工作原理:当需要对玻璃幕墙进行清洗时,由于玻璃幕墙的面积比较大,人工清洗不方便,效率也比较低,因此可以选择该装置来对玻璃幕墙进行清洗。首先由清洁人员将该装置固定在玻璃幕墙周围的杆上,由于该装置中的滑轨1底部设有第一电磁铁17、第二电磁铁18和第二弹簧19,第一电磁铁17和第二电磁铁18通电带有相反的磁性,第一电磁铁17和第二电磁铁18相互吸引,就将该装置中放在适当的位置,当放好后,第一电磁铁17和第二电磁铁18通电带有相同的磁性,第一电磁铁17和第二电磁铁18相互排斥,所以就可以将该装置自由的固定在合适的位置,固定好后,启动电机4转动,带动凸轮7转动,使接触轮14在凸轮7表面滚动,带动升降杆13上下移动,最终使第二海绵16上下移动,同时由于凸轮7位于移动框3内部,因此凸轮7转动会推动移动框3左右移动,带动第一支架12左右移动,使导向板11左右移动,使升降杆13左右移动,最终使第二海绵16左右移动,因此可让第二海绵16对玻璃幕墙进行擦拭,同时第一海绵6在移动框3的带动下左右移动,对左右两边的玻璃幕墙进行擦拭,可增加擦拭的面积,提高工作效率。当不需要擦拭时,关闭电机4,第一电磁铁17和第二电磁铁18断电,可以将该装置移走。
因为还包括有保护罩20;电机4的外围设有保护罩20,所以可以防止在擦洗过程中水滴落到电机4上,损坏电机4。
因为还包括有凸起21;第二电磁铁18上设有凸起21,所以可以增大摩擦,使装置固定得更加牢固。
因为还包括有第二支架22、第一支杆23、齿条24、第二支杆25、毛刷26和齿轮27;升降杆13上部左右两侧对称设有第一支杆23,第一支杆23末端设有齿条24,第一支架12外侧均设有第二支架22,第二支架22上端设有齿轮27,齿轮27与齿条24啮合,齿轮27上设有第二支杆25,第二支杆25上端设有毛刷26,所以当升降杆13在上下移动时,会带动第一支杆23上下移动,带动齿条24上下移动,使齿轮27正反交替转动,最终使毛刷26左右摆动,可以增大擦洗的面积,又可以清除玻璃幕墙上难清理的污垢,提高了工作效率。
因为第一支架12和第二支架22的材质均为Q235钢,所以使第一支架12和第二支架22更加坚硬,可延长顶板的使用寿命。
因为电机4为伺服电机4,所以可以更为精确地控制转速,使运行更加平稳。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的优选实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形、改进及替代,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种用于清洗玻璃幕墙的刷子,其特征在于,包括有滑轨(1)、滑块(2)、移动框(3)、电机(4)、第一固定板(5)、第一海绵(6)、凸轮(7)、固定块(8)、第一弹簧(9)、导向板(11)、第一支架(12)、升降杆(13)、接触轮(14)、第二固定板(15)、第二海绵(16)、第一电磁铁(17)、第二电磁铁(18)和第二弹簧(19);滑轨(1)上设有滑块(2),滑块(2)前方连接有移动框(3),滑轨(1)中部设有电机(4),电机(4)前方连接有凸轮(7),凸轮(7)位于移动框(3)内,移动框(3)下部左右两侧对称设有第一固定板(5),第一固定板(5)的后方设有第一海绵(6),滑轨(1)底部左右两侧对称设有第一电磁铁(17),第一电磁铁(17)上连接有第二弹簧(19),第二弹簧(19)末端连接有第二电磁铁(18),移动框(3)左右两侧上部对称设有第一支架(12),左侧的第一支架(12)和右侧的第一支架(12)之间设有导向板(11),导向板(11)上开有导向孔(10),导向板(11)底部设有第一弹簧(9),第一弹簧(9)下端连接有固定块(8),固定块(8)上设有升降杆(13),升降杆(13)下端设有接触轮(14),接触轮(14)与凸轮(7)接触,升降杆(13)穿过第一弹簧(9),升降杆(13)穿过导向孔(10),升降杆(13)上端设有第二固定板(15),第二固定板(15)后方设有第二海绵(16)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于清洗玻璃幕墙的刷子,其特征在于,还包括有保护罩(20);电机(4)上外围设有保护罩(20)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于清洗玻璃幕墙的刷子,其特征在于,还包括有凸起(21);第二电磁铁(18)上设有凸起(21)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于清洗玻璃幕墙的刷子,其特征在于,还包括有第二支架(22)、第一支杆(23)、齿条(24)、第二支杆(25)、毛刷(26)和齿轮(27);升降杆(13)上部左右两侧对称设有第一支杆(23),第一支杆(23)末端设有齿条(24),第一支架(12)外侧均设有第二支架(22),第二支架(22)上端设有齿轮(27),齿轮(27)与齿条(24)啮合,齿轮(27)上设有第二支杆(25),第二支杆(25)上端设有毛刷(26)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于清洗玻璃幕墙的刷子,其特征在于,第一支架(12)和第二支架(22)的材质均为Q235钢。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于清洗玻璃幕墙的刷子,其特征在于,电机(4)为伺服电机(4)。
