Description

一种公交车逃生窗 技术领域
本发明涉及一种公交车逃生的技术领域,尤其涉及一种公交车逃生窗。
背景技术
有关公交车自燃或发生火灾的新闻不时出现,其实无论是公交车还是其他客车,一旦发生火灾,后果都是很难预料的。当面对火灾时,我们只能选择打开车窗或者车门进行逃生,但很多情况下,由于电路故障,车门是打不开的。因此,在客车发生火灾后,乘客第一时间想到的是砸车窗玻璃,但许多幸存者反映砸不碎车窗玻璃。
按照国家标准,全封闭客车的车窗玻璃质量非常好,不会轻易破碎,因为高速运动中的汽车必须得到有效的安全保护。现在车窗一般使用两种玻璃,一种是钢化玻璃,一种是夹胶玻璃,都用特殊工艺制成。钢化玻璃一般用在车两侧和后面,而夹胶玻璃用于车前窗。夹胶玻璃是两层钢化玻璃中间夹了一层特殊的胶膜层,有助提高玻璃的耐撞击度,它要比普通钢化玻璃更难碎。
在所有正规车商生产的车辆里都会配备一种特制的救生锤,悬挂于车框处。车内如果发生意外,将救生锤拿下握起,将尖锐的锤尖全力砸向玻璃即可。但是,当发生火灾时,情况紧急一般浓烟密布很难去寻找救生锤,再者由于车窗玻璃很难击碎,增大了乘客的逃生难度。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是如何提供一种公交车逃生窗,可以使人们在公交车发生紧急情况下,方便、快速的打开车窗进行逃生,有利于逃生者抓住宝贵的逃生时机,为逃生者提供能挽回生命的逃生出口。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种公交车逃生窗,它包括车窗玻璃框架、车窗玻璃、爆炸螺栓以及固定螺母,所述车窗玻璃框架通过所述爆炸螺栓与所述固定螺母适配安装到公交车上,所述车窗玻璃设于所述车窗玻璃框架上,且所述车窗玻璃位于所述爆炸螺栓的上表面,所述爆炸螺栓通过线路连接有触发控制装置,所述触发控制装置设于公交车内部,用于控制所述爆炸螺栓发生爆炸,并使所述车窗玻璃脱离公交车。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:在客车发生火灾等紧急情况时,逃生者可以通过触发控制装置来控制爆炸螺栓,发火引爆炸药产生微量爆炸,导致爆炸螺栓与固定螺母断开,使得车窗玻璃和车窗玻璃框架分离,逃生者就可以很轻易的将车窗玻璃推离车窗玻璃框架,为逃生者方便、快速的创造出一个逃生出口。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进:
进一步地,所述车窗玻璃粘黏固定到所述车窗玻璃框架上。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是:车窗玻璃通过粘黏固定到车窗玻璃框架上,结构合理,安装方便。
进一步地,所述触发控制装置包括触发电子控制板和控制开关,所述电子控制板和所述控制开关均通过线路与所述爆炸螺栓连接,所述电子控制板和所述控制开关均设于公交车内部,所述电子控制板用于引爆所述爆炸螺栓,所述控制开关与所述电子控制板连通,用于控制所述电子控制板的电路接通。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是:通过触发电子控制板可以根据情况 的需要来引爆爆炸螺栓,打开车窗逃生,而控制开关的设置更加方便了车内的逃生者在发生紧急情况下来控制触发电子控制板引爆爆炸螺栓,操作方便,设计合理。
进一步地,所述控制开关为多个,分别设于公交车内部的司机位置和乘客位置。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是:不同位置的控制开关位于公交车本体内的不同位置,一旦有人发现有火灾或其他紧急情况出现,便可以马上采取措施,通过就近的控制开关来引爆爆炸螺栓,炸开车窗逃生。这种设置方便逃生者操作,且能为逃生者节约了许多宝贵的时间。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1、2所示,一种公交车逃生窗,包括车窗玻璃框架1、车窗玻璃2、爆炸螺栓3以及固定螺母4,所述车窗玻璃框架1通过所述爆炸螺栓3与所述固定螺母4适配安装到公交车上,所述车窗玻璃2设于所述车窗玻璃框架1上,且所述车窗玻璃2位于所述爆炸螺栓3的上表面,所述爆炸螺栓3通过线路连接有触发控制装置,所述触发控制装置设于公交车内部,用于控制所述爆炸螺栓3发生爆炸,并使所述车窗玻璃2脱离公交车。
所述车窗玻璃2粘黏固定到所述车窗玻璃框架1上。
所述触发控制装置包括触发电子控制板和控制开关,所述电子控制板和所述控制开关均通过线路与所述爆炸螺栓3连接,所述电子控制板和所述控制开关均设于公交车内部,所述电子控制板用于引爆所述爆炸螺栓3,所述控制开关与所述电子控制板连通,用于控制所述电子控制板的电路接通。
所述控制开关为多个,分别设于公交车内部的司机位置和乘客位置。
设计原理:
在现有的公交车上安装车窗玻璃框架1并以焊接和特制爆炸螺栓3连接的方法固定。再将特制的爆炸螺栓3触发电子控制板和司机的控制按钮排线连接好。最好将玻璃及附件以粘黏的方式固定至车窗玻璃框架1。
一旦发生紧急情况,司机可以通过按钮通电,引发特制的爆炸螺栓3通电,螺栓发火并引爆炸药,在爆炸威力不至于误伤到乘客的前提下,产生足够的爆炸威力冲破车窗玻璃2和车窗玻璃框架1的粘合,导致车窗玻璃2从车窗玻璃框架1脱离,乘客可以轻松将车窗玻璃2推离车窗玻璃框架1并逃出公交车内部。
主要部件包括:
普通的公交车和车窗玻璃框架1以及车窗玻璃2。特制的爆炸螺栓3和固定螺母4以及配套的控制线路和开关按钮。安装车窗玻璃2辅件及电路开关辅件。
安装说明:
在现有的普通公交车和车窗玻璃框架1上在对应位置处打孔攻丝,再将特制爆炸螺栓3和固定螺母4固定住车窗玻璃框架1和公交车。之后将配套线路控制板和开关等控制设备于特制爆炸螺栓3连接完成通讯连接。最后将车窗玻璃2以正常方式安装在车窗玻璃框架1即可。
使用方法:
但发生紧急情况时,司机拨开保险按动开关,控制电路向特制爆炸螺栓3传达指令,特制爆炸螺栓3在不妨害乘客的前提下产生足够量的爆炸冲击力,爆炸威力足以使车窗玻璃框架1脱离,乘客可以轻松的推开车窗玻璃2,逃出危险的公交车。

  1. 一种公交车逃生窗,其特征在于,包括车窗玻璃框架(1)、车窗玻璃(2)、爆炸螺栓(3)以及固定螺母(4),所述车窗玻璃框架(1)通过所述爆炸螺栓(3)与所述固定螺母(4)适配安装到公交车上,所述车窗玻璃(2)设于所述车窗玻璃框架(1)上,且所述车窗玻璃(2)位于所述爆炸螺栓(3)的上表面,所述爆炸螺栓(3)通过线路连接有触发控制装置,所述触发控制装置设于公交车内部,用于控制所述爆炸螺栓(3)发生爆炸,并使所述车窗玻璃(2)脱离公交车。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的公交车逃生窗,其特征在于,所述车窗玻璃(2)粘黏固定到所述车窗玻璃框架(1)上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的公交车逃生窗,其特征在于,所述触发控制装置包括触发电子控制板和控制开关,所述电子控制板和所述控制开关均通过线路与所述爆炸螺栓(3)连接,所述电子控制板和所述控制开关均设于公交车内部,所述电子控制板用于引爆所述爆炸螺栓(3),所述控制开关与所述电子控制板连通,用于控制所述电子控制板的电路接通。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的公交车逃生窗,其特征在于,所述控制开关为多个,分别设于公交车内部的司机位置和乘客位置。
