技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合机,尤其涉及一种双胶头伺服喷胶机。
背景技术
复合材料被广泛应用于汽车内钸、工业纺织品、家居用品、医疗防护等行业。复合材料都是通过复合机复合而成,而复合的之前需要使用喷胶设备对材料进行上胶,现有的喷胶设备都是采用单体胶头喷胶,喷胶不均匀,胶体厚薄不一,喷胶过程中还需要材料呈静止状态,工作效率低,满足不了企业的生产需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种喷胶均匀的双胶头伺服喷胶机。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:双胶头伺服喷胶机,包括:机架,在所述机架的前端分别设置有放卷装置和液压纠偏放卷装置,在所述放卷装置后端的机架上设置有张布装置,在所述张布装置后端的机架上设置有前分丝装置,在所述前分丝装置后端的机架上设置有前气动对边装置,在所述前气动对边装置后端的机架上设置有后分丝装置,在所述后分丝装置后端的机架上设置有后气动对边装置,在所述后气动对边装置后端的机架上设置有铝开幅装置,在所述铝开幅装置下端的机架上设置有吹边装置,在所述液压纠偏放卷装置后端的机架上设置有牵引压光装置,在所述牵引压光装置后端的机架上设置有输送喷胶装置,所述输送喷胶装置的结构包括:设置在机架上的前输送辊和后输送辊,所述前输送辊和后输送辊之间通过输送带相连接,所述前输送辊与驱动装置相连接,在所述输送带上端的机架上设置有滑轨,滑座通过滑块滑动设置在滑轨内,在所述滑座的下端设置有升降气缸,在所述升降气缸两侧的滑座上分别设置有L型支架,在所述L型支架上通过转轴转动设置有喷胶管,在所述喷胶管的下端均匀设置有若干喷嘴,在所述喷胶管与升降气缸的活塞杆之间分别设置有摆臂,所述摆臂的一端通过销轴与升降气缸的活塞杆活动连接,所述摆臂的另一端与喷胶管相连接,在所述滑轨下端的机架上通过轴承座转动设置有螺杆,所述螺杆的一端伸出机架与伺服减速电机的电机轴相连接,所述伺服减速电机固定设置在机架上,在所述滑座上设置有与螺杆相互配合的螺套,在所述输送喷胶装置和吹边装置后端的机架上设置有牵引压合加温装置,在所述牵引压合加温装置后端的机架上设置有断布装置,在所述断布装置后端的机架上设置有输送装置,在所述输送装置后端的机架上设置有液压纠偏收卷装置。
本发明的优点是:上述双胶头伺服喷胶机,结构新颖,采用双体喷胶管进行喷胶,双体喷胶管能够将横向移动喷胶和自由旋转喷胶相结合,喷胶均匀,同时材料可以边输送边喷胶,工作效率高,满足了企业的生产需求。

如图1、图2所示,双胶头伺服喷胶机,包括:机架1,在所述机架1的前端分别设置有放卷装置2和液压纠偏放卷装置3,在所述放卷装置2后端的机架1上设置有张布装置4,在所述张布装置4后端的机架1上设置有前分丝装置5,在所述前分丝装置5后端的机架1上设置有前气动对边装置6,在所述前气动对边装置6后端的机架1上设置有后分丝装置7,在所述后分丝装置7后端的机架1上设置有后气动对边装置8,在所述后气动对边装置8后端的机架1上设置有铝开幅装置9,在所述铝开幅装置9下端的机架1上设置有吹边装置10,在所述液压纠偏放卷装置3后端的机架1上设置有牵引压光装置11,在所述牵引压光装置11后端的机架1上设置有输送喷胶装置12,所述输送喷胶装置12的结构包括:设置在机架1上的前输送辊121和后输送辊122,所述前输送辊121和后输送辊122之间通过输送带123相连接,所述前输送辊121与驱动装置相连接,在所述输送带123上端的机架1上设置有滑轨124,滑座125通过滑块126滑动设置在滑轨124内,在所述滑座125的下端设置有升降气缸127,在所述升降气缸127两侧的滑座125上分别设置有L型支架128,在所述L型支架128上通过转轴129转动设置有喷胶管130,在所述喷胶管130的下端均匀设置有若干喷嘴131,在所述喷胶管130与升降气缸127的活塞杆1271之间分别设置有摆臂132,所述摆臂132的一端通过销轴133与升降气缸127的活塞杆1271活动连接,所述摆臂132的另一端与喷胶管130相连接,在所述滑轨124下端的机架1上通过轴承座135转动设置有螺杆136,所述螺杆136的一端伸出机架1与伺服减速电机137的电机轴138相连接,所述伺服减速电机137固定设置在机架1上,在所述滑座125上设置有与螺杆136相互配合的螺套139,在所述输送喷胶装置12和吹边装置10后端的机架1上设置有牵引压合加温装置13,在所述牵引压合加温装置13后端的机架1上设置有断布装置14,在所述断布装置14后端的机架1上设置有输送装置15,在所述输送装置15后端的机架1上设置有液压纠偏收卷装置16。
上述双胶头伺服喷胶机使用时,第一种材料从放卷装置2开始放卷依次经过张布装置4、前分丝装置5、前气动对边装置6、后分丝装置7、后气动对边装置8到达牵引压合加温装置13处,第二种材料从液压纠偏放卷装置3放卷依次经过牵引压光装置11和输送喷胶装置12到达牵引压合加温装置13处,两种材料在牵引压合加温装置13处复合后依次经过断布装置14和输送装置15到达液压纠偏收卷装置16进行收卷;在输送喷胶装置12喷胶时,启动伺服减速电机137,伺服减速电机137的电机轴138带动螺杆136在轴承座135内转动,螺杆136带动与其相互配合的螺套139横向来回移动,螺套139带动滑座125通过滑块126在滑轨124内横向来回移动,滑座125带动两侧的L型支架128横向来回移动,L型支架128带动喷胶管130横向来回移动,喷胶管130带动喷嘴131横向来回移动对经过输送带123上的第二种材料进行喷胶,与此同时,顶升气缸127的活塞杆128来回上下移动,活塞杆128带动两侧的摆臂132上下移动,摆臂132的一端通过销轴133在活塞杆128上转动,摆臂132的另一端带动喷胶管130通过转轴129在L型支架128上呈一定弧度来回摆动,喷胶管130带动若干喷嘴呈一定弧度来回摆动对第二种材料进行喷胶。
上述双胶头伺服喷胶机,结构新颖,采用双体喷胶管进行喷胶,双体喷胶管能够将横向移动喷胶和自由旋转喷胶相结合,喷胶均匀,同时材料可以边输送边喷胶,工作效率高,满足了企业的生产需求。

1.双胶头伺服喷胶机,其特征在于:包括:机架(1),在所述机架(1)的前端分别设置有放卷装置(2)和液压纠偏放卷装置(3),在所述放卷装置(2)后端的机架(1)上设置有张布装置(4),在所述张布装置(4)后端的机架(1)上设置有前分丝装置(5),在所述前分丝装置(5)后端的机架(1)上设置有前气动对边装置(6),在所述前气动对边装置(6)后端的机架(1)上设置有后分丝装置(7),在所述后分丝装置(7)后端的机架(1)上设置有后气动对边装置(8),在所述后气动对边装置(8)后端的机架(1)上设置有铝开幅装置(9),在所述铝开幅装置(9)下端的机架(1)上设置有吹边装置(10),在所述液压纠偏放卷装置(3)后端的机架(1)上设置有牵引压光装置(11),在所述牵引压光装置(11)后端的机架(1)上设置有输送喷胶装置(12),所述输送喷胶装置(12)的结构包括:设置在机架(1)上的前输送辊(121)和后输送辊(122),所述前输送辊(121)和后输送辊(122)之间通过输送带(123)相连接,所述前输送辊(121)与驱动装置相连接,在所述输送带(123)上端的机架(1)上设置有滑轨(124),滑座(125)通过滑块(126)滑动设置在滑轨(124)内,在所述滑座(125)的下端设置有升降气缸(127),在所述升降气缸(127)两侧的滑座(125)上分别设置有L型支架(128),在所述L型支架(128)上通过转轴(129)转动设置有喷胶管(130),在所述喷胶管(130)的下端均匀设置有若干喷嘴(131),在所述喷胶管(130)与升降气缸(127)的活塞杆(1271)之间分别设置有摆臂(132),所述摆臂(132)的一端通过销轴(133)与升降气缸(127)的活塞杆(121)活动连接,所述摆臂(132)的另一端与喷胶管(130)相连接,在所述滑轨(124)下端的机架(1)上通过轴承座(135)转动设置有螺杆(136),所述螺杆(136)的一端伸出机架(1)与伺服减速电机(137)的电机轴(138)相连接,所述(137)伺服减速电机固定设置在机架(1)上,在所述滑座(125)上设置有与螺杆(136)相互配合的螺套(139),在所述输送喷胶装置(12)和吹边装置(10)后端的机架(1)上设置有牵引压合加温装置(13),在所述牵引压合加温装置(13)后端的机架(1)上设置有断布装置(14),在所述断布装置(14)后端的机架(1)上设置有输送装置(15),在所述输送装置(5)后端的机架(1)上设置有液压纠偏收卷装置(16)。
