一种新型茶叶包装机 技术领域
本实用新型属于机械设备技术领域,具体涉及一种新型茶叶包装机。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,以及人们的生活水平的提高,茶叶是中国传统文化的精髓,至今仍然受到大众的喜爱,茶叶包装对技术的要求比较高。在包装过程中操作者需要人工进行包装,进而不能很好的控制包装袋中茶叶的重量。
实用新型内容
为克服现有技术所存在的缺陷,本实用新型提供一种新型茶叶包装机,能够解决上述问题。
本实用新型要解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:设计一种新型茶叶包装机,包括进料口、电机、电加热器、搅拌叶片、转轴、湿度感应器、主控制面板、主控制器、重量显示屏、支架、激振器、通孔、重量控制器、压力感应器、过滤板、下料口、机体,在机体上端一侧设置进料口,在机体下端设置下料口,在机体两侧下端均设置支架,在机体上端设置电机,在机体内设置转轴,在转轴上设置搅拌叶片,电机连接转轴;在所述的机体上设置主控制面板,在主控制面板内设置主控制器,在主控制面板上设置重量显示屏,在所述的下料口处设置重量控制器,重量控制器连接主控制器,主控制器连接重量显示屏。
优选的,在所述的机体内侧设置电加热器,在机体内设置湿度感应器,湿度感应器连接主控制器,主控制器连接电机和电加热器。
优选的,在所述的下料口处设置过滤板,在过滤板上设置若干个通孔,在下料口外设置激振器,激振器连接过滤板。
优选的,在所述的过滤板上设置压力感应器,压力感应器连接主控制器, 主控制器连接激振器。
本实用新型所具有的有益效果是:
1、本实用新型包括进料口、电机、电加热器、搅拌叶片、转轴、湿度感应器、主控制面板、主控制器、重量显示屏、支架、激振器、通孔、重量控制器、压力感应器、过滤板、下料口、机体,在机体上端一侧设置进料口,在机体下端设置下料口,在机体两侧下端均设置支架,在机体上端设置电机,在机体内设置转轴,在转轴上设置搅拌叶片,电机连接转轴;在所述的机体上设置主控制面板,在主控制面板内设置主控制器,在主控制面板上设置重量显示屏,在所述的下料口处设置重量控制器,重量控制器连接主控制器,主控制器连接重量显示屏。通过下料口处的重量控制器能够实时掌握从下料口处下料的茶叶重量,并通过主控制器显示在重量显示屏上,使操作者能够实时观察到茶叶的重量,有利于茶叶的包装。
2、本实用新型在所述的机体内侧设置电加热器,在机体内设置湿度感应器,湿度感应器连接主控制器,主控制器连接电机和电加热器。当湿度感应器感应到机体内的茶叶湿度没有达到规定的范围时,可将此信息传递给主控制器,主控制器会控制电机开始搅拌运行,同时机体内侧的电加热器也同时运行,将茶叶进行烘干处理。
3、本实用新型在所述的下料口处设置过滤板,在过滤板上设置若干个通孔,在下料口外设置激振器,激振器连接过滤板。将烘干后的茶叶通过下料口排出,并由下料口外的激振器带动过滤板进行运动,方便将茶叶中的杂质从茶叶中排出,保证茶叶的质量。
4、本实用新型在所述的过滤板上设置压力感应器,压力感应器连接主控制器,主控制器连接激振器。当过滤板上的压力感应器感应到茶叶下料时的压力 时,会将此信息传递给主控制器,主控制器会控制激振器带动过滤板运行,有利于茶叶的顺利下料。
5、本实用新型结构简单,易于制作,适宜于工业化生产。

如图1所述的一种新型茶叶包装机,包括进料口1、电机2、电加热器3、搅拌叶片4、转轴5、湿度感应器6、主控制面板7、主控制器8、重量显示屏9、支架10、激振器11、通孔12、重量控制器13、压力感应器14、过滤板15、下料口16、机体17,在机体17上端一侧设置进料口1,在机体17下端设置下料口16,在机体17两侧下端均设置支架10,在机体17上端设置电机2,在机体17内设置转轴5,在转轴5上设置搅拌叶片4,电机2连接转轴5;在所述的机体17上设置主控制面板7,在主控制面板7内设置主控制器8,在主控制面板7上设置重量显示屏9,在所述的下料口16处设置重量控制器13,重量控制器13连接主控制器8,主控制器8连接重量显示屏9。通过下料口16处的重量控制器13能够实时掌握从下料口16处下料的茶叶重量,并通过主控制器8显示在重量显示屏9上,使操作者能够实时观察到茶叶的重量,有利于茶叶的包装。在所述的机体17内侧设置电加热器3,在机体17内设置湿度感应器6,湿度感应器6连接主控制器8,主控制器8连接电机2和电加热器3。当湿度感应器6感应到机体17内的茶叶湿度没有达到规定的范围时,可将此信息传递给主控制器8,主控制器8会控制电机2开始搅拌运行,同时机体17内侧的电加热器3 也同时运行,将茶叶进行烘干处理。在所述的下料口16处设置过滤板15,在过滤板15上设置若干个通孔12,在下料口16外设置激振器11,激振器11连接过滤板15。将烘干后的茶叶通过下料口16排出,并由下料口16外的激振器11带动过滤板15进行运动,方便将茶叶中的杂质从茶叶中排出,保证茶叶的质量。在所述的过滤板15上设置压力感应器14,压力感应器14连接主控制器8,主控制器8连接激振器11。当过滤板15上的压力感应器14感应到茶叶下料时的压力时,会将此信息传递给主控制器8,主控制器8会控制激振器11带动过滤板15运行,有利于茶叶的顺利下料。
