焊枪喷嘴帽的拆装机构 技术领域
本公开涉及一种焊枪,例如涉及一种焊枪喷嘴帽的拆装机构。
背景技术
焊枪的焊嘴外面套有喷嘴帽。在使用焊机一段时间后,焊嘴处产生很多烧结的积碳,因此要及时对积碳进行清理。如不及时清理积碳,可能影响焊枪的焊接质量和焊接效率。
在清理焊嘴时,将喷嘴帽拆下,对焊嘴进行积碳清理。喷嘴帽的拆装由人工完成。将焊机停机后,当焊嘴冷却后,人工拔下喷嘴帽。人工拆卸喷嘴帽费时费力和安全性差。
发明内容
一种焊枪喷嘴帽的拆装机构具有拆装省时省力和安全性高的特点。
一种焊枪喷嘴帽的拆装机构,包括支撑座和驱动装置,其中,所述支撑座包括底座、侧板以及阻挡部件,所述底座的两端设置有垂直于所述底座的侧板,所述侧板上开设有支撑槽,所述支撑槽设置为放置所述喷嘴帽,且所述喷嘴帽上固定有阻挡部件,所述阻挡部件位于两个侧板之间,所述驱动装置可带动所述阻挡部件在两个侧板之间运动。
可选的,所述支撑槽为“U”型槽,所述支撑槽的宽度大于或等于所述喷嘴帽的外径。
可选的,所述阻挡部件为包括锁紧螺栓的喷嘴夹具,所述喷嘴夹具通过所述锁紧螺栓可安装于所述喷嘴帽外。
可选的,所述驱动装置采用驱动气缸。
可选的,所述底座的底部开设有至少一个固定孔,以及所述至少一个固定孔通过固定螺钉对底座进行固定。
可选的,所述两个侧板之间的间距小于所述喷嘴帽的长度。
焊枪喷嘴帽的自动拆装机构结构简单,提高了喷嘴帽的拆装效率,使得拆装操作安全可靠。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,一种焊枪喷嘴帽的拆装机构包括喷嘴1、喷嘴帽2、支撑座3和驱动气缸4。所述喷嘴帽2套设于所述喷嘴1之外,所述支撑座3固定于所述喷嘴帽2的下方。支撑座3包括底座30、侧板31以及支撑槽32。
所述底座30的两端均设置有垂直于底座30的侧板31。所述侧板31上对应开设有支撑槽32,所述喷嘴帽2可以放置在所述支撑槽32内。所述支撑槽32可以为“U”型槽,至少一个支撑槽32的宽度(“U”型槽的两平行的侧壁之间的最短距离)大于或等于所述喷嘴帽2的外径。
两个侧板31上的支撑槽32可以具有相同的宽度。第一个侧板上的支撑槽的宽度可以大于第二个侧板上的支撑槽的宽度,其中,第一个侧板上的支撑槽的宽度大于或等于喷嘴帽2的外径,第二个侧板上的支撑槽的宽度大于或等于气管7的外径,气管7用于连接驱动气缸4和喷嘴1。
两个侧板31之间的间距小于喷嘴帽2的长度。
所述底座30的底部开设有至少一个固定孔33,固定孔33可以通过固定螺钉对底座30进行固定。可选的,所述喷嘴帽2外设置有喷嘴夹具6。喷嘴夹具6可通过锁紧螺栓5安装在喷嘴帽2上。所述喷嘴夹具6位于两个侧板31之间。所述驱动气缸4通过气管7连接喷嘴1。
如图3所示,所述喷嘴夹具6抵靠在位于底座第一端的侧板31(图3中右侧的侧板31)的内侧,拆卸喷嘴帽2时,驱动气缸4向远离底座30的方向(图3中箭头的方向)拉动喷嘴1和喷嘴帽2,当喷嘴夹具6移动到底座第二端的侧 板31(图3中左侧的侧板31)的内侧位置时,底座第二端的侧板31挡住喷嘴夹具6,驱动气缸4继续向远离底座30的方向移动,喷嘴夹具6和喷嘴帽2被从喷嘴1上拆下。
将喷嘴夹具6安装到喷嘴帽2上,将喷嘴帽2放在两个侧板31的支撑槽32内,驱动气缸4沿着靠近底座30的方向推动喷嘴1,喷嘴1套在喷嘴帽2内。
工业实用性
焊枪喷嘴帽的自动拆装机构,结构简单,提高了喷嘴帽的拆装效率,拆装操作安全可靠。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种焊枪喷嘴帽的拆装机构,包括支撑座和驱动装置,其中,所述支撑座包括底座、侧板以及阻挡部件,所述底座的两端设置有垂直于所述底座的侧板,所述侧板上开设有支撑槽,所述支撑槽设置为放置所述喷嘴帽,且所述喷嘴帽上固定有阻挡部件,所述阻挡部件位于两个侧板之间,所述驱动装置可带动所述阻挡部件在两个侧板之间运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的拆装机构,其中,所述支撑槽为“U”型槽,所述支撑槽的宽度大于或等于所述喷嘴帽的外径。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的拆装机构,其中,所述阻挡部件为包括锁紧螺栓的喷嘴夹具,所述喷嘴夹具通过所述锁紧螺栓可安装于所述喷嘴帽外。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的拆装机构,其中,所述驱动装置采用驱动气缸。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的拆装机构,其中,所述底座的底部开设有至少一个固定孔,以及所述至少一个固定孔通过固定螺钉对底座进行固定。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的拆装机构,其中,所述两个侧板之间的间距小于所述喷嘴帽的长度。
