本公开涉及洗衣机技术领域,例如涉及一种洗衣机控制盘座及洗衣机。
全自动洗衣机洗涤剂盒设置在控制盘座内,洗涤剂盒上部会设置洗涤剂投入口盖,将洗涤剂盒上部覆盖以防止在洗衣过程洗涤剂盒中进水,或者在洗衣机上盖相对应洗涤剂盒的位置设置封堵塞使洗衣机上盖关闭时洗涤剂盒上部被封堵。
中国专利文献CN 201310744385.8公开了一种内置洗涤剂投放腔室的洗衣机控制盘座,该盘座内设置有至少一个用于投放固体洗涤剂的腔室,且腔室具有开设在控制盘座上端面上的洗涤剂投放口,其中洗涤剂投放口包括第一洗涤剂投放口、第二洗涤剂投放口、第三洗涤剂投放口,第二洗涤剂投放口和第三洗涤剂投放口处分别设有可关闭的门盖,从该文献附图可以得出,该门盖为可翻转设置,但是该种结构在安装拆卸过程中非常不方便。
同时该种设置会使门盖与洗涤剂投放口之间的缝隙处不容易清理,容易积累污垢,污染洗涤剂。
发明内容
本公开提出了一种洗衣机控制盘,能够解决洗涤剂投入口盖拆装不方便的问题,还可以解决洗涤剂投入口盖与控制盘座之间的缝隙不易被清理的问题。
本公开还提出了一种洗衣机,可以解决洗衣机的洗涤剂投入口盖不容易拆装的问题。

本实施例在洗涤剂投入口盖上设置连接轴,在控制盘座本体上设置有与连接轴相配合的连接槽,连接轴设置在连接槽内,能够使连接轴在连接槽内滑动也能够转动,进而使洗涤剂投入口盖能够翻转打开也能平移打开,用户可以根据需要及喜好将洗涤剂投入口盖平移或者翻转打开。由于连接槽的长度较现有的旋转孔的直径较大,因此安装或者拆卸洗涤剂投入口盖时能够先倾斜安装再
将洗涤剂投入口盖摆正,使安装过程中安装人员较为省力,且安装速度也相应加快,进而能够实现方便快捷的拆装洗涤剂投入口盖,提高了安装效率。
本实施例提供的洗衣机,该洗衣机的洗涤剂投入口盖安装、拆卸过程时省力且安装速度相应加快。由于该洗涤剂投入口盖能够翻转、平移,用户可根据个人喜好选择洗涤剂投入口盖的打开方式,且洗涤剂投入口盖周边也更容易清理。

实施例1
本实施例中提供了一种洗衣机控制盘座,如图1-4所示,该洗衣机控制盘座可以包括控制盘座本体1、洗涤剂投入口2、洗涤剂投入口盖3和洗衣投入口8,其中控制盘座本体1内设置有洗涤剂盒,控制盘座本体1上设有洗涤剂投入口2,洗涤剂投入口2上还设置有洗涤剂投入口盖3。其中洗涤剂投入口盖3上可以设置有第一连接轴43和第二连接轴44(如图6所示,又可统称为连接轴4),控制盘座本体1上设置有与连接轴4相配合的连接槽5,连接轴4设置于连接槽5内使洗涤剂投入口盖3可翻转、可平行移动。
如图4所示,本实施例中洗涤剂投入口盖3两侧分别设置有第一连接轴43和第二连接轴44,可选地,第一连接轴43和第二连接轴44在洗涤剂入口盖3上对称设置。控制盘座本体1上的洗涤剂投入口2的两侧的侧壁上均设置有连接槽5,该连接槽5与连接轴4配合。其中连接槽5的横截面为矩形或者弧形结构。
如图7-9所示,本实施例连接轴4为异形轴,连接轴4侧壁包括至少一弧形侧壁41和至少一平面侧壁42,其中弧形侧壁41两端均与平面侧壁42相连接。本实施例中,如图8所示,以第一连接轴43为例,第一连接轴43的侧壁包括两个弧形侧壁41和两个平面侧壁42,且两平面侧壁42平行设置,平面侧壁42与洗涤剂投入口2上端面平行,设置平面侧壁42的好处在于该种结构能够使洗涤剂投入口盖3在平移过程中拉动时更省力,而设置弧形侧壁41则能够保证洗涤剂投入口盖3在翻转时正常翻转。
可选地,参考图5-6,当连接轴4为异形轴时,与连接轴4相配合使用的连接槽5可以包括平移槽51以及旋转槽52,其中旋转槽52位于平移槽51的一端,结合图3所示,旋转槽52可以位于平移槽51远离洗衣投入口8的一端。平移槽51的高度不小于连接轴4的两对称平面侧壁42的距离,旋转槽52的高度不小于连接轴4的外接圆直径;且平移槽51深度小于旋转槽52深度。平移槽51的高度不小于连接轴4的两平面侧壁42的距离,这样能够保证洗涤剂投入口盖顺利被抽拉;而平移槽51的深度小于旋转槽52的深度是为了能够方便
洗涤剂投入口盖3安装。
由于洗衣机在工作时会发生振动,洗涤剂投入口盖3很可能会随着振动发生位置移动,为了解决该问题,如图5所示,旋转槽52与平移槽51的连接处还设置有限位凸起6,其中限位凸起6的位置位于连接槽5的侧壁上。限位凸起6能够有效的防止连接轴4从旋转槽52被振动到平移槽51内。
如图4所示,为了使安装者方便安装,本实施例中连接轴4包括第一连接轴43和第二连接轴44,第一连接轴43长度大于第二连接轴44长度。如图9所示,第二连接轴44的一端设置有安装面441。其中安装面441为斜面,其倾斜角度小于90°。本实施例中,如图4所示,位于洗涤剂投入口盖3左侧的为第一连接轴43,位于洗涤剂投入口盖3右侧的为第二连接轴44。当然其他实施例中可右侧为第一连接轴43,左侧位第二连接轴44。
洗涤剂投入口盖3上端面还设置有防滑带7,本实施例中防滑带7为至少一条波形曲线,其中波形曲线包括两个波谷和一个波峰。该种结构能够使人手的食指、中指、无名指的指腹位于波峰或波谷上,当人手推动该洗涤剂投入口盖3时能够更加省力,且无需担心推动过程中手与洗涤剂投入口盖3打滑。
防滑带7还可以是多个凸起构成,其中凸起的形状没有特殊限定,可以为圆形、三角形、矩形或其他形状。防滑带7的结构还可以是一条或者多条线段。
其他实施例中还可以是连接轴4侧壁包括一个弧形侧壁41和一个平面侧壁42,其中平面侧壁42在洗涤剂投入口盖平移过程中应保证该平面侧壁42与连接槽5的下端侧壁相接触,以方便用户抽拉时省力。
本实施例中限定了连接轴4为异形轴,但是在其他实施例中连接轴4可以为普通轴,当连接轴4为普通轴时连接槽5可以只包括平移槽51,但是平移槽51的高度大于该连接轴的直径,洗涤剂投入口盖3上的旋转轴4可以在平移槽51的首端(远离衣物投入口8的一端)进行翻转。
安装时,可先将位于洗涤剂投入口盖3上的第一连接轴43置于旋转槽52内,并将洗涤剂投入口盖3向第一连接轴43方向挤压,然后将第二连接轴44
按压,由于第二连接轴44上设置有安装面,第二连接轴能够很容易的滑到另外一连接槽的旋转槽52内,此时安装完成。
还可以先将第一连接轴43置于旋转槽52内,将第二连接轴44置于另外一个连接槽的平移槽51内,以第一连接轴为圆心,旋转洗涤剂投入口盖3将其摆正,使第二连接轴44能够移动到旋转槽52内,其中洗涤剂投入口盖3在旋转过程中第二连接轴44与平移槽51之间的距离会越来越小。
需要注意的是,本实施例中的连接轴4还可以设置在控制盘座本体1上,相应的,连接槽5则设置在洗涤剂投入口盖3上,连接轴4的位置应是位于控制盘座靠近衣物投入口8的一端。
实施例2
本实施例中提供了一种洗衣机,包括如实施例1中所述的洗衣机控制盘座。该种洗衣机上的洗涤剂投入口盖方便拆装,方便用户清理洗涤剂盒四周的污垢。
本公开提供了一种洗衣机控制盘座以及具有该洗衣机控制盘座的洗衣机,可以实现洗衣机的洗涤剂投入口盖方便拆装,方便用户清理洗涤剂盒四周的污垢。

- 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣机控制盘座,其中,所述连接轴(4)为异形轴,所述连接轴(4)侧壁包括至少一弧形侧壁(41)和至少一平面侧壁(42),所述弧形侧壁(41)两端均连接有平面侧壁(42)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的洗衣机控制盘座,其中,所述连接轴(4)侧壁包括两弧形侧壁(41)和两平面侧壁(42),所述两平面侧壁(42)平行设置。
- 根据权利要求3所述的洗衣机控制盘座,其中,所述连接轴(4)侧壁包括一弧形侧壁(41)和一平面侧壁。
- 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机控制盘座,其中,所述连接槽(5)包括平移槽(51)以及旋转槽(52),所述旋转槽(52)位于所述平移槽(51)一端,且所述平移槽(51)高度不小于两对称平面侧壁(42)的距离,所述旋转槽(52)的高度不小于所述连接轴(4)的外接圆直径;且所述平移槽(51)深度小于所述旋转槽(52)深度。
- 根据权利要求6所述的洗衣机控制盘座,其中,所述连接轴(4)包括第一连接轴(43)和第二连接轴(44),所述第一连接轴(43)长度大于所述第二连接轴(44)长度,且所述第二连接轴(44)靠近所述连接槽(5)的一端设置有安装面(441)。
- 根据权利要求7所述的洗衣机控制盘座,其中,所述旋转槽(52)与所述平移槽(51)的连接处还设置有限位凸起(6)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机控制盘座,其中,所述洗涤剂投入口盖(3)上端面还设置有防滑带(7),所述防滑带(7)为波形结构。
- 一种洗衣机,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的洗衣机控制盘座。
