Abstract

La présente invention concerne un bas médical. Plus spécifiquement, l'invention concerne un bas médical, deux parties latérales postérieures de la portion de jambe, la partie antérieure de la portion de jambe et au moins une partie de la partie supérieure de la portion de pied étant réalisées à partir de ou comprenant une structure à feuille unique définie par un tressage d'un certain nombre d'éléments allongés élastiques qui se croisent. La partie médiane antérieure et la partie de semelles sont réalisées à partir d'un tissu tricoté. Le tressage permet à l'élément allongé individuel de glisser de manière essentiellement libre sur ou sous un autre élément allongé individuel le croisant. Le glissement permet l'élargissement manuel du bas médical. Lorsque le bas médical est dans une position élargie, l'utilisateur peut placer facilement le bas sur la jambe et le pied.
