After compression, the adhesion of the flat insert 6 on the bottom portion 5 is induced and, in this phase, a particular behaviour of the bottom material is noted which, being softer than that of the points 8 and being inserted in a duct with growing section, has the tendency to expand inside each hole 7 by creating a sort of rivet which keeps anchored the coating layer to the bottom. This effect is determined by the shape of the conical duct limited by the projecting vertexes of the points.
  • the vertexes of the points are subjected to a slight tilting with respect to the original position thereof, induced by the shifting and by the compression of the material constituting the bottom which is pierced by the points. This contributes to implement a safe anchoring for grasping.
  • the grasping consists in bending the end of each vertex of point 8 which moves away from the original position according thereto the points were made to penetrate through said bottom thickness. Thanks to the rims 11, 13, any possible displacement of the flat insert 6, with respect to the original penetration direction, is compensated. This is valid even and especially for the cyclic thermal deformations accompanying the whole working life of the vessel 1.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un récipient de cuisson (1), tel qu'une casserole ou une poêle, qui est particulièrement approprié pour être utilisé sur des cuisinières à induction, permet d'obtenir et de maintenir la planéité parfaite du fond, ainsi qu'une liaison ferme entre l'insert et le fond pendant une longue période de fonctionnement, et qui comprend un fond (5), en un matériau métallique relativement mou, et un insert plat (6), en un matériau relativement dur, ledit insert plat (6) étant pourvu d'une pluralité de points (8) en saillie depuis sa surface (9) collée audit fond (5), les points (8) étant répartis autour de trous (7) obtenus à travers l'insert plat (6) et étant traversés de force dans l'épaisseur du fond (5) par pression, l'insert plat (6) étant limité par un premier bord qui, à son tour, possède un premier rebord en saillie (11), formé d'une paroi faisant saillie perpendiculairement au plan défini par l'insert (6), et comporte une ouverture circulaire (12), centrée par rapport à l'insert (6), possédant un second bord qui comporte un second rebord saillant (13), formé par une paroi faisant saillie perpendiculairement au plan défini par l'insert (6), lesdits premier et second rebords (11, 13) étant traversés de force dans l'épaisseur du fond (5) par pression commune avec lesdits points (8).
