Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) pour éviter une thrombose dans les veines de jambes, comprenant au moins un système fermé présentant deux chambres communiquant l'une avec l'autre, entourées d'une enveloppe souple en un matériau souple imperméable à l'air, remplies d'un agent pouvant s'écouler, à savoir au moins une chambre de compression sous la plante du pied, au moins une chambre de dilatation au niveau de la malléole interne, qui est comprimée, de manière fixe, par une bande de fixation entourant la cheville contre une zone entre la malléole interne et le tendon d'Achille, et au moins une section de chambre et/ou de flexible reliant par une technique d'écoulement la chambre de compression à la chambre de dilatation. Dans la zone de la chambre de dilatation et/ou de la chambre de compression et/ou de la section de chambre et/ou de flexible les reliant, l'enveloppe en un matériau souple, imperméable à l'air est à son tour recouverte ou entourée, au moins sur sa surface orientée vers le pied, par au moins une couche (20) ou enveloppe (13) en un matériau textile ou un tissu toléré par la peau de telle sorte que dans les zones recouvertes par celle-ci, un contact surfacique de l'enveloppe en un matériau souple imperméable à l'air et la peau du patient est évité.
