所述第一夹持件和第二夹持件结构对称,分别为横置的U型框架;支撑板上位于浮动辊活动长孔外侧的位置上设有U型框架活动长孔(即每个浮动辊活动长孔的外侧设有一个U型框架活动长孔),U型框架的密封端部位于U型框架活动长孔内,U型框架的开口端部位于浮动辊活动长孔内。即:第一浮动辊和第二浮动辊设置的位置也是对称的,但第一浮动辊和第二浮动辊进行上下移动时,其移动方向相反,行程相等,两个浮动辊一个进行储料时,另一个进行放料;第一浮动辊和第二浮动辊分别通过U型框架安装固定,U型框架在浮动辊皮带的带动下,沿着U型框架活动长孔进行上下移动,带动相应的 浮动辊沿着浮动辊活动长孔进行上下移动。
通过上述设备可实现一种超声波封压方法,具体为:材料输送装置对带材产品进行连续输送,当带材产品的封压位置到达砧辊处时,第一浮动辊和第二浮动辊反向进行上下活动,使位于第一浮动辊和第二浮动辊上方的带材产品处于相对静止的状态,并通过砧辊及两侧的超声波装置对带材产品进行封压。
所述带材产品的封压位置到达砧辊处时,第一浮动辊由上向下运动,对砧辊前方的带材产品进行储料,第二浮动辊由下向上运动,对砧辊后方的带材产品进行放料;封压完成后,第一浮动辊和第二浮动辊复位。
本发明相对于现有技术,具有以下有益效果:
本超声波封压设备及方法是通过材料输送装置对连续带材产品的输送通过储料的方式进行控制,使连接带材实现一段时间的零速度,再利用超声波装置对相对静止的带材产品的腰围部位施加超声波振动,可实现对带材产品腰围的一次性封合,整套设备的主要结构包括两组超声波装置和一组材料输送装置,而材料输送装置的主要结构是由驱动辊、从动辊及浮动辊组成,相对于传统的机械结构形式为主设计的封压设备,本超声波封压设备结构简单,对带材产品的加工精度更容易保证,设备结构得到简化,也有效降低了生产和维修的成本。并且由试验结果证明,本超声波封压设备可行、方便、实用,可有效降低劳动强度,提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明作进一步的详细说明,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例
本实施例一种超声波封压设备,如图1或图2所示,包括支撑架、砧辊1、两组超声波装置2和一组材料输送装置,砧辊、超声波装置和材料输送装置分别设于支撑架上,两组超声波装置对称设于砧辊两侧,材料输送装置上设置带材产品。材料输送装置包括驱动辊组、第一浮动辊3和第二浮动辊4,第一浮动辊和第二浮动辊分别设于两组超声波装置下方,第一浮动辊和第二浮动辊分别与驱动辊组连接。驱动辊组包括第一驱动辊5、第二驱动辊6和从动辊7,从动辊设于两组超声波装置的上方中部,第一驱动辊和第二驱动辊分别设于两组超声波装置下方,带材产品10按输送方向依次缠绕于第一驱动辊、第一浮动辊、从动辊、第二浮动辊和第二驱动辊上。其中,第一浮动辊和第二浮动辊可沿上下方向进行位移活动,第一驱动辊、第二驱动辊和从动辊在支撑架上的位置固定。
支撑架包括架体8和支撑板9,支撑板固定于架体上,砧辊、超声波装置和材料输送装置均安装于支撑板上;支撑板上安装第一浮动辊和第二浮动辊之处设有浮动辊活动长孔17,第一浮动辊和第二浮动辊上下活动于对应的浮动辊活动长孔内。
如图2所示,砧辊、超声波装置、第一浮动辊、第二浮动辊、第一驱动辊、第二驱动辊和从动辊均设于支撑板的正面上;如图3所示,支撑板的背面设有驱动辊驱动组件和浮动辊驱动组件,第一驱动辊和第二驱动辊分别与驱动辊驱动组件连接,第一浮动辊和第二浮动辊分别与浮动驱动组件连接。驱动辊驱动组件带动第一驱动辊和第二驱动辊转动,浮动辊驱动组件带动第一浮动辊和第二浮动辊转动并实现上下移动。其中,驱动辊驱动组件包括驱动辊马达11和驱动辊皮带12,驱动辊马达通过驱动辊皮带与第一驱动辊和第二驱动辊连接。浮动辊驱动组件包括浮动辊马达13和浮动辊皮带14,浮动辊马达通过浮动辊皮带与第一浮动辊和第二浮动辊连接;浮动辊皮带上设有第一夹持件15和第二夹持件16,第一浮动辊通过第一夹持件与浮动辊皮带固定连接,第二浮动辊通过第二夹持件与浮动辊皮带固定连接(此外,也可以在浮动辊马达的输出 端设置摆杆,通过摆杆与第一浮动辊对应的第一夹持件连接,第一夹持件再通过浮动辊皮带与第二夹持件连接)。第一夹持件和第二夹持件结构对称,分别为横置的U型框架;支撑板上位于浮动辊活动长孔外侧的位置上设有U型框架活动长孔18(即每个浮动辊活动长孔的外侧设有一个U型框架活动长孔),U型框架的密封端部位于U型框架活动长孔内,U型框架的开口端部位于浮动辊活动长孔内。即:第一浮动辊和第二浮动辊设置的位置也是对称的,但第一浮动辊和第二浮动辊进行上下移动时,其移动方向相反,行程相等,两个浮动辊一个进行储料时,另一个进行放料;第一浮动辊和第二浮动辊分别通过U型框架安装固定,U型框架在浮动辊皮带的带动下,沿着U型框架活动长孔进行上下移动,带动相应的浮动辊沿着浮动辊活动长孔进行上下移动。
通过上述设备可实现一种超声波封压方法,具体为:材料输送装置对带材产品进行连续输送,当带材产品的封压位置到达砧辊处时,第一浮动辊和第二浮动辊反向进行上下活动,使位于第一浮动辊和第二浮动辊上方的带材产品处于相对静止的状态,并通过砧辊及两侧的超声波装置对带材产品进行封压。
带材产品的封压位置到达砧辊处时,第一浮动辊由上向下运动,对砧辊前方的带材产品进行储料,第二浮动辊由下向上运动,对砧辊后方的带材产品进行放料;封压完成后,第一浮动辊和第二浮动辊复位。
如图4所示,或如图2中的箭头所示,连续的带材产品由左侧入口进入材料输送装置中,依次经过第一驱动辊和第一浮动辊后,进入第一个腰围封口处(即砧辊与其左侧的超声波装置之间),再经过从动辊后,进入第二个腰围封口处(即砧辊与其右侧的超声波装置之间),最后经过第二浮动辊和第二驱动辊送出。其中,第一浮动辊和第二浮动辊始终保持上下相对运动,当第一浮动辊向下运动时,第二浮动辊向上运动,此时两个浮动辊之间所有的带材产品处于静止状态,并由砧辊与其两侧的超声波装置形成对压,由超声波装置施加超声波振动产生高温,使处于两个封口处的带材产品同时封合;当第一浮动辊向上运动时,第二浮动辊向下运动,此时两个浮动辊之间的带材产品处于输送状态,第一浮动辊进行放料动作,第二浮动辊进行储料动作。
如上所述,便可较好地实现本发明,上述实施例仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并非用来限定本发明的实施范围;即凡依本发明内容所作的均等变化与修饰,都为本发明权利要求所要求保护的范围所涵盖。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种超声波封压设备,其特征在于,包括支撑架、砧辊、两组超声波装置和一组材料输送装置,砧辊、超声波装置和材料输送装置分别设于支撑架上,两组超声波装置对称设于砧辊两侧,材料输送装置上设置带材产品。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种超声波封压设备,其特征在于,所述材料输送装置包括驱动辊组、第一浮动辊和第二浮动辊,第一浮动辊和第二浮动辊分别设于两组超声波装置下方,第一浮动辊和第二浮动辊分别与驱动辊组连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述一种超声波封压设备,其特征在于,所述驱动辊组包括第一驱动辊、第二驱动辊和从动辊,从动辊设于两组超声波装置的上方中部,第一驱动辊和第二驱动辊分别设于两组超声波装置下方,带材产品按输送方向依次缠绕于第一驱动辊、第一浮动辊、从动辊、第二浮动辊和第二驱动辊上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述一种超声波封压设备,其特征在于,所述支撑架包括架体和支撑板,支撑板固定于架体上,砧辊、超声波装置和材料输送装置均安装于支撑板上;支撑板上安装第一浮动辊和第二浮动辊之处设有浮动辊活动长孔,第一浮动辊和第二浮动辊上下活动于对应的浮动辊活动长孔内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述一种超声波封压设备,其特征在于,所述砧辊、超声波装置、第一浮动辊、第二浮动辊、第一驱动辊、第二驱动辊和从动辊均设于支撑板的正面上;支撑板的背面设有驱动辊驱动组件和浮动辊驱动组件,第一驱动辊和第二驱动辊分别与驱动辊驱动组件连接,第一浮动辊和第二浮动辊分别与浮动驱动组件连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述一种超声波封压设备,其特征在于,所述驱动辊驱动组件包括驱动辊马达和驱动辊皮带,驱动辊马达通过驱动辊皮带与第一驱动辊和第二驱动辊连接。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述一种超声波封压设备,其特征在于,所述浮动辊驱动组件包括浮动辊马达和浮动辊皮带,浮动辊马达通过浮动辊皮带与第一浮动辊和第二浮动辊连接;浮动辊皮带上设有第一夹持件和第二夹持件,第一浮 动辊通过第一夹持件与浮动辊皮带固定连接,第二浮动辊通过第二夹持件与浮动辊皮带固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述一种超声波封压设备,其特征在于,所述第一夹持件和第二夹持件结构对称,分别为横置的U型框架;支撑板上位于浮动辊活动长孔外侧的位置上设有U型框架活动长孔,U型框架的密封端部位于U型框架活动长孔内,U型框架的开口端部位于浮动辊活动长孔内。
  9. 根据权利要求2~8任一项所述设备实现一种超声波封压方法,其特征在于,材料输送装置对带材产品进行连续输送,当带材产品的封压位置到达砧辊处时,第一浮动辊和第二浮动辊反向进行上下活动,使位于第一浮动辊和第二浮动辊上方的带材产品处于相对静止的状态,并通过砧辊及两侧的超声波装置对带材产品进行封压。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述一种超声波封压方法,其特征在于,所述带材产品的封压位置到达砧辊处时,第一浮动辊由上向下运动,对砧辊前方的带材产品进行储料,第二浮动辊由下向上运动,对砧辊后方的带材产品进行放料;封压完成后,第一浮动辊和第二浮动辊复位。
