现有的电动平衡车一般都具有一个操作杆,使用者站在平衡车的脚踏平台上对操作杆进行操作,从而前进、后退及停止,这样的控制也称为“手控”。目前平衡车一般是一块板状的平板,其在使用过程中始终是保持水平状态,无法相对转动,所以使用者无法仅仅通过利用脚部即可对平衡车进行操作。

长方形主体24的外侧均设置有加强筋202,加强筋202上设置有螺丝口(图中未示出),固定板203通过螺丝口分别固定于加强筋202。当平衡车需要停放时,电机组通过转轴控制传动齿轮转动,继而带动传动涡轮向下运动,长方形主体即向下运动至预设位置,无需手动拉出支撑脚,给用户以操作便利;固定板和加强筋可以提高支撑脚的强度。
本实施例优选的,支撑脚21有两组,每组两个,均匀设置在中间箱体2靠近前后两侧边的位置。两组支撑脚配合轮子,保证整个平衡车停放的稳定性,避免两支撑点或三支撑点固定时,平衡车有一面不够稳固,容易前或者后侧翻 的问题发生。
本实施例优选的,中加箱体2内还设置有用于给轮毂电机、平衡控制系统和支撑脚供电的电源组;中间箱体2的左右两侧面设置有用于与左踏板及右踏板配合固定的配合件29;配合件29的中心有通孔(图中未示出);
电源组延伸出的电源线通过该通孔连接于轮毂电机和平衡控制系统两侧的左车轮和右车轮。电源组一物多用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电动平衡车,其中:包括支撑轴,可绕所述支撑轴转动的左车轮和右车轮;所述支撑轴包括左轴和右轴,所述左轴和右轴通过连接机构可转动的配合连接;
    所述电动平衡车还包括左踏板和右踏板,所述左踏板和右踏板分别固定在所述左轴和右轴上;
    轮毂电机,用于驱动两个左车轮和右车轮转动;
    平衡控制系统,连接于所述轮毂电机,并用于控制所述轮毂电机驱动所述左车轮和右车轮转动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电动平衡车,其中:所述左踏板包括第一压块,所述右踏板包括第二压块;
    所述左踏板通过所述第一压块固定连接于所述左轴;所述右踏板通过所述第二压块固定连接于所述右轴。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电动平衡车,其中:所述第一压块包括第一限位槽;所述第一压块包括第一固定板,所述第一固定板包括第一固定槽;所述左轴包括第一支撑槽;
    所述第一限位槽的两侧垂直延射出两组共四个定位柱,所述定位柱通过螺丝固定于所述第一固定槽两侧边的第一固定板上;所述第一压块通过第一限位槽、第一固定槽和定位柱,固定连接于所述左轴的支撑槽处;
    所述第二压块包括第二限位槽;所述第二压块包括第二固定板,所述第二固定板包括第二固定槽;所述右轴包括第二支撑槽;
    所述第二限位槽的两侧垂直延射出两组共四个定位柱,所述定位柱通过螺丝固定于所述第二固定槽两侧边的第二固定板上;所述第二压块通过第二限位槽、第二固定槽和定位柱,固定连接于所述右轴的支撑槽处。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的电动平衡车,其中:所述第一压块的上表面设置有 四个固定柱,所述左踏板通过固定柱固定在所述第一压块的上表面;
    所述第二压块的上表面设置有四个固定柱,所述右踏板通过固定柱固定在所述第二压块的上表面;
    所述电动平衡车还包括第一顶盖、第一底盖、第二顶盖和第二底盖,所述左踏板配合设置在所述第一顶盖和第一底盖之间;所述右踏板配合设置在所述第二顶盖和第二底盖之间。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的电动平衡车,其中:所述连接机构还包括限位件,用于限制所述左轴和右轴之间的转动角度。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的电动平衡车,其中:所述电动平衡车还包括设置在左踏板和右踏板之间,固定连接于所述支撑轴的中间箱体;所述中间箱体的下部设置有避让缺口;
    所述中间箱体设置有与所述避让缺口配合,可以在上下方向上伸缩的支撑脚,所述支撑脚的最大伸缩长度与所述电动平衡车的车轮的高度相当。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的电动平衡车,其中:所述中间箱体内还设置由所述电源组供电,并通过传动齿轮与所述支撑脚配合的动力结构;
    所述中间箱体内还设置有用于控制所述动力结构的电路板,所述中间箱体外侧面上设置有耦合与所述电路板耦合的按钮;
    当按钮收到按压时,所述电路板通过动力结构控制所述支撑脚向上或者向下运动。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的电动平衡车,其中:所述动力结构包括电机组,所述电机组通过固定件固定于所述中间箱体的内部上表面;
    所述电机组通过转轴连接于所述传动齿轮,所述支撑件包括一长方形主体,所述长方形主体与所述传动齿轮配合的侧面设置有传动涡轮,所述传动齿轮转动时,通过传动涡轮控制所述支撑脚向上或者向下运动;
    所述长方形主体的外侧均设置有加强筋,所述加强筋上设置有螺丝口,所述固定板通过螺丝口分别固定于所述加强筋。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的电动平衡车,其中:所述支撑脚有两组,每组两个,均匀设置在所述中间箱体靠近前后两侧边的位置。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的电动平衡车,其中:所述中加箱体内还设置有用于给所述轮毂电机、平衡控制系统和支撑脚供电的电源组;所述中间箱体的左右两侧面设置有用于与左踏板及右踏板配合固定的配合件;配合件的中心有通孔;
    所述电源组延伸出的电源线通过该通孔连接于所述轮毂电机和平衡控制系统两侧的左车轮和右车轮。
