权利要求书
[权利要求 1] 1、 一种马桶盖, 用于覆盖马桶, 包括可以转动揭幵或覆盖所述马桶 的座圈 (13) ; 所述座圈 (13) 的两侧固定有座圈轴 (130) , 其特 征在于: 一个所述座圈轴 (130) 与电机的转子连接固定, 另一个所 述座圈轴 (130) 与所述马桶可转动的连接; 所述电机的定子与马桶 连接固定; 所述电机用于扭转所述座圈轴 (130) 使所述座圈 (13) 在揭幵状态到覆盖状态之间转动。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的马桶盖, 其特征在于: 所述马桶盖还包括 上盖 (11) 。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的马桶盖, 其特征在于: 所述电机还与控制 器电连接。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的马桶盖, 其特征在于: 所述控制器连接有 第一感应器和第二感应器。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的马桶盖, 其特征在于: 所述控制器还用于 记录座圈的位置信息; 所述第一感应器用于检测是否有用户在使用马 桶的用户状态信息; 所述第二感应器用于判断上盖是否覆盖状态的上 盖状态信息。
6、 根据权利要求 3所述的马桶盖, 其特征在于: 所述第一感应器为 红外线感应器或热量感应器或压力传感器;
7、 根据权利要求 3所述的马桶盖, 其特征在于: 所述第二感应器为 红外线感应器或压力传感器。
8、 根据权利要求 3所述的马桶盖, 其特征在于: 所述控制器具有用于 通过所述电机扭转所述座圈转动的手动幵关。
9、 根据权利要求 4-8任一项所述的马桶盖, 其特征在于: 当所述上盖 未处于覆盖状态、 而所述座圈处于覆盖状态吋, 所述控制器控制所述 电机扭转所述座圈从覆盖状态转动到揭幵状态。
10、 一种马桶, 具有权利要求 1-9中任一项所述的马桶盖。
