Description
本发明涉及面料复合机领域,特别涉及一种采用PU胶、PUR胶的双用面料复合机。
复合面料是将一层或多层纺织材料、无纺材料及其他功能材料经粘结贴合而成的一种新型材料,适合做沙发、服装等纺织品,是人们居家生活不可缺少的面料之一。复合机主要用于各类布料、皮革、膜、纸、海绵等二层或多层的贴合生产工艺。具体又分为有胶复合和无胶复合,有胶复合又分为水胶、PU胶、热熔胶等。PU胶因其价格低廉,而被广泛使用。PUR胶因其环保,被广泛使用在高端的面料中,而PU胶和PUR胶的特性不一样,PU胶的粘稠度较大,不易固化,但是需要加热压合,PUR胶的粘稠度较低,容易固化,但不需要加热压合,如生产PU胶和PUR胶的复合面料需要不同的设备,提高了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为解决上述问题,提供了一种采用PU胶、PUR胶的双用面料复合机。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种采用PU胶、PUR胶的双用面料复合机,包括机架,在所述的机架上设置有面料放卷机构、底料放卷机构、上胶机构、热压合机构、牵引机构以及收卷机构;所述的面料放卷机构包括面料放卷装置,面料放卷装置经绷布器、导布辊、绕丝开幅辊、气动纠偏装置以及剥边器对面料进行进行
预处理后送入热压合机构进行热压合;所述的底料放卷机构经绷布器、导布辊、绕丝开幅辊、气动纠偏装置送入上胶机构进行上胶后送入热压合机构进行热压合;所述的上胶机构包括上胶支架,在所述的上胶支架上设置有导胶辊、压辊以及铲刮刀装置,所述的铲刮刀装置包括基座,在所述的基座上设置有安装辊,所述的安装辊通过电机及皮带带动旋转,在所述的安装辊上设置与一个切面,在所述的切面上安装有铲刮刀,所述的铲刮刀包括刀体和设置在刀体两端对称的刀头,在安装辊内设置有导热油槽,在安装辊的前后端面的轴心处分别设有进油口和出油口,进油口和出油口通过旋转接头与导油管相连,在导油管上设置有控制阀;在所述底料从上胶装置到热压合机构之间还设置有一个热风装置,所述的热风装置包括热风箱,所述的热风箱通过气缸固定在机架上;所述的热压合机构包括热压合辊以及与热压合辊贴合的压辊,在所述的热压合辊的内部设置有导油槽,在热压合辊的两侧的端面上分别设有进油口和回油口,所述的进油口和回油口通过旋转接头与油管相连,在导油管上设置有阀门;面料、底料经热压合机构压合后,通过冷却装置冷却后,经牵引机构牵引,计数器计数后送入收卷装置进行收卷,在所述的热压合机构与冷却装置之间设有加湿器。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述的冷却装置由两个冷却辊以及压辊组成。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述的与热压合辊贴合的压辊至少设有3组。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述的基座可通过推动气缸在上胶支架上移动。
本发明提供的一种采用PU胶、PUR胶的双用面料复合机,通过设置绕丝开幅辊、气动纠偏辊、剥边器等对面料进行纠偏、除皱、除卷边等的预处理,提高了面料的平整度,设置可以自动调节更换的铲刮刀装置,能够根据需求自动切换成刮刀和铲刀,通过将热压合辊采用通导热油进行加热,可以根据PU胶、PUR胶的不同采用通或者不同导热油进行加热的方式来实现热压合或者普通压合,能够适应PU胶、PUR胶面料的复合,无需新购设备,节约了成本。

以下将结合具体实施例对本发明提供的技术方案进行详细说明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:
如图1所示的一种采用PU胶、PUR胶的双用面料复合机,包括机架,在所述的机架上设置有面料放卷机构、底料放卷机构、上胶机构、热压合机构、牵引机构以及收卷机构;所述的面料放卷机构包括面料放卷装置7,面料放卷装置7经绷布器2、导布辊3、绕丝开幅辊4、气动纠偏装置5以及剥边器6对面料进行进行预处理后送入热压合机构进行热压合。
所述的底料放卷机构经绷布器2、导布辊3、绕丝开幅辊4、气动纠偏装置5送入上胶机构进行上胶后送入热压合机构进行热压合。
所述的上胶机构包括上胶支架,在所述的上胶支架上设置有导胶辊11、压辊10以及铲刮刀装置9,所述的铲刮刀装置9包括基座91,在所述的基座91上设置有安装辊92,所述的安装辊92通过翻转电机94及皮带带动旋转,在所述的安装辊92上设置与一个切面,在所述的切面上安装有铲刮刀93,所述的铲刮刀93包括刀体931和设置在刀体931两端对称的刀头932。在安装辊92内设置有导热油槽,在安装辊92的前后端面的轴心处分别设有进油口和出油口,进油口和出油口通过旋转接头与导油管相连,在导油管上设置有控制阀。
当需要使用PUR胶的时候,通过翻转电机94将安装辊92翻转到
如图3所示的位置,此时铲刮刀93起到铲刀的作用,将铲刮刀93通过推动气缸8调整对刀好后,打开导热油管上的控制阀,向安装辊92内通导热油,将安装辊的辊面连同铲刮刀93一起加热,从而开始上胶。
当需要使用PU胶的时候,通过翻转电机94将安装辊92翻转到如图4所示的位置,此时铲刮刀93起到刮刀的作用,将铲刮刀93通过推动气缸8调整对刀好后,关闭导热油管上的控制阀,导热油不通入安装辊92内,铲刮刀93不加热。
在所述底料从上胶装置到热压合机构之间还设置有一个热风装置,所述的热风装置包括热风箱18,所述的热风箱18通过气缸19固定在机架上;通过热风箱18吹热风,防止了在传送过程中,PUR胶在底料上凝固,影响后续的压合效果。通过气缸19可以调节热风箱18与底料之间的距离,来达到不同的热风效果,同时在不需要使用的时候,通过气缸19将热风箱18收回去。
所述的热压合机构包括热压合辊13以及与热压合辊13贴合的压辊10,所述的与热压合辊13贴合的压辊10至少设有3组。在所述的热压合辊13的内部设置有导油槽12,在热压合辊13的两侧的端面上分别设有进油口和回油口,所述的进油口和回油口通过旋转接头与油管相连,在导油管上设置有阀门。
在使用PU胶时,打开导油管上的阀门,通过导热油来讲热压合辊13的辊面加热,从而来实现热压合的目的。在需要使用PUR胶的时候,关闭导油管上的阀门。
面料、底料经热压合机构压合后,通过冷却装置冷却后,经牵引机构16牵引,计数器计数后送入收卷装置17进行收卷,冷却装置由两个冷却辊15以及压辊10组成。在所述的热压合机构与冷却装置之间设有加湿器20。
在使用PUR胶时,需要将加湿器20打开,通过加湿器20,使得压合后的PUR胶与水分子接触,形成固化。
本发明提供的一种采用PU胶、PUR胶的双用面料复合机,通过设置绕丝开幅辊、气动纠偏辊、剥边器等对面料进行纠偏、除皱、除卷边等的预处理,提高了面料的平整度,设置可以自动调节更换的铲刮刀装置,能够根据需求自动切换成刮刀和铲刀,通过将热压合辊采用通导热油进行加热,可以根据PU胶、PUR胶的不同采用通或者不同导热油进行加热的方式来实现热压合或者普通压合,能够适应PU胶、PUR胶面料的复合,无需新购设备,节约了成本。
本发明方案所公开的技术手段不仅限于上述实施方式所公开的技术手段,还包括由以上技术特征任意组合所组成的技术方案。以上所述的是本发明的基体实施方式,应当指出,对本领域技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干的改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

- 一种采用PU胶、PUR胶的双用面料复合机,其特征在于:包括机架,在所述的机架上设置有面料放卷机构、底料放卷机构、上胶机构、热压合机构、牵引机构以及收卷机构;所述的面料放卷机构包括面料放卷装置(7),面料放卷装置(7)经绷布器(2)、导布辊(3)、绕丝开幅辊(4)、气动纠偏装置(5)以及剥边器(6)对面料进行进行预处理后送入热压合机构进行热压合;所述的底料放卷机构经绷布器(2)、导布辊(3)、绕丝开幅辊(4)、气动纠偏装置(5)送入上胶机构进行上胶后送入热压合机构进行热压合;所述的上胶机构包括上胶支架,在所述的上胶支架上设置有导胶辊(11)、压辊(10)以及铲刮刀装置(9),所述的铲刮刀装置(9)包括基座(91),在所述的基座(91)上设置有安装辊(92),所述的安装辊(92)通过电机及皮带带动旋转,在所述的安装辊(92)上设置与一个切面,在所述的切面上安装有铲刮刀(93),所述的铲刮刀(93)包括刀体(931)和设置在刀体(931)两端对称的刀头(932),在安装辊(92)内设置有导热油槽,在安装辊(92)的前后端面的轴心处分别设有进油口和出油口,进油口和出油口通过旋转接头(95)与导油管相连,在导油管上设置有控制阀;在所述底料从上胶装置到热压合机构之间还设置有一个热风装置,所述的热风装置包括热风箱(18),所述的热风箱(18)通过气缸(19)固定在机架上;所述的热压合机构包括热压合辊(13)以及与热压合辊(13)贴合的压辊(10),在所述的热压合 辊(13)的内部设置有导油槽(12),在热压合辊(13)的两侧的端面上分别设有进油口和回油口,所述的进油口和回油口通过旋转接头与油管相连,在导油管上设置有阀门;面料、底料经热压合机构压合后,通过冷却装置冷却后,经牵引机构(16)牵引,计数器计数后送入收卷装置(17)进行收卷,在所述的热压合机构与冷却装置之间设有加湿器(20)。
