Abstract
미세 기공이 형성된 재질로 구성된 접착층을 방수통음층과 지지층 사이에 개재하여 방수통음층과 지지층 사이의 공기 흐름이 원활하도록 한 방수 통음 시트를 제시한다. 제시된 방수 통음 시트는 탄성을 갖는 막으로 형성되는 방수통음층, 일면이 방수통음층의 일면에 부착되는 접착층 및 일면이 접착층의 타면에 접착되는 지지층을 포함하고, 접착층은 기공이 형성된 기재 및 기재 양면의 접착제를 포함한다.
Description
본 발명은 방수 통음 시트에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 음전달 효율을 높이면서 방수성을 향상시킨 방수 통음 시트(WATERPROOF SOUND-TRANSMITTING SHEET)에 관한 것이다.
최근 휴대용 단말기, 디지털 카메라, 노트북 등과 같은 모바일 전자기기의 사용이 날로 증가하고 있다. 이러한 모바일 전자기기는 휴대하면서 사용하기 때문에 방수 기능을 갖는 것이 요구되고 있다. 하지만, 스피커나 마이크 등이 설치되는 부분에는 소리를 방출시키는 음향 홀이 형성되고, 이 음향 홀을 통해 물이나 먼지가 전자기기 내부로 침투하게 된다.
따라서, 음향 홀에는 소리는 통과시키고 물이나 먼지를 차단하는 방수 통음 시트가 설치된다. 이러한 방수 통음 시트는 방수성 및 음전달 효율을 모두 고려하여 제조되어야 한다.
방수 통음 시트 관련하여, 공개특허공보 제10-2010-0041839호(2010년 04월 22일)는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 다공질막으로 형성된 구성을 개시하고 있다. 하지만, 종래의 방수 통음막은 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 다공질막으로만 구성되기 때문에 사용기간이 길어짐에 따라 외부에서 가해지는 충격이나 소리의 압력 등으로 인하여 늘어난다.
이때, 종래의 방수 통음막은 압력에 의해 늘어짐에 따라 다공질막의 미세 구멍이 커져 방수 성능이 저하되고, 압력이 지속되는 경우 복원력(탄성)이 저하되어 음향 성능이 저하 또는 상실되는 문제가 있다.
이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 종래에는 방수 통음막을 무기공 막으로 형성하는 구조가 적용되고 있다.
즉, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 종래의 방수 통음 시트는 휴대 단말의 케이스에 접착되는 제1 접착층(10), 무기공 막으로 형성되고, 하면이 제1 접착층(10)에 접착되는 방수 통음막(20), 하면이 방수 통음막(20)의 상면에 접착되는 제2 접착층(30), 하면이 제2 접착층(30)의 상면에 접착되는 지지층(40) 및 하면이 지지층(40)의 상면에 접착되고, 하면이 마이크(또는 스피커) 모듈에 접착되는 제3 접착층(50)으로 구성된다.
이때, 제2 접착층(30)은 방수 통음 시트의 강도를 확보하기 위해 기공이 없는 PET 등의 기재(32)의 양면에 접착시트(34)가 형성된 기재형 접착층으로 형성된다.
상술한 구조로 형성된 종래의 방수 통음 시트는 제1 접착층(10)을 케이스(즉, 음향 홀이 형성된 부분)에 접착한 후, 제3 접착층(50)을 마이크(또는 스피커) 모듈에 접착하여 휴대 단말에 실장된다.
이때, 종래의 방수 통음 시트는 마이크(또는 스피커) 모듈에 접착하는 과정에서 방수 통음막과 지지층 사이에 형성되는 내부공간의 압력이 증가하게 된다. 즉, 종래의 방수 통음 시트는 무기공 막의 방수 통음막으로 구성됨에 따라 마이크(또는 스피커) 모듈에 접착하는 과정에서 내부공간에 존재하는 공기가 외부로 빠져나가지 못해 내부공간의 압력이 증가한다.
그에 따라, 종래의 방수 통음 시트는 내부공간의 압력 증가로 인해 방수 통음막의 변형이 발생하고, 방수 통음막의 변형으로 인해 통음(즉, 음전달) 효과가 저하되는 문제점이 있다.
또한, 종래의 방수 통음 시트는 방수 통음막과 지지층 사이의 내부공간에서 공기의 흐름(배출)이 용이하지 않기 때문에, 음전달시 방수 통음막의 복원이 빠르게 이루어지지 않아 통음(음전달) 효과가 저하되는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명은 상기한 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 제안된 것으로, 미세 기공이 형성된 재질로 구성된 접착층을 방수통음층과 지지층 사이에 개재하여 방수통음층과 지지층 사이의 공기 흐름이 원활하도록 한 방수 통음 시트를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 미세 기공이 형성된 재질로 구성된 접착층을 방수통음층과 지지층 사이에 개재하고, 무기공 막으로 형성된 지지층에 복수의 배출 홀을 형성하여 방수통음층과 지지층 사이의 공기 흐름이 원활하도록 한 방수 통음 시트를 제공하는 것을 다른 목적으로 한다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 방수 통음 시트는 탄성을 갖는 막으로 형성되는 방수통음층, 방수통음층의 일면에 배치된 지지층 및 방수통음층 및 지지층 사이에 개재되어 방수통음층 및 지지층에 접착되는 접착층을 포함하고, 접착층은 기공이 형성된 기재 및 기재 양면에 형성된 접착제를 포함한다. 이때, 기재는 부직포로 형성되고, 부직포는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET; polyethylene terepthalate), 폴리프로필렌(PP; polypropylene), 폴리에틸렌(PE; polyethylene), 나일론(Nylon) 중에 적어도 하나로 형성될 수 있다.
접착층은 내부에 홀이 형성되어 방수통음층과 지지층을 이격시키고, 방수통음층과 지지층의 외주를 따라 배치되어 방수통음층과 지지층 사이에 이격 공간을 형성할 수 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 방수 통음 시트는 탄성을 갖는 막으로 형성되는 방수통음층, 복수의 배출 홀이 형성되어 방수통음층의 일면에 배치된 지지층 및 방수통음층 및 지지층 사이에 개재되어 방수통음층 및 지지층에 접착되는 접착층을 포함한다. 이때, 지지층은 복수의 배출 홀이 형성된 무기공성 막일 수 있다.
접착층은 기공이 형성된 기재 및 기재 양면에 형성된 접착제를 포함할 수 있다. 이때, 기재는 부직포로 형성되고, 부직포는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET; polyethylene terepthalate), 폴리프로필렌(PP; polypropylene), 폴리에틸렌(PE; polyethylene), 나일론(Nylon) 중에 적어도 하나로 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명에 의하면, 방수 통음 시트는 미세 기공이 형성된 재질로 구성된 접착층을 방수통음층과 지지층 사이에 개재함으로써, 방수통음층과 지지층 사이의 내부공간에서 공기 흐름을 원활하게 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

도 1을 참조하면, 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 방수 통음 시트(100)는 방수통음층(110), 제1 접착층(120), 제2 접착층(130), 지지층(140) 및 제3 접착층(150)을 포함하여 구성된다.
방수통음층(110)은 소정 형상의 박막 필름으로 형성된다. 이때, 방수통음층(110)은 적용 기기의 음향 홀, 내부 결합 구조 등에 따라 원형, 타원형, 사각형, 육각형 등과 같이 다양한 형상의 박막 필름으로 형성된다.
일반적으로, 방수 통음 시트(100)가 적용되는 적용 기기는 매우 작은 원형의 음향 홀이 형성되기 때문에, 방수통음층(110)은 원형 또는 타원형 형상으로 주로 형성된다.
또한, 방수통음층(110)은 적용 기기에서 요구되는 통음 및 방수 성능에 따라 대략 5㎛ 내지 100㎛ 정도의 두께를 갖는 박막 필름으로 형성될 수 있다. 이때, 방수통음층(110)은 적용 기기의 두께를 고려하여 5㎛ 이하, 100㎛ 이상의 두께로 형성될 수도 있다. 여기서, 방수통음층(110)은 대략 5㎛ 정도에서 가장 높은 통음 성능을 갖는다.

방수통음층(110)은 고수압에서의 방수 성능을 제공하기 위해 전기방사 이외의 방법으로 제조된 고탄성(고 신축성) 및 무기공성 재질로 구성될 수도 있다. 일례로, 방수통음층(110)은 라텍스, 폴리우레탄(PU; Polyurethane), 열가소성 폴리우레탄(TPU; Thermoplastic Poly Urethane) 등과 같이 고탄성 재질로 형성되며, 대략 1 기압 이상의 압력에서 방수 성능을 유지하기 위해 무기공 필름 형태로 형성될 수 있다.
제1 접착층(120)은 내부에 홀을 갖는 소정 형상의 박막 필름으로 형성된다. 제1 접착층(120)은 하면이 적용 기기에 형성된 음향 홀에 접착되고, 상면이 방수통음층(110)의 하면에 접착된다. 이때, 제1 접착층(120)은 방수통음층(110)의 형상에 따라 원형, 타원형, 사각형, 육각형 등과 같이 다양한 형상의 박막 필름으로 형성될 수 있다.
제2 접착층(130)은 내부에 홀을 갖는 소정 형성의 박막 필름으로 형성된다. 즉, 제2 접착층(130)은 방수통음층(110)과 지지층(140)의 형상에 따라 원형, 타원형, 사각형, 육각형 등과 같이 다양한 형상의 박막 필름으로 형성된다. 이때, 제2 접착층(130)은 통음을 위한 홀이 내부에 형성된다.

지지층(140)은 소정 형상의 박막 필름으로 형성된다. 이때, 지지층(140)은 적용 기기에 음향 홀, 내부 결합 구조 등에 따라 원형, 타원형, 사각형, 육각형 등과 같이 다양한 형상의 박막 필름으로 형성된다.
지지층(140)은 적용 기기에서 요구되는 통음 및 방수 성능에 따라 대략 10㎛ 내지 100㎛ 정도의 두께를 갖는 박막 필름으로 형성될 수 있다. 이때, 지지층(140)은 대략 15㎛ 이상 20㎛ 이하의 두께로 형성되는 경우 가장 높은 음향 성능을 갖는다.
한편, 지지층(140)은 부직포 재질의 박막 필름으로 구성되는 경우, 부직포를 구성하는 섬유의 직경을 대략 1㎛ 이상 10㎛ 이하가 되도록 형성될 수 있다. 여기서, 지지층(140)은 일반적으로 대략 5㎛ 정도의 직경을 갖는 섬유로 구성되는 부직포 재질의 박막 필름으로 구성될 수 있다.
지지층(140)은 마이크 또는 스피커의 통음을 위해 다수의 기공이 형성된 기공성 재질로 구성된다. 일례로, 지지층(140)은 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET; polyethylene terepthalate), 폴리프로필렌(PP; polypropylene), 폴리에틸렌(PE; polyethylene), 나일론(Nylon) 등의 재질로 형성된 부직포와 같이 다수의 기공이 형성된 기공성 재질로 구성된다. 여기서, 지지층(140)은 대략 2㎛ 내지 20㎛ 정도의 크기(직경)을 갖는 복수의 기공이 형성된다.
이때, 100 cfm 이하의 공기투과도를 갖는 경우 음이 투과하지 못하기 때문에 음향손실이 발생하므로, 지지층(140)은 대략 100 cfm 이상의 공기 투과도를 갖도록 복수의 기공이 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 기공이 너무 많이 형성되는 경우 음압에 의해 지지층(140)에 움직임이 발생할 수 있다. 이 경우, 수압이 가해져 늘어진 방수통음층(110)과의 충돌이 발생하므로, 지지층(140)은 음압에 의한 움직임을 방지할 수 있으며, 공기투과도를 100 cfm 이상 유지할 수 있는 만큼의 기공을 형성하는 것이 바람직하다.
지지층(140)은 수압이 가해짐에 따라 방수통음층(110)이 일정 이상 늘어지는 것을 방지하기 위해 방수통음층(110)과 소정 간격 이격되어 배치된다. 이때, 지지층(140)은 제2접착층의 두께에 의해 방수통음층(110)과의 이격 간격을 형성한다.
제3 접착층(150)은 내부에 홀을 갖는 소정 형상의 박막 필름으로 형성된다. 제3 접착층(150)은 하면이 지지층(140)의 상면에 접착되고, 상면이 휴대 단말의 케이스에 형성된 음향 홀에 접착된다. 이때, 제3 접착층(150)은 방수통음층(110)의 형상에 따라 원형, 타원형, 사각형, 육각형 등과 같이 다양한 형상의 박막 필름으로 형성될 수 있다.
상술한 바와 같이, 방수 통음 시트는 미세 기공이 형성된 재질로 구성된 접착층을 방수통음층과 지지층 사이에 개재함으로써, 방수통음층과 지지층 사이의 내부공간에서 공기 흐름을 원활하게 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 방수 통음 시트는 미세 기공이 형성된 재질로 구성된 접착층을 방수통음층과 지지층 사이에 개재함으로써, 마이크(또는 스피커) 모듈에 부착시 방수통음층과 지지층 사이에 형성되는 내부 공간의 압력이 증가하는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 방수 통음 시트는 방수통음층과 지지층 사이에 형성되는 내부 공간의 압력이 증가하는 것을 방지함으로써, 방수통음층의 변형이 발생하는 것을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 방수 통음 시트는 방수통음층과 지지층 사이에 형성되는 내부 공간의 압력이 증가하는 것을 방지함으로써, 방수통음층의 변형으로 인한 통음(즉, 음전달) 성능이 저하되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 방수 통음 시트는 미세 기공이 형성된 재질로 구성된 접착층을 방수통음층과 지지층 사이에 개재함으로써, 방수통음층과 지지층 사이의 내부공간에서 공기의 흐름(배출)을 원활하게 하여 음전달시 방수통음층의 복원 속도를 증가시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다. 즉, 방수 통음 시트는 종래의 방수 통음 시트에 비해 압착시 내부압력이 높아져 발생하는 감도 손실(Loss)을 빠르게 복원할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
그에 따라, 방수 통음 시트는 방수통음층과 지지층 사이의 내부공간에서 공기의 흐름(배출)을 원활하게 하여 음전달시 방수통음층의 복원 속도를 증가시킴으로써, 음압에 의한 방수통음층의 움직임을 원활하게 하여 통음(음전달) 성능을 향상시키는 효과가 있다.
도 3을 참조하면, 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 방수 통음 시트(200)는 방수통음층(210), 제1 접착층(220), 제2 접착층(230), 지지층(240) 및 제3 접착층(250)을 포함하여 구성된다.
여기서, 방수통음층(210), 제1 접착층(220), 제2 접착층(230) 및 제3 접착층(250)은 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 방수 통음 시트(100)의 방수통음층(110), 제1 접착층(120), 제2 접착층(130) 및 제3 접착층(150)과 동일하므로 상세한 설명을 생략한다.
지지층(240)은 방수 통음 시트(200)의 강도를 강화시키기 위해 제1 실시예의 지지층(140)과 달리 무기공 막의 수지(예를 들면, PET 등)로 형성된다. 이때, 지지층(240)은 무기공 막으로 형성되기 때문에 통음(음전달)을 위해 복수의 통기 배출 홀(242)이 형성된다.
이때, 지지층(240)은 무기공 막으로 형성되기 때문에 기공 막으로 형성되는 제1 실시예에 비해 방수통음층(210)의 지지 성능이 증가하지만, 공기가 흐르는 통로가 없기 때문에 휴대 단말의 케이스 또는 마이크(또는 스피커) 모듈에 접착시 방수통음층(210)과 지지층(240) 사이에 형성되는 내부공간의 압력이 증가하게 된다.
이 경우, 방수통음층(210) 또는 지지층(240)의 변형이 발생하거나 음전달 성능이 저하되기 때문에, 지지층(240)은 내부공간의 공기를 배출하는 복수의 배출 홀(242)이 형성된다.
이때, 복수의 배출 홀(242)은 상호 간 소정 간격 이격되어 일렬로 배치된다. 예를 들어, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 대략 5Φ 정도의 지름을 갖는 4개의 배출 홀(242)들이 상호 간 이격되어 일렬로 배치될 수 있다.
물론, 복수의 배출 홀(242)은 상호간 소정 간격 이격되어 다행 다열로 배치될 수도 있다.
상술한 바와 같이, 방수 통음 시트는 미세 기공이 형성된 재질로 구성된 접착층을 방수통음층과 지지층 사이에 개재하고, 무기공 막으로 형성된 지지층에 복수의 배출 홀을 형성함으로써, 방수통음층과 지지층 사이의 내부공간에서 공기 흐름을 원활하게 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 방수 통음 시트는 미세 기공이 형성된 재질로 구성된 접착층을 방수통음층과 지지층 사이에 개재하고, 무기공 막으로 형성된 지지층에 복수의 배출 홀을 형성함으로써, 마이크(또는 스피커) 모듈에 부착시 방수통음층과 지지층 사이에 형성되는 내부 공간의 압력이 증가하는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 방수 통음 시트는 방수통음층과 지지층 사이에 형성되는 내부 공간의 압력이 증가하는 것을 방지함으로써, 방수통음층의 변형이 발생하는 것을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 방수 통음 시트는 방수통음층과 지지층 사이에 형성되는 내부 공간의 압력이 증가하는 것을 방지함으로써, 방수통음층의 변형으로 인한 통음(즉, 음전달) 성능이 저하되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

그에 따라, 방수 통음 시트는 방수통음층과 지지층 사이의 내부공간에서 공기의 흐름(배출)을 원활하게 하여 음전달시 방수통음층의 복원 속도를 증가시킴으로써, 음압에 의한 방수통음층의 움직임을 원활하게 하여 통음(음전달) 성능을 향상시키는 효과가 있다.
이상에서 본 발명에 따른 바람직한 실시예에 대해 설명하였으나, 다양한 형태로 변형이 가능하며, 본 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진자라면 본 발명의 특허청구범위를 벗어남이 없이 다양한 변형예 및 수정예를 실시할 수 있을 것으로 이해된다.
Claims (10)
- 탄성을 갖는 막으로 형성되는 방수통음층;상기 방수통음층의 일면에 배치된 지지층; 및상기 방수통음층 및 상기 지지층 사이에 개재되어 상기 방수통음층 및 상기 지지층에 접착되는 접착층을 포함하고,상기 접착층은,기공이 형성된 기재; 및상기 기재 양면에 형성된 접착제를 포함하는 방수 통음 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기재는 부직포로 형성되는 방수 통음 시트.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 부직포는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET; polyethylene terepthalate), 폴리프로필렌(PP; polypropylene), 폴리에틸렌(PE; polyethylene), 나일론(Nylon) 중에 적어도 하나로 형성되는 방수 통음 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 접착층은 내부에 홀이 형성되어 상기 방수통음층과 상기 지지층을 이격시키는 방수 통음 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 접착층은상기 방수통음층과 상기 지지층의 외주를 따라 배치되어 상기 방수통음층과 상기 지지층 사이에 이격 공간을 형성하는 방수 통음 시트.
- 탄성을 갖는 막으로 형성되는 방수통음층;복수의 배출 홀이 형성되어 상기 방수통음층의 일면에 배치된 지지층; 및상기 방수통음층 및 상기 지지층 사이에 개재되어 상기 방수통음층 및 상기 지지층에 접착되는 접착층을 포함하는 방수 통음 시트.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 지지층은 복수의 배출 홀이 형성된 무기공성 막인 방수 통음 시트.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 접착층은,기공이 형성된 기재; 및상기 기재 양면에 형성된 접착제를 포함하는 방수 통음 시트.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 기재는 부직포로 형성되는 방수 통음 시트.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 부직포는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET; polyethylene terepthalate), 폴리프로필렌(PP; polypropylene), 폴리에틸렌(PE; polyethylene), 나일론(Nylon) 중에 적어도 하나로 형성되는 방수 통음 시트.
