Abstract
제1 및 제2 금속판과 페놀폼 사이에 완충 부재를 삽입하는 것에 의해 치수안정성 및 취급성을 향상시킨 샌드위치 패널 및 그 제조 방법에 대하여 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 샌드위치 패널은 페놀폼; 상기 페놀폼의 양면에 각각 적층된 제1 및 제2 연질폼층; 상기 제1 및 제 연질폼층 상에 각각 적층된 제1 및 제2 면재; 및 상기 제1 및 제2 면재 상에 각각 적층된 제1 및 제2 금속판;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
Description
본 발명은 샌드위치 패널 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 제1 및 제2 금속판과 페놀폼 사이에 완충 부재를 삽입하는 것에 의해 치수안정성 및 취급성을 향상시킨 샌드위치 패널 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 샌드위치 패널은 다수의 패널을 조립하여 건물이나 구조물의 지붕 또는 벽체 등을 이루는 건축자재를 일컫는다. 이러한 샌드위치 패널은 스티로폼(expandable polystyrene : EPS), 폴리우레탄(Polyurethane resin), PIR(Polyisocyanurate resin), 글래스 울(Glass Wool) 등에서 선택된 어느 하나를 심재로 사용하고 있다.
이러한 스티로폼, 폴리우레탄, PIR 등의 재질을 심재로 사용하는 샌드위치 패널은 화재에 취약하며, 화재 발생시 인체에 유해한 가스를 발생시키는 문제가 있을 뿐만 아니라, 미네랄 울, 글래스 울 등의 재질을 심재로 사용하는 샌드위치 패널은 화재안전성이 있으나 단열성이 나쁘고 취급성이 좋지 않다는 문제가 있다.
따라서, 최근에는 화재 안전성이 이슈화되면서 유기단열재에서 EPS, PIR 샌드위치 패널 대신 난연성이 우수한 페놀폼 단열재를 심재로 적용하려는 수요가 점차 커지고 있다.
그러나, 페놀폼을 심재로 사용하는 페놀폼 샌드위치 패널은 난연성 및 단열성이 우수하다는 장점이 있으나, 페놀폼의 취성 문제로 인해 샌드위치 패널을 제조하기 위한 압축 및 재단 과정시 파괴되거나 크랙이 발생하는 문제가 있다.
관련 선행 문헌으로는 대한민국 공개특허공보 제10-2009-0114898호(2009.11.04 공개)가 있으며, 상기 문헌에는 난연성 접착제 조성물 및 이를 사용하여 제조되는 샌드위치패널이 기재되어 있다.
본 발명의 목적은 제1 및 제2 금속판과 페놀폼 사이에 완충 부재를 삽입하는 것에 의해 치수안정성 및 취급성을 향상시킨 샌드위치 패널 및 그 제조 방법을 제공하는 것이다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 샌드위치 패널은 페놀폼; 상기 페놀폼의 양면에 각각 적층된 제1 및 제2 연질폼층; 상기 제1 및 제 연질폼층 상에 각각 적층된 제1 및 제2 면재; 및 상기 제1 및 제2 면재 상에 각각 적층된 제1 및 제2 금속판;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 샌드위치 패널은 페놀폼; 상기 페놀폼의 일면 상에 적층된 제1 면재; 상기 제1 면재 상부 및 상기 페놀폼의 타면에 각각 적층된 제1 및 제2 연질폼층; 상기 제2 연질폼층 상에 적층된 제2 면재; 및 상기 제1 및 제2 면재 상에 각각 적층된 제1 및 제2 금속판;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 샌드위치 패널 제조 방법은 (a) 제1 및 제2 연질폼층 상에 제1 및 제2 면재를 차례로 적층한 후, 상기 제1 및 제2 연질폼층 사이에 페놀 수지 발포 혼합물을 토출시켜 발포 경화를 실시하여 페놀폼을 형성한 후, 양생하여 샌드위치 패널용 심재를 형성하는 단계; 및 (b) 상기 샌드위치 패널용 심재에 제1 및 제2 금속판을 합착한 후, 재단하여 샌드위치 패널을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 샌드위치 패널 및 그 제조 방법은 난연성이 우수하여 화재시 연기밀도 등 화재 안전성이 우수한 페놀폼과 제1 및 제2 금속판 사이에 완충 부재를 삽입 배치하는 것에 의해 충격을 흡수 및 완화할 수 있으므로 제1 및 제2 금속판과 페놀폼 간의 크랙 또는 파단 현상을 미연에 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 완충 부재에 의해 치수안정성 및 취급성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
이 결과, 본 발명에 따른 샌드위치 패널 및 그 제조 방법은 유기 단열재에서 난연성이 가장 우수하여 화재시 연기밀도 등의 화재 안전성이 우수한 페놀폼이 적용되되, 취성이 취약한 페놀폼의 단점을 완충 부재를 적용하여 보완함으로써, 샌드위치 패널의 제작 과정에서 외부 압력을 받을 수 있는 압착 공정이나 재단 공정시 발생하는 충격이 페놀폼에 직접적으로 전달되는 것이 아니라 페놀폼을 감싸는 완충 부재에서 충격을 흡수 및 완화할 수 있는 구조를 가지므로 크랙 또는 파단 현상이 발생할 염려가 없게 된다.

이하 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 샌드위치 패널 및 그 제조 방법에 관하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 샌드위치 패널을 나타낸 단면도이고, 도 2는 도 1의 샌드위치 패널을 세부적으로 나타낸 단면도이며, 도 3은 도 2의 A 부분을 확대하여 나타낸 단면도이다.
도 1 내지 도 3을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 샌드위치 패널(100)은 샌드위치 패널용 심재(150)와 제1 및 제2 금속판(160, 162)을 포함한다. 또한, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 샌드위치 패널(100)은 제1 접착제층(170) 및 제2 접착제층(미도시)을 더 포함할 수 있다.
샌드위치 패널용 심재(150)는 페놀폼(110) 및 완충 부재(145)를 포함한다.
페놀폼(110)은 샌드위치 패널(100)의 내부 중간에 배치되어, 난연성 및 단열성을 향상시키는 역할을 한다. 이러한 페놀폼(110)은 10 ~ 200mm의 두께를 갖는 것이 바람직하다. 페놀폼(110)의 두께가 10mm 미만일 경우에는 그 두께가 너무 얇은 관계로 내구성 및 기계적 강도 확보에 어려움이 따를 수 있다. 반대로, 페놀폼(110)의 두께가 200mm를 초과할 경우에는 효과 상승 대비 두께 증가로 인한 무게 상승 요인이 더 커질 우려가 크므로, 경량화 추세에 역행하는 결과를 초래할 수 있으므로 바람직하지 못하다.
이러한 페놀폼(110)은 난연성 및 단열성이 우수하나, 취성이 큰 문제로 외부 충격이 가해질 시 쉽게 부서지거나 크랙이 발생하는 단점이 있다. 이를 보완하기 위해, 본 발명에서는 페놀폼(110)의 양면에 완충 역할을 하는 완충 부재(145)를 적층함으로써, 페놀폼(110)의 취성 문제로 인해 샌드위치 패널(100)을 제조하기 위한 압착 및 재단 과정시 크랙 및 파단 등이 발생하는 것을 미연에 방지하였다.
구체적으로, 완충 부재(145)는 제1 및 제2 연질폼층(120, 122)과 제1 및 제2 면재(130, 132)를 포함하는 4층 구조를 가질 수 있다. 이 외에도, 완충 부재(145)는 제1 및 제2 연질폼층(120, 122), 제1 및 제2 면재(130, 132)와 제3 및 제4 면재(140, 142)를 포함하는 6층 구조를 가질 수 있다.
즉, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 4층 구조의 완충 부재(145)는 페놀폼(110)의 양면에 각각 적층된 제1 및 제2 연질폼층(120, 122)과, 제1 및 제2 연질폼층(120, 122) 상에 각각 적층된 제1 및 제2 면재(130, 132)를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 6층 구조의 완충 부재(145)는 페놀폼(110)의 양면에 각각 적층된 제1 및 제2 연질폼층(120, 122)과, 제1 및 제2 연질폼층(120, 122) 상에 각각 적층된 제1 및 제2 면재(130, 132)와, 페놀폼(110)과 제1 연질폼층(120) 사이와 페놀폼(110) 및 제2 연질폼층(122) 사이에 각각 배치된 제3 및 제4 면재(140, 142)를 포함할 수 있다.
이때, 4층 구조의 완충 부재(145)는 제3 및 제4 면재(140, 142)를 구비하지 않는 것을 제외하고는 6층 구조의 완충 부재(145)와 실질적으로 동일한 구성을 가지므로, 6층 구조의 완충 부재(145)에 대하여 구체적으로 설명하도록 한다.
6층 구조의 완충 부재(145)의 경우, 제1 및 제3 면재(130, 140)의 사이에 제1 연질폼층(120)이 삽입 배치되고, 제2 및 제4 면재(132, 142)의 사이에 제2 연질폼층(122)이 삽입 배치된다.
이때, 제1 및 제2 연질폼층(120, 122)은 제1 및 제3 면재(130, 140)와 제2 및 제4 면재(132, 142)의 사이 공간에 각각 삽입 배치되어, 페놀폼(110)에 크랙이 발생하는 것을 방지하는 완충 역할을 수행한다.
이를 위해, 제1 및 제2 연질폼층(120, 122)은 20 ~ 120 g/㎡ 갖는 것이 바람직하다. 제1 및 제2 연질폼층(120, 122)은 20 ~ 120 g/㎡ 가지므로, 단열성 확보가 용이하고, 무게가 가벼워 취급이 용이할 뿐만 아니라 원재료 비용을 절감할 수 있다.
이러한 제1 및 제2 연질폼층(120, 122)은 쿠션성이 우수한 연질 발포폼을 이용하는 것이 바람직하다. 구체적으로, 제1 및 제2 연질폼층(120, 122) 각각은 연질 폴리우레탄 폼, 연질 폴리에틸렌 폼, 연질 폴리에스테르 폼, 연질 폴리카보네이트 폼 및 연질 폴리프로필렌 폼 중 선택된 어느 하나가 이용될 수 있다.
이와 같이, 제1 및 제2 연질폼층(120, 122)의 재질로 연질 발포폼을 이용할 시, 우수한 쿠션성을 가지므로 샌드위치 패널(100)을 제조하기 위한 압착 및 재단 과정에서 외부 충격이 페놀폼(110)에 직접적으로 전달되는 것을 미연에 방지할 수 있게 된다.
이러한 제1 및 제2 연질폼층(120, 122) 각각은 0.1 ~ 5mm의 두께를 갖는 것이 바람직하다. 제1 및 제2 연질폼층(120, 122) 각각의 두께가 0.1mm 미만일 경우에는 충분한 완충 효과를 발휘하는데 어려움이 따를 수 있다. 반대로, 제1 및 제2 연질폼층(120, 122)의 두께가 5mm를 초과할 경우에는 효과 상승 대비 두께 증가로 인하여 무게를 증가시킬 우려가 크므로 바람직하지 못하다.
또한, 제1 내지 제4 면재(130, 132, 140, 142)는 제1 및 제2 연질폼층(120, 122)의 상부 및 하부에 각각 배치되어, 강도를 보강함과 더불어 치수안정성을 향상시키는 역할을 한다.
이를 위해, 제1 내지 제4 면재(130, 132, 140, 142) 각각은 부직포, 종이, PET, PET 메쉬(mesh), 글래스 메쉬(Glass mesh), 직물 및 유리 섬유포(glass tissue) 중 선택된 어느 하나를 포함하는 재질이 이용될 수 있다.
이때, 제1 내지 제4 면재(130, 132, 140, 142) 각각은 0.1 ~ 3mm의 두께를 갖는 것이 바람직하다. 제1 내지 제4 면재(130, 132, 140, 142)의 두께가 0.1mm 미만일 경우에는 상기의 효과를 제대로 발휘하는데 어려움이 따를 수 있다. 반대로, 제1 내지 제4 면재(130, 132, 140, 142)의 두께가 3mm를 초과할 경우에는 치수안정성을 향상시키기에는 유리하나, 연성 저하로 성형성이 저하되어 크랙 발생을 유발할 수 있다.
제1 및 제2 금속판(160, 162)은 제1 및 제2 면재(130, 132) 상에 각각 적층된다. 이러한 제1 및 제2 금속판(160, 162)은 알루미늄, 철판, 아연도금 강판 등의 금속재질이 이루어질 수 있으나, 이에 제한되는 것은 아니다. 이 중, 제1 및 제2 금속판(160, 162)의 재질로는 알루미늄을 이용하는 것이 바람직한데, 이는 알루미늄의 경우 비중이 작고, 열 및 전기 전도성이 크며, 내식성이 강하므로 다양한 형태로 가공이 용이하기 때문이다.
제1 접착제층(170)은 제1 면재(130)와 제1 금속판(160) 사이에 배치되고, 제2 접착제층은 제2 면재(132)와 제2 금속판(162) 사이에 배치된다.
이러한 제1 접착제층(170) 및 제2 접착제층의 재질로는 폴리우레탄(polyurethane), 폴리아마이드(polyamide), 에틸렌비닐아세테이트(ethylene-vinyl acetate), 폴리비닐아세테이트(polyvinyl acetate), 페놀(phenol), 멜라민(melamine), 요소(urea), 에폭시(epoxy), 폴리에스터(polyester), 폴리비닐알코올(polyvinyl alcohol), 아크릴로니트릴부타디엔 고무(NBR), 스티렌부타디엔 고무(SBR), 알키드(alkid), 아세틸셀룰로오스(acetyl cellulose), 니트로셀룰로오스(nitro cellulose) 및 핫멜트 열가소성 폴리우레탄(hot melt thermoplastic polyurethane)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 접착제를 포함할 수 있다.
전술한 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 샌드위치 패널은 난연성이 우수하여 화재시 연기밀도 등 화재 안전성이 우수한 페놀폼과 제1 및 제2 금속판 사이에 완충 부재를 삽입 배치하는 것에 의해 충격을 흡수 및 완화할 수 있으므로 제1 및 제2 금속판과 페놀폼 간의 크랙 또는 파단 현상을 미연에 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 완충 부재에 의해 치수안정성 및 취급성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

도 4를 참조하면, 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 샌드위치 패널(200)은 페놀폼(210) 및 완충 부재(245)를 갖는 샌드위치 패널용 심재(250)와 제1 및 제2 금속판(260, 262)을 포함한다.

샌드위치 패널용 심재 형성 단계(S110)에서는 제1 및 제2 연질폼층(120, 122) 상부에 제1 및 제2 면재(130, 132)를 차례로 적층한 후, 제1 및 제2 연질폼층(120, 122) 사이에 페놀 수지 발포 혼합물을 토출시켜 발포 경화를 실시하여 페놀폼(110)을 제조한 후, 양생하여 샌드위치 패널용 심재(150)를 형성한다. 적층 과정시, 제1 및 제2 연질폼층(120, 122) 하부에 제3 및 제4 면재(도 2의 140, 142)를 더 적층할 수도 있다.
이때, 제1 및 제2 연질폼층(120, 122)은 20 ~ 120g/m2 의 평량을 갖는 것을 이용하는 것이 바람직하다. 이러한 제1 및 제2 연질폼층(120, 122)은 쿠션성이 우수한 연질 발포폼, 보다 구체적으로는 연질 폴리우레탄 폼, 연질 폴리에틸렌 폼, 연질 폴리에스테르 폼, 연질 폴리카보네이트 폼 및 연질 폴리프로필렌 폼 중 선택된 어느 하나를 이용하는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 제1 내지 제4 면재(130, 132, 140, 142)는 제1 및 제2 연질폼층(120, 122)의 외측면에 각각 배치되어, 강도를 보강함과 더불어 치수안정성을 향상시키는 역할을 한다. 이를 위해, 제1 내지 제4 면재(130, 132, 140, 142) 각각은 부직포, 종이, PET, PET 메쉬(mesh), 글래스 메쉬(Glass mesh), 직물 및 유리 섬유포(glass tissue) 중 선택된 어느 하나를 포함하는 재질이 이용될 수 있다. 이때, 제1 내지 제4 면재(130, 132, 140, 142) 각각은 0.1 ~ 3mm의 두께를 갖는 것이 바람직하다.
*이때, 경화 과정에서는 경화로 캐터필러 내에 제1 및 제2 연질폼층(120, 122) 상부에 제1 및 제2 면재(130, 132)가 적층되도록 연속적으로 공급을 하고 제1 및 제2 연질폼층(120, 122) 사이에 발포 혼합물을 토출시켜 발포 경화하는 것에 의해 제1 및 제2 연질폼층(120, 122)과 제1 및 제2 면재(130, 132)가 열압착되도록 한다. 이때, 경화로의 온도 분위기는 60 ~ 90℃ 조건으로 실시하는 것이 바람직하다. 경화로 온도가 60℃ 미만일 경우에는 충분한 열량 공급이 어려워 샌드위치 패널용 심재(150)가 경화되기 어려운 문제가 있다. 반대로, 경화로 온도가 90℃를 초과할 경우에는 제1 및 제2 연질폼층(120, 122)에 발포 혼합물이 함침되는 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 또한, 경화로 온도가 90℃를 초과할 경우에는 발포에 비해 경화속도가 빨라서 페놀폼(110)을 원하는 두께로 형성하기 어렵고, 제1 및 제2 연질폼층(120, 122)과 페놀폼(110) 간의 부착강도가 저하되는 문제가 있다.
또한, 본 단계에서, 양생은 후경화의 목적으로 실시하는 것으로 VOC(휘발성 유기화합물)를 제거하기 위한 숙성 과정이 더 포함될 수 있다. 이때, 양생은 일반적인(convection) 오븐에 넣고 75℃ 미만에서 코어층 1cm2 당 10 ~ 200분 동안 수행하는 것이 바람직하다. 양생 시간이 10분 미만일 경우에는 양생 및 숙성이 충분히 이루어지지 않아서 열전도가 증가되고 단열특성이 저하될 수 있다. 반대로, 양생 시간이 200분을 초과할 경우에는 양생에 투입되는 시간 및 비용에 비하여 개선되는 특성 정도가 미약하여 비용만을 상승시키는 요인으로 작용할 수 있으므로 경제적이지 못하다.
샌드위치 패널 형성
샌드위치 패널 형성 단계(S120)에서는 샌드위치 패널용 심재(150)에 제1 및 제2 금속판(160, 162)을 합착한 후, 재단하여 샌드위치 패널(100)을 형성한다.
이때, 제1 및 제2 금속판(160, 162)은 알루미늄, 철판, 아연도금 강판 등의 금속재질이 이루어질 수 있으나, 이에 제한되는 것은 아니다. 이 중, 제1 및 제2 금속판(160, 162)의 재질로는 알루미늄을 이용하는 것이 바람직한데, 이는 알루미늄의 경우 비중이 작고, 열 및 전기 전도성이 크며, 내식성이 강하므로 다양한 형태로 가공이 용이하기 때문이다.
본 단계에서, 샌드위치 패널용 심재(150)와 제1 및 제2 금속판(160, 162)은 샌드위치 패널용 심재(150)의 양면 또는 제1 및 제2 금속판(160, 162)의 외측면에 각각 부착된 제1 접착제층(도 2의 170) 및 제2 접착제층(미도시)을 매개로 합착된다.
이러한 제1 및 제2 접착제층의 재질로는 폴리우레탄(polyurethane), 폴리아마이드(polyamide), 에틸렌비닐아세테이트(ethylene-vinyl acetate), 폴리비닐아세테이트(polyvinyl acetate), 페놀(phenol), 멜라민(melamine), 요소(urea), 에폭시(epoxy), 폴리에스터(polyester), 폴리비닐알코올(polyvinyl alcohol), 아크릴로니트릴부타디엔 고무(NBR), 스티렌부타디엔 고무(SBR), 알키드(alkid), 아세틸셀룰로오스(acetyl cellulose), 니트로셀룰로오스(nitro cellulose) 및 핫멜트 열가소성 폴리우레탄(hot melt thermoplastic polyurethane)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 접착제를 포함할 수 있다.
상기의 과정(S110 ~ S120)에 의해 제조되는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 샌드위치 패널은 난연성이 우수하여 화재시 연기밀도 등 화재 안전성이 우수한 페놀폼과 제1 및 제2 금속판 사이에 완충 부재를 삽입 배치하는 것에 의해 충격을 흡수 및 완화할 수 있으므로 제1 및 제2 금속판과 페놀폼 간의 크랙 또는 파단 현상을 미연에 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 완충 부재에 의해 치수안정성 및 취급성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
이 결과, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 방법에 의해 제조되는 샌드위치 패널은 유기 단열재에서 난연성이 가장 우수하여 화재시 연기밀도 등의 화재 안전성이 우수한 페놀폼이 적용되되, 취성이 취약한 페놀폼의 단점을 완충 부재를 적용하여 보완함으로써, 샌드위치 패널의 제작 과정에서 외부 압력을 받을 수 있는 압착 공정이나 재단 공정시 발생하는 충격이 페놀폼에 직접적으로 전달되는 것이 아니라 페놀폼을 감싸는 완충 부재에서 충격을 흡수 및 완화할 수 있는 구조를 가지므로 크랙 또는 파단 현상이 발생할 염려가 없게 된다.
실시예
이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 통해 본 발명의 구성 및 작용을 더욱 상세히 설명하기로 한다. 다만, 이는 본 발명의 바람직한 예시로 제시된 것이며 어떠한 의미로도 이에 의해 본 발명이 제한되는 것으로 해석될 수는 없다.
여기에 기재되지 않은 내용은 이 기술 분야에서 숙련된 자이면 충분히 기술적으로 유추할 수 있는 것이므로 그 설명을 생략하기로 한다.
1. 샌드위치 패널 제조
실시예
1
2.5mm의 두께와 80g/m2의 평량을 갖는 연질 폴리우레탄폼들 상부에 0.3mm 두께를 갖는 2장의 부직포들을 차례로 적층하였다. 다음으로, 경화로 70℃ 조건에서 내부 중앙에 배치되는 연질 폴리우레탄폼들의 사이에 페놀 수지 발포 혼합물을 토출시켜 발포 경화를 실시하여 75mm 두께의 페놀폼을 제조한 후, 60℃에서 양생하여 샌드위치 패널용 심재를 제조하였다.
다음으로, 샌드위치 패널용 심재의 양면에 폴리우레탄 접착제를 매개로 0.5mm 두께의 아연도금강판들을 각각 합착한 후, 1m × 1m의 크기로 재단하여 샌드위치 패널을 제조하였다.
실시예
2
2.5mm의 두께와 100g/m2의 평량을 갖는 연질 폴리우레탄폼들 상부에 0.3mm 두께를 갖는 2장의 PET 메쉬(Mesh)들을 차례로 적층하였다. 다음으로, 경화로 70℃ 조건에서 내부 중앙에 배치되는 연질 폴리우레탄폼들 사이에 페놀 수지 발포 혼합물을 토출시켜 발포 경화를 실시하여 75mm 페놀폼을 제조한 후, 60℃에서 양생하여 샌드위치 패널용 심재를 제조하였다.
다음으로, 샌드위치 패널용 심재의 양면에 폴리우레탄 접착제를 매개로 0.5mm 두께의 아연도금강판들을 각각 합착한 후, 1m × 1m의 크기로 재단하여 샌드위치 패널을 제조하였다.
실시예
3
2.5mm의 두께와 60g/m2의 평량을 갖는 폴리 에틸렌폼들 상부에 0.3mm 두께를 갖는 2장의 부직포들을 차례로 적층하였다. 다음으로, 경화로 70℃ 조건에서 내부 중앙에 배치되는 폴리 에틸렌폼들 사이에 페놀 수지 발포 혼합물을 토출시켜 발포 경화를 실시하여 75mm 두께의 페놀폼을 제조한 후, 60℃에서 양생하여 샌드위치 패널용 심재를 제조하였다.
다음으로, 샌드위치 패널용 심재의 양면에 폴리우레탄 접착제를 매개로 0.5mm 두께의 아연도금강판들을 각각 합착한 후, 1m × 1m의 크기로 재단하여 샌드위치 패널을 제조하였다.
실시예

0.3mm 두께를 갖는 2장의 부직포들 상에 2.5mm의 두께와 80g/m2의 평량을 갖는 연질 폴리우레탄 폼들과 0.3mm 두께를 갖는 2장의 부직포들을 차례로 적층하였다. 다음으로, 경화로 70℃ 조건에서 내부 중앙에 배치되는 부직포들의 사이에 페놀 수지 발포 혼합물을 토출시켜 발포 경화를 실시하여 75mm 두께의 페놀폼을 제조한 후, 60℃에서 양생하여 샌드위치 패널용 심재를 제조하였다.
다음으로, 샌드위치 패널용 심재의 양면에 폴리우레탄 접착제를 매개로 0.5mm 두께의 아연도금강판들을 각각 합착한 후, 1m × 1m의 크기로 재단하여 샌드위치 패널을 제조하였다.
비교예
1
0.03mm 두께의 알루미늄과 0.6mm 두께의 크라프트지를 합지한 면재 2장을 제작한 후, 경화로 70℃ 조건에서 내부 중앙에 배치되는 크라프트지들 사이에 페놀 수지 발포 혼합물을 토출시켜 발포 경화를 실시하여 75mm 두께의 페놀폼을 제조한 후, 60℃에서 양생하여 샌드위치 패널용 심재를 제조하였다.
다음으로, 샌드위치 패널용 심재의 양면에 폴리우레탄 접착제를 매개로 0.5mm 두께의 아연도금강판들을 각각 합착한 후, 1m × 1m의 크기로 재단하여 샌드위치 패널을 제조하였다.
비교예
2
0.8mm 두께를 갖는 2장의 글래스 티슈(Glass tissue) 면재를 제작한 후, 경화로 70℃ 조건에서 글래스 티슈 면재들 사이에 페놀 수지 발포 혼합물을 토출시켜 발포 경화를 실시하여 75mm 두께의 페놀폼을 제조한 후, 60℃에서 양생하여 샌드위치 패널용 심재를 제조하였다.
다음으로, 샌드위치 패널용 심재의 양면에 폴리우레탄 접착제를 매개로 0.5mm 두께의 아연도금강판들을 각각 합착한 후, 1m × 1m의 크기로 재단하여 샌드위치 패널을 제조하였다.
비교예
3
125mm 두께의 스티로폼(EPS/expandable polystyrene)의 양면에 폴리우레탄 접착제를 매개로 0.5mm 두께의 아연도금강판들을 각각 합착한 후, 1m × 1m의 크기로 재단하여 샌드위치 패널을 제조하였다.
2. 물성 평가
표 1은 실시예 1 ~ 4 및 비교예 1 ~ 3에 따라 제조된 샌드위치 패널에 대한 물성 평가 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
1) 압축강도
KS M ISO 826의 방법에 의거하여 심재의 압축강도를 측정하였다.
2) 부착강도
페놀폼과 면재 간의 부착강도는 면재가 부착된 페놀폼을 너비 25mm 간격으로 컷팅을 한 후 UTM 장비를 이용하여 300mm/min의 속도로 90° 방향으로 면재를 필링(Peeling)하여 측정하며 강도는 g으로 나타내었다.
심재와 강판 간의 부착강도 측정방법은 강판 너비 50mm 간격으로 컷팅을 실시한 후 강판 위에 클립을 사용하여 인장 지그를 부착하였다. 이때, 부착방법은 지그 부착을 용이하기 위해 부착 표면에 사포 #100번으로 샌딩 처리를 실시한 후 에폭시 접착제를 사용하여 클립을 부착한 후, UTM 장비를 이용하여 5mm/min 속도로 인장시키면서 부착강도를 측정하였으며, 단위는 N으로 나타내었다.
3) 밀도
밀도 측정방법은 가로 200mm, 세로 200mm 크기로 절단한 심재를 질량과 체적을 버니어캘리퍼스로 측정한 후, 심재의 질량을 체적으로 나누어 밀도를 계산하였다.
4) 치수안정성
면재의 치수안정성을 측정하는 방법은 면재를 가로 150mm, 세로 150mm 크기로 재단을 하고 초기 치수를 정밀하게 가로, 세로 값을 측정을 한 뒤 65℃의 물에 15분간 침지하여 침지 후 치수를 측정하여 치수변화율을 측정하였다.
5) 크랙 발생 여부
크랙의 발생정도를 측정하는 방법은 육안 관찰을 하는 방법으로써, 가로 200mm, 세로 200mm 크기로 절단기(Makida, 원형톱)를 사용하여 샌드위치 패널을 절단한 후, 절단 면을 육안으로 관찰하여 크랙 발생 여부를 관찰하였다.
크랙이 발생한 경우는 "O"로 표시하였고, 크랙이 발생하지 않은 경우는 "X"로 표시하여 나타내었다.

표 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 실시예 1 ~ 4에 따라 제조된 샌드위치 패널의 경우, 비교예 1 ~ 3에 비하여 압축강도 및 심재 부착강도와 강판 부착강도가 높게 측정된 것을 확인할 수 있다.
특히, 실시예 1 ~ 4에 따라 제조된 샌드위치 패널은 재단 후 절단 면을 관찰한 결과 크랙이 발생하지 않았으나, 비교예 1 ~ 2에 따라 제조된 샌드위치 패널은 재단 후 절단 면에 크랙이 발생한 것을 확인하였다.
이상에서는 본 발명의 실시예를 중심으로 설명하였지만, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 기술자의 수준에서 다양한 변경이나 변형을 가할 수 있다. 이러한 변경과 변형은 본 발명이 제공하는 기술 사상의 범위를 벗어나지 않는 한 본 발명에 속한다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 발명의 권리범위는 이하에 기재되는 청구범위에 의해 판단되어야 할 것이다.
Claims (14)
- 페놀폼;상기 페놀폼의 양면에 각각 적층된 제1 및 제2 연질폼층;상기 제1 및 제 연질폼층 상에 각각 적층된 제1 및 제2 면재; 및상기 제1 및 제2 면재 상에 각각 적층된 제1 및 제2 금속판;을 포함하는 샌드위치 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 페놀폼은10 ~ 200mm의 두께를 갖는 샌드위치 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 샌드위치 패널은상기 페놀폼과 제1 연질폼층 사이에 배치된 제3 면재와,상기 페놀폼과 제2 연질폼층 사이에 배치된 제4 면재를 더 포함하는 샌드위치 패널.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1 내지 제4 면재 각각은부직포, 종이, PET, PET 메쉬(mesh), 글래스 메쉬(Glass mesh), 직물 및 유리 섬유포(glass tissue) 중 선택된 어느 하나를 포함하는 샌드위치 패널.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1 내지 제4 면재 각각은0.1 ~ 3mm의 두께를 갖는 샌드위치 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 연질폼층 각각은20 ~ 120 g/㎡의 평량을 갖는 샌드위치 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 연질폼층 각각은0.1 ~ 5mm의 두께를 갖는 샌드위치 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 연질폼층 각각은폴리우레탄 폼, 폴리에틸렌 폼, 폴리에스테르 폼, 폴리카보네이트 폼, 폴리프로필렌 폼, 및 폴리메타아크릴이미드 폼 중 선택된 어느 하나인 샌드위치 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 샌드위치 패널은상기 제1 면재와 제1 금속판 사이에 배치된 제1 접착제층과,상기 제2 면재와 제2 금속판 사이에 배치된 제2 접착제층을 더 포함하는 샌드위치 패널.
- 페놀폼;상기 페놀폼의 일면 상에 적층된 제1 면재;상기 제1 면재 상부 및 상기 페놀폼의 타면에 각각 적층된 제1 및 제2 연질폼층;상기 제2 연질폼층 상에 적층된 제2 면재; 및상기 제1 및 제2 면재 상에 각각 적층된 제1 및 제2 금속판;을 포함하는 샌드위치 패널.
- (a) 제1 및 제2 연질폼층 상에 제1 및 제2 면재를 차례로 적층한 후, 상기 제1 및 제2 연질폼층 사이에 페놀 수지 발포 혼합물을 토출시켜 발포 경화를 실시하여 페놀폼을 형성한 후, 양생하여 샌드위치 패널용 심재를 형성하는 단계; 및(b) 상기 샌드위치 패널용 심재에 제1 및 제2 금속판을 합착한 후, 재단하여 샌드위치 패널을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 샌드위치 패널 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 (a) 단계에서,상기 경화는경화로의 내부에서 60 ~ 90℃ 조건으로 실시하는 샌드위치 패널 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 (a) 단계에서,상기 적층시, 상기 제1 및 제2 연질폼층 하부에 제3 및 제4 면재를 더 적층하는 샌드위치 패널 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 (b) 단계에서,상기 샌드위치 패널용 심재와 제1 및 제2 금속판은상기 샌드위치 패널용 심재의 양면 또는 상기 제1 및 제2 금속판의 외측면에 각각 부착된 제1 및 제2 접착제층을 매개로 합착되는 샌드위치 패널 제조 방법.
