本发明涉及书籍扫描设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种便于封面脱离的书籍档案封面固定方法及锁固装置。
随着科学技术的发展和进步,扫描仪是现在数字化办公系统中不可或缺的重要设备。扫描仪种类繁多,形式、结构和种类呈多样化,均可实现自动进纸扫描。然而对书籍档案等文件,在扫描时需要人工或通过机械设备进行翻页。
自动翻书扫描仪中书籍档案封面的固定是一个很重要的步骤。封面固定不好会影响翻书页的成功,尤其是固定不稳时,封面回翻,书籍档案合拢在一起,使扫描过程中断,严重影响书籍档案的扫描效率。
目前固定封面的方法常采用手动压板压紧,这种方式能将封面完全固定但需要操作者每次都去操作,不能实现全自动和快速拆卸书籍档案。同时,现有技术中也出现了采用胶带粘接书籍档案封面的方式,这种方法由于胶带不能循环使用,更换胶带所耗时间长,对封面的固定造成诸多不便。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种便于封面脱离的书籍档案封面固定方法及锁固装置,该方法及锁固装置提供了一种新的书籍档案封面固定形式,可有效消除书籍档案封面固定效率不高、固定不方便的缺陷。
本发明提供的一种便于封面脱离的书籍档案封面固定方法及锁固装置通过以下技术要点来解决问题:一种便于封面脱离的书籍档案封面锁固装置,包括封面放置板,还包括胶带位置调整机构及收带机构,所述收带机构包括收带轴、胶带卷安装轴及与收带轴连接的电机,所述电机用于驱动收带轴转动,所述胶带卷安装轴用于安装胶带卷,所述收带轴用于牵引释放出缠绕于胶带圈上胶带;
所述胶带位置调整机构用于调整所释放出的胶带相对于封面放置板的支撑面的位置,且所述胶带位置调整机构使得所释放出的胶带在以下两个位置状态下可相互切换:胶带相对于封面放置板的支撑面外凸、胶带相对于封面放置板的支撑面内凹。

以上锁固装置中,将胶带卷的起始端绕制于收带轴上后,可依次使得处于封面放置板支撑面后端的胶带作为工作段,用于书籍档案封面的粘结固定,此过程中不需要人工更换胶带段完成封面粘接固定,故可有效提高书籍档案封面的固定效率;同时,通过设置的胶带位置调整机构,通过调整胶带对应段相对于封面放置板支撑面的位置,可使得被使用后书籍档案的封面与本锁固装置分离,消除了人为将封面与胶带撕离带来的不可靠性,如根据不同的书籍档案封面,调整胶带位置调整机构工作时的行程速度,在综合考虑撕离效率和保护书籍档案封面的情况下,完成胶带与书籍档案封面的分离。
以上用于改变被释放胶带位置的胶带位置调整机构可采用气压缸、油压缸、电磁吸附等形式,如设置为收带机构包括机架,收带机构上的收带轴、胶带卷安装轴及电机均固定于机架上的特定位置,所述胶带位置调整机构用于所述机架与封面放置板背面的连接,封面放置板上设置贯穿其支撑面和背面的安装孔,以上安装孔用作用于粘接的胶带段的运动通道,即在需要粘接书籍档案封面时,用于粘接的胶带段由所述安装孔中伸出至封面放置板支撑面的外侧,在胶带与书籍档案封面需要分离时,对应胶带段运动至封面放置板支撑面的内侧,这样,设置为胶带位置调整机构的行程方向沿着封面放置板的板厚方向,在胶带位置调整机构动作的过程中,即可很好的实现本技术方案。
作为胶带位置调整机构具体的技术方案,所述胶带位置调整机构包括电磁铁、弹簧、及连接架,所述连接架与收带机构的机架固定连接,所述电磁铁为推拉式电磁铁,且电磁铁工作时,动铁芯的运动方向位于封面放置板的板厚方向,电磁铁的静铁芯固定于封面放置板的背面,连接架上设置有用于与电磁铁的动铁芯具有间隙配合关系的通孔,弹簧套设于处于静铁芯外侧的动铁芯上,且弹簧的两端分别与静铁芯及连接架接触,静铁芯穿过所述连接架后,在静铁芯的自由端上固定一个挡块,如在动铁芯的自由端上螺纹连接一颗螺帽。电磁铁通电工作时,动铁芯朝封面放置板支撑面的一侧运动,此过程中,动铁芯牵引收带机构朝封面放置板的一侧运动,即收带机构向靠近封面放置板背面的一侧运动,使得对应胶带段相对于封面放置板的支撑面外凸,以使得对应胶带段处于与书籍档案封面粘接的工作状态,且此过程中,弹簧被压缩;电磁铁失电时,在弹簧的弹力下,弹簧推动收带机构朝远离封面放置板背面的方向运动,在对应胶带段内凹后,可消除胶带与书籍档案封面的粘接关系。
进一步的,鉴于收带机构的工作内容,收带机构优选设置为长条形,即释放胶带、缠绕胶带的部分分别位于收带机构的不同端。这样,优选设置为用于收带机构与封面放置板连接的胶带位置调整机构为两个,两个胶带位置调整机构分别位于收带机构的不同侧;同时,在封面放置板的背面固定两个导向块,各导向块中均设置有滑槽,所述收带机构上机架的不同侧分别位于不同导向块的滑槽中,这样,可很好的限定收带机构在胶带位置调整机构作用下运动时的轨迹精度;以上螺帽优选设置为两颗,以通过两颗螺帽相互之间产生正压力,达到限定两颗螺帽在动铁芯上位置的目的。
作为本领域技术人员,气压缸、油压缸均可替代所述电磁铁;另外,胶带工作段相对于封面放置板支撑面的位置调整,亦可通过凸轮等结构实现,如在采用凸轮时,凸轮连接于一个伺服电机上,利用胶带本身具有的一定弹力,在胶带释放端、缠绕端均不转动时,凸轮在转动的过程中,凸轮不同位置处的侧面与胶带的背面接触,可使得胶带的工作段相对于封面放置板的支撑面内凹或外凸,同时,此过程中还具有绷紧胶带的作用。以上实现胶带释放端、缠绕端固定可通过诸多锁紧装置实现。
更进一步的技术方案为:
为使得本锁固装置能够完成对书籍档案双侧封面同时吸附,所述封面放置板为两块,各封面放置板均有与各自对应的胶带位置调整机构及收带机构。

的目的;以上目的的实现也可通过在封面放置板的底部设置铰链,铰链固定于一个平台上,采用在封面放置板与平台之间设置一个气缸,气缸的两端分别与封面放置板及平台铰接连接的形式加以实现。
为使得本锁固装置适应不同厚度书籍档案双侧封面吸附固定需要,两块封面放置板之间的间距可调。
作为以上两块封面放置板之间间距可调的具体实现形式,两块封面放置板的下端均设置有滑板;

本方案中,在安装时,可由封面放置板的背面向封面放置板的支撑面方向安装,将胶带支撑轮的支撑面安装为略微相对于封面放置板的支撑面内凹,如胶带位置调整机构为电磁铁时,电磁铁通电,即可使得胶带支撑轮的支撑面相对于封面放置板的支撑面外凸。这样,由于胶带及一般书籍档案封面的柔性,处于胶带支撑轮之间的封面放置板部分仍然能够发挥书籍档案支撑作用。进一步的,设置为胶带支撑轮的形状为圆柱状,且胶带支撑轮的中部直径大于两个端部的直径,且由胶带支撑轮的中央至两端,胶带支撑轮的直径线性变小的形式,这样,胶带在经过胶带支撑轮之间时,胶带宽度方向中央位置的部分被拉伸伸长的程度相较于胶带宽度方向两端的部分被拉伸伸长的程度更大,这样,不仅可使得胶带工作段平滑,胶带工作段与封面粘合的部分被张紧、同时可有效的保证胶带不偏离胶带支撑轮,此实现方式由于胶带工作段宽度方向上胶带的伸长率线性变化,且胶带工作段宽度方向上两端的位置伸长率最小,故此胶带支撑轮实现方式可有效避免胶带在工作过程中被完全扯断。
此收带机构方案中,亦便于实现在收带机构上设置多个胶带支撑轮,封面放置板上设置数量与胶带支撑轮数量匹配的安装孔,根据具体固定需要,选择部分胶带支撑轮工作或全部胶带支撑轮工作。
为实现根据具体的固定需要,获得最佳的胶带与封面粘合面积,胶带位置调整机构及收带机构均为多个且两者数量相等,胶带位置调整机构与收带机构一一对应。即在需要有较大的粘合力时,采用多条胶带同时工作。
进一步的,以上收带机构的实现方式可采用两块压板,在压板之间设置用于两块压板位置定位的支撑轴,压板之间采用螺栓固定,胶带支撑轮、阻尼轮、张紧轮、电机、收带轴、胶带卷安装轴均设置于两块压板之间。
进一步的,在封面放置板上的支撑面一侧设置发热元件,以上发热元件根据所散发的热量不同,以上热量作用于胶带的粘胶层上后,可用于强化胶带的粘结能力和使得胶带失去粘结能力,这样,以达到在需要胶带与封面粘合固定时,强化胶带的固定能力,在需要胶带与封面分离时,使得胶带失去粘合能力或粘合能力下降。
同时,本发明还公开了一种便于封面脱离的书籍档案封面固定方法,该固定方法采用胶带对书籍档案封面进行粘接,实现对书籍档案封面的固定,该方法采用收带轴牵引绕制成卷的胶带卷释放胶带,释放出的胶带依次经过封面放置板的支撑面,且释放出的胶带在经过所述支撑面时,通过胶带位置调整机构调整胶带的位置,使胶带相对于所述支撑面内凹或外
凸,在胶带相对于所述支撑面外凸时,使用粘力满足粘合要求的胶带段完成书籍档案封面的粘合固定,在胶带相对于所述支撑面内凹时,使得胶带与书籍档案封面脱离,并通过收带轴将使用后粘力不满足粘合要求的胶带段牵扯出封面放置板的支撑面。
本固定方法中,通过处于封面放置板支撑面后方的胶带依次经过封面放置板支撑面以用于封面固定,同时以上过程中也替换掉了不能满足粘合要求的胶带段,这样,可有效达到提高书籍档案封面固定效率的目的;同时采用以上方法替换胶带工作段,人工干预或人工操作时间少,人工干预或操作时操纵简单。

实施例1:
如图1至图3所示,一种便于封面脱离的书籍档案封面锁固装置,包括封面放置板7,还包括胶带位置调整机构及收带机构3,所述收带机构3包括收带轴5、胶带卷安装轴6及与收带轴5连接的电机12,所述电机12用于驱动收带轴5转动,所述胶带卷安装轴6用于安装胶带卷,所述收带轴5用于牵引释放出缠绕于胶带圈上胶带;
所述胶带位置调整机构用于调整所释放出的胶带相对于封面放置板7的支撑面的位置,且所述胶带位置调整机构使得所释放出的胶带在以下两个位置状态下可相互切换:胶带相对于封面放置板7的支撑面外凸、胶带相对于封面放置板7的支撑面内凹。
具体的,以上胶带卷安装轴6用于安装成卷的胶带卷,以上收带轴5用于直接缠绕由胶带卷释放出的胶带或用于安装用于绕制胶带的胶带轮,在收带轴5直接用于缠绕胶带时,由胶带卷引出的胶带直接缠绕于收带轴5上,在收带轴5用于安装胶带轮时,所述收带轴5用于为胶带轮提供转矩,以上收带轴5转动的动力来自所述电机12。以上胶带卷在被引出胶带的拉应力下继续释放胶带,胶带的释放可通过胶带卷安装轴6转动、胶带卷绕胶带卷安装轴6转动等方式实现。由于胶带由胶带卷至收带轴5的路径经过封面放置板7的支撑面,在
胶带位置调整部的作用下,胶带相对于封面放置板7对书籍档案封面1的支撑面外凸时,设置为胶带具有粘胶的一侧正对书籍档案封面1,胶带没有粘胶的一侧正对封面放置板7的支撑面,这样,在胶带上的粘胶未与封面相互粘接或虽然经过了粘接,但仍然具有足够的粘合能力的情况下,通过向封面上施加向粘胶一侧的压力,可将书籍档案封面1粘合于粘胶层上,此时,电机12停止工作,封面被固定的书籍或档案可用作扫描。当扫描完成后,通过胶带位置调整机构的动作,使得胶带向封面放置板7的一侧运动,即胶带相对于封面放置板7的支撑面内凹时,封面放置板7对书籍档案封面1的阻力可用于移除胶带与封面的粘合关系,若对应的胶带段没有足够的粘合能力,则电机12工作,将没有粘合能力的胶带段拖离封面放置板7的支撑面,同时新的胶带段作为新的粘合工作段补充于封面放置板7的支撑面上,电机12停止转动,为下一次封面粘合做好准备;若胶带仍然具有足够的对书籍档案封面1的粘合能力,在更换新的书籍档案后,通过胶带位置调整机构,可使得新更换的书籍档案被固定于本锁固装置上。
以上锁固装置中,将胶带卷的起始端绕制于收带轴5上后,可依次使得处于封面放置板7支撑面后端的胶带作为工作段,用于书籍档案封面1的粘结固定,此过程中不需要人工更换胶带段完成封面粘接固定,故可有效提高书籍档案封面1的固定效率;同时,通过设置的胶带位置调整机构,通过调整胶带对应段相对于封面放置板7支撑面的位置,可使得被使用后书籍档案的封面与本锁固装置分离,消除了人为将封面与胶带撕离带来的不可靠性,如根据不同的书籍档案封面1,调整胶带位置调整机构工作时的行程速度,在综合考虑撕离效率和保护书籍档案封面1的情况下,完成胶带与书籍档案封面1的分离。
以上用于改变被释放胶带位置的胶带位置调整机构可采用气压缸、油压缸、电磁吸附等形式,如设置为收带机构3包括机架,收带机构3上的收带轴5、胶带卷安装轴6及电机12均固定于机架上的特定位置,所述胶带位置调整机构用于所述机架与封面放置板7背面的连接,封面放置板7上设置贯穿其支撑面和背面的安装孔11,以上安装孔11用作用于粘接的胶带段的运动通道,即在需要粘接书籍档案封面1时,用于粘接的胶带段由所述安装孔11中伸出至封面放置板7支撑面的外侧,在胶带与书籍档案封面1需要分离时,对应胶带段运动至封面放置板7支撑面的内侧,这样,设置为胶带位置调整机构的行程方向沿着封面放置板7的板厚方向,在胶带位置调整机构动作的过程中,即可很好的实现本技术方案。
作为胶带位置调整机构具体的技术方案,所述胶带位置调整机构包括电磁铁16、弹簧18、及连接架17,所述连接架17与收带机构3的机架固定连接,所述电磁铁16为推拉式电磁铁,且电磁铁16工作时,动铁芯的运动方向位于封面放置板7的板厚方向,电磁铁16
的静铁芯固定于封面放置板7的背面,连接架17上设置有用于与电磁铁16的动铁芯具有间隙配合关系的通孔,弹簧18套设于处于静铁芯外侧的动铁芯上,且弹簧18的两端分别与静铁芯及连接架17接触,静铁芯穿过所述连接架17后,在静铁芯的自由端上固定一个挡块,如在动铁芯的自由端上螺纹连接一颗螺帽19。电磁铁16通电工作时,动铁芯朝封面放置板7支撑面的一侧运动,此过程中,动铁芯牵引收带机构3朝封面放置板7的一侧运动,即收带机构3向靠近封面放置板7背面的一侧运动,使得对应胶带段相对于封面放置板7的支撑面外凸,以使得对应胶带段处于与书籍档案封面1粘接的工作状态,且此过程中,弹簧18被压缩;电磁铁16失电时,在弹簧18的弹力下,弹簧18推动收带机构3朝远离封面放置板7背面的方向运动,在对应胶带段内凹后,可消除胶带与书籍档案封面1的粘接关系。
进一步的,鉴于收带机构3的工作内容,收带机构3优选设置为长条形,即释放胶带、缠绕胶带的部分分别位于收带机构3的不同端。这样,优选设置为用于收带机构3与封面放置板7连接的胶带位置调整机构为两个,两个胶带位置调整机构分别位于收带机构3的不同侧;同时,在封面放置板7的背面固定两个导向块4,各导向块4中均设置有滑槽,所述收带机构3上机架的不同侧分别位于不同导向块4的滑槽中,这样,可很好的限定收带机构3在胶带位置调整机构作用下运动时的轨迹精度;以上螺帽19优选设置为两颗,以通过两颗螺帽19相互之间产生正压力,达到限定两颗螺帽19在动铁芯上位置的目的。
作为本领域技术人员,气压缸、油压缸均可替代所述电磁铁16;另外,胶带工作段相对于封面放置板7支撑面的位置调整,亦可通过凸轮等结构实现,如在采用凸轮时,凸轮连接于一个伺服电机上,利用胶带本身具有的一定弹力,在胶带释放端、缠绕端均不转动时,凸轮在转动的过程中,凸轮不同位置处的侧面与胶带的背面接触,可使得胶带的工作段相对于封面放置板7的支撑面内凹或外凸,同时,此过程中还具有绷紧胶带的作用。以上实现胶带释放端、缠绕端固定可通过诸多锁紧装置实现。
同时,本实施例还公开了一种便于封面脱离的书籍档案封面1固定方法,该固定方法采用胶带对书籍档案封面1进行粘接,实现对书籍档案封面1的固定,该方法采用收带轴5牵引绕制成卷的胶带卷释放胶带,释放出的胶带依次经过封面放置板7的支撑面,且释放出的胶带在经过所述支撑面时,通过胶带位置调整机构调整胶带的位置,使胶带相对于所述支撑面内凹或外凸,在胶带相对于所述支撑面外凸时,使用粘力满足粘合要求的胶带段完成书籍档案封面1的粘合固定,在胶带相对于所述支撑面内凹时,使得胶带与书籍档案封面1脱离,并通过收带轴5将使用后粘力不满足粘合要求的胶带段牵扯出封面放置板7的支撑面。

实施例2:
如图1至图3所示,本实施例在实施例1所提供锁固装置的基础上作进一步限定:为使得本锁固装置能够完成对书籍档案双侧封面同时吸附,所述封面放置板7为两块,各封面放置板7均有与各自对应的胶带位置调整机构及收带机构3。
为使得书籍档案双侧的封面被吸附,封面可张开至不同角度,两块封面放置板7之间的夹角可调。本案的实现方式可在各封面放置板7的背面通过铰链连接一根撑杆,撑杆的底部和封面放置板7的底部作为支撑点,撑杆张开不同角度后,达到上述两块封面放置板7之间夹角可调的目的;以上目的的实现也可通过在封面放置板7的底部设置铰链,铰链固定于一个平台上,采用在封面放置板7与平台之间设置一个气缸,气缸的两端分别与封面放置板7及平台铰接连接的形式加以实现。
为使得本锁固装置适应不同厚度书籍档案双侧封面吸附固定需要,两块封面放置板7之间的间距可调。
作为以上两块封面放置板7之间间距可调的具体实现形式,两块封面放置板7的下端均设置有滑板2;
还包括底座10,所述底座10与两块滑板2之间设置有位置调整部,所述位置调整部用于驱动两块滑板2相向运动或背向运动。以上位置调整部可采用螺纹杆,所述螺纹杆两端的螺纹旋向相反,螺纹杆相对于底座10的位置固定,旋向相反的两段螺纹分别于不同的滑板2螺纹连接,在螺纹杆旋转过程中,实现上述目的。进一步的,为使得各滑板2能够被稳定的支撑,同时滑板2相对运动时,两个滑板2具有良好的轨迹精度,在底座10上设置两根相互平行的滑竿9,滑竿9的轴线方向与螺纹杆的轴线方向平行,各滑板2的两侧均设置有至少一个滑块8,以上滑块8上均设置有滑槽,各滑板2不同侧滑块8上的滑槽与不同的滑竿9配合。作为本领域技术人员,以上滑竿9、滑块8的数量及位置,也可设置为多种其他的形式。
为使得处于收带轴5与胶带卷安装轴6之间的胶带始终处于紧绷状态,利于被固定后书籍档案的位置稳定性,所述收带机构3中还包括阻尼轮14和/或胶带张紧轮13,所述阻尼轮14用于增加胶带释放阻力,所述胶带张紧轮13用于张紧胶带。以上收带轴5可直接采用阻尼轮14,通过增大胶带由胶带卷上牵引出的阻力的方式实现;以上阻尼轮14也可设置为收带机构3上的单独部件,通过胶带经过阻尼轮14时,与阻尼轮14滑动摩擦的方式实现;实现以上胶带张紧轮13可采用弹簧18张紧轮的实现方式,通过弹簧18的回弹,实现胶带的张紧;实现以上胶带张紧轮13也可采用沿着胶带的传动路径设置多个张紧轮,各张紧轮的转动阻力和实现胶带的张紧。
作为一种收带机构3固定于封面放置板7上,且收带机构3的主要部分设置于封面放置板7的背面,以使得封面放置板7仍然能够起到良好的支撑书籍档案的作用,以减小书籍档案封面1固定对胶带强度要求的实现方式,所述封面放置板7上还设置有多个安装孔11,所述安装孔11的两端均分别位于封面放置板7的支撑面和与支撑面相对的背面上;
各安装孔11周围的封面放置板7上均设置有与各安装孔11对应的内螺纹孔,所述内螺纹孔用于胶带位置调整机构与封面放置板7螺栓连接,所述收带机构3固定于胶带位置调整机构上;
所述收带机构3还包括用于为收带轴5与胶带卷安装轴6之间胶带提供支撑的多个胶带支撑轮15,多个胶带支撑轮15分布于不同的安装孔11中,所述胶带位置调整机构用于制动胶带支撑轮15沿着安装孔11的孔深方向运动,以使得胶带支撑轮15对胶带的支撑面相对于封面放置板7的支撑面外凸或内凹。

实施例4:
本实施例在实施例1的基础上作进一步限定,如图1所示,为避免胶带回卷,还包括胶带防回卷装置,本实施例中,将胶带卷固定于胶带卷安装轴6上,胶带释放时胶带卷同步于胶带卷安装轴6转动,这样,胶带防回卷装置采用棘轮机构20,在胶带卷安装轴6上固定一个棘轮,同时为棘轮匹配一个止回爪,通过以上止回爪实现棘轮的单向转动,实现胶带防回卷功能。

- 一种便于封面脱离的书籍档案封面锁固装置,包括封面放置板(7),其特征在于,还包括胶带位置调整机构及收带机构(3),所述收带机构(3)包括收带轴(5)、胶带卷安装轴(6)及与收带轴(5)连接的电机(12),所述电机(12)用于驱动收带轴(5)转动,所述胶带卷安装轴(6)用于安装胶带卷,所述收带轴(5)用于牵引释放出缠绕于胶带圈上胶带;所述胶带位置调整机构用于调整所释放出的胶带相对于封面放置板(7)的支撑面的位置,且所述胶带位置调整机构使得所释放出的胶带在以下两个位置状态下可相互切换:胶带相对于封面放置板(7)的支撑面外凸、胶带相对于封面放置板(7)的支撑面内凹。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于封面脱离的书籍档案封面锁固装置,其特征在于,所述封面放置板(7)为两块,各封面放置板(7)均有与各自对应的胶带位置调整机构及收带机构(3)。

- 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于封面脱离的书籍档案封面锁固装置,其特征在于,所述收带机构(3)中还包括阻尼轮(14)和/或胶带张紧轮(13),所述阻尼轮(14)用于增加胶带释放阻力,所述胶带张紧轮(13)用于张紧胶带。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于封面脱离的书籍档案封面锁固装置,其特征在于,所述封面放置板(7)上还设置有多个安装孔(11),所述安装孔(11)的两端均分别位于封面放置板(7)的支撑面和与支撑面相对的背面上;各安装孔(11)周围的封面放置板(7)上均设置有与各安装孔(11)对应的内螺纹孔,所述内螺纹孔用于胶带位置调整机构与封面放置板(7)螺栓连接,所述收带机构(3)固定于胶带位置调整机构上;所述收带机构(3)还包括用于为收带轴(5)与胶带卷安装轴(6)之间胶带提供支撑的多个胶带支撑轮(15),多个胶带支撑轮(15)分布于不同的安装孔(11)中,所述胶带位置 调整机构用于制动胶带支撑轮(15)沿着安装孔(11)的孔深方向运动,以使得胶带支撑轮(15)对胶带的支撑面相对于封面放置板(7)的支撑面外凸或内凹。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于封面脱离的书籍档案封面锁固装置,其特征在于,胶带位置调整机构及收带机构(3)均为多个且两者数量相等,胶带位置调整机构与收带机构(3)一一对应。
- 一种便于封面脱离的书籍档案封面固定方法,该固定方法采用胶带对书籍档案封面进行粘接,实现对书籍档案封面的固定,其特征在于,该方法采用收带轴(5)牵引绕制成卷的胶带卷释放胶带,释放出的胶带依次经过封面放置板(7)的支撑面,且释放出的胶带在经过所述支撑面时,通过胶带位置调整机构调整胶带的位置,使胶带相对于所述支撑面内凹或外凸,在胶带相对于所述支撑面外凸时,使用粘力满足粘合要求的胶带段完成书籍档案封面的粘合固定,在胶带相对于所述支撑面内凹时,使得胶带与书籍档案封面(1)脱离,并通过收带轴(5)将使用后粘力不满足粘合要求的胶带段牵扯出封面放置板(7)的支撑面。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一种便于封面脱离的书籍档案封面固定方法,其特征在于,在封面放置板(7)支撑面上胶带段下方沿着该胶带段的长度方向间隔设置多个胶带支撑轮(15),通过相邻胶带支撑轮(15)之间的封面放置板(7)支撑面形成对胶带及封面面支撑。
