一种可卡位定位的涂装治具
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零配件生产研究领域中的一种涂装治具,特别是一种可卡位定位的涂装治具。
背景技术
随着汽车零件产品类型多样化,涂装产品的结构等设计复杂化、多样化,许多车型门柱板产品使用原来的涂装工装和方法则无法完成。目前门柱板的涂装使用放置式的涂装治具,门柱板通过背面的卡口及CLIP安放在涂装治具的凹槽内,涂装治具与输送带配合,然后经过上料、脱脂、除尘、喷涂、流平、烘烤、下料,完成涂装工序。然而,由于涂装治具的凹槽开口朝上,在喷涂时及在流水线上输送时,部分门柱板由于喷涂时雾化气压大,或输送链转动时震动大导致门柱板脱离涂装治具的凹槽或者从涂装治具上掉落,造成门柱板表面质量不良而报废,进而导致生产成本提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供一种可卡位定位的涂装治具,对门柱板形成一个成夹角的卡位安装后,将门柱板牢固的放置在涂装单元上,在高气压喷涂过程中和输送链传输过程中可保证门柱板不会掉落,完成自动化涂装工序。
本发明解决其技术问题的解决方案是:一种可卡位定位的涂装治具,包括底座以及安装在底座上端面上的多个涂装单元,所述涂装单元包括卡位块、定位杆、布置在卡位块和定位杆之间的两根辅助杆以及四根位于辅助杆和底座之间的支撑杆,所述定位杆的外侧布置有一个开口朝上的定位槽,所述卡位块的一侧布置有两个卡位槽以及位于两个卡位槽之间的卡位杆。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述卡位槽的开口与辅助杆平行。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述卡位槽的开口与辅助杆之间成夹角。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,位于同一个涂装单元中的所述定位槽的中心线和卡位槽的中心线垂直。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,位于同一个涂装单元中的所述定位槽的中心线和卡位槽的中心线之间成夹角。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,位于同一个涂装单元中的卡位块和定位杆之间布置有加强杆,所述加强杆通过支撑杆固定在底座上。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述涂装单元的数量为15个,每5个所述涂装单元成一排布置在底座上,所述底座上布置有多道与辅助杆平行的通槽。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述卡位块的两端焊接在与其对应的两根辅助杆之间。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述卡位杆中远离定位杆的一端宽于其靠近定位杆的一端,所述卡位杆中靠近定位杆的一端内陷在其所在的卡位块内部后与该卡位块中靠近定位杆的一侧面之间形成一个卡位台阶。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过将卡位杆插入门柱板的一端侧面的槽体中,并将门柱板的另一端下端面的定位柱嵌在定位槽,卡位槽的开口与辅助杆平行,或者,所述卡位槽的开口与辅助杆之间成夹角,对门柱板形成一个成夹角的卡位安装后,将门柱板牢固的放置在涂装单元上,在高气压喷涂过程中和输送链传输过程中可保证门柱板不会掉落,完成自动化涂装工序,提高门柱板的良品率,降低其生产成本,提高生产效率及产品竞争力。

参照图1~图2,一种可卡位定位的涂装治具,包括底座1以及安装在底座1上端面上的多个涂装单元,所述涂装单元包括卡位块2、定位杆3、布置在卡位块2和定位杆3之间的两根辅助杆4以及四根位于辅助杆4和底座1之间的支撑杆5,所述定位杆3的外侧布置有一个开口朝上的定位槽7,所述卡位块2的一侧布置有两个卡位槽21以及位于两个卡位槽21之间的卡位杆20。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述卡位槽21的开口与辅助杆4平行。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述卡位槽21的开口与辅助杆4之间成夹角。
通过将卡位杆20插入门柱板的一端侧面的槽体中后门柱板槽体的侧壁也相应的插入两个卡位槽21中,将门柱板的另一端下端面的定位柱嵌在定位槽7,卡位槽21的开口与辅助杆4平行,或者,所述卡位槽21的开口与辅助杆4之间成夹角,对门柱板形成一个成夹角的卡位安装后,将门柱板牢固的放置在涂装单元上,在高气压喷涂过程中和输送链传输过程中可保证门柱板不会掉落,完成自动化涂装工序,提高门柱板的良品率,降低其生产成本,提高生产效率及产品竞争力
进一步作为优选的实施方式,位于同一个涂装单元中的所述定位槽7的中心线和卡位槽21的中心线垂直。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,位于同一个涂装单元中的所述定位槽7的中心线和卡位槽21的中心线之间成夹角,便于将门柱板固定在定位槽7和卡位槽21之间。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,位于同一个涂装单元中的卡位块2和定位杆3之间布置有加强杆6,所述加强杆6通过支撑杆5固定在底座1上,加强杆6的两端分别固定在相对应的辅助杆4上,通过加强杆6提高涂装单元的连接稳定性。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述涂装单元的数量为15个,每5个所述涂装单元成一排布置在底座1上,所述底座1上布置有多道与辅助杆4平行的通槽10,在涂装过程中,通过通槽10将相应的涂装层喷涂在门柱板的内侧面。而将5个涂装单元成排布置便于操作人员将门柱板置于每一个涂装单元上,也使得本发明适用于普通的涂装生产线。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述卡位块2的两端焊接在与其对应的两根辅助杆4之间后,卡位块2将两根辅助杆4连成整体,提高整体刚性。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述卡位杆20中远离定位杆3的一端宽于其靠近定位杆3的一端,所述卡位杆20中靠近定位杆3的一端内陷在其所在的卡位块2内部后与该卡位块2中靠近定位杆3的一侧面之间形成一个卡位台阶22,通过卡位台阶22、卡位槽21以及卡位杆20分布于门柱板侧面的槽体接触,提高两者之间接触面积,位于同一个涂装单元中的所述定位槽7的中心线和卡位槽21的中心线垂直,或者,位于同一个涂装单元中的所述定位槽7的中心线和卡位槽21的中心线之间成夹角,使得门柱板牢固地固定在涂装单元上,防止在高气压喷涂过程中和输送链传输过程中门柱板从涂装单元中脱离。

  1. 一种可卡位定位的涂装治具,其特征在于:包括底座以及安装在底座上端面上的多个涂装单元,所述涂装单元包括卡位块、定位杆、布置在卡位块和定位杆之间的两根辅助杆以及四根位于辅助杆和底座之间的支撑杆,所述定位杆的外侧布置有一个开口朝上的定位槽,所述卡位块的一侧布置有两个卡位槽以及位于两个卡位槽之间的卡位杆。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可卡位定位的涂装治具,其特征在于:所述卡位槽的开口与辅助杆平行。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可卡位定位的涂装治具,其特征在于:所述卡位槽的开口与辅助杆之间成夹角。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可卡位定位的涂装治具,其特征在于:位于同一个涂装单元中的所述定位槽的中心线和卡位槽的中心线垂直。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的可卡位定位的涂装治具,其特征在于:位于同一个涂装单元中的所述定位槽的中心线和卡位槽的中心线之间成夹角。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的可卡位定位的涂装治具,其特征在于:位于同一个涂装单元中的卡位块和定位杆之间布置有加强杆,所述加强杆通过支撑杆固定在底座上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的可卡位定位的涂装治具,其特征在于:所述涂装单元的数量为15个,每5个所述涂装单元成一排布置在底座上,所述底座上布置有多道与辅助杆平行的通槽。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的可卡位定位的涂装治具,其特征在于:所述卡位块的两端焊接在与其对应的两根辅助杆之间。
  9. 根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的可卡位定位的涂装治具,其特征在于:所述卡位杆中远离定位杆的一端宽于其靠近定位杆的一端,所述卡位杆中靠近定位杆的一端内陷在其所在的卡位块内部后与该卡位块中靠近定位杆的一侧面之间形成一个卡位台阶。
