Background of the invention

The present invention relates to the field of sportswear, and in particular the field of clothing that can be modulated by the user during sports practice.

During a sporting practice, particularly prolonged such as running, the variations of the physical effort or the changes of climatic conditions can lead the user to modify his dress. Thus, at the beginning of physical activity, when the body is not yet heated, when the outside temperature is low or even when it is raining, the user tries to cover himself so as to protect himself from the cold or rain. A first possibility for the user to regulate his temperature during the sporting activity, is to superpose several clothes: these can then be removed, when necessary. However, this is often uncomfortable in practice, because the garment removed can not be stored and generally indisposes the user. In addition, the withdrawal of the garment or its restoration is not always easy, especially when it must be done during sports.

There are thus clothes with zippers that can open partially to discover a part of the body of the user. Similarly, there are also clothing parts of which, such as sleeves, are removable to be removed or surrendered during sports. However, such clothes are not totally satisfactory. Thus, the removable parts may interfere with the user in his practice, if there is no storage provided to put them. In addition, when the user wishes to put them back in place, this is often difficult. In addition, such clothing works on the principle of all or nothing: either the body part is protected, or it is exposed.

Object and summary of the invention

The present invention aims to solve the various technical problems mentioned above. In particular, the present invention aims to provide a garment for modulating the thermal regulation of at least a portion of the user's body covered by the garment, in a simple, reversible and comfortable manner.

Thus, in one aspect, there is provided a garment comprising: a main part intended to cover at least a portion of the torso of the user,

at least one sleeve, of tubular shape, having a proximal end secured to the main portion, a proximal portion, a distal portion, and a distal end provided with a distal opening for passage of the user's hand.

Preferably, the distal end of the inner liner, and possibly the sleeve, is intended to surround the wrist, elbow or forearm of the user. Thus, the garment can be long-sleeved, half-length or three-quarter respectively.

Preferably, the sleeve comprises an impermeable material and / or the inner lining comprises a breathable material. The garment according to the invention thus makes it possible to provide the user with several levels of comfort or protection, namely a lining made of breathable material that promotes the circulation of air through the revealable portion, and a sleeve made of impermeable material enabling protect the user in case of rain.

Preferably, the inner lining and / or the sleeve comprises, at its distal end, a peripheral elastic.

In the case of the sleeve, the peripheral elastic positioned at the distal end keeps the sleeve in position in the folded state, partially or totally, or in the unfolded state. Thus, it is not necessary to provide a dedicated storage means for the sleeve, when it is in the folded state: the clamping force of the elastic is sufficient to maintain the handle in the folded state.

In the case of the inner lining, the peripheral elastic positioned at the distal end keeps the peripheral lining in place during handling of the sleeve, especially during folding. This prevents the sleeve from also raising the inner lining.

Preferably, the inner liner and / or the sleeve comprises, at its distal end, a gripping means, for example a thumb-pass.

In the case of the sleeve, the gripping means positioned at the distal end allows easier handling of closure means arranged along the sleeve, for example a zipper, as will be described below. In particular, the input means allows the user to open or close more easily the closure means with one hand, thus limiting additional efforts of skill to provide during the sporting activity.

In the case of the inner lining, the gripping means positioned at the distal end makes it possible to keep the inner lining in place during handling of the sleeve, especially during folding.

According to one embodiment, the sleeve comprises a closure means mounted longitudinally on the distal portion of the sleeve, the closure means having a closed position imparting a tubular shape to said distal portion, and an open position forming a lateral opening in said distal part. The closure means is mounted so as to allow the lateral opening of the sleeve, and for the purpose of facilitating handling of the handle with one hand, during sports practice.

Preferably, the closure means is a zipper having a cursor and the cursor is configured to open the zipper by movement towards the distal end of the sleeve. Preferably, the storage means has a sleeve shape mounted around the sleeve with:

a proximal end fixed to the proximal portion of the sleeve or to the connecting line, and

- A free distal end elastically tightening the sleeve.

Such storage is easy to make and mount on a sleeve. Moreover, the free distal end being elastic, it is easy for the user to manipulate it to store the distal portion of the sleeve.

Detailed description of the invention

Figure 1 illustrates a garment 1, including a top such as a T-shirt or jacket, according to the invention. The garment 1 comprises a main part 2, and two sleeves of which only one 4 is shown in FIG. 1. In the example shown in FIG. 1, the garment 1 comprises long sleeves. However, the invention is not limited to only long-sleeved clothing, but may also relate to clothing with short sleeves or three-quarter sleeves.

The main part 2 is intended to cover at least a portion of the torso of the user. It may include a waist opening at the bottom and a neck opening at the top. It may also include closure means, for example a zipper (not shown) at the neck opening, or between the neck opening and the waist opening, to allow opening in two of the main part 2.

The sleeve 4 has a tubular shape, with a proximal end 6 and a distal end 8. The proximal end 6 is secured to the main part 2, for example by a seam made between the main part 2 and the proximal end 8 at the end. shoulder level of the user. Thus, the sleeve 4 can be considered in two parts: a proximal portion 22 located between the proximal end 6 and the connecting line 18, and a distal portion 24 located between the connecting line 18 and the distal end 8.

The sleeve 4 may comprise an impermeable material. In addition, the inner liner may comprise a breathable material. Thus, when the user wishes to cover himself or to protect himself from the rain, he simply has to unfold the distal portion 24 of the sleeve 4 so as to cover the discoverable portion of the inner liner 12. In contrast, when it wants to cool, it is sufficient to fold the distal portion 24 of the sleeve 4, so as to discover the discoverable portion of the inner liner 12, so to facilitate the circulation of air at the level of his forearms. In order to facilitate the manipulation of the distal portion 24 of the sleeve 4 during the folding or unfolding phases, the garment 1 may also comprise an elastic means 26, for example a peripheral elastic, near the distal end 8 of the sleeve 4. The elastic means 26 keeps the distal end 8 of the sleeve 4 in position when the latter is raised by the user to reveal part of the inner liner 12: thus, if the distal portion 24 is raised at the level of the forearm, or at the elbow, or close to the connecting line 18, it may remain in place despite the movements made by the user during his sports practice.

Similarly, the distal end 16 of the inner liner 12 may also include resilient means to maintain the inner liner 12 in place when the distal portion 24 of the sleeve 4 is manipulated. Alternatively, the inner liner 12 may comprise, at its distal end 16, a gripping means 28, for example a thumb-pass. Again, the gripping means 16 keeps the inner liner 12 in place during sport or during the manipulation of the distal portion 24 of the sleeve 4. In this second embodiment, the garment 30 also comprises a closure means 32, for example a zipper, mounted on the distal portion 24 of the sleeve 4. The closure means 32 comprises a closed position in which it gives the the distal portion 24 is tubular in shape, and an open position for forming a lateral opening in said distal portion 24.

More specifically, the closure means 32 is mounted longitudinally on the sleeve 4, between the connecting line 18 and the distal end 8, and has a proximal end 34 and a distal end 36.
