Abstract

Selon la présente invention, le dispositif comprend des moyens de déplacement pour l'élément plan, lesquels servent à déplacer l'élément plan, pendant la préparation du produit alimentaire, de manière intermittente entre une première position, dans laquelle l'élément plan est exposé à un rayonnement au moyen du dispositif d'exposition à un rayonnement, et une autre position, dans laquelle l'élément plan n'est pas exposé à un rayonnement au moyen du dispositif d'exposition à un rayonnement.
