次加18-22倍量水,提取1.0-1.5h;第3次加15-18倍量水,提取0.5-1.0h;过滤得滤液,合并滤液,抽滤,滤液的体积浓缩至紫花地丁质量的5-7倍mL/g,即得紫花地丁提取液,备用。
3.根据权利要求1所述的天然滋养净肤护肤祛痘洁面凝露,其特征在于,所述的柠檬提取液通过以下方法制备:
称取适量干柠檬片粗粉,加热回流提取三次:第1次加柠檬质量的15-18倍量水,浸泡15-30min,提取1.5-2.0h;第2次加12-16倍量水,提取1.0-1.5h;第3次加8-12倍量水,提取0.5-1.0h;每次过滤得滤液,合并滤液,抽滤,滤液的体积浓缩至柠檬片质量的4-8倍mL/g,即得柠檬提取液,备用。

称取适量剪碎的薄荷叶,加热回流提取三次:第1次加薄荷质量的16-20倍量水,浸泡15-30min,提取1.5-2.0h;第2次加12-18倍量水,提取1.0-1.5h;第3次加10-14倍量水,提取0.5-1.0h;每次过滤得滤液,合并滤液,抽滤,滤液的体积浓缩至薄荷叶质量的3-6倍mL/g,即得薄荷提取液,备用。

称取适量剪碎的积雪草,加热回流提取三次:第1次加积雪草质量的12-16倍量水,浸泡15-30min,提取1.5-2.0h;第2次加9-12倍量水,提取1.0-1.5h;第3次加8-10倍量水,提取0.5-1.0h;每次过滤得滤液,合并滤液,抽滤,滤液的体积浓缩至积雪草质量的5-7倍mL/g,即得积雪草提取液,备用。

a)按照质量份,称取玫瑰果油0.3-0.8份、杏仁油0.3-0.8份、金盏花油0.2-0.5份、葡萄籽油0.4-1.0份、松针油0.3-0.8份和乳木果油0.2-0.6份,放至提前加热好的60-80℃恒温水浴锅中加热,搅拌均匀,得混合油溶液A,备用;
b)按照质量份,称取海藻酸钠1.0-3.0份,加入到30.0-60.0份蒸馏水中,搅拌均匀后,静置8-12h,使其充分溶胀,得到均匀透明的海藻酸钠凝胶液,备用;
c)按照质量份,称取冰晶形成剂AVC 0.7-1.5份,加入到50.0-75.0份蒸馏水中,搅拌均匀后,静置8-12h,使其充分溶胀,得到均匀透明的冰晶形成剂AVC凝胶液,备用;

h)按照质量份,称取月桂酰肌氨酸钠4.0-8.0份、表面活性剂AES 3.0-9.0份、表面活性剂CAB 2.0-8.0份,加入混合液C,混合搅拌均匀得混合液D;
