Description

一种齿轮杆后拉刀柄 技术领域
本发明涉及刀柄技术领域,尤其涉及一种齿轮杆后拉刀柄。
背景技术
现有的铣刀刀柄大多采用了1.螺母锁紧式,2.后拉锁紧式,3.油压锁紧式,4.热胀锁紧式,5.侧面螺丝锁紧式,以上刀柄基本满足了加工需求,但是在很多工件加工时不方便使用.因为1.螺母锁紧式端部大,在使用时会产生干涉碰撞到工件,导致刀柄与铣刀损坏,还存在螺帽与筒夹的配合产生偏差;2.后拉紧式刀柄解决了螺母锁紧式多螺栓固定铣刀柄的问题,但存在装卸铣刀不便和刀头安装后精度偏位及铣刀松卸的问题;3.油压锁紧式,价值昂贵还会出现漏油现象,4、热胀锁紧式:需配置昂贵的热胀机,增加了成本,使用频率多后,会出现金属材料疲劳的现象,不利于广泛推广;5、侧面锁紧式,由于它的锁紧方式是由一侧顶往另一侧,刀具的中心会产生偏差,内部的锁紧不是全部贴紧,只是一条线性接触,锁紧力有限;综上所述,以上刀柄还有一些不足之处。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足而提供一种齿轮杆后拉刀柄,该齿轮式快装卸刀柄设计新颖、结构简单,不仅装卸方便,速度快,而且整体装配精度高,耐用、稳定性高,节省成本,适合大批量生产。
为达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现。
一种齿轮杆后拉刀柄,包括有刀柄主体,所述刀柄主体内下端装设有筒夹,筒夹上端通过定位垫圈连接有齿轮拉紧轴,齿轮拉紧轴上端设置有与与所述齿轮拉紧轴轴向同向并呈外凸条形状的齿轮槽,齿轮槽对应的齿轮杆装设于装设于所述刀柄主体设置的斜孔内,齿轮杆上端设有呈环状的圆弧槽,圆弧槽上端装设有若干滚珠,滚珠对应的固定槽设置于所述斜孔内壁上;
所述齿轮拉紧轴上端装设有垫片及至少一个止动螺栓,止动螺栓上端装设有拉钉。
其中,所述刀柄主体上端设有与所述固定槽互通的螺纹孔,螺纹孔上端装设有对应的密封螺栓。
其中,所述斜孔的开口朝下或朝上。
其中,所述齿轮拉紧轴位于所述垫片装设端设置有定位凸台,定位凸台套设有所述止动螺栓内。
其中,所述所述齿轮拉紧轴上端装设有两个止动螺栓。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明所述的一种齿轮杆后拉刀柄,包括有刀柄主体,所述刀柄主体内下端装设有筒夹,筒夹上端通过定位垫圈连接有齿轮拉紧轴,齿轮拉紧轴上端设置有与与所述齿轮拉紧轴轴向同向并呈外凸条形状的齿轮槽,齿轮槽对应的齿轮杆装设于装设于所述刀柄主体设置的斜孔内,齿轮杆上端设有呈环状的圆弧槽,圆弧槽上端装设有若干滚珠,滚珠对应的固定槽设置于所述斜孔内壁上;所述齿轮拉紧轴上端装设有垫片及至少一个止动螺栓,止动螺栓上端装设有拉钉,本发明具有设计新颖、结构简单,不仅装卸方便,速度快,而且整体装配精度高,耐用、稳定性高,节省成本,适合大批量生产的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施方式来对本发明进行说明。
如图1所示,一种齿轮杆后拉刀柄,包括有刀柄主体1,所述刀柄主体1内 下端装设有筒夹2,筒夹2上端通过定位垫圈31连接有齿轮拉紧轴3,齿轮拉紧轴3上端设置有与与所述齿轮拉紧轴3轴向同向并呈外凸条形状的齿轮槽32,齿轮槽32对应的齿轮杆4装设于装设于所述刀柄主体1设置的斜孔11内,齿轮杆4上端设有呈环状的圆弧槽41,圆弧槽41上端装设有若干滚珠42,滚珠42对应的固定槽12设置于所述斜孔11内壁上;
所述齿轮拉紧轴3上端装设有垫片5及至少一个止动螺栓6,止动螺栓6上端装设有拉钉7。
进一步的,所述刀柄主体1上端设有与所述固定槽12互通的螺纹孔13,螺纹孔13上端装设有对应的密封螺栓14,所述滚珠42通过螺纹孔13放入所述圆弧槽41与固定槽12之间。
进一步的,所述斜孔11的开口朝下或朝上。
进一步的,所述齿轮拉紧轴3位于所述垫片5装设端设置有定位凸台33,定位凸台33套设有所述止动螺栓6内,从而保证齿轮拉紧轴3在转动时的稳定性及精度。
作为本实施例优选的,所述所述齿轮拉紧轴3上端装设有两个止动螺栓6。
需更进一步的解释,本发明采用全新的齿轮传动模式,所述齿轮杆4通过滚珠42固定并转动于所述斜孔11内,确保齿轮杆4在转动时的稳定性及良好性,齿轮杆4转动带动设有对应匹配齿轮槽32的齿轮拉紧轴3,从而实现对筒夹2的松紧作用,其中,采用定位垫圈31及止动螺栓6对齿轮拉紧轴3两端的共同定位,确保齿轮拉紧轴3在转动时的良好性、稳定性及精度,故本发明具有设计新颖、结构简单,不仅装卸方便,速度快,而且整体装配精度高,耐用、稳定性高,节省成本,适合大批量生产的优点。

  1. 一种齿轮杆后拉刀柄,其特征在于:包括有刀柄主体(1),所述刀柄主体(1)内下端装设有筒夹(2),筒夹(2)上端通过定位垫圈(31)连接有齿轮拉紧轴(3),齿轮拉紧轴(3)上端设置有与与所述齿轮拉紧轴(3)轴向同向并呈外凸条形状的齿轮槽(32),齿轮槽(32)对应的齿轮杆(4)装设于装设于所述刀柄主体(1)设置的斜孔(11)内,齿轮杆(4)上端设有呈环状的圆弧槽(41),圆弧槽(41)上端装设有若干滚珠(42),滚珠(42)对应的固定槽(12)设置于所述斜孔(11)内壁上;
    所述齿轮拉紧轴(3)上端装设有垫片(5)及至少一个止动螺栓(6),止动螺栓(6)上端装设有拉钉(7)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种齿轮杆后拉刀柄,其特征在于:所述刀柄主体(1)上端设有与所述固定槽(12)互通的螺纹孔(13),螺纹孔(13)上端装设有对应的密封螺栓(14)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种齿轮杆后拉刀柄,其特征在于:所述斜孔(11)的开口朝下或朝上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种齿轮杆后拉刀柄,其特征在于:所述齿轮拉紧轴(3)位于所述垫片(5)装设端设置有定位凸台(33),定位凸台(33)套设有所述止动螺栓(6)内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种齿轮杆后拉刀柄,其特征在于:所述所述齿轮拉紧轴(3)上端装设有两个止动螺栓(6)。
