Description

一种石油管道连接法兰安装的液压对接器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种法兰连接孔对接扶正领域,具体涉及一种石油管道连接法兰安装的液压对接器。
背景技术
在油气田生产现场,利用法兰来连接各类装置(管线)是工作人员目前应用最广泛的一种连接方式,法兰能够使工作人员在维修、更换配件时较快捷、方便地完成工作。目前,在油气田生产现场,管线上利用法兰来连接各类阀门或其他配件是一种常用的连接方式。在生产过程中,由于流程上的管线受到振动、物体压迫或管线上的法兰连接物体的重量因素,造成管线变形弯曲的现象,使得法兰连接处会形成两片法兰不同程度地上下错开,在维修、更换配件时,工作人员难以安装连接法兰,需要用撬扛撬住法兰,以对两片法兰进行重新配合后安装连接。这使得维修安装法兰的工作过程费时费力,降低了工作效率,影响了生产效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的即在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种石油管道连接法兰安装的液压对接器,解决在油气管道安装维修中,法兰的螺栓安装孔无法轻松精准对接的问题。
本发明的通过下述技术方案实现:一种石油管道连接法兰安装的液压对接器,包括第一扶正块、第二扶正块和液压缸,所述第一扶正块内侧面的上部和中部分别设置有锥型筒,所述的第一扶正块内 侧面的下部设置有第一法兰扶正凸起;所述的第一扶正块上两个锥型筒之间设置有液压缸安装孔;所述第二扶正块内侧面的上部和中部分别设置有锥型凸起,所述锥型凸起与第一扶正块上的锥型筒相互配合,所述第二扶正块上两个锥型凸起之间设置调节通孔,所述第二扶正块内侧面的下部设置有第二法兰扶正凸起;所述液压缸的底座通过液压缸支架设置在第一扶正块外侧,所述液压缸的液压臂依次穿过液压缸安装孔和调节通孔,所述的液压臂端头设置有挤压挡块。
所述的第一扶正块外侧下端设置有石油管道支架,所述的石油管道支架包括调节立板和弧型管架,所述的调节立板设置在弧型管架上,所述的调节立板上设置有条形调节孔,所述的石油管道支架通过调节螺栓插设在条形调节孔内固定在第一扶正块上。

本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下的优点和有益效果:
1、通过在第一扶正块和第二扶正块上设置相互配合扶正对接的锥型筒和锥型凸起,可以准确调控第一扶正块和第二扶正块上第一法兰扶正凸起和第二法兰扶正凸起对接,从而使两个处在偏差的法兰孔完全对接,便于安装螺栓;
2、在第一扶正块和第二扶正块上分别设置把手架,便于实施石油管道连接法兰扶正对接;
3、在第一法兰扶正凸起的端头设置有扶正锥型凸起,在第二法兰扶正凸起的端头设置有扶正锥型筒,扶正锥型筒与扶正锥型凸起相互配合可以使两个法兰孔精准对接;
4、通过在第一扶正块上设置石油管道支架,可将第一扶正块固定在石油管道上,便于实施石油管道连接法兰扶正对接,不用实时手扶着第一扶正块;
5、通过液压缸使第一扶正块和第二扶正块对接,从而使两个法兰孔精准对接;可以使用一些大型法兰安装孔的对接,手动无法完成。

实施例1
如图1-4所示,本发明一种石油管道连接法兰安装的液压对接器,包括第一扶正块1、第二扶正块2和液压缸9,所述第一扶正块1内侧面的上部和中部分别设置有锥型筒3,第一扶正块1内侧面的下部设置有第一法兰扶正凸起4;第一扶正块1上两个锥型筒3之间设置有液压缸安装孔5;第二扶正块2内侧面的上部和中部分别设置有锥型凸起6,锥型凸起6与第一扶正块1上的锥型筒3相互配合,第二扶正块2上两个锥型凸6起之间设置调节通孔7,第二扶正块2内侧面的下部设置有第二法兰扶正凸起8;液压缸9的底座通过液压缸支架21设置在 第一扶正块1外侧,所述液压缸9的液压臂22依次穿过液压缸安装孔5和调节通孔7,所述的液压臂22端头设置有挤压挡块23,通过挤压挡块23挤压第二扶正块2向第一扶正块1回位。液压缸9连接有液压控制站。
第一扶正块1外侧下端设置有石油管道支架13,石油管道支架13包括调节立板14和弧型管架15,调节立板14设置在弧型管架15上,调节立板14上设置有条形调节孔16,石油管道支架13通过调节螺栓17插设在条形调节孔16内固定在第一扶正块1上。
如图2-3所示,使用时,对两个处在偏差的法兰孔调整对接,首先松开扶正手轮9,使第二扶正块2在扶正丝杆5上可以自由移动,然后将第一扶正块1上的第一法兰扶正凸起4放在其中一个法兰的安装孔内,调节调节螺栓17使石油管道支架13对第一扶正块1形成支撑,将第一扶正块1固定在石油管道上,将第二扶正块2上的第二法兰扶正凸起8放在另一个法兰的预对接的安装孔内,然后启动液压控制站,通过液压缸9的液压臂22使第二扶正块2向第一扶正块1运动,第二扶正块2上的两个锥型凸起6与第一扶正块1上的两个锥型筒3相互配合对接,如果两个锥型凸起6与两个锥型筒3可以完成对接,就能确保第一法兰扶正凸起4和第二法兰扶正凸起8带动法兰完成对接,对接完成后,可以对石油管道进行支护,然后拆除法兰扶正装置,把螺栓安装在两个法兰连接孔上即完成对接,本液压对接器特别适用于大型法兰孔的安装对接。

如图1-4所示,本发明一种石油管道连接法兰安装的液压对接器,在实施例1的基础上,第一法兰扶正凸起4的端头设置有扶正锥型筒11,第二法兰扶正凸起8的端头设置有扶正锥型凸起12,扶正锥型筒11与扶正锥型凸起12起相互配合。扶正锥型筒11与扶正锥型凸起12相互配合可以使两个法兰孔精准对接。
实施例4
如图1-3所示,本发明一种石油管道连接法兰安装的液压对接器,在实施例1的基础上,第一法兰扶正凸起4的端头设置有扶正锥型凸起12,第二法兰扶正凸起8的端头设置有扶正锥型筒11,扶正锥型筒11与扶正锥型凸起12相互配合。扶正锥型筒11与扶正锥型凸起12相互配合可以使两个法兰孔精准对接。
实施例5
如图5所示,本发明一种石油管道连接法兰安装的液压对接器, 在实施例1的基础上,调节螺栓17包括调节手轮18、丝杆19和锁紧环20,调节手轮18设置在丝杆19的端头,锁紧环20固定在丝杆19上。通过旋转调节手轮18可以带动丝杆19转动,在丝杆19上设置锁紧环20是为了不需要把丝杆全部安装在第一扶正块1内就能对石油管道支架形成挤压锁死。

    所述的第一扶正块(1)外侧下端设置有石油管道支架(13),所述的石油管道支架(13)包括调节立板(14)和弧型管架(15),所述的调节立板(14)设置在弧型管架(15)上,所述的调节立板(14)上设置有条形调节孔(16),所述的石油管道支架(13)通过调节螺栓(17)插设在条形调节孔(16)内固定在第一扶正块(1)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种石油管道连接法兰安装的液压对接器,其特征在于:所述的第一扶正块(1)上设置把手架(10)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种石油管道连接法兰安装的液压对接器,其特征在于:所述的第二扶正块(2)上设置把手架(10)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种石油管道连接法兰安装的液压对接器,其特征在于:所述的第一法兰扶正凸起(4)的端头设置有扶正锥型筒(11),所述的第二法兰扶正凸起(8)的端头设置有扶正锥型凸起(12),所述的扶正锥型筒(11)与扶正锥型凸起(12)相互配合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种石油管道连接法兰安装的液压对接器,其特征在于:所述的第一法兰扶正凸起(4)的端头设置有扶正锥型凸起(12),所述的第二法兰扶正凸起(8)的端头设置有扶正锥型筒(11),所述的扶正锥型筒(11)与扶正锥型凸起(12)相互配合。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种石油管道连接法兰安装的液压对接器,其特征在于:所述的调节螺栓(17)包括调节手轮(18)、丝杆(19)和锁紧环(20),所述的调节手轮(18)设置在丝杆(19)的端头,所述的锁紧环(20)固定在丝杆(19)上。
