Abstract
Description
項1 エピクロロヒドリン系重合体(a)とビニル基を有する化合物(b)、1,8-ジアザビシクロ(5.4.0)ウンデセン-7塩、1,5-ジアザビシクロ(4.3.0)-ノネン-5塩、1,8-ジアザビシクロ(5.4.0)ウンデセン-7、及び、1,5-ジアザビシクロ(4.3.0)-ノネン-5からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の化合物(c)と、金属塩水和物(d)とを含有することを特徴とする積層体用組成物。
項2 化合物(b)が分子内に2以上のビニル基を有することを特徴とする項1に記載の積層体用組成物。
項3 化合物(d)は、エピクロロヒドリン系重合体(a)100重量部に対して0.1~10重量部である項1または2いずれかに記載の積層体用組成物。
項4 エポキシ樹脂(e)を含有する項1~3いずれかに記載の積層体用組成物。
項5 銅塩(f)を含有する項1~4いずれかに記載の積層体用組成物。
項6 加硫剤(g)を含有する項1~5いずれかに記載の積層体用組成物。
項7 加硫剤(g)は、キノキサリン系加硫剤、チオウレア系加硫剤、メルカプトトリアジン系加硫剤、ビスフェノール系加硫剤、硫黄系加硫剤、パーオキサイド系加硫剤から選択される少なくとも一種の加硫剤を含有する項6に記載の積層体用組成物。
項8 化合物(c)は、エピクロロヒドリン系重合体100重量部に対して0.3~3.0重量部である項1~7いずれかに記載の積層体用組成物。
項9 項1~8いずれかに記載の積層体用組成物を用いてなる積層体。
項10 項9記載の積層体からなるチューブ又はホース。
項11 項10記載のチューブ又はホースからなる自動車用燃料配管。
塩素含有量はJIS K7229に記載の方法に従い、電位差滴定法によって測定する。得られた塩素含有量からエピクロロヒドリンに基づく構成単位のモル分率を算出する。
ヨウ素価はJIS K6235に準じた方法で測定する。得られたヨウ素価からアリルグリシジルエーテルに基づく構成単位のモル分率を算出する。
エチレンオキサイドに基づく構成単位のモル分率は、エピクロロヒドリンに基づく構成単位のモル分率、アリルグリシジルエーテルに基づく構成単位のモル分率より算出する。
エポキシ樹脂(e)としては、たとえば、ビスフェノールA型エポキシ樹脂、ビスフェノールF型エポキシ樹脂、フェノールノボラック型エポキシ樹脂、o-クレゾールノボラック型エポキシ樹脂、アミン型エポキシ樹脂、水添ビスフェノールA型エポキシ樹脂、及び多官能エポキシ樹脂からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の樹脂が好ましい。これらのうちビスフェノールA型エポキシ樹脂が耐薬品性、接着性が良好な点から好ましく、さらに式(1):

で示される単量体、エチレン、プロピレン、1-ブテン、2-ブテン、塩化ビニル、及び、塩化ビニリデンからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の単量体に由来する共重合単位と、を含むことが好ましい。また、CTFE共重合体としては、パーハロ重合体であることがより好ましい。
表1に示される配合で各材料をニーダーおよびオープンロールで混練し、厚さ2~2.5mmのシート状の積層体用組成物(i)を得た。
上記シート(i)及び厚さ0.3~0.5mmの低ガス透過性ポリマー層(ii)を貼り合わせ、貼り合わせ体を170℃、20~25kg/cm2で15分間加圧し、厚さ2.0~2.5mmのゴム-樹脂積層体を得た。
上記加硫積層体を1.0×10cmの短冊状に切断して接着試験用試験片を作製し、25℃において50mm/minの引張速度でT剥離試験を行い、剥離状態を目視にて観察した。剥離試験の結果は表2に示す。
上記短冊状接着試験用試験片をJISK6257に準拠し、125℃72時間のギヤー式オーブンで老化試験を行ったのち、25℃において50mm/minの引張速度でT剥離試験を行い、剥離状態を目視にて観察した。剥離試験の結果は表2に示す。
上記短冊状接着試験用試験片をJISK6258に準拠して作成された試験用燃料Cに40℃72時間浸漬させたのち、25℃において50mm/minの引張速度でT剥離試験を行い、剥離状態を目視にて観察した。剥離試験の結果は表2に示す。試験用燃料Cはイソオクタンとトルエンが体積比で50:50である。
◎:強固に接着しており、層間はゴム破壊を起こしている。
○:材料破壊ではないが接着
×:全く接着しておらず、界面での剥離が生じている。

Claims (11)
- エピクロロヒドリン系重合体(a)とビニル基を有する化合物(b)、1,8-ジアザビシクロ(5.4.0)ウンデセン-7塩、1,5-ジアザビシクロ(4.3.0)-ノネン-5塩、1,8-ジアザビシクロ(5.4.0)ウンデセン-7、及び、1,5-ジアザビシクロ(4.3.0)-ノネン-5からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の化合物(c)と、金属塩水和物(d)とを含有することを特徴とする積層体用組成物。
- 化合物(b)が分子内に2以上のビニル基を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層体用組成物。
- 化合物(d)は、エピクロロヒドリン系重合体(a)100重量部に対して0.1~10重量部である請求項1または2いずれかに記載の積層体用組成物。
- エポキシ樹脂(e)を含有する請求項1~3いずれかに記載の積層体用組成物。
- 銅塩(f)を含有する請求項1~4いずれかに記載の積層体用組成物。
- 加硫剤(g)を含有する請求項1~5いずれかに記載の積層体用組成物。
- 加硫剤(g)は、キノキサリン系加硫剤、チオウレア系加硫剤、メルカプトトリアジン系加硫剤、ビスフェノール系加硫剤、硫黄系加硫剤、パーオキサイド系加硫剤から選択される少なくとも一種の加硫剤を含有する請求項6に記載の積層体用組成物。
- 化合物(c)は、エピクロロヒドリン系重合体100重量部に対して0.3~3.0重量部である請求項1~7いずれかに記載の積層体用組成物。
- 請求項1~8いずれかに記載の積層体用組成物を用いてなる積層体。
- 請求項9記載の積層体からなるチューブ又はホース。
- 請求項10記載のチューブ又はホースからなる自動車用燃料配管。
