将珠子绣在织物上,能达到较好的立体装饰效果,较为高档的玻璃珠子大多数都是通过手工绣在织物上。
而刺绣机绣珠子历来是刺绣机行业的难题,通常每次只可以装一种规格颜色的珠子,即每次只能在织物上绣一种规格颜色的珠子,当需要绣其它规格颜色的珠子时,必须停机取出之前的珠子,然后再将要求的规格颜色的珠子放入,再一一推送该珠子,这种送珠结构及方式严重影响整个刺绣机的工作效率,且增加了劳动强度,操作起来十分不方便,以致不能满足生产要求。
有鉴于此,本发明人提出以下技术方案。

本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种刺绣机上的多管道送珠装置。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用了下述技术方案:该刺绣机上的多管道送珠装置包括支架、安装于支架上端的出珠机构、安装于支架下端的夹持推送机构和连接于出珠机构与夹持推送机构之间的下珠管,所述出珠机构包括有至少两个安装于支架上端的第一、第二珠盒以及穿设于第一、第二珠盒中的第一转轴、安装于第一转轴上并分别置于第一、第二珠盒中的第一、第二拨杆和用于驱动该第一转轴转动的第一电机,所述支架下端还设置有选择下珠机构,该选择下珠机构位于夹持推送机构上方;所述下珠管包括有第一、第二下珠管,第一下珠管上端与第一珠盒对接,该第一下珠管下端与选择下珠机构对接,第二下珠管上端与第二珠盒对接,该第二下珠管下端与选择下珠机构对接。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述选择下珠机构包括有安装于所述夹持推送机构上方的固定座、若干设置于固定座上的导杆、套接于导杆上的下珠座以及安装于固定座上并用于驱动该下珠座在导杆往返移动的驱动气缸,该下珠座设置有贯穿其上下端面并供珠子穿过的第一、第二珠孔,该第一、第二珠孔上端分别与所述第一、第二下珠管下端对接。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述夹持推送机构包括固定于支架下端的推送支座、活动安装于推送支座上并可张开和夹紧的左、右夹子以及安装于左、右夹子之前并可驱 动该左、右夹子相互张开的顶板和用于驱动左、右夹子及顶板在推送支座上滑动的驱动组件,该左、右夹子端部均设置有相互配合并用于夹持珠子的左、右缺口,且该顶板具有一尖端部,该尖端部位于左、右缺口旁侧,该左、右夹子端部位于所述下珠座下方,所述固定座固定于推送支座上。

  4. 根据权利要求3所述的刺绣机上的多管道送珠装置,其特征在于:所述推送支座(31)上设置有滑槽(311),且该滑槽(311)一侧还设置有第一滑套(312);所述顶板(34)一侧设置有第一滑轨(341),该顶板(34)下端面落入推送支座(31)的滑槽(311)中,且该顶板(34)上的第一滑轨(341)分别与第一滑套(312)对接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的刺绣机上的多管道送珠装置,其特征在于:所述顶板(34)上端 具有一连接座(343),该连接座(343)中设置有一连接轴(344),该连接轴(344)与所述驱动组件(35)连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的刺绣机上的多管道送珠装置,其特征在于:所述驱动组件(35)包括固定于推送支座(31)上的第二电机(351)以及与第二电机(351)中的第二转轴(352)和安装于第二转轴(352)上的摆臂(353),该摆臂(353)下端与所述连接轴(344)活动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的刺绣机上的多管道送珠装置,其特征在于:所述第一、第二珠盒(21、22)中分别设置有第一、第二出珠管(211、221),且该第一、第二珠盒(21、22)下端面分别设置有第一、第二出珠感应器(212、222),该第一、第二出珠管(211、221)上端均凸出于第一、第二珠盒(21、22)底面。
