[权利要求 1] 烘烤榨油一体机, 包括机架, 其特征在于, 所述烘烤榨油一体机还包 括设置于所述机架顶部的用于烘烤原料的烘烤装置, 设置于所述烘烤 装置下方的用于将烘烤完成的原料进行榨油操作的榨油装置, 设置于 所述榨油装置下方的用于将所述榨油装置榨出的油液进行过滤操作的 过滤装置, 以及连通于所述过滤装置的用于将完成过滤的油液供给用 户的取油装置。
[权利要求 2] 如权利要求 1所述的烘烤榨油一体机, 其特征在于, 所述烘烤装置包 括外壳, 以及设置于所述外壳内的传送机构、 驱动机构和烘烤机构, 所述烘烤机构穿插于所述传送机构中; 所述传送机构包括内壳, 以及 呈层叠间隔设置于所述内壳中并与所述驱动机构传动连接的多个传送 单元, 相邻两所述传送单元的传送路径相接通; 所述传送单元包括导 向框、 正向传送组件和反向传送组件, 所述反向传送组件的传送方向 与所述正向传送组件的传送方向相反, 且所述正向传送组件和所述反 向传送组件交错分布。
[权利要求 3] 如权利要求 2所述的烘烤榨油一体机, 其特征在于, 所述正向传送组 件包括第一主动轴, 设置于所述第一主动轴同一侧且相间隔的多个第 一从动轴, 各所述第一从动轴与所述第一主动轴之间均传动连接有第 一传送带; 所述反向传送组件包括第二主动轴, 设置于所述第二主动 轴同一侧且相间隔的多个第二从动轴, 各所述第二从动轴与所述第二 主动轴之间均传动连接有第二传送带。
[权利要求 4] 如权利要求 3所述的烘烤榨油一体机, 其特征在于, 所述导向框设置 于所述第一传送带和所述第二传送带的上侧, 且所述导向框顶部设置 有隔板, 所述隔板上幵设有多个用于空气流通的通孔。
[权利要求 5] 如权利要求 4所述的烘烤榨油一体机, 其特征在于, 所述导向框包括 设置于所述第一传送带和所述第二传送带的侧边处的边框, 倾斜设置 于所述第一传送带的出料端和与其相邻的所述第二传送带的进料端上 的第一导向板, 以及倾斜设置于所述第二传送带的出料端和与其相邻 的所述第一传送带的进料端上的第二导向板, 所述第一导向板和所述 第二导向板与所述边框连接。
如权利要求 3至 5任一项所述的烘烤榨油一体机, 其特征在于, 所述传 送单元中, 所述第一传送带与所述第二传送带沿垂直于所述传送方向 的方向交错分布。
如权利要求 6所述的烘烤榨油一体机, 其特征在于, 所述传送单元中
, 所述第一传送带的进料端与所述第二传送带的出料端相邻, 且所述 第一传送带的进料端高度低于第二传送带的出料端;
所述第一传送带的出料端与所述第二传送带的进料端相邻, 且所述第 一传送带的出料端高度高于第二传送带的进料端。
如权利要求 3至 5任一项所述的烘烤榨油一体机, 其特征在于, 所述驱 动机构包括固定于所述内壳外侧的支撑架, 设置于所述支撑架下侧的 电机, 以及设置于所述支撑架中齿轮组, 所述齿轮组传动连接所述电 机和所述第一主动轴以及所述第二主动轴。
如权利要求 4或 5所述的烘烤榨油一体机, 其特征在于, 所述烘烤机构 包括设置于所述隔板上侧的多个热管, 所述多个热管沿所述传送方向 间隔分布。
如权利要求 9所述的烘烤榨油一体机, 其特征在于, 所述内壳外侧设 置有连通其内部的风道, 所述风道上设置有用于加速所述内壳中热循 环的风扇。
如权利要求 9所述的烘烤榨油一体机, 其特征在于, 所述内壳与所述 外壳之间设置有隔热层。
如权利要求 3至 5任一项所述的烘烤榨油一体机, 其特征在于, 所述内 壳顶部和底部分别幵设有入料口和出料口, 所述外壳顶部设置有与所 述入料口连通的投料斗。
如权利要求 3至 5任一项所述的烘烤榨油一体机, 其特征在于, 所述过 滤装置包括过滤机构、 油桶和连接机构, 所述油桶活动设置于机架底 部, 所述过滤机构架设于所述油桶的幵口上, 所述连接机构设置于所 述过滤机构和所述油桶之间, 且所述连接机构可拆卸固定连接所述过 滤机构和所述油桶。
[权利要求 14] 如权利要求 13所述的烘烤榨油一体机, 其特征在于, 所述过滤机构包 括两端通透的柱形框, 环设于所述柱形框底端边缘的端面环, 以及层 叠设置于所述端面环下侧的过滤网和过滤板。
