Description

一种实现安全联锁的卡箱和自动售票机
本申请要求于2016年06月06日提交中国专利局、申请号为201610395385.5、发明名称为“一种实现安全联锁的卡箱和自动售票机”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种收容硬质卡片的实现安全联锁的卡箱,并能配合卡分离机构实现箱内堆叠的硬质卡片单张分离的卡箱。
背景技术
目前,在轨道交通站点需要通过自动售票机发售大量的票卡。每天开始运营售票前,工作人员需将定量的票卡从票务室搬运到站台,并放置到自动售票机的发卡模块中进行发售,有时交易量大的站点还会从其他站点进行票卡的调转搬运。待当天运营结束后工作人员再将自动售票机中剩余的票卡搬运到票务室进行回收清算,并补充足量的票卡用于第二天运营售票。因而需要一种能收容堆叠票卡的卡箱,且该卡箱在放入售票机中非授权人员无法取出卡箱,在从售票机中取下后非授权人员也无法取出卡箱中的票卡,防止票卡流失。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种实现安全联锁的卡箱和自助售票机,能够防止卡箱在售票机上时被不法分子拔下,或从售票机上取下时由于工作人员忘记锁闭票卡出口造成票卡(硬质卡片)丢失的现象。
本发明实施例提供的一种实现安全联锁的卡箱,用于收容硬质卡片,所述卡箱安装在发卡装置上,通过所述卡箱上的分卡通道送出所述硬质卡片;
所述卡箱包括卡箱主体框架,以及安装在所述卡箱主体框架上的锁芯、闸门机构和锁定机构;所述锁定机构与所述锁芯匹配联动,在锁芯预设的角度范围内随所述锁芯的轴心转动而选择性的伸出或缩回所述卡箱;
所述闸门机构和所述锁定机构相互联动,当所述锁定机构伸出所述卡箱将所述卡箱锁定在所述发卡装置上时,所述闸门机构向上活动开启所述 分卡通道;当所述锁定机构缩回所述卡箱将所述卡箱与所述发卡装置解锁时,所述闸门机构向下活动关闭所述分卡通道。
可选地,所述闸门机构包括闸门构件和构件导向部件;

可选地,所述构件导向部件包括闸门导向柱和闸门复位弹簧;
所述闸门导向柱上下方向安装在所述卡箱主体框架上,所述闸门构件安装在所述闸门导向柱上,沿所述闸门导向柱上下活动;
所述闸门复位弹簧穿套于所述闸门导向柱,为所述闸门构件提供向上活动的作用力。
可选地,所述构件导向结构包括设于所述锁片上水平方向的长腰孔和固定在所述卡箱主体框架上的导向圆柱;

可选地,所述锁定构件上还设有圆柱销,所述锁片上还设有与所述圆柱销匹配的曲线形导向棱边,所述圆柱销紧贴所述导向棱边并在所述导向棱边上滑动;
当所述锁定构件转动,圆柱销紧贴所述导向棱边上移时,所述锁片向 前活动;
当所述锁定构件转动,圆柱销紧贴所述导向棱边下移时,所述锁片向后活动。
可选地,所述卡箱主体框架上设置有卡箱门,所述卡箱门上设有与锁芯联动的箱门锁片;
所述箱门锁片与所述卡箱主体框架上的挡片匹配安装,在所述锁芯的带动下打开或关闭所述卡箱门。
可选地,所述卡箱还包括配重自锁机构,用于在卡箱发生倾斜或倒转时,将所述卡箱内的硬质卡片控制在限定的空间范围内。
可选地,所述配重自锁机构包括配重主体框架,以及安装在所述配重主体框架内的配重自锁构件和锁片复位拉簧;
所述配重主体框架装配于所述卡箱收容硬质卡片的内部空间,并可在所述内部空间中上下活动;
所述内部空间的内壁上设有上下方向等距分布的卡孔,每相邻两个卡孔之间的间隔距离小于单张所述硬质卡片的短边长度的一半;
所述配重自锁构件在配重导向结构的导向作用下前后活动,所述锁片复位拉簧持续为所述配重自锁构件提供向前移动的作用力;所述配重自锁构件的前端伸出所述配重主体框架,并且其前端设有与所述卡孔匹配的前端导向斜面。

本发明实施例提供的一种自助售票机,包括出卡口、票卡传输通道,还包括上述的实现安全联锁的卡箱。
从以上技术方案可以看出,本发明中的卡箱能够实现在转动锁芯时,当所述闸门构件向上活动至上方,闸门机构的前挡板开启分卡通道的同时,所述锁片向前活动至前方,所述锁片的前端面伸出并与所述发卡装置卡合锁定;当所述闸门构件向下活动至下方,闸门机构的前挡板关闭分卡通道的同时,所述锁片向后活动至后方,所述锁片的前端面缩回并与所述发卡装置解锁。因此,可以实现锁紧卡箱在售票机上的同时开启票卡出口,当卡箱从售票机上解锁时,同时锁闭票卡出口,从而可以有效防止卡箱在售票机上时被不法分子拔下,或从售票机上取下时由于工作人员忘记锁闭票卡出口造成票卡(硬质卡片)丢失的现象。

具体实施方式
本设计的目的在于提供一种能收容堆叠硬质卡片的安全卡箱。该卡箱能够实现锁紧在售票机上的同时开启票卡(也即硬质卡片)出口,当从售票机上解锁时,同时锁闭票卡出口。可以有效防止卡箱在售票机上时被不法分子拔下,或从售票机上取下时由于工作人员忘记锁闭票卡出口造成票卡丢失的现象。
在本发明中,该卡箱包括闸门机构及锁定机构,闸门配置于卡箱分卡通道的前方,而且这两款机构能在钥匙的转动下实现联动开关。当闸门机构使分卡通道处于开启状态时,锁定机构将卡箱锁止在卡分离机构中,卡箱中的票卡将在卡分离机构的作用下从分卡通道穿过闸门离开卡箱到达传输通道,实现单张票卡的分离和传送。当锁定机构解除对卡箱的锁止作用时,闸门机构将同步使分卡通道处于关闭状态。因此,非授权人员在没有钥匙的情况下无法取出箱内的票卡,保证了卡箱内票卡的安全性。
另外,在本发明中,该卡箱包括一个封闭的箱体结构及配重自锁机构。配重自锁机构配置于卡箱中堆叠票卡的顶部,当堆叠的票卡从卡箱下方出口不断被分离出去时,配重自锁机构的位置也会随着堆叠票卡的减少而不断下降,而且在卡箱箱体发生倾斜或倒转时,该配重自锁机构能够与箱体结构中卡箱壁的挂孔自动卡合锁死,将卡箱内的票卡控制在限定的空间范围内。因此卡箱在单独搬运的过程中,箱内堆栈成叠的卡片不会受到运输振动及各种不同放置方向的影响而出现堆叠散乱的情况。
在本发明中,顺着票卡堆叠的方向拨动解除构件,便能将配重自锁机构解锁,并同时将配重自锁机构拖动到卡箱的顶端,释放卡箱内的收容空间,方便人们进行票卡补充。

请参阅图1~图21,图1是本发明适用的发卡装置的结构概要图。在图1中该发卡装置包括:卡分离机构101,负责将本发明卡箱102底部的票卡901刮出;卡箱102,内部收容了堆栈成叠的票卡901,而且卡箱102可相对卡分离机构独立拆装;传输通道103负责将从卡箱102底部单张分离出来的票卡901传送到天线板104的下方,待天线板104完成对票卡901的读写赋值后,再将票卡901送出;
本发明实施例的卡箱102可以为类似长方体的箱状结构,在卡箱102的下方出卡口处可设置有限高为H的分卡通道102a。若票卡901的厚度为h,则设定H=1.5h,即该通道单次只能通过一张厚度为h的票卡901。在卡箱102的底部设置有开口部102b,当卡箱102装入到卡分离机构101后,设置于卡分离机构101中的摩卡轮101a便穿过卡箱102的底部开口102b与堆叠于卡箱102中最底部的票卡901相接触,并将票卡901通过分卡通道102a从卡箱102中单张分离出来。此处设置卡箱102的底部开口102b的尺寸略大于摩卡轮101a,但又远小于一张票卡901的表面尺寸,如图3b所示,所以当卡箱102从卡分离机构101拆下后,无法从卡箱102的底部开口102b取出收容于卡箱内部的票卡901。
另外,本发明的卡箱102包括:卡箱主体框架1,以及安装在所述卡箱主体框架1上的锁芯6、闸门机构2和锁定机构3;闸门机构2和锁定机构3相互联动,当锁定机构3伸出所述卡箱102将卡箱102锁定在发卡装置上时,闸门机构2向上活动开启分卡通道102a;当锁定机构3缩回所述卡箱102将卡箱102与发卡装置解锁时,闸门机构2向下活动关闭分卡通道102a;锁定机构3与锁芯6匹配联动,在锁芯6预设的角度范围内随锁芯6的轴心转动而左右活动。
其中,框架顶板11,框架底板12,框架前板13,框架后板14,框架右板15可以以一体成型或焊接等不可拆分的方式连接在一起构成卡箱主体框架1。在卡箱主体框架1的左侧开口部1a处设置有可旋转开合的左侧门(卡箱门)16,当左侧门16打开后可以通过左侧开口部1a向卡箱内补充或取出票卡。在左侧门16中配置有上述锁芯6,并且只用插入对应的钥 匙61后才能转动锁芯6。当锁芯6向指定方向转动到限定位置后会带动箱门锁片与卡箱主体框架1中的挡片卡合(图中未示出),将左侧门16关闭。反之,便能打开左侧门16。
闸门机构2包括:闸门构件21和构件导向部件,闸门构件21安装在所述卡箱主体框架1上,在所述构件导向部件的导向作用下上下活动。其中,构件导向部件可以包括闸门导向柱22和闸门复位弹簧23。需要说明的是,构件导向部件也可以包括导轨以及往复电机,通过导轨实现闸门构件21的导向,往复电机为闸门构件21提供上下活动的作用力,此处不作具体限定。闸门导向柱22平行固定于框架右板15的外侧部。闸门构件21可沿闸门导向柱22的轴线方向垂直上下运动。闸门复位弹簧23穿套于闸门导向柱22,给闸门构件21提供持续向上的作用力。所述闸门构件21上可以设有前挡板21a、上挡板21b和下挡板21c,闸门构件21的前挡板21a设置于分卡通道102a的前方,随着所述闸门构件21上下活动而分别对所述分卡通道102a进行开启或关闭。
锁定机构3包括:锁片31、锁定构件32和构件导向结构。所述锁片31安装在所述卡箱主体框架上,具体可以通过右盖板5以铆钉连接的方式装设于卡箱主体框架1的框架右板15的外侧部,锁片31在所述构件导向结构的导向作用下随着所述锁定构件32的转动选择性的伸出或缩回所述卡箱102。其中,该构件导向结构包括设于所述锁片31上水平方向的长腰孔31a和固定在所述卡箱主体框架上的导向圆柱33;锁片31可通过2个所述长腰孔31a,分别对应嵌套于固定在右盖板5上的导向圆柱33中,因此锁片31可以在水平方向上左右移动,而无法在垂直方向上移动。需要说明的是,该构件导向结构也可以通过设置在锁片31上的导轨以及对应的导轨槽来实现锁片的前后导向活动。
另外,所述锁定构件32的构件主体设置于所述下挡板21c的上侧,并与所述锁芯6相互咬合连接,在锁芯6预设的角度范围内绕所述锁芯6的轴心转动。该构件主体嵌套于闸门构件21的上挡板21b与下挡板21c之间,其上设有棱边32b(也即第一棱边)、32c、32d、32e和32f(也即第二棱边)。如图7a和图7b所示,当闸门构件21的下挡板21c与锁定构件32的棱边 32f相碰合时,分卡通道102a处于闭合状态;如图8a和图8b所示,当闸门构件21的下挡板21c与锁定构件32的棱边32b相碰合时,分卡通道102a处于开启状态。
所述锁定构件32上还设有圆柱销32a,该圆柱销32a嵌套在由锁片31的棱边31b、31c、31d、31e和31f所构成的区域范围内。由于锁定构件32与固定于右盖板5上的锁芯6相互咬合连接,因此当使用钥匙61转动锁芯6时,锁定构件32也会绕锁芯6的轴心6a在锁芯6预设的角度范围内与锁芯6一起转动。当圆柱销32a与锁片31的棱边31f相互碰合时,整个锁片32位于右盖板5的内部。当圆柱销32a与锁片31的棱边31b相互碰合时,锁片31的前端面31g伸出到右盖板5的外部。
当将卡箱装入到发卡装置进行票卡发售时,将本发明卡箱102沿垂直方向由上到下装入到卡分离机构101后,使用钥匙61插入到固定于右盖板5的锁芯6中,驱动锁定构件32按图9绕轴心6a顺时针方向转动。同时,固定在锁定构件32上的圆柱销32a将分别与锁片31的棱边31d,31c,31b相碰合,驱动锁片31向图9水平方向的左方移动。同时,闸门构件21在闸门复位弹簧23的作用下,按图7a和图7b所示的闸门导向柱22的轴线方向向上移动。
当锁定构件32随锁芯6转动到预设的角度后拔出钥匙61,锁片31停止移动,此时锁片31的前端面31g穿过右盖板5的开口部5a,伸出到右盖板5的外部,而且圆柱销32a与锁片31的棱边31b相互碰合,使得锁片31无法向图10水平方向的右方移动。与此同时,闸门构件21也停止移动,锁定构件32的棱边32b与闸门21的下挡板21c相碰合,分卡通道102a如图8a和图8b所示处于开启状态。这时卡分离机构101便可通过与卡箱102底部票卡接触的摩卡轮将卡箱102内部堆叠的票卡从分卡通道102a单张分离出来。另外,如图12所示,由于在卡分离机构101中设置有让锁片31穿过的开口部101b,所以此时,锁定机构3将卡箱102锁止在卡分离机构101中。即此时在没有钥匙61的情况下,无法从卡分离机构101中拆下卡箱102。另外,由于传输通道103配置于摩卡机构101的前方,完全遮挡了卡箱102的分卡通道102a,所以此时从卡箱单张分离出来的票卡只能从 分卡通道102a直接进入到传输通道103,即此时只能通过发卡装置才能从卡箱102中取出票卡,保证了卡箱中票卡的安全性。
卡箱从发卡装置拆下时,使用钥匙61插入到固定于右盖板5的锁芯6中,驱动锁定构件32按图10绕轴心6a逆时针方向转动。同时,固定在锁定构件32上的圆柱销32a与锁片31的棱边31f相碰合,驱动锁片31向图10水平方向的右方移动。同时,锁定构件32的棱边32b,32c,32e,32f分别与闸门21的下挡板21c相碰合,驱动闸门21克服弹簧力按图8a和图8b所示的闸门导向柱22的轴线方向向下移动。
当锁定构件32随锁芯6转动到预设的角度后拔出钥匙61,锁片31停止移动,锁片31的前端面31g退回于右盖板5内部,而且圆柱销32a与锁片31的棱边31f相互碰合,使得锁片31无法向图9水平方向的左方移动。这样便解除了锁定机构3对卡箱102的锁止作用,即可以将卡箱102从卡分离机构101中拆下。另外,在锁定构件32驱动锁片31完成解锁的同时,闸门构件21也停止移动,锁定构件32的棱边32f与闸门构件21的下挡板21c相碰合,分卡通道102a如图7a和图7b所示处于闭合状态。所以当卡箱102从卡分离机构101中拆下后,在没有钥匙61的情况下,无法从卡箱102取出票卡,这样便保证了卡箱中票卡的安全性。
另外,本发明的卡箱102包括:配重自锁机构4,在卡箱箱体发生倾斜或倒转时,可将卡箱内的票卡控制在限定的空间范围内。
配重自锁机构4可以以配重前板45与框架前板13匹配,且配重底板49与框架底板12匹配的方式装入于卡箱主体框架1内部,在框架前板13设置有一系列等距分布的矩形孔13a(也即卡孔),每相邻2个矩形孔之间的间隔距离D小于单张票卡的短边长度d1的一半,即D<0.5d1。
配重自锁机构4可设计为类似长方体的盒状结构,包括:配重主体框架41,安装在所述配重主体框架41内的配重自锁构件42和锁片复位拉簧44。配重前板45,配重后板46,配重左板47,配重右板48,配重底板49,配重隔板410以一体成型或焊接的等不可拆分的方式构成配重主体框架41。
所述配重自锁构件42可以在配重导向结构的导向作用下前后活动,该配重导向结构可以包括2个长腰孔42a以及2个圆柱410a。配重隔板410固定设置于配重主体框架41的内部,配重自锁构件42通过2个平行于水平方向的长腰孔42a嵌套于固定在配重隔板410的2个圆柱410a上,因此配重自锁构件42可以在水平方向上前后移动,当配重自锁构件长腰孔42a的圆弧面42b与配重隔板圆柱42a相碰合时,配重自锁构件的前端导向斜面42c将伸出到配重自锁机构4的外部。另外,在配重自锁构件42与配重隔板410之间连接了锁片复位拉簧44,锁片复位拉簧44使得配重自锁构件42一直受到向前方移动的作用力,即使配重自锁构件的前端导向斜面42c伸出到配重自锁机构4外部的作用力。
所述配重自锁机构4还包括安装在所述配重主体框架41内的配重解锁构件43,该配重解锁构件43以孔轴配合的方式装配于固定在配重隔板410的定位销柱410b上,因此配重解锁构件43能绕配重隔板定位销柱410b的轴心作圆周运动。另外,在配重解锁构件43上设置有上限位面43a与下限位面43b,当配重解锁构件43的上限位面43a与配重隔板圆柱面410c相碰合时,配重解锁构件43则无法继续按图16a绕配重隔板定位销柱410b的轴心朝逆时针方向转动。当配重解锁构件43的下限位面43b与配重隔板圆柱面410c相碰合时,配重解锁构件403则无法继续按图16a绕配重隔板定位销柱410b的轴心朝顺时针方向转动。
另外,配重解锁构件43设置有解锁销柱43c,当配重解锁构件43按图16a绕配重隔板定位销柱410b的轴心朝顺时针方向转动时,解锁销柱43c将与配重自锁构件42的挡面42d相碰合,并驱动配重解锁构件43克服锁片复位拉簧44的作用力朝图16a的左侧方向移动,即朝使配重自锁构件的前端导向斜面42c缩入到配重自锁机构4内部方向移动。
进行票卡发售时,配重自锁机构在卡箱内部的动作,当装满票卡901的卡箱装入发卡装置进行票卡901发售时,堆叠在卡箱内部的票卡901不断地从卡箱的下方出口单张分离出卡箱。随着堆叠票卡的减少,装设于堆叠票卡901最顶部的配重自锁机构4也在重力的作用下如图15朝卡箱底部移动,图15中箭头方向Z为票卡901的出卡方向。
当配重自锁机构4经过框架前板13的矩形孔13a时,配重自锁构件42在锁片复位拉簧44的作用下穿过框架前板13的矩形孔13a,伸出到卡箱主体框架1的外部,同时前端导向斜面42c与框架前板13的矩形孔13a相碰合,如图17a所示。此处满足配重自锁机构的重力G在导向斜面上的分力G1大于锁片复位拉簧44在前端导向斜面42c上的分力与框架前板13的矩形孔13a的挡面13b对前端导向斜面42c的摩擦力之和F,因此,在配重自锁机构4下移的过程中,配重自锁构件42能相对框架前板13的矩形孔13a的挡面13b沿前端导向斜面42c往斜下方移动,即随着配重自锁机构4的下移,配重自锁构件42能通过前端导向斜面42c缩入到卡箱主体框架1的内部,直到配重自锁构件4的端点与框架前板13的内壁碰合,如图17b。此时,虽然配重自锁构件4在锁片复位拉簧44的作用下对框架前板13的内壁施加了一定的正压力,但由于配重自锁机构4的重力G大于该正压力所产生的摩擦力f,因此配重自锁机构4能随着堆叠票卡的减少继续向下移动直到卡箱底部。
当卡箱发生倒转或侧翻时,配重自锁机构在卡箱内部的动作,当卡箱发生倒转或侧翻时,配重自锁机构在重力的作用下朝框架顶板11方向移动,当配重自锁机构4首次经过框架前板13的矩形孔13a时,配重自锁构件42在锁片复位拉簧44的作用下穿过框架前板13的矩形孔13a,伸出到卡箱主体框架1外部,同时配重自锁构件42的挡面42d与框架前板13的矩形孔13a的挡面c卡合。此时配重自锁机构4便卡合在卡箱主体框架1的内部无法继续朝框架顶板11方向移动。
由于框架前板13每2个矩形孔13a之间的间隔距离为D,所以,此时在配重自锁机构4与票卡之间所形成的最大的空间高度尺寸L也必定小于D。即,当卡箱倒转或侧翻时,卡箱内的票卡只能在此限定的空间范围内倾斜一定的角度。当卡箱恢复正常直立状态时,票卡将在自重及配重自锁机构4的压力作用下恢复水平堆叠状态。
配重自锁机构解锁时的动作,当需要向卡箱102内部补充票卡时,拨动配重解锁构件43上的解锁把手43d,使配重解锁构件43按图19a绕配重隔板定位销柱410b的轴心朝顺时针方向转动。此时,配重解锁构件4 中的解锁销柱43c将与配重自锁构件42的挡面42d相碰合,并驱动配重自锁构件42克服锁片复位拉簧44的作用力往图19b的右方移动,使配重自锁构件42的导向面42c缩入到配重主体框架41内部。当配重解锁构件的下限位面43b与配重隔板圆柱面410c碰合时,配重解锁构件43则无法继续按图19c绕配重隔板定位销柱410b的轴心朝顺时针方向转动。另外,由于拨动配重解锁构件43时的施力方向为从卡箱底部指向卡箱顶部,因此,同时也将配重自锁机构4从卡箱底部拖拉到卡箱顶部。
如图21,本方案还提供一种自助售票机,包括出卡口100,票卡通过出卡口提供给顾客;卡箱和出卡口之间设有票卡传输通道200,和本发明提供的一种卡箱102,用于存储票卡,其他模块与现有技术相同,故此不再赘述。
以上对本发明所提供的一种实现安全联锁的卡箱和自助售票机进行了详细介绍,对于本领域的一般技术人员,依据本发明实施例的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处,综上所述,本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种实现安全联锁的卡箱,用于收容硬质卡片,所述卡箱安装在发卡装置上,通过所述卡箱上的分卡通道送出所述硬质卡片;
    其特征在于,所述卡箱包括卡箱主体框架,以及安装在所述卡箱主体框架上的锁芯、闸门机构和锁定机构;所述锁定机构与所述锁芯匹配联动,在锁芯预设的角度范围内随所述锁芯的轴心转动而选择性的伸出或缩回所述卡箱;
    所述闸门机构和所述锁定机构相互联动,当所述锁定机构伸出所述卡箱将所述卡箱锁定在所述发卡装置上时,所述闸门机构向上活动开启所述分卡通道;当所述锁定机构缩回所述卡箱将所述卡箱与所述发卡装置解锁时,所述闸门机构向下活动关闭所述分卡通道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的实现安全联锁的卡箱,其特征在于,所述闸门机构包括闸门构件和构件导向部件;
    所述闸门构件安装在所述卡箱主体框架上,在所述构件导向部件的导向作用下上下活动;所述闸门构件上设有前挡板和下挡板,所述前挡板设置于所述分卡通道的前方,随着所述闸门构件上下活动而分别对所述分卡通道进行开启或关闭;
    所述锁定机构包括锁片、锁定构件和构件导向结构;所述锁片安装在所述卡箱主体框架上,在所述构件导向结构的导向作用下随着所述锁定构件的转动选择性的伸出或缩回所述卡箱;所述锁定构件的构件主体设置于所述下挡板的上侧,并与所述锁芯相互咬合连接,在锁芯预设的角度范围内绕所述锁芯的轴心转动;
    所述构件主体上设有第一棱边和第二棱边,所述第一棱边与所述轴心的距离小于所述第二棱边与所述轴心的距离;当所述第一棱边与所述下挡板相碰合时,所述闸门构件向上活动至所述分卡通道开启位置,所述锁片伸出所述卡箱并与所述发卡装置卡合锁定;当所述第二棱边与所述下挡板相碰合时,所述闸门构件向下活动至所述分卡通道闭合位置,所述锁片缩回所述卡箱并与所述发卡装置解锁。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的实现安全联锁的卡箱,其特征在于,所述构 件导向部件包括闸门导向柱和闸门复位弹簧;
    所述闸门导向柱上下方向安装在所述卡箱主体框架上,所述闸门构件安装在所述闸门导向柱上,沿所述闸门导向柱上下活动;
    所述闸门复位弹簧穿套于所述闸门导向柱,为所述闸门构件提供向上活动的作用力。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的实现安全联锁的卡箱,其特征在于,所述构件导向结构包括设于所述锁片上水平方向的长腰孔和固定在所述卡箱主体框架上的导向圆柱;
    所述长腰孔嵌套于所述导向圆柱上。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的实现安全联锁的卡箱,其特征在于,所述锁定构件上还设有圆柱销,所述锁片上还设有与所述圆柱销匹配的曲线形导向棱边,所述圆柱销紧贴所述导向棱边并在所述导向棱边上滑动;
    当所述锁定构件转动,圆柱销紧贴所述导向棱边上移时,所述锁片向前活动;
    当所述锁定构件转动,圆柱销紧贴所述导向棱边下移时,所述锁片向后活动。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的实现安全联锁的卡箱,其特征在于,所述卡箱主体框架上设置有卡箱门,所述卡箱门上设有与锁芯联动的箱门锁片;
    所述箱门锁片与所述卡箱主体框架上的挡片匹配安装,在所述锁芯的带动下打开或关闭所述卡箱门。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的实现安全联锁的卡箱,其特征在于,所述卡箱还包括配重自锁机构,用于在卡箱发生倾斜或倒转时,将所述卡箱内的硬质卡片控制在限定的空间范围内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的实现安全联锁的卡箱,其特征在于,所述配重自锁机构包括配重主体框架,以及安装在所述配重主体框架内的配重自锁构件和锁片复位拉簧;
    所述配重主体框架装配于所述卡箱收容硬质卡片的内部空间,并可在所述内部空间中上下活动;
    所述内部空间的内壁上设有上下方向等距分布的卡孔,每相邻两个卡孔之间的间隔距离小于单张所述硬质卡片的短边长度的一半;
    所述配重自锁构件在配重导向结构的导向作用下前后活动,所述锁片复位拉簧持续为所述配重自锁构件提供向前移动的作用力;所述配重自锁构件的前端伸出所述配重主体框架,并且其前端设有与所述卡孔匹配的前端导向斜面。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的实现安全联锁的卡箱,其特征在于,所述配重自锁机构还包括安装在所述配重主体框架内的配重解锁构件;
    所述配重解锁构件装配于固定在所述配重主体框架的定位销柱,绕所述定位销柱的轴心作圆周运动;
    所述配重解锁构件设置有解锁销柱,所述配重自锁构件设置有位于所述解锁销柱上方的挡面;当所述解锁销柱上移并带动所述挡面向上移动时,所述配重自锁构件克服所述锁片复位拉簧的作用力向后移动;
    所述配重解锁构件上设有上限位面,限制所述配重解锁构件绕所述定位销柱的轴心上移的范围。
  10. 一种自助售票机,包括出卡口、票卡传输通道,其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的实现安全联锁的卡箱。
