纸塑袋切割封口一体机的切割装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种纸塑袋切割封口一体机的切割装置,属于纸塑袋切割封口设备领域。
背景技术
医用封口机广泛的应用于消毒医用中心,具有连续封口等特点。
目前市场上有单独的纸塑袋切割机,也有单独的纸塑袋封口机,这样在具体操作时,需要针对不同的消毒器械,采用不同规格长度的纸塑袋,在使用方法上,需先将纸塑袋在切割机上切割,之后再拿到独立封口机上进行封口,在使用上不便捷,存在低效、空间浪费等问题。
随后,研发人员已经研究出了一种集切割功能与封口功能于一体的的纸塑袋切割封口一体机,该一体机包括进纸装置(进纸长度可调)、切割装置、送纸装置和封口装置,在进纸装置作用下,纸塑袋沿Y轴方向进入送纸装置的上、下两皮带输送机构之间,切割装置沿X轴方向行走(目前通常采用传动皮带带动切割装置行走),将纸塑袋材料进行切割,切割下来的纸塑袋在两皮带输送机构的皮带带动下沿X轴方向进入封口装置中进行封口,通过该纸塑袋切割封口一体机能够实现将纸塑袋切割、封口的一系列动作。
但上述纸塑袋切割封口一体机在使用过程中会存在以下缺陷:
由于目前需要封口的纸塑袋通常在封口位置的外侧都有打码,因此封口位置与纸塑袋边沿之间的距离一般为1~4cm,切割装置中的割刀位置比较靠外,但对于无需在封口线外侧打码的纸塑袋而言,封口位置与纸塑袋边沿之间的距离明显过大,这样在纸塑袋切割过程中,会浪费大量的纸塑袋材料。但由于传统纸塑袋切割封口一体机中的切割装置的位置固定,因此很难将割刀的位置进行调节,来减少封口位置与纸塑袋边沿之间的距离。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种纸塑袋切割封口一体机的切割装置,能够根据实际需求方便快速的调节割刀的位置,有效减少了对纸塑袋材料的浪费。
本发明所述的纸塑袋切割封口一体机的切割装置,包括滑动支架和割刀,滑动支架连接水平位移驱动机构,水平位移驱动机构连接纸塑袋切割封口一体机的控制系统,滑动支架由上板和后板连接而成,滑动块通过一连接轴安装在后板上且其能够沿连接轴前后滑动,沿长度方向(即沿Y轴方向)在连接轴上设置前、后两个卡槽;割刀安装在滑动块上,跟随滑动块移动,割刀的最低位置低于滑动块的底面;滑动块上安装弹簧定位柱,弹簧定位 柱的顶端穿过滑动块的连接轴轴孔孔壁且抵紧连接轴。
本发明所述的切割装置中,由于滑动块沿连接轴前后滑动(即沿Y轴方向滑动),因此割刀在滑动块的作用下能够实现前后位移,在滑动块滑动过程中,弹簧定位柱一直处于受压状态,当滑动块移至某一卡槽所在位置时,弹簧定位柱会在自身弹力作用下自行弹入该卡槽中,使滑动块与滑动支架二者的位置相对固定,实现割刀的定位。当弹簧定位柱卡入连接轴后部的卡槽(即靠近后板的卡槽)中时,本切割装置可用于切割传统封口位置外侧打码的纸塑袋;当需要切割的纸塑袋的封口位置外侧无需打码时,沿Y轴方向向前拨动滑动块,使弹簧定位柱从滑动块后部的卡槽中脱出、并进入前部的卡槽(即靠近割刀的卡槽)中,实现对滑动块以及割刀位置的调节,这样切割位置会前移,切割后的纸塑袋上封口位置与纸塑袋边沿之间的距离会减小,有效克服了传统纸塑袋切割封口一体机因切割装置位置固定所带来的纸塑袋材料大量浪费的难题,降低了生产成本。
优选的,所述的水平位移驱动机构采用皮带轮传动机构,滑动支架还包括一上压板,上压板位于上板的上方,上压板上设置与皮带轮传动机构中传动皮带装配用的安装槽,将传动皮带置于上压板和上板之间,并通过固定件将上压板和上板固定连接,通过传动皮带带动切割装置沿X轴方向移动,完成对纸塑袋的切割。
优选的,所述的皮带轮传动机构的后方安装一基板,基板上设有水平滑槽,滑动支架的后板的背面设置滑块,滑块位于水平滑槽中且能够在水平滑槽中沿X轴方向左右滑动,水平滑槽对滑动支架起到了很好的导向作用。
优选的,所述的上板上安装一调整螺栓,调整螺栓位于上板上方的部分安装螺帽,调整螺栓的下端抵在滑动块上,通过调整螺栓能够调节滑动块的位置,进而起到调整割刀高度的作用。
在实际使用过程中,可以通过人工手动操作来拨动滑动块,以实现割刀位置的变化,当然也可以采用自动的方式来调节割刀位置,具体方案如下:
在滑动块沿X轴方向上的左、右任一端面上设有拨销,对应拨销设有拨销拨动机构,通过拨销拨动机构来拨动拨销,能够实现割刀位置的自动调节,本发明中优选以下结构形式的拨销拨动机构:拨销拨动机构包括拨销拉板、凸轮、电机和固定支架,电机安装在固定支架上,电机的输出轴上安装凸轮,拨销拉板与凸轮装配且在凸轮的带动下实现Y轴方向的前后位移,拨销拉板靠近拨销的一端开有拨销插入槽孔,拨销插入槽孔的孔径大于拨销的直径,沿Y轴方向在固定支架上安装前、后两限位开关,两限位开关和电机均连接纸塑袋切割封口一体机的控制系统。通过凸轮能够将电机输出轴的旋转动作转化成拨销拉板沿Y轴方向的前后移动,拨销拉板上拨销插入槽孔中的拨销以及滑动块随拨销拉板前后移 动,通过该拨销拨动机构调节割刀位置的具体过程如下:
需要将割刀从后方调至前方(沿Y轴方向)时,先将滑动支架移动至拨销拉板一侧,使滑动块上的拨销插入拨销拉板前端的拨销插入槽孔中(在非正常情况下,如果滑动块一侧的拨销在横向上与拨销拉板前端的拨销插入槽孔为非同轴状态,则当滑动支架运动到拨销拉板一侧时,滑动块上面的拨销无法伸入拨销拉板前端的拨销插入槽孔中,此时需要启动电机,使拨销拉板在电机的带动下运动,最终使拨销伸入拨销插入槽孔中),之后通过控制系统启动电机,通过凸轮带动拨销拉板向前移动,当拨销拉板移至最前方时,滑动块上的弹簧定位柱恰好行至连接轴前部的卡槽位置并弹入该卡槽中,与此同时,拨销拉板的后端恰好到达前方的限位开关位置,此时该限位开关会将信号传输给纸塑袋切割封口一体机的控制系统,由控制系统停止电机,滑动块停止移动,实现对割刀的定位;当需要将割刀从前方调至后方时,也需要先将滑动支架移动至拨销拉板一侧,使拨销插入拨销插入槽孔中(与上述相同,在非正常情况下,需要启动电机,使拨销伸入拨销插入槽孔中),然后启动电机,使拨销拉板移至最后方,此时滑动块上的弹簧定位柱弹入连接轴后部的卡槽中,同时拨销拉板的后端恰好到达后方的限位开关位置,控制系统停止电机,将割刀进行定位。
优选的,所述的限位开关采用接触开关,拨销拉板的上表面上开有一凹槽,当拨销拉板沿Y轴方向向后移至后方的接触开关时,前方的接触开关恰好位于上述凹槽中。
优选的,所述的凸轮采用偏心轮,拨销拉板上设有与偏心轮相匹配的偏心轮孔,偏心轮通过轴承装配在偏心轮孔中,通过偏心轮将电机输出轴的旋转动作转化成拨销拉板沿Y轴方向的前后移动。
优选的,所述的拨销拉板靠近滑动支架的板面上通过固定件固定弹簧的一端,弹簧的另一端安装在纸塑袋切割封口一体机的机架上。
优选的,在纸塑袋切割封口一体机的机架上安装斜向上的导向板和光电开关,光电开关连接纸塑袋切割封口一体机的控制系统,滑块支架上靠近导向板的一侧具有外凸板,当滑动块沿导向板上移至割刀的切割面高于纸塑袋切割封口一体机送纸装置中纸塑袋所在的平面时,光电开关能够感应到外凸板,在实际应用时,可以在滑动块下部安装一滚轮,滚轮的位置靠近后板。当采用纸塑袋切割封口一体机仅进行封口操作时,为了避免割刀误碰到待封口的纸塑带、对纸塑带造成损坏,可以通过本优选方案实现割刀位置的上移,使割刀的切割面高于送纸装置中纸塑袋所在的平面,其具体工作过程为:通过控制系统启动水平位移驱动机构,带动切割装置整体沿X轴向导向板方向移动,当移至导向板所在位置时,带有滚轮的滑动块会沿导向板斜向上移动,将滑动块上的割刀位置升高(沿Z轴方向移动),使割刀的切割面高于送纸装置中纸塑袋所在的平面,此时,光电开关感应到外凸板,并将 该信号输送给控制系统,通过控制系统停止水平位移驱动机构的动作,最终使整个切割装置停止移动。
本发明中,滑动块的顶部可以安装弹性件,在割刀沿导向板移动过程中,弹性件处于压缩状态。其中,弹性件可以采用弹簧顶珠,也可以采用弹簧等。当需要通过割刀进行切割动作时,通过控制系统启动水平位移驱动机构,带动切割装置整体沿X轴向远离导向板的方向移动,在移动过程中,弹性件在自身弹力作用下,会给滑动块一向下的作用力,使滑动块在弹性件的作用下绕连接轴偏转,使割刀位置降低,直至割刀恢复到初始位置(即切割状态下割刀所在位置)。
本发明的割刀可采用圆形割刀片,圆形割刀片通过紧固件安装在滑动块上。正常情况下,割刀使用一段时间后会变钝或者被磨损,如果采用传统的割刀,就需要定期将割刀更换,本方案通过采用圆形割刀片很大程度上延长了割刀的使用寿命,当圆形割刀片的某个常用切割面受损后,可以将紧固件松动,转动圆形割刀片,改变切割面,最后通过紧固件将圆形割刀片锁紧,无需将割刀进行更换。其中,紧固件可采用螺钉、螺栓等常规零件。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的有益效果是:
1、本切割装置结构设计巧妙,通过将割刀安装在可沿Y轴方向前后移动的滑动块上,能够调节割刀位置,使纸塑袋切割封口一体机既适用于传统封口位置外侧打码的纸塑袋,也适用于封口位置外侧无需打码的纸塑袋,而且在切割封口位置外侧无需打码的纸塑袋时,有效克服了传统纸塑袋切割封口一体机因切割装置位置固定所带来的纸塑袋材料大量浪费的难题,降低了生产成本;
2、本切割装置中的割刀在斜向上的导向板的作用下位置会上移(即割刀沿Z轴方向移动),当仅采用纸塑袋切割封口一体机进行封口操作时,能够有效避免割刀误碰到待封口的纸塑带、对纸塑带造成损坏。

切割装置包括滑动支架和割刀7,滑动支架连接水平位移驱动机构18,滑动支架由上板1和后板4连接呈L形(当然也可以直接一体压制成型),滑动块5通过一连接轴2安装在后板4上且其能够沿连接轴2前后滑动,沿长度方向在连接轴2上设置前、后两个卡槽35;滑动块5上安装弹簧定位柱10,弹簧定位柱10的顶端穿过滑动块5的连接轴轴孔孔壁且抵紧连接轴2;上板1上安装一调整螺栓36,调整螺栓36位于上板1上方的部分安装螺帽37,调整螺栓36的下端抵在滑动块5上,通过调整螺栓36能够调节滑动块5的位置,进而起到调整割刀7高度的作用;滑动块5下部安装一滚轮6,滚轮6的位置靠近后板4;割刀7采用圆形割刀片,圆形割刀片通过紧固件8安装在滑动块5上,跟随滑动块5移动,圆形割刀片的最低位置低于滑动块5的底面;本实施例中弹簧定位柱可采用如下结构,如图8所示,具体包括柱体32、受压弹簧33和定位珠34,柱体32由外向内旋入滑动块5中,其下部通过螺母31锁紧,柱体32的上部开有一安装槽,安装槽中设置一受压弹簧33,受压弹簧33的上端安装一定位珠34,该定位珠34抵紧连接轴2,定位珠34的直径大于连接轴2上卡槽35的深度;在滑动块5左端设有拨销11,对应拨销11设有拨销拨动机构,拨销拨动机构在图1、图2、图8中未体现。
图4~图7是将上述切割装置应用于纸塑袋切割封口一体机上的结构示意图,其中,切割装置17安装在水平位移驱动机构18上,启动水平位移驱动机构18后,切割装置17沿X轴方向将纸塑袋材料进行切割,切割后得到的纸塑袋在送纸装置20中两皮带输送机构的皮带带动下沿X轴方向进入右侧的封口装置19中进行封口,通过该纸塑袋切割封口一体机能够实现将纸塑袋切割、封口的一系列动作。
本实施例中:
水平位移驱动机构18采用皮带轮传动机构,滑动支架还包括一上压板(其结构如图3 所示),上压板位于上板1的上方,上压板上设置与皮带轮传动机构中传动皮带装配用的安装槽12,将传动皮带置于上压板和上板1之间,在上压板和上板1上设有位置对应的固定件安装孔3,在固定件安装孔3中安装固定件,将上压板和上板1固定连接,这样通过传动皮带带动切割装置17沿X轴方向移动,完成对纸塑袋的切割;皮带轮传动机构的后方安装一基板22,基板22上设有水平滑槽23,滑动支架的后板4的背面设置滑块,滑块位于水平滑槽23中且能够在水平滑槽23中沿X轴方向左右滑动,水平滑槽23对滑动支架起到了很好的导向作用。
拨销拨动机构包括拨销拉板21、凸轮、电机16和固定支架15,电机16安装在固定支架15上,电机16的输出轴上安装凸轮,在本实施例中,凸轮采用偏心轮30,在拨销拉板21上设有与偏心轮30相匹配的偏心轮孔,偏心轮30通过轴承29装配在偏心轮孔中,通过偏心轮30将电机16输出轴的旋转动作转化成拨销拉板21沿Y轴方向的前后移动,拨销拉板21靠近拨销11的一端开有拨销插入槽孔27,拨销插入槽孔27的孔径大于拨销11的直径,在调节割刀7位置前,需要将滑动块5上的拨销11插入拨销拉板21前端的拨销插入槽孔27中,确保割刀7随拨销拉板21的前后移动而改变位置,在非正常情况下,如果滑动块5左侧的拨销11在横向上与拨销拉板21前端的拨销插入槽孔27为非同轴状态,则当滑动支架运动到最左侧位置时,滑动块5上面的拨销11无法伸入拨销拉板21前端的拨销插入槽孔27中,此时需要启动电机16,最终使拨销拉板21在电机16的带动下运动,使拨销11伸入拨销插入槽孔27中;沿Y轴方向在固定支架15上安装前、后两限位开关14,两限位开关14和电机16均连接纸塑袋切割封口一体机的控制系统;限位开关14可直接采用常规的接触开关,拨销拉板21的上表面上开有一凹槽26,当拨销拉板21沿Y轴方向向后移至后方的接触开关时,前方的接触开关恰好位于上述凹槽26中;拨销拉板21靠近滑动支架的板面上通过固定件固定弹簧28的一端,弹簧28的另一端安装在纸塑袋切割封口一体机的机架上。
在纸塑袋切割封口一体机的机架上安装斜向上的导向板25和光电开关24,光电开关24连接纸塑袋切割封口一体机的控制系统,上压板靠近导向板25的一侧具有外凸板13(外凸板13也可以设在滑动支架的其他结构上,如:上板1靠近导向板25的一侧),当滑动块5沿导向板25上移至割刀7的切割面高于纸塑袋切割封口一体机送纸装置20中纸塑袋所在的平面时,光电开关24能够感应到外凸板13。当采用纸塑袋切割封口一体机仅进行封口操作时,通过本方案可将割刀7的位置上移,从而有效避免割刀7误碰到待封口的纸塑带、对纸塑带造成损坏。
通过本发明所述的切割装置17能够实现割刀7沿X轴、Y轴、Z轴三个方向的移动:
(1)在皮带轮传动机构的传动皮带带动下,割刀7能够沿X轴方向左右移动;
(2)在拨销拨动机构的作用下,割刀7能够沿Y轴方向前后移动,具体过程如下:
需要将割刀7从前方调至后方(沿Y轴方向)时,先将滑动支架移动至拨销拉板21左侧,使滑动块5上的拨销11插入拨销拉板21前端的拨销插入槽孔27中,之后通过控制系统启动电机16,通过偏心轮30带动拨销拉板21向后移动,当拨销拉板21移至最后方时,滑动块5上的弹簧定位柱10恰好行至连接轴2后部的卡槽35位置并弹入该卡槽35中,与此同时,拨销拉板21的后端恰好到达后方的限位开关14位置,此时该限位开关14会将信号传输给纸塑袋切割封口一体机的控制系统,由控制系统停止电机16,滑动块5停止移动,实现对割刀7的定位,割刀7位于该位置时,本切割装置适用于切割传统封口位置外侧打码的纸塑袋;当需要切割的纸塑袋的封口位置外侧无需打码时,需要将割刀7从后方调至前方,操作前也需要先将滑动支架移动至拨销拉板21一侧,使拨销11插入拨销插入槽孔27中,然后启动电机16,使拨销拉板21移至最前方,此时滑动块5上的弹簧定位柱10弹入连接轴2前部的卡槽35中,同时拨销拉板21的后端恰好到达前方的限位开关14位置,控制系统停止电机16,将割刀7进行定位,这样割刀7位置(即切割位置)前移,切割后的纸塑袋上封口位置与纸塑袋边沿之间的距离会减小,有效克服了传统纸塑袋切割封口一体机因切割装置位置固定所带来的纸塑袋材料大量浪费的难题,降低了生产成本。
(3)在斜向上的导向板25的作用下,割刀7能够沿Z轴方向上下移动,具体过程如下:
通过控制系统启动水平位移驱动机构18,带动切割装置17整体沿X轴向导向板25方向移动,当移至导向板25所在位置时,带有滚轮6的滑动块5会沿导向板25斜向上移动,将滑动块5上的割刀7位置升高(沿Z轴方向移动),使割刀7的切割面高于送纸装置20中纸塑袋所在的平面,此时,光电开关24感应到外凸板13,并将该信号输送给控制系统,通过控制系统停止水平位移驱动机构18的动作,最终使整个切割装置17停止移动;需要用切割装置切割纸塑袋材料时,通过控制系统启动水平位移驱动机构18,带动切割装置17沿X轴方向反向移动(即远离导向板25的方向)即可。
在具体应用时,还可以在滑动块5的顶部安装弹簧顶珠9,在割刀7沿导向板25移动过程中,弹性顶珠9处于压缩状态。当需要通过割刀7进行切割动作时,通过控制系统启动水平位移驱动机构18,带动切割装置17整体沿X轴向远离导向板25的方向移动,在移动过程中,弹簧顶珠9在自身弹力作用下,会给滑动块5一向下的作用力,使滑动块5在弹簧顶珠9的作用下向下绕连接轴2偏转,使割刀7位置降低,直至割刀7恢复到初始位置(即切割状态下割刀7所在位置)。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的纸塑袋切割封口一体机的切割装置,其特征在于:所述的水平位移驱动机构(18)采用皮带轮传动机构,滑动支架还包括一上压板,上压板位于上板(1)的上方,上压板上设置与皮带轮传动机构中传动皮带装配用的安装槽(12),将皮带轮传动机构的传动皮带置于上压板和上板(1)之间,并通过固定件将上压板和上板(1)固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的纸塑袋切割封口一体机的切割装置,其特征在于:所述的皮带轮传动机构的后方安装一基板(22),基板(22)上设有水平滑槽(23),滑动支架的后板(4)的背面设置滑块,滑块位于水平滑槽(23)中且能够在水平滑槽(23)中沿X轴方向左右滑动。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的纸塑袋切割封口一体机的切割装置,其特征在于:所述的上板(1)上安装一调整螺栓(36),调整螺栓(36)位于上板(1)上方的部分安装螺帽(37),调整螺栓(36)的下端抵在滑动块(5)上。
  5. 根据权利要求1~4中任一所述的纸塑袋切割封口一体机的切割装置,其特征在于:滑动块(5)沿X轴方向上的左、右任一端面上设有拨销(11),对应拨销(11)设有拨销拨动机构。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的纸塑袋切割封口一体机的切割装置,其特征在于:所述的拨销拨动机构包括拨销拉板(21)、凸轮、电机(16)和固定支架(15),电机(16)安装在固定支架(15)上,电机(16)的输出轴上安装凸轮,拨销拉板(21)与凸轮装配且在凸轮的带动下实现Y轴方向的前后位移,拨销拉板(21)靠近拨销(11)的一端开有拨销插入槽孔(27),拨销插入槽孔(27)的孔径大于拨销(11)的直径,沿Y轴方向在固定支架(15)上安装前、后两限位开关(14),两限位开关(14)和电机(16)均连接纸塑袋切割封口一体机的控制系统。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的纸塑袋切割封口一体机的切割装置,其特征在于:所述的限位开关(14)采用接触开关,拨销拉板(21)的上表面上开有一凹槽(26),当拨销拉板(21)沿Y轴方向向后移至后方的接触开关时,前方的接触开关恰好位于上述凹槽(26)中。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的纸塑袋切割封口一体机的切割装置,其特征在于:所述的凸轮采用偏心轮(30),拨销拉板(21)上设有与偏心轮(30)相匹配的偏心轮孔,偏心轮(30)通过轴承(29)装配在偏心轮孔中。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的纸塑袋切割封口一体机的切割装置,其特征在于:所述的拨销拉板(21)靠近滑动支架的板面上通过固定件固定弹簧(28)的一端,弹簧(28)的另一端安装在纸塑袋切割封口一体机的机架上。
  10. 根据权利要求1、2、3、4、6、7、8或9所述的纸塑袋切割封口一体机的切割装置,其特征在于:在纸塑袋切割封口一体机的机架上安装斜向上的导向板(25)和光电开关(24),光电开关(24)连接纸塑袋切割封口一体机的控制系统,滑块支架上靠近导向板(25)的一侧具有外凸板(13),当滑动块(5)沿导向板(25)上移至割刀(7)的切割面高于纸塑袋切割封口一体机送纸装置(20)中纸塑袋所在的平面时,光电开关(24)能够感应到外凸板(13)。
