技术领域
本公开涉及一种防水传声片材,更具体地说,涉及一种用于提高声音传递效率和增强防水性能的防水传声片材(waterproof sound-transmitting sheet)。
背景技术
近些年来,已经越来越多地使用移动电子设备,诸如便携式终端、数码相机和笔记本电脑。由于这样的移动电子设备是便携式的,所以需要具有防水功能。然而,用于发出声音的声孔形成在安装有扬声器、麦克风等的部分上,并且水或灰尘通过声孔渗透到电子设备中。
相应地,声孔设置有防水传声片材,以用于使声音穿过并阻断水或灰尘。制造这样的防水传声片材应该考虑到防水性能和声音传递效率。
关于防水传声片材,韩国公开专利公报10-2010-0041839号(2010年4月22日)公开了由多孔聚四氟乙烯膜构成的结构。然而,传统的防水传声膜的问题在于:由于它仅由多孔聚四氟乙烯膜构成,随着使用时间变长,使得它由于外部施加的冲击力或声压而被拉伸。
此时,存在的问题在于:随着传统的防水传声膜被压力拉伸,多孔膜的微孔变得更大,使得防水性能降低,并且当压力维持不变时,恢复力(弹性)减小,使得声学性能降低或丧失。
为了解决这一问题,传统上,应用形成具有无孔膜的防水传声膜的结构。
也就是说,如图1所示,传统的防水传声片材包括粘附到便携式终端的壳体的第一粘合层10、由无孔膜形成并且具有粘附到第一粘合层10的下表面的防水传声膜20、具有粘附到防水传声膜20上表面的下表面的第二粘合层30、具有粘附到第二粘合层30上表面的下表面的支撑层40、和具有粘附到该支撑层40上表面的下表面的第三粘合层50,并且该传统防水传声片材的下表面附接至麦克风(或扬声器)模块。
此时,第二粘合层30由基板型粘合层形成,该基板型粘合层具有形成在诸如PET的基板32的两个表面上的粘合片材34,该基板没有用于确保防水传声片材的强度的孔。
形成在上述结构中的传统的防水传声片材通过将第一粘合层10粘附到壳体(即,形成声孔的部分)并且然后将第三粘合层50粘附到麦克风(或扬声器)模块而安装在便携式终端中。
此时,在传统的防水传声片材中,在防水传声膜和支撑层之间形成的内部空间的压力在该防水传声片材粘附到麦克风(或扬声器)模块的过程中增加。就是说,由于传统的防水传声片材由无孔膜的防水传声膜构成,因此存在于内部空间中的空气不会在粘附到麦克风(或扬声器)模块的过程中逸出到外部,从而增加了内部空间的压力。
相应地,存在的问题在于:在传统的防水传声片材中,防水传声膜的变形是由内部空间压力增加引起的,并且传声(即,声音传递)效果由于防水传声膜的变形而降低。
另外,存在的问题在于:由于传统的防水传声片材不易使空气在防水传声膜和支撑层之间的内部空间中流动(排出),因此防水传声膜在声音传递时不能快速恢复,从而降低传声(声音传递)效果。
发明内容
技术问题
本公开旨在解决上述的传统问题,并且本公开的目的在于提供一种防水传声片材,该防水传声片材在防水传声层和支撑层之间插入粘合层,该粘合层由具有形成在该粘合层中的微孔的材料构成,使得空气在防水传声层和支撑层之间平滑地流动。
另外,本公开的另一个目的在于提供一种防水传声片材,该防水传声片材在防水传声层和支撑层之间插入粘合层,该粘合层由具有形成在该粘合层中的微孔的材料构成,并且该防水传声片材在由无孔膜形成的支撑层上形成多个排放孔,使得空气在防水传声层和支撑层之间平滑地流动。
技术方案
为了实现本公开的目的,根据本公开的实施例的防水传声片材包括由具有弹性的膜形成的防水传声层、布置在防水传声层的一个表面上的支撑层、以及插入在防水传声层和支撑层之间以粘附到防水传声层和支撑层的粘合层;并且该粘合层包括具有形成在该粘合层中的孔的基板和形成在该基板的两个表面上的粘合剂。此时,基板可以由无纺布形成,并且该无纺布可以由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET;polyethylene terephthalate)、聚丙烯(PP;polypropylene)、聚乙烯(PE;polyethylene)和尼龙(Nylon)中的至少一种形成。
粘合层可以具有形成在该粘合层中的孔以使防水传声层和支撑层间隔开,并且可以沿防水传声层和支撑层的外周布置,以在防水传声层和支撑层之间形成间隔空间。
为了实现本公开的目的,根据本公开的另一个实施例的防水传声片材包括由具有弹性的膜形成的防水传声层、具有其中形成有多个排放孔并布置在防水传声层的一个表面上的支撑层、以及插入在防水传声层和支撑层之间以粘附到防水传声层和支撑层的粘合层。此时,支撑层可以是具有其中形成有多个排放孔的无孔膜。
粘合层可以包括具有其中形成有孔的基板和形成在该基板的两个表面上的粘合剂。此时,基板可以由无纺布形成,并且该无纺布可以由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET;polyethylene terephthalate)、聚丙烯(PP;polypropylene)、聚乙烯(PE;polyethylene)和尼龙(Nylon)中的至少一种形成。
有益效果

参照图1,根据本公开的第一实施例的防水传声片材100被构造成包括防水传声层110、第一粘合层120、第二粘合层130、支撑层140、和第三粘合层150。
防水传声层110由预定形状的薄膜形成。此时,防水传声层110根据适用装置的声孔、内部联接结构等由各种形状(诸如圆形、椭圆形、正方形和六边形)的薄膜形成。
通常,由于应用防水传声片材100的适用装置具有非常小的圆形声孔,因此防水传声层110主要形成为圆形或椭圆形。
另外,根据适用装置所需的传声和防水性能,防水传声层110可以由具有约为5μm至100μm厚度的薄膜形成。此时,考虑到适用装置的厚度,防水传声层110也可以形成5μm或更小以及100μm或更大的厚度。其中,防水传声层110在约为5μm处具有最高的传声性能。
防水传声层110可以由通过电纺丝而形成的无孔膜构成,以便在高水压下提供防水性能。例如,防水传声层110可以形成为高弹性无孔膜,通过对聚合物材料进行电纺丝、在织物上形成聚合物材料层、然后对该聚合物材料层进行热处理以使该结构在织物上熔化,所述高弹性无孔膜得以成形。

防水传声层110通过电纺丝而形成,使得所述防水传声层的厚度易于调节。特别地,防水传声层110的厚度通过使用电纺丝工艺容易且薄地形成,从而形成具有完全优异的传声性能的防水传声片材100。多孔型防水传声片材100对于片材的厚度相对较不敏感,因为它通过孔传递声音。相比之下,无孔型防水传声片材100需要具有薄的片材厚度,使得在防水传声片材的一个表面上的声音振动可以更有效地传递到其另一个表面。
另外,由于防水传声层110形成为无孔型,因此可以实现比包括孔型防水传声层110的防水传声片材100的防水性能更高的防水性能。
防水传声层110也可以由高弹性(高拉伸-收缩性)和通过除电纺丝以外的方法制造的无孔材料构成,以便在高水压下提供防水性能。例如,防水传声层110可以由诸如乳胶、聚氨酯(PU;polyurethane)或热塑性聚氨酯(TPU;Thermoplastic Poly Urethane)的高弹性材料形成,并且可以形成为无孔膜形状,以便在约为1atm或更高的压力下维持防水性能。
第一粘合层120由预定形状的、其中具有孔的薄膜形成。第一粘合层120具有粘附到在适用装置中形成的声孔的下表面,并且具有粘附到防水传声层110下表面的上表面。此时,第一粘合层120可以根据防水传声层110的形状由各种形状(诸如圆形、椭圆形、正方形和六边形)的薄膜形成。
第二粘合层130由预定形状的、其中具有孔的薄膜形成。就是说,第二粘合层130可以根据防水传声层110和支撑层140的形状由各种形状(诸如圆形、椭圆形、正方形和六边形)的薄膜形成。此时,第二粘合层130具有形成在其中的用于传声的孔。
相应地,第二粘合层130沿防水传声层110和支撑层140的外周布置,以在防水传声层110和支撑层140之间形成间隔空间(即,孔)。
第二粘合层130由具有预定厚度的薄膜形成,以用于确保防水传声层110和支撑层140之间的间隔距离。就是说,第二粘合层130具有粘附到防水传声层110上表面的下表面,并且具有粘附到支撑层140下表面的上表面,以插在防水传声层110和支撑层140之间。此时,第二粘合层130可以形成为具有约为50μm至200μm的厚度,以用于确保防水传声层110和支撑层140之间的间隔间距。
第二粘合层130由基板型粘合层形成,该基板型粘合层具有形成在该基板的两个表面上的粘合剂。此时,第二粘合层130由具有多个微孔的孔型材料构成,该微孔使空气穿过并且不使水穿过以便构成空气流动通道,以用于将在防水传声层110和支撑层140之间形成的内部空间中的空气排出,或者用于将外部空气吸入内部空间中。
基板由具有形成在其中的多个孔的多孔材料构成,例如由诸如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET;polyethylene terephthalate)、聚丙烯(PP;polypropylene)、聚乙烯(PE;polyethylene)或尼龙(Nylon)的材料形成的无纺布。
支撑层140由预定形状的薄膜形成。此时,支撑层140根据适用装置的声孔、内部联接结构等由各种形状(诸如圆形、椭圆形、正方形和六边形)的薄膜形成。
根据适用装置所需的传声性能和防水性能,支撑层140可以由具有约为10μm至100μm厚度的薄膜形成。此时,当所述支撑层形成约为15μm或更大以及20μm或更小的厚度时,支撑层140具有最高的声学性能。
同时,当支撑层140由无纺布材料的薄膜形成时,构成所形成的无纺布的纤维的直径可以约为1μm或更大以及10μm或更小。其中,支撑层140通常可以由无纺布材料的薄膜形成,该无纺布材料由直径约为5μm的纤维构成。
支撑层140由具有形成在其中的多个孔的多孔材料构成,以用于麦克风或扬声器的传声。例如,支撑层140由具有形成在其中的多个孔的多孔材料构成,例如由诸如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET;polyethylene terephthalate)、聚丙烯(PP;polypropylene)、聚乙烯(PE;polyethylene)或尼龙(Nylon)的材料形成的无纺布。此外,支撑层140具有形成在其中的尺寸(直径)约为2μm至20μm的多个孔。
此时,在100cfm或更小的空气渗透率中,声音可能不会渗透并且会因此而发生声学损失,使得支撑层140优选地具有多个孔以具有约为100cfm或更大的空气渗透率。
同时,当形成大量的孔时,支撑层140的运动可以由声压引起。在此情况下,发生与通过施加到防水传声层的水压而拉伸的防水传声层110的碰撞,使得支撑层140可以防止由于声压引起的运动,并优选地形成足够的孔以将空气渗透率维持在100cfm或更大。
为了防止防水传声层110通过施加到防水传声层的水压而被拉伸一定水平或更高水平,支撑层140布置成与防水传声层110隔开一预定间隔。此时,支撑层140与防水传声层110通过第二粘合层的厚度形成间隔间距。
第三粘合层150由预定形状的、其中具有孔的薄膜形成。第三粘合层150具有粘附到支撑层140上表面的下表面,并且具有粘附到在便携式终端的壳体中形成的声孔的上表面。此时,第三粘合层150可以根据防水传声层110的形状由各种形状(诸如圆形、椭圆形、正方形和六边形)的薄膜形成。
如上所述,防水传声片材可以在防水传声层和支撑层之间插入粘合层,该粘合层由具有形成在其中的微孔的材料构成,从而使防水传声层和支撑层之间的内部空间中的空气流动变得平滑。
另外,防水传声片材可以在防水传声层和支撑层之间插入粘合层,该粘合层由具有形成在其中的微孔的材料构成,从而防止形成在防水传声层和支撑层之间的内部空间的压力在其附接至麦克风(或扬声器)模块时增加。
另外,防水传声片材可以防止形成在防水传声层和支撑层之间的内部空间的压力增加,从而防止防水传声层变形。

相应地,防水传声层可以使防水传声层和支撑层之间的内部空间中的空气流动(排放)变得平滑,以增加防水传声层在声音传递时的恢复速度,从而通过声压而使防水传声层的移动变得平滑,以增强传声(声音传递)性能。
参照图3,根据本公开的第二实施例的防水传声片材200被构造成包括防水传声层210、第一粘合层220、第二粘合层230、支撑层240、和第三粘合层250。
此外,由于防水传声层210、第一粘合层220、第二粘合层230和第三粘合层250等同于防水传声层110、第一粘合层120、第二粘合层130和第三粘合层150,在此不再赘述。
不同于第一实施例的支撑层140,支撑层240由无孔膜的树脂(例如,PET,等)形成,以便增强防水传声片材200的强度。此时,由于支撑层240由无孔膜形成,因此形成多个透气性排放孔242,用于在其中传声(声音传递)。
此时,由于支撑层240由无孔膜形成,因此与由多孔膜形成的第一实施例相比,防水传声层210的支撑性能增加,但是其中没有空气气流通道,使得当粘附到便携式终端或麦克风(或扬声器)模块的壳体时,在防水传声层210和支撑层240之间形成的内部空间的压力增加。
在此情况下,由于防水传声层210或支撑层240变形或声音传递性能降低,因此支撑层240具有多个排放孔242,以用于排放形成在其中的内部空间中的空气。
此时,多个排放孔242布置成一直线,以彼此隔开预定的间隔。例如,如图3所示,具有约为5Φ直径的四个排放孔242也可以布置成一直线,以彼此间隔开。
当然,多个排放孔242可以布置成多行或多列,以彼此间隔开预定的间隔。
如上所述,防水传声片材可以在防水传声层和支撑层之间插入粘合层,该粘合层由具有形成在其中的微孔的材料构成,并且在由无孔膜形成的支撑层上形成多个排放孔,从而使防水传声层和支撑层之间的内部空间中的空气流动变得平滑。
另外,防水传声片材可以在防水传声层和支撑层之间插入粘合层,该粘合层由具有形成在其中的微孔的材料构成,并且在由无孔膜形成的支撑层上形成多个排放孔,从而防止形成在防水传声层和支撑层之间的内部空间的压力在其附接至麦克风(或扬声器)模块时增加。
另外,防水传声片材可以防止形成在防水传声层和支撑层之间的内部空间的压力增加,从而防止防水传声层变形。
另外,防水传声片材可以防止形成在防水传声层和支撑层之间的内部空间的压力增加,从而防止传声(即,声音传递)性能因防水传声层的变形而降低。

相应地,防水传声层可以使空气在防水传声层和支撑层之间的内部空间中的流动(排放)变得平滑,以增加防水传声层在声音传递时的恢复速度,从而通过声压而使防水传声层的运动变得平滑,以增强传声(声音传递)性能。
如上所述,尽管已经描述了根据本公开的优选实施例,应该理解,它们可以被修改为各种形式,并且本领域技术人员可以在不偏离本公开的范围的情况下实施各种修改和改变。
Claims (10)
1.防水传声片材,包括:
防水传声层,所述防水传声层由具有弹性的膜形成;
支撑层,所述支撑层布置在所述防水传声层的一个表面上;和
粘合层,所述粘合层插入在所述防水传声层和所述支撑层之间以粘附到所述防水传声层和所述支撑层,
其中,所述粘合层包括:
基板,所述基板具有形成在所述基板中的孔;和
粘合剂,所述粘合剂形成在所述基板的两个表面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水传声片材,
其中,所述基板由无纺布形成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防水传声片材,
其中,所述无纺布由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET;polyethylene terephthalate)、聚丙烯(PP;polypropylene)、聚乙烯(PE;polyethylene)和尼龙(Nylon)中的至少一种形成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防水传声片材,
其中,所述粘合层具有形成在所述粘合层中的孔,以将所述防水传声层和所述支撑层间隔开。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防水传声片材,
其中,所述粘合层沿所述防水传声层和所述支撑层的外周布置,以在所述防水传声层和所述支撑层之间形成间隔空间。
6.防水传声片材,包括:
防水传声层,所述防水传声层由具有弹性的膜形成;
支撑层,所述支撑层具有形成在所述支撑层中的多个排放孔,并且布置在所述防水传声层的一个表面上;和
粘合层,所述粘合层插入在所述防水传声层和所述支撑层之间以粘附到所述防水传声层和所述支撑层。
7.根据权利要求6所述的防水传声片材,
其中,所述支撑层是具有形成在所述支撑层中的多个排放孔的无孔膜。
8.根据权利要求6所述的防水传声片材,
其中,所述粘合层包括:
基板,所述基板具有形成在所述基板中的孔;和
粘合剂,所述粘合剂形成在所述基板的两个表面上。
9.根据权利要求8所述的防水传声片材,
其中,所述基板由无纺布形成。
10.根据权利要求9所述的防水传声片材,
其中,所述无纺布由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET;polyethylene terephthalate)、聚丙烯(PP;polypropylene)、聚乙烯(PE;polyethylene)和尼龙(Nylon)中的至少一种形成。
