Abstract

The present invention relates to a garment (80) comprising separate first (8) and second (16) openings, and a zipper (60b) extending between the first opening (8) and a second opening (16). The zipper comprises a first and a second tape (62b, 64b) with guiding and coupling elements, and a slider (66b). The guiding and coupling elements of each tape comprise both a guiding part and a coupling part. Easy-pull garment

Background of the invention

The present invention relates to the field of clothing, including sports. In particular, the present invention relates to garments that can be removed easily and quickly, for example without requiring the prior removal of the shoes of the user in the case of trousers.

Some clothing, especially sportswear, can be a constraint for users because of their difficult handling or their maladjustment to the sporting activity. Similarly, for children, it is often best to provide clothes that can be easily removed, to allow children to be autonomous and avoid them to damage their clothes.

Thus, the sweatpants used by athletes during warm-up phases are generally difficult to remove at the end of warming, while the sporting event will begin. This is the case for example warm-up pants for racket sports: they must be removed quickly at the end of the warm-up period, when the match must begin. It may thus be necessary for the athlete to remove his shoes prior to withdrawal of the pants, which causes the athlete to waste time or even cool while he must remain warm.

Similarly, it is also known that certain sports, such as water sports, require a combination that is often made of elastic material and therefore shaping. Such a combination is therefore long and difficult to put on but also to remove.

The same problem also arises for any clothing sheath, including high clothing used in rugby, which are deliberately designed to be closer to the body of the rugby player and limit the possible catch for the opponents. Such a high clothing is then difficult to put on, especially when the athlete has a greater musculature in the shoulders than in the abdominals.

Finally, the means of donning or removing the garment must be simple to use and intuitive for the user, while limiting the risk of withdrawal involuntary or unexpected.

Object and summary of the invention

The present invention aims to solve the various technical problems mentioned above. In particular, the present invention aims to provide a garment, including racquet sports pants, which can be opened quickly to facilitate the withdrawal, but sometimes also the donning of the garment by a user, while limiting the risks of involuntary opening. Thus, in one aspect, there is provided a garment, in particular for practicing a sport, comprising:

first and second distinct openings, and

a panel, for example textile, delimiting said first and second openings.

The garment also includes a zipper extending from a first end mounted near the first opening to a second end mounted near the second opening. The zipper includes:

a first ribbon with guiding and coupling elements,

a second ribbon with guiding and coupling elements, and

- A slider configured to slide along the ribbons from the first to the second end of the zipper.

The guiding and coupling elements of each ribbon comprise on the one hand a guiding portion configured to guide the slider when sliding along the ribbon, and on the other hand a coupling part to assemble with the elements. guiding and coupling the other tape when sliding the cursor from the first end to the second end, and to separate the guiding and coupling elements of the other tape when sliding the cursor from the second end towards the first end. The slide fastener thus comprises a closed state in which the guiding and coupling elements of the two ribbons are assembled together, and an open state in which the guiding and coupling elements of the two ribbons are separated in such a way that that the first opening and the second opening of the garment are connected together. The zipper also includes an opening means mounted between the first and second ends of the zipper, and configured to allow separation of the two ribbons without sliding the slider along the ribbons.

In particular, it is understood that the slider is configured to slidably close the zipper from the first end to the second end, and to open the zipper by sliding from the second end to the first end.

It is also understood that the guide portion of the guide and coupling elements is configured to cooperate with the slider when sliding along the ribbon. Finally, it is understood that the opening means is configured to allow the opening of the zipper without sliding the cursor along the ribbons.

Thus, thanks to the zipper mounted between two openings of the garment, and thanks to the opening means of the zipper, it is possible to open the garment between the first and the second opening, without having to use the cursor : The first and second openings of the garment are then interconnected or communicate with each other, thus facilitating the withdrawal of the garment. The garment can be removed much more easily and quickly, regardless of the conditions of use. Thus, in the case of pants, it can be removed for example without having to remove his shoes before, and without having to sit. For clothing clothes, the invention also makes it easy to remove the garment, without having to stretch. Finally, an overall garment such as a suit can also be removed quickly, standing and without having to sit or stand on one leg.

Preferably, the opening means is configured to allow separation of the two ribbons by applying, at the level of the opening means, a spacer force on the two ribbons. In this case, it is sufficient to apply, for example with the hands, a spreading force on the two ribbons, to cause the opening of the zipper and thus the opening of the garment between the first and second openings . Such an embodiment can easily be implemented by the user.

Preferably, the opening means is a portion of the zipper in which at least the first ribbon is devoid of guiding and coupling elements. The absence of guiding and coupling element makes it possible to obtain a portion of the zipper at which the two ribbons are no longer joined together when the zipper is in the closed state: it is thus easy to open the zipper by enlarging this portion, for example by applying a spacer force between the two ribbons.

Preferably, the zipper is configured to allow, when the slider is engaged with guiding and coupling elements of the two ribbons of the zipper, to remove the guiding and coupling elements from the slider. one of the two ribbons, especially the first ribbon, of the zipper. The guiding and coupling elements of one of the ribbons can thus be removed from the slider without having to slide the slider to the first end of the zipper. In particular, the guiding and coupling elements of one of the ribbons of the zipper can be removed from the slider by applying a spreading force on the two ribbons, that is to say by applying a force substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the zipper. More specifically, the slider can be configured so as to allow, when applying a force substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the zipper, to deform elastically to allow removal of the guide elements and coupling one of the two ribbons of the zipper.

Such a zipper then makes it possible to open the garment according to the present invention, even when the cursor is not positioned in abutment against the second end of the zipper, that is to say when the zipper is not completely closed.

Preferably, the garment comprises two zippers as described above, the slider of each zipper is mounted on the second tape of the zipper, and the second tape of the two zippers are mounted on the same part of the zipper. clothing, for example the same garment panel, in particular the garment part or back panel, or the front part or panel of the garment. According to one embodiment, the opening means is mounted at the second end of the zipper, and has a length greater than or equal to the length of the slider. Such opening means can open the zipper from the second end, without the cursor to hold the two ribbons together. So, to open the closure at slide, simply position the cursor at the second end, to derail it, then separate the two ribbons from the second end.

In such an embodiment, one can have in the opening means:

the first ribbon which is devoid of an element making it possible to guide the cursor along the first ribbon, and

the second ribbon comprising a stopping point and guiding elements, the guiding elements comprising a guiding portion for allowing the slider to slide between the guiding and coupling elements of the second ribbon and the stopping point; .

The positioning of the cursor at the second end of the zipper then makes it possible to derail or disengage the cursor of the first ribbon: the cursor no longer holds together the two ribbons that can be separated from the second end.

According to another embodiment, the opening means is mounted between the guiding and coupling elements of at least one tape of the slide fastener, and comprises guiding elements comprising a guiding portion configured to guide the slide fastener. slider during sliding along the tape, the guide elements being devoid of coupling part.

In this embodiment, the non-solidizable zipper portion is between two solidizable portions. More specifically, the zipper comprises a portion comprising elements that can guide the slider when sliding thereof, but which can not mate: the zipper is thus open at the opening means, and may be fully opened by enlarging said means. Preferably, the opening means has a length of between 5 cm and 7 cm.

Preferably, the slider is mounted on the second sliver of the zipper, the first sliver is mounted toward the front of the garment, and the second sliver is mounted toward the back of the garment. The positioning of the ribbon on which the slider is mounted towards the rear of the garment, that is to say towards or on the rear part of the garment, makes it possible to facilitate the opening of the zipper at the upper stops and lower, by sliding the first ribbon devoid of cursor relative to the second ribbon with the cursor.

According to a preferred embodiment, the garment also comprises a removable closure means mounted on the garment, in particular on the panel, on either side of the opening means, so as to maintain the two ribbons close to one another at the opening means, when the removable closure means is closed. The removable closure means makes it possible to keep the two ribbons of the zipper close to each other, in particular at the level of the opening means. This avoids the involuntary application of a spacer force on the two ribbons to open the zipper: indeed, the removable closure means, in the closed position, keeps the ribbons close to one. the other and thus prevent the opening of the zipper by widening the opening means.

Preferably, the removable closure means has a height greater than or equal to the length of the opening means. In this case, the removable closure means completely covers, in the closed position, the opening means. Thus, when the opening means has a length of between 5 cm and 7 cm, the removable closure means may have a height of between 6 cm and 8 cm.

The removable closure means may be mounted on the garment, in particular the panel, on the one hand by a fixed connection, preferably close to the first ribbon, and on the other hand by a removable connection, preferably close to the second one. ribbon. The removable closure means can then pass from the closed position to the open position by opening the removable connection, which allows, in a second step, to open the zipper by widening the opening means. In particular, the detachable connection can be designed so that, when it opens, the force exerted by the user on the removable closure means to open it, also leads to the opening of the zipper. Thus, in the case of a snap, the force exerted by the user to open the snap can lead, when it opens, to also open the zipper: there is then a garment whose accidental opening is not possible thanks to the removable closure means, but the opening can always be easily performed by the user in a single gesture.

Preferably, the removable link comprises a first portion mounted on the removable closure means and a second portion mounted on the panel, the first and second parts being configured to cooperate together in a reversible manner. The removable connection can thus be buttons, for example pressure, or velvet-hooks. Buttons or velvet hooks can withstand the constraints of spacing that can be exerted on the ribbons, and therefore will not open involuntarily without action on the part of the user. Preferably, the distance between the first portion of the removable link and the fixed link of the removable closure means is lower, when the zipper is in the closed state, at the distance between the second portion of the removable link and said fixed connection of the removable closure means. Thus, the stresses on the opening means are less than those experienced by the removable closure means when the latter is in the closed position.

The removable closure means may be a flap having two ends, the first end being mounted by the fixed connection on the panel, close to one of the ribbons of the zipper, preferably close to the first ribbon, and the second end comprising the first portion of the removable link configured to cooperate with the second removable connection portion mounted on the panel, close to the other tape of the zipper, preferably near the second ribbon.

Preferably, in the embodiment in which the opening means is mounted at the second end of the zipper and has a length greater than or equal to the length of the slider, the removable closure means has a height greater than the length of the opening means so as to cover the slider before it is positioned in the opening means, and the removable closure means comprises an opening through which can pass at least a portion of the slider, so to be able to manipulate the cursor into the opening means while keeping the removable closure means mounted on the panel on both sides of the opening means.

In the closed state, the removable closure means derails the cursor through the opening through which can pass at least a portion of the cursor. Thus, even when the slider is positioned in the opening means, that is to say is derailed, the ribbons of the zipper remain held close to each other by the removable closure means: the spacing constraints that may be exerted on the ribbons of the zipper do not therefore apply directly to it, especially when it is derailed, but on the removable closure means which is always at the closed state. The derailleur zipper does not open instantly after the derailment of the slider. Moreover, to perform a quick withdrawal of the pants, it is necessary not only to derail the slider of the zippers, but also to open the removable closure means located at the upper end of the zippers for the constraints of gauge apply on the derailleur zipper and make it open said closure. Furthermore, the removable closure means also facilitates the derailment of the sliders. Indeed, the spacing constraints being supported by the removable closure means, it becomes easier for the user to derail the slider of the zipper which is not under tension.

Finally, when the removable closure means is attached to the front part of the garment, a simplified opening of the garment is obtained. In fact, the user derails the slider of the zipper at first, then, in a second step, pulls the second end of the removable closure means forward, which causes both the opening of the removable closure means and instantaneously the opening of the zipper which undergoes the pulling force applied by the user on the removable closure means. It is therefore by a natural gesture that the user, after derailing the cursor, can open and remove his garment.

Preferably, the first end of the removable closure means has an inverted U-shape with two branches connected by a connecting portion, one branch being mounted on one side of the zipper strip and the other branch being mounted on the other side of the zipper tape. Such a removable closure means avoids direct contact of the zipper with the skin of the user, which could possibly cause pinching when handling the cursor.

The removable closure means may have a height greater than the length of the opening means so as to cover the slider before it is positioned in the opening means, and the connecting portion may comprise an opening by which can pass at least a portion of the slider, so as to manipulate the slider into the opening means while keeping the removable closure means mounted on the panel on either side of the opening means.

According to a first aspect, the garment is constituted by a low garment, for example pants, Bermuda shorts, shorts or cropped pants, in which the first opening is a leg opening and the second opening is a waist opening. Such a low garment allows in particular the withdrawal of said garment without requiring for example the prior removal of the shoes of the user.

Preferably, the bottom garment comprises two similar zippers, a first zipper mounted between a first leg opening and waist opening, and a second zipper mounted between a second leg opening and waist opening. The two zippers are not necessarily identical, but both include an opening means as described above. In particular, the two zippers are not identical in the sense that they are not strictly superimposable, but may be the image of one another in a mirror.

Preferentially, the two zippers are the image of each other in a mirror, with the slider of each zipper mounted on the second ribbon of said zipper, and in which the first ribbon is mounted towards the front of the garment down, and the second ribbon is mounted towards the back of the garment down. Such an embodiment, in combination with suitably mounted removable closure means, allows the bottom garment to be opened in a single movement by opening the removable closure means forwardly. Indeed, in this case, the upper and lower stops of the zippers can be separated more easily: on the one hand by the lower end of the first ribbon which slides in the direction of the upper end relative to the end. bottom of the second ribbon, and other by the upper end of the first ribbon which slides in the direction of the lower end relative to the upper end of the second ribbon.

Preferably, the two zippers are mounted with their second ends at the leg opening, and their first ends at the waist opening. Preferably, the means for opening the zippers are arranged so as to be positioned at the user's hands when the user stands upright, arms stretched along the body. In particular, the means for opening the zippers are arranged between 20 cm and 40 cm below the waist opening, preferably between 25 cm and 35 cm. More specifically, the middle of the length of the opening means can be positioned between 20cm and 30cm, preferably between 23cm and 27cm, below the waist opening. In this case, the removable closure means are also arranged between 20 cm and 40 cm below the waist opening, preferably between 25cm and 35cm. Preferably, the low garment comprises:

Preferably, the bottom garment comprises at least one pocket mounted on the waist portion and accessible through an opening. Preferably, the opening means of the zipper is mounted at the lower end of the waist portion or the upper end of the leg portion. Detailed description of the invention

Figures 1 and 2 illustrate, from the front and from the side, a low garment, in this present trousers 1, according to the invention. The trousers 1 comprise a waist portion 2, and two leg portions 4, 6.

The waist portion 2 has a panty shape. The size portion 2 comprises an upper end defining an opening of size 8 and two lower ends 10, 12.

The leg portions 4, 6 are tubular in shape and are mounted on the lower ends 10, 12 of the waist portion 2. The leg portion 4 thus comprises an upper end corresponding to the lower end 10 of the waist portion. 2, and a lower end corresponding to a first leg opening 14. The leg portion 6 includes an upper end corresponding to the lower end 12 of the waist portion 2, and a lower end corresponding to a second leg opening 16 .

When the two zippers 18, 20 are open, the panels of the leg portions 4, 6 and the waist portion 2 are bound together by the central portion of the waist portion 2. As illustrated in FIGS. 3A to 3C, which shows in more detail the second zipper 20, the latter comprises a first ribbon 22 and a second ribbon 24. For reasons which will appear later in the description, the first ribbon 22 is disposed on the front portion of the pants 1, and the second ribbon 24 is disposed on the rear portion of the pants 1. The second zipper 20 may further include an opening means 29 for derailing the slider. Specifically, the slider 26 of the second zipper 20 may detach, or derail, from one of the tapes of the zipper, particularly the first tape 22, when slid into the opening means 29. near the top end of the zipper. Such a derailment has the effect of allowing a rapid separation of the two ribbons 22, 24 by applying a simple spacer force (see Figure 3B).

According to one embodiment, the opening means 29 may be the result of a different number of guiding and coupling elements between the two ribbons 22, 24 of the second slide fastener 20. Thus, in order to allow the derailment of the slider 26 with respect to the first sliver 22 when the slider is slid towards the opening means 29 located at the upper end of the second slider 20, the first sliver 22 may comprise a number of guide elements and lower coupling than that of the second ribbon 24. Moreover, the first ribbon 22 may also be without stop at its upper end. Thus, when the slider 26 is slid towards the opening means 29 of the second zipper 20, the slider 26 slides beyond the guiding and coupling elements of the first sliver 22 and thus detach from the first sliver 22, to continue to slide on the guiding and coupling elements of the second ribbon 24. The previous description of the second zipper is given by way of example corresponding in particular to Figures 3A to 3C. However, it will also be possible to envisage a second zipper in which the first ribbon comprises more guiding and coupling elements than the second ribbon, as well as an upper stop, without modifying the principle of opening of the trousers.

Alternatively, it can also be envisaged that the opening means 29 comprises only guide elements devoid of a coupling part, mounted at the upper end of the first ribbon 22. In effect, the zipper 20 not being intended to close at the opening means 29, it is no longer necessary to provide a coupling part.

The same description also applies to the first zipper 18. For the first zipper 18, the first ribbon may be disposed on the front portion of the pants and the second ribbon on the rear portion. Furthermore, the first ribbon may comprise a number of guiding and coupling elements less than that of the second ribbon, and be devoid of upper stop, to form an opening means.

The pants 1 finally comprises a first removable closure means, in the form of a first flap 32, and a second removable closure means, in the form of a second flap 34, respectively disposed at the means of opening the closure corresponding slider, that is to say at the upper end of the first zipper 18 and the second zipper 20.

The second flap 34 is fixed on the pants 1, close to the first ribbon 22. The flap 34 extends, in the closed state, over the opening means 29 of the second zipper 20, and comes close on the pants 1, near the second ribbon 24. In particular, when the second zipper 20 is closed, the flap comes to cover the slider 26 in the derailed state or not. Conversely, when the second zipper 20 is open, the flap 32 is on the first ribbon 22, while the derailed cursor 26 is positioned on the second ribbon 24, which makes the slider 26 more accessible and more accessible. easy to go down for the subsequent closing of the pants. Alternatively, the flap can be closed on the pants 1 by velvet-hooks, or by any other suitable closure means.

In the closed state, the flap 34 comprises an opening 38 through which can pass at least a portion of the slider 26 to derail it while keeping the flap in the closed state (see Figure 3A). Indeed, the opening 38 allows the gripping and manipulation of the slider 26, and in particular its sliding upwards to derail it. Thanks to the opening 38, it is possible to derail the sliders of the zippers 18, 20, without the risk of opening the pants at the waistband which remains held by the flaps 32, 34.

According to a second embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 4A and 4B, the pants 1 may comprise a removable closure means in the form of a flap 50, mounted at the upper end of each zipper, and comprising a panel 52, for example rectangular, with an opening 38 in the middle. The opening 38 is positioned in the middle of the panel 52 so that when the flap 50 is in the closed position, the opening 38 is positioned at the upper end of the tapes 22, 24 of the zipper 20. The first ribbon 62 is a sliderless ribbon when the zipper is in the open state. The first ribbon 62 comprises in particular a lower stop, in the form of a sleeve 63, disposed at the lower end, or first end, of the first ribbon 62. At its upper end, or second end, the first ribbon 62 comprises one or several elements (not shown) configured to be able to exit the cursor when they are slid, parallel to the second ribbon 64, towards the lower stop.

The second ribbon 64 is a ribbon on which the slider 66 is mounted when the zipper is in the open state. The second ribbon 64 then comprises, at its lower end, or first end, a lower stop in the form of a casing 65, into which the sleeve 63 of the first ribbon 62 can be inserted. The second ribbon 64 also comprises, at its end upper or second end, an upper stop 67. The slide fastener 60 allows rapid opening thereof from the portion comprising guiding elements 74. More specifically, the application of a spacer force between the two ribbons 62, 64 at the level of the d opening 79 makes it possible, in a first step, to separate the guide elements 74 from the ribbon 62 from those of the ribbon 64, then in a second step to disengage the guiding and coupling elements 68 from the ribbon 62 from those of the ribbon 64: the zipper then opens from the opening means 79 to the upper and lower ends.

In particular, at the upper end, or second end, the guiding and coupling elements 68 of the ribbons 62, 64 are configured so that, when the slider 66 is in abutment against the upper stop 67, allow them to detaching from the slider 66. Similarly, at the lower end, or first end, of the zipper, the lower stops of the ribbons, namely the sleeve 63 and the housing 65, are configured to allow, when the guide and coupling elements 68 are separated, a sliding sleeve 63 out of the housing 65. The lower end of the first ribbon 62 is then dissociated from that of the second ribbon 64. Figures 6 to 9 illustrate, from the front and side, a low garment, in this case racket sports pants 80, according to the invention. In Figures 6 to 9, the references identical to those of Figures 1, 2 and 5 designate identical elements.

The pants 80 includes a first slide fastener 60a mounted between the leg opening 14 and the waist opening 8, and a second slide fastener 60b mounted between the leg opening 16 and the waist opening 8.

More precisely, the first slide fastener 60a makes it possible, in the open state, to connect the leg opening 14 and the size opening 8, and the second slide fastener 60b makes it possible, in the open state, to connect the leg opening 16 and the opening size 8. The first and second slide fasteners 60a, 60b include zippers as illustrated in Figure 5.

Thus, the first and second slide fasteners 60a, 60b each include an opening means 79a, 79b at which the first and second slide fasteners 60a, 60b have a portion with guide members.

The opening means 79a, 79b may each have a length of between 5cm and 7cm, to make the opening of the trousers easy for the user, as will be described below, while limiting the involuntary openings through a length much lower than that of the first and second zippers 60a, 60b.

Moreover, the opening means 79a, 79b are preferably mounted between 20cm and 40cm below the waist opening, preferably between 25cm and 35cm. More specifically, the middle of the length of the opening means 79a, 79b is positioned between 20cm and 30cm, preferably between 23cm and 27cm, below the waist opening.

In order to facilitate the opening of the zipper 60b at the upper and lower stops, and as shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, the first slider 62b of the zipper has no slider in the open state and is positioned towards the front of the pants 80, that is to say towards the anterior part. The second ribbon 64b of the zipper therefore has the slider in the open state and is positioned towards the rear of the trousers 80, that is to say towards the posterior part. In particular, the flaps 82a, 82b make it possible to keep the guiding elements of the opening means close to each other, and thus to avoid the separation of the neighboring guiding and coupling elements.

Preferably, the flaps 82a, 82b have a height greater than or equal to the length of the opening means 79a, 79b with which they are associated, in order to completely cover them when the flaps 82a, 82b are in the closed position. Thus, the flaps 82a, 82b may have a height of between 6cm and 8cm. The opening means 79a, 79b thus being completely covered by the flaps 82a, 82b in the closed position, no portion of the opening means 79a, 79b is likely to open under the effect of constraints.

Advantageously, and as illustrated in FIG. 7, the flap 82b is mounted on the upper part of the leg portion 6, by a fixed connection, for example seams 84b, on the anterior side of the leg portion, and by a link removable, for example snaps 86b, the rear side of the leg portion. Thus, when the flap 82b is opened, the user can continue his forward movement by holding the flap 82b in his hand so as to cause the second slide fastener 60b to open completely.

The same characteristics also apply to the flap 82a of the first zipper 60a. Advantageously, and in order to guarantee the proper maintenance of the opening means 79a, 79b in the closed state, the removable links, for example the snaps 86b, are positioned in such a way that the stresses on the opening means 79a, 79b are lower than those experienced by the flaps 82a, 82b in the closed position. 40cm below the waist opening, preferably between 25cm and 35cm. Specifically, the middle of the width of the flaps 82a, 82b is positioned between 20cm and 30cm, preferably between 23cm and 27cm, below the waist opening. In this way, the flaps 82a, 82b are positioned at the user's hands when it is held upright with the arms extended along the body. Figure 10 illustrates, in perspective, an integral garment, in this case a combination 100, according to the invention. Combination 100 includes an upper end defining a neck opening 102, two leg portions 104, 106, and two sleeves 108, 110.

The leg portions 104, 106 and the sleeves 108, 110 are of tubular shape and each comprise a distal end respectively corresponding to a leg opening 112, 114, and handle 116, 118.

Finally, the combination 100 includes a first zipper 120 mounted between the leg opening 112 and the neck opening 102, and a second zipper 122 mounted between the leg opening 114 and the neck opening 102. .
