Definitions
- the present invention relates to a lip cosmetic. More specifically, the present invention relates to a lip cosmetic that exhibits high UV protection ability in a wide wavelength range from UVA to UVB, and that is not white at the time of application and excellent in transparency.
- UV care cosmetics have been developed to minimize the adverse effects of ultraviolet rays on the skin.
- UVB medium-wavelength ultraviolet rays
- UVA long-wavelength ultraviolet rays
- UVA 320 to 400 nm
- the lips are extremely rough because the horny layer is very thin, there are few sebaceous glands, and there are few natural moisturizing factors (NMF components), so the amount of moisture in the lips is small compared to other skin, and the moisture transpiration rate is fast. It is said to be easily affected by ultraviolet rays because of its low melanin content. Therefore, it is important to protect the lips from external stimuli such as UV rays, and UV absorbers and UV scattering agents are added to some lip cosmetics such as lipsticks and lip balms. .
- lip cosmetics such as lipsticks are also required to have a function as makeup cosmetics and need not be whitened when applied.
- SPF Silicon Protection Factor
- the ultraviolet scattering agent exhibits an ultraviolet protection effect by physically scattering and absorbing ultraviolet rays on the surface thereof, but unnatural whiteness when applied to the skin sometimes becomes a problem.
- Patent Document 2 (a) one or more ultraviolet absorbers are 3 to 15% by mass, (b) zinc oxide having an average particle size of 35 to 80 nm is 10 to 22% by mass, and optionally ( c) An ultraviolet protective cosmetic containing 0 to 0.5% by mass of a white pigment is disclosed.

- an object of the present invention is to provide a lip cosmetic that is not white and has excellent translucency, and that has a remarkable UV protection ability in a wide wavelength range from UVA to UVB.
- the present inventors have formulated a specific ultraviolet absorber in combination, and by blending oil components having different viscosities at a predetermined ratio, oxidation that may cause whiteness. Abstract
Description
(A)(A1)オクトクリレン、ジメチコジエチルベンザルマロネート及びジエチルアミノヒドロキシベンゾイル安息香酸ヘキシルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種、及び(A2)メトキシケイ皮酸エチルヘキシル、を含む紫外線吸収剤を5質量%以上;
