Abstract
本发明涉及面霜技术领域,具体公开了一种水光针面霜组合物,本发明设计的一种水光针面霜组合物,在制备中通过A相原料、B相原料、C相原料、D相原料和E相原料之间的合理复配,使得制备的水光针面霜组合物具有较强的抗过敏止痒以及消炎性能,对于皮肤的保湿效果极佳,同时该产品具有较低的极性和中等的铺展性,清爽好涂抹,不黏腻,而且增加了肌肤的柔润性,对皮肤有较好的亲和性,爽滑而无滞感,不刺激,不致敏,使皮肤的柔软性、弹性和光泽性均得到了提高,而且长久使用,可以很好的淡化皱纹,对皮肤粗糙和组织修复都有很好的效果。

本发明涉及面霜技术领域,具体是一种水光针面霜组合物。
背景技术
面部衰老,是机体和面、颈部的软、硬组织共同变化的结果,面部老化与体质、遗传因素、生活环境、心理情绪、工作性质、营养状况、疾病、局部皮肤护理等因素有着密切的关联。一般人到25岁以后,便开始出现衰老征象,面部皮肤皱纹的形成是一个重要特征和指标,面部年轻化是指能够使老化的面部恢复年轻化外貌的各种手段和方法,随着生活水平的提高,人们对气质外形的要求越来越高,在追求美的同时对安全性的也有了更高的要求,水光注射技术,微创、无痛、恢复快,效果好,受到了爱美人士的青睐。
水光注射技术是在微电脑的控制下,使用特制的注射工具通过负压系统将皮肤吸起,在负压的空间把制剂导入到相应的部位的一种治疗方法。目前水光注射主要使用的制剂配方为单方的透明质酸(HA),或者透明质酸((HA)+ 富含血小板的高浓度血浆(PRP),及透明质酸(HA)+富含生长因子血浆(PRGF)。
虽然上述美容制剂能够使面部皮肤更光滑、皱纹淡化、抗衰老等呈年轻化的效果,但是使用不够方便,而且对于使用时间较长后保湿性能降低,对于皮肤的抗过敏止痒功效不够完善,无法做到对皮肤进行快速的抗菌止痒消炎,而且对皮肤的亲和性有待完善。因此,本领域技术人员提供了一种水光针面霜组合物,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种水光针面霜组合物,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种水光针面霜组合物,该水光针面霜组合物包括:A相原料、B相原料、C相原料、D相原料和E相原料;
所述A相原料按质量百分比分为:甲基葡萄糖二硬脂酸酯1-3%、泊洛沙姆4070.1-1.5%、混醇0.1-2%、单甘脂0.5-1%、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-1.3%、氢化聚异丁烯0.2-0.5%、氢化聚癸稀0.2-0.3%;
所述B相原料按质量百分比分为:环五聚二甲基硅氧烷DC345 2-5%、环己硅氧烷0.3-0.5%、聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物0.1-0.3%、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇0.1-0.5%;
所述C相原料按质量百分比分为:高分子表面活性剂0.4-1%、双丙甘醇 5-8%、EDTA二钠0.03-0.1%、甘油聚醚-26 3-5%、聚季铵盐-51 1-3%;
所述D相原料按质量百分比分为:甘油2-8%、水1-10%、甜菜碱1-5%、海藻糖1-3%、苯氧乙醇0.5-1.5%、1,2-己二醇0.1-0.5%、林兰润露2-10%;
所述E相原料按质量百分比分为:麦冬根提取物0.2-8%、妞刺仙人掌茎提取物1-5%、苦参根提取物1-3%。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述A相原料按质量百分比还可分为:聚甘油-3 1-3%、泊洛沙姆407 0.1-1.5%、鲸蜡醇乙基乙酸酯0.1-2%、甘油硬脂酸酯0.5-1%、吡咯烷酮羧酸钠0.5-1.3%、氢化聚异丁烯0.2-0.5%、氢化聚癸稀0.2-0.3%。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述C中高分子表面活性剂为丙烯酸类聚合物,为N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和2-甲基-2-[(1-氧代-2-丙烯基)氨基]-1-丙磺酸钠盐聚合而得,或N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠聚合而得。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述水光针面霜组合物中各相原料的质量比为:A:B:C:D:E=2-10:5-10:4-12:15-20:5-15。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述E相原料中麦冬根提取物、妞刺仙人掌茎提取物和苦参根提取物的质量比为:1-10:5-12:2-8。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述E相原料中麦冬根提取物、妞刺仙人掌茎提取物和苦参根提取物均为市售产品。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:一种水光针面霜组合物,该水光针面霜组合物的制备方法为以下步骤:
S1、取一定量的水,将AVC均匀撒在水面上,边搅拌边升温,直至AVC 完全溶解,加入C相其他原料,搅拌升温,当温度升至80-85℃,保温搅拌 30min;
S2、将A相原料称好加入油相锅,搅拌升温,当温度升至80-85℃,保温搅拌30min;
S3、开启水相均质,边均质边将A相抽入C相中,均质速率2800r/min,均质5-10min左右,保温搅拌30min;
S4、搅拌降温,当温度降至60℃,将B相原料缓慢加入到水相锅中,开启均质2800r/min,均质4min,将D相原料缓慢加入到水相锅中,开启均质 2800r/min,均质3min继续搅拌降温;
S5、当温度降到40℃以下,加入E相原料,继续搅拌均匀即可;
S6、当温度降到38℃一下,取样检测,检测合格后出料;
S7、将上述所得料物陈华24小时;
S8、陈化后,取样检测,检测合格后灌装。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述S1中的AVC是一种合成的聚合物,为化妆品原料,为市售产品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明设计的一种水光针面霜组合物,在实际操作时,通过A相原料、B相原料、C相原料、D相原料和E 相原料之间的合理复配,使得制备的水光针面霜组合物具有较强的抗过敏止痒以及消炎性能,对于皮肤的保湿效果极佳;
采用A相原料的使用,使得本发明的面霜组合物原料混合时,具有较强的稳定性和调和性,使得各原料之间具有很好的相溶性;
而且B和C相原料的的加入调配,使得该面霜具有较低的极性和中等的铺展性,清爽好涂抹,不黏腻,而且增加了肌肤的柔润性,对皮肤有较好的亲和性,爽滑而无滞感,不刺激,不致敏,使皮肤的柔软性、弹性和光泽性均得到了提高;
同时D和E相原料的配合应用,不仅使得该面霜的保湿抗菌性得到提高,同时也能在长久使用过程中,可以很好的淡化皱纹,对皮肤粗糙和组织修复都有很好的效果。

本发明设计的一种水光针面霜组合物中,聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物可以由广州市斯洛柯高分子聚合物有限公司购买,林兰润露可由AQP Free(林兰润露)_淼森股份有限公司购进,并且本设计的水光针面霜组合物内的原料成分作用如下:
聚甘油-3:在化妆品应用中,具有稳定、调理和控制原料粘度的作用;
甲基葡萄糖二硬脂酸酯:在化妆品应用中,具有良好的生物降解性和乳化性;
鲸蜡醇乙基乙酸酯:为皮肤柔润剂,增加肌肤的柔润性,肤质细腻光滑;
甘油硬脂酸酯和单甘脂:在化妆品应用中,具有乳化作用;
氢化聚异丁烯:为一种使用感极佳的动物油脂,对皮肤有较好的亲和性,具有较低的极性和中等的铺展性;
聚二甲基硅氧烷:对甲基硅油分散好,提高制备效率,护肤效果好;
环己硅氧烷:在化妆品应用中,能降低表面张力,使产品清爽好涂抹,不黏腻;
氢化聚癸稀:在化妆品应用中,与其他油脂有很好的相溶性,优质肤感,用后感非常厚实,爽滑而无滞感,对皮肤不刺激,不致敏,强烈推荐用于婴儿护理产品中;
吡咯烷酮羧酸钠:是皮肤中天然存在的物质,是氨基酸衍生物,本身溶于水和乙醇,却不溶于油,具有比较强的吸湿性,也可以从空气中吸收水份,在化妆品中的应用当然是作为保湿剂,它的保湿能力比甘油、丙二醇、山梨醇这些传统保湿剂都要强一些,PCA钠对皮肤和眼睛没有刺激性,也不会堵塞毛孔,安全性高、吸湿性高、无毒、无刺激、稳定性好,是现代护肤护发理想的天然彩妆保健产品,能使皮肤、头发具有润湿性、柔软性、弹性和光泽,抗静电;
聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物:肤感柔润、丝滑带有粉质感,不油不腻,铺展性好,有弹性,能遮盖细小皱纹,带来即时的视觉上皱纹变淡的效果;
环五聚二甲基硅氧烷DC345:令皮肤有柔软丝质感觉、解粘性,清爽,非油腻性肤感;
高分子表面活性剂为丙烯酸类聚合物:在化妆品中起到成膜、分散、乳化、增稠的作用;
EDTA二钠:提高油脂的抗氧化性,1,2-己二醇具有保湿抗菌作用;
甘油聚醚-26:是由甘油和环氧乙烷聚合而得,属于非离子表面活性剂- 多元醇聚氧乙烯醚,作为化妆品的保湿剂、散播剂,属于国际上化妆品原料的一种;
EDTA二钠:能调节化妆品的酸碱度,也就是能自动调节化妆品的酸碱性在我们能适合的范围内,以保护我们的皮肤不受强的刺激;
林兰润露:在化妆品应用中,可以及时抚平干燥引起的细纹和起屑,持久养润肌肤,增强肌肤屏障功能;肤感盈润丝滑;
甜菜碱:独特的保湿作用、保护细胞性能作用、抗过敏作用;
本设计的一种水光针面霜组合物,该水光针面霜组合物的制备方法为以下步骤:
S1、取一定量的水,将AVC均匀撒在水面上,边搅拌边升温,直至AVC 完全溶解,加入C相其他原料,搅拌升温,当温度升至80-85℃,保温搅拌 30min;
S2、将A相原料称好加入油相锅,搅拌升温,当温度升至80-85℃,保温搅拌30min;
S3、开启水相均质,边均质边将A相抽入C相中,均质速率2800r/min,均质5-10min左右,保温搅拌30min;
S4、搅拌降温,当温度降至60℃,将B相原料缓慢加入到水相锅中,开启均质2800r/min,均质4min,将D相原料缓慢加入到水相锅中,开启均质 2800r/min,均质3min继续搅拌降温;
S5、当温度降到40℃以下,加入E相原料,继续搅拌均匀即可;
S6、当温度降到38℃一下,取样检测,测试该制备的水光针面霜是否符合国家标准,检测合格后出料;
S7、将上述所得料物陈华24小时;
S8、陈化后,取样检测,再次测试该制备的水光针面霜是否符合国家标准,检测合格后灌装。
其中,AVC是一种合成的聚合物,为化妆品原料,为市售产品。
实施例1
一种水光针面霜组合物,该水光针面霜组合物包括:A相原料、B相原料、 C相原料、D相原料和E相原料;
A相原料按质量百分比分为:甲基葡萄糖二硬脂酸酯1%、泊洛沙姆407 0.1%、混醇0.1%、单甘脂0.5%、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5%、氢化聚异丁烯0.2%、氢化聚癸稀0.2%;
B相原料按质量百分比分为:环五聚二甲基硅氧烷DC345 2%、环己硅氧烷0.3%、聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物0.1%、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇0.1%;
C相原料按质量百分比分为:高分子表面活性剂0.4%、双丙甘醇5%、EDTA 二钠0.03%、甘油聚醚-26 3%、聚季铵盐-51 1%;
D相原料按质量百分比分为:甘油8%、水1%、甜菜碱1%、海藻糖1%、苯氧乙醇1%、1,2-己二醇1%、林兰润露2%;

B相原料按质量百分比分为:环五聚二甲基硅氧烷DC345 3%、环己硅氧烷0.4%、聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物0.2%、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇0.3%;

对比实施例1
采用现有工艺制备的水光针面霜。
①实验一:皮肤保湿性测试
实验条件:
1、从实施例1-3和对比实施例1中各选取一个成品;
2、选择四组健康皮肤,无化妆品过敏史的测试人群,年龄20-40岁,男性20位,女性20位,平均分配到四组内;
3、在室温为25℃±3℃,湿度为45%±5%的条件下进行测试;
4、测试前,测试人员需要将面部清洁干净,且每个人的清洁时间相同,待皮肤晾干后,针对测试人员的面部(均在面部的同一位置)4cm×4cm的皮肤区域内进行测试,将水光针面霜组合物涂抹于测试人员的指定区域内,涂抹完成后,在10min、30min、60min、120min的指定时间点对测试人员的指定测试皮肤上进行测试,采用德国CK公司的皮肤水分测试仪进行测试,对各个指定时间点内测试人员皮肤的水分含量(%),对每组测试结果取平均值,其实验结果如下表所示:

综上所述,使用本发明提供的实施例1-3所制备的水光针面霜组合物,可以使得皮肤的保湿性明显,且在长时间的使用中,皮肤表面的保湿滋润性能下降缓慢,相对于现有的水光针面霜,本发明的补水效果更佳、更持久。
②实验二:皮肤抗炎抑菌性测试
实验条件:
1、从实施例1-3和对比实施例1中各选取一个成品;
2、选取四组皮肤有泛红发炎或者叮咬现象的测试人员,每组十人,年龄在20-40岁,男性20人,女性20人,平分到四组内;
3、使用比实施例1-3和对比实施例1制备的产品,分别对四组内的患者皮肤进行涂抹使用,每日两次,使用前,对患者皮肤处进行清洁处理,3日和 5日后,观察测试效果,其结果如下表所示:
综上所述,大部分测试患者,在使用本产品后,3日内效果明显改善,5 日内即可基本痊愈,由此可见本发明针对皮肤抗炎抑菌效果明显,且疗程短,见效快。
③实验三:皮肤弹性测试
实验条件:
1、从实施例1-3和对比实施例1中各选取一个成品;
2、选取四组皮肤健康的测试人员,每组十人,年龄在20-40岁,男性20 人,女性20人,平分到四组内;
3、先利用德国CK公司的皮肤弹性测试仪对测试人员的待测试面部进行提前测试,记录各组测试人员的待测试面部的皮肤弹性结果,取每组人员的平均值;
再将本实施例1-3和对比实施例1所制备的产品分别涂抹于测试人员的待测试面部(相同一侧的面部),每天两次,15天后和30天后,采用皮肤弹性测试仪对测试人员的测试面部进行测试,记录各组测试人员的测试结果,取每组人员的平均值,将试验后的测试结果与实验前的测试结果进行对比,测得使用本产品与对比实施例1产品后,皮肤弹性相对没有使用时的改善率,结果如下表所示:
综上所述,本发明设计的产品在对使用者使用过后,对皮肤的弹性有着明显的改善和提高,使得患者的皮肤更加光滑有弹性。
④实验四:皮肤改善、淡化皱纹测试
1、从实施例1-3和对比实施例1中各选取一个成品;
2、选取四组皮肤具有细纹、干纹和皱纹的测试人员,每组100人,年龄在20-40岁,男性50人,女性50人,平分到四组内;
3、将本实施例1-3和对比实施例1所制备的产品分别涂抹于测试人员的测试皮肤区域内,连续使用15天后、30天后、60天后,观察测试人员测试皮肤区域内的皮肤效果,查看细纹、干纹和皱纹是否有明显淡化,结果如下表所示:
综上所述,本发明所制备的产品在对有细纹、干纹和皱纹的测试人员进行使用后,在15天内,对皮肤上的干纹、细纹及表情纹均有不同程度的淡化,当使用两个月后,皮肤变得明显平滑,细纹、干纹和皱纹均得到淡化变浅,使得对皮肤的改善效率达到94%以上。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明,因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。
Claims (8)
1.一种水光针面霜组合物,其特征在于,该水光针面霜组合物包括:A相原料、B相原料、C相原料、D相原料和E相原料;
所述A相原料按质量百分比分为:甲基葡萄糖二硬脂酸酯1-3%、泊洛沙姆407 0.1-1.5%、混醇0.1-2%、单甘脂0.5-1%、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-1.3%、氢化聚异丁烯0.2-0.5%、氢化聚癸稀0.2-0.3%;
所述B相原料按质量百分比分为:环五聚二甲基硅氧烷DC345 2-5%、环己硅氧烷0.3-0.5%、聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物0.1-0.3%、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇0.1-0.5%;
所述C相原料按质量百分比分为:高分子表面活性剂0.4-1%、双丙甘醇5-8%、EDTA二钠0.03-0.1%、甘油聚醚-26 3-5%、聚季铵盐-51 1-3%;
所述D相原料按质量百分比分为:甘油2-8%、水1-10%、甜菜碱1-5%、海藻糖1-3%、苯氧乙醇0.5-1.5%、1,2-己二醇0.1-0.5%、林兰润露2-10%;
所述E相原料按质量百分比分为:麦冬根提取物0.2-8%、妞刺仙人掌茎提取物1-5%、苦参根提取物1-3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水光针面霜组合物,其特征在于,所述A相原料按质量百分比为:聚甘油-3 1-3%、泊洛沙姆407 0.1-1.5%、鲸蜡醇乙基乙酸酯0.1-2%、甘油硬脂酸酯0.5-1%、吡咯烷酮羧酸钠0.5-1.3%、氢化聚异丁烯0.2-0.5%、氢化聚癸稀0.2-0.3%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种水光针面霜组合物,其特征在于,所述C相原料中高分子表面活性剂为丙烯酸类聚合物,为N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和2-甲基-2-[(1-氧代-2-丙烯基)氨基]-1-丙磺酸钠盐聚合而得或N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠聚合而得。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种水光针面霜组合物,其特征在于,所述E相原料中麦冬根提取物、妞刺仙人掌茎提取物和苦参根提取物的质量比为:1-10:5-12:2-8。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种水光针面霜组合物,其特征在于,所述E相原料中麦冬根提取物、妞刺仙人掌茎提取物和苦参根提取物均为市售产品。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种水光针面霜组合物,其特征在于,所述水光针面霜组合物中各相原料的质量比为:A:B:C:D:E=2-10:5-10:4-12:15-20:5-15。
7.根据权利要求7所述的一种水光针面霜组合物,其特征在于,该水光针面霜组合物的制备方法为以下步骤:
S1、取一定量的水,将AVC均匀撒在水面上,边搅拌边升温,直至AVC完全溶解,加入C相其他原料,搅拌升温,当温度升至80-85℃,保温搅拌30min;
S2、将A相原料称好加入油相锅,搅拌升温,当温度升至80-85℃,保温搅拌30min;
S3、开启水相均质,边均质边将A相抽入C相中,均质速率2800r/min,均质5-10min左右,保温搅拌30min;
S4、搅拌降温,当温度降至60℃,将B相原料缓慢加入到水相锅中,开启均质2800r/min,均质4min,将D相原料缓慢加入到水相锅中,开启均质2800r/min,均质3min继续搅拌降温;
S5、当温度降到40℃以下,加入E相原料,继续搅拌均匀即可;
S6、当温度降到38℃一下,取样检测,检测合格后出料;
S7、将上述所得料物陈华24小时;
S8、陈化后,取样检测,检测合格后灌装。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种水光针面霜组合物,其特征在于,所述S1中的AVC是一种合成的聚合物,为化妆品原料,为市售产品。
