Abstract

一种薄膜拉伸生产线链铗链节油气润滑装置,包括在链铗链节(2)运行的轨道(3)内成排设置的多条喷油气管(1),各喷油气管(1)前端的油气喷嘴(1-1)处于轨道(3)的前端面上,所述油气喷嘴(1-1)的位置高度对应在链铗链节(2)的内、外链板(2-1、2-2)之间,各喷油气管(1)的后端于轨道(3)的后端面外接通油气分配器(4),所述油气分配器(4)通过若干油气管道(5)连通油气混合器(6),所述油气混合器(6)通过气压管路(7)和油压管路(8)分别连通空气压缩机(9)和油箱(10)。该油气润滑装置采用气液两相润滑技术,使得链铗链节(2)的润滑点不受高温的影响,满足薄膜拉伸生产线链铗链节(2)高温、重载、高速工况下的润滑要求。

Description

薄膜拉伸生产线链铗链节油气润滑装置 技术领域
本发明涉及薄膜拉伸生产线设备,具体为一种薄膜拉伸生产线链铗链节油气润滑装置。
背景技术
薄膜拉伸生产线的横拉机中,在高温高速条件下,链铗链节构成的链条在轨道上高速运行,链铗链节的销轴与套筒之间产生摩擦,为了保证销轴及套筒之间的耐磨性以延长其使用寿命,销轴及套筒之间必须注入润滑油。
传统的润滑方式是在销轴及套筒之间的摩擦面注入耐高温油脂,或者采用油泵连续向销轴与套筒的摩擦面注入润滑油。
上述两种润滑方式均存在不足:
1、采用注入耐高温油脂方式,工作时间长后耐高温油脂润滑性能会下降,进而影响润滑效果。
2、采用连续式注油方式,耗油量大,成本高,且带有一定压力的润滑油会对薄膜产生污染,影响薄膜的质量。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提出了一种满足润滑要求的薄膜拉伸生产线链铗链节油气润滑装置。
能够解决上述技术问题的薄膜拉伸生产线链铗链节油气润滑装置,其技术方案包括在链铗链节运行轨道内成排设置的多条喷油气管,各喷油气管前端的油气喷嘴处于轨道的前端面上,所述油气喷嘴的位置高度对应在链铗的内、外链板之间,各喷油气管的后端于轨道的后端面外接通油气分配器,所述油气分配器通过若干油气管道连通油气混合器,所述油气混合器通过气压管路和油压管路分别连通空气压缩机和油箱。
上述结构中,在油气混合块内(润滑油与压缩空气)混合形成的油气流通过喷油气管的油气喷嘴从内、外链板的间隙喷入销轴与套筒的配合面,从而保证了销轴与套筒之间的润滑。
常规设计中,所述气压管路上设有气路手动阀、压缩空气处理器和气路电磁阀;而所述油压管路进一步的设计包括由油泵、油路手动阀和过滤器控制的若干并联油压支路,各油压支路上设有油路电磁阀和单向阀。
各设备及各电器装置采用PLC可编程控制器而实现气压管路的供气自动控制和油压管路供油的自动控制。
由于连续油膜的形成要有一个过程,因此所述油气管道的设计长度≥0.5 米。
所述喷油气管设置为6~10条即可满足薄膜拉伸生产线链铗链节的润滑要求。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明薄膜拉伸生产线链铗链节油气润滑装置采用气液两相润滑技术,以满足薄膜拉伸生产线链铗链节的润滑要求,具有下列优点:
1、采用油气润滑,环保、节能、低耗。
2、压缩空气可以带走销轴与套筒摩擦产生的热量,延长销轴与套筒的使用寿命。
3、销轴与套筒之间的润滑点不受高温的影响,特别适合薄膜拉伸生产线链铗链节高温、重载、高速工况下的润滑要求。
4、便于设备的检查、维护和保养。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图所示实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
本发明薄膜拉伸生产线链铗链节油气润滑装置包括喷油气管1、油气分配4、油气混合器6、气压管路7和油压管路8。
6~10条喷油气管1于前、后方向左、右均匀间隔排列设于轨道3(左、右方向布置,供链铗链节2连接成的链条高速运行使用)的内部,各喷油气管1前端的油气喷嘴1-1处于轨道3的前侧端面上,所述油气喷嘴1-1的高度位置对应在链铗链节2的内、外链板2-1、2-2之间(与销轴2-3与套筒2-4的配合面相通),各喷油气管1的后端于轨道3的后侧端面外接通油气分配器4(由支撑板19安装在轨道3的后侧端面上),所述油气分配器4与油气混合器6之间通过6~10条油气管道5接通(油气管道5的长度≥0.5米),所述油气混合器6通过气压管路7接通空气压缩机9,油气混合器6通过油压管路8接通油箱10,如图1、图2、图3所示。
沿供气方向,所述气压管路7上(自后向前)依次设置气路手动阀11、 压缩空气处理器12(过滤、调压)和气路电磁阀13,如图3所示。
沿供油方向,所述油压管路8包括后段的油压总路和前段并联的6~10条油压支路,两油压支路共用一个油路电磁阀16(具有两个出口),所述油路电磁阀16与油气混合器6的各油压支路上设有单向阀17,所述油压总路(自后向前)依次设有油泵21、油路手动阀14和油路过滤器15;所述油箱10内设有液位控制继电器20,在油箱10的油量小于设定值时关停油泵21,如图3所示。
各机器及各电器装置由设于电控柜18内的PLC可编程控制器控制,从而实现气压管路7向油气混合器6的供气自动控制和油压管路8向油气混合器6的供油自动控制,如图3所示。
本发明的运行方式:
1、空气压缩机9、气路手动阀11、压缩空气处理器12、气路电磁阀13开启,气压管路7向油气混合器6内供气;油泵21、油路手动阀14、油路电磁阀16开启,油压管路8向油气混合器6内供润滑油(润滑油的压力大到能将单向阀17打开,润滑油才能进入油气混合器6,当润滑油的压力低于油气混合器6的油气压力时,单向阀17关闭,确保油气混合器6的油气不会倒向进入油压支路)。
2、压缩空气与润滑油在油气混合器6内混合形成油气流。
3、油气流通过油气管道5输入油气分配器4,在油气管道5中,油气流沿着管道内壁以波浪形态向前移动,并逐渐形成一层薄薄的连续油膜。
4、油气流经油气分配器4分配后进入喷油气管1。
5、油气流通过喷油气管1的油气喷嘴1-1以一股极其精细的连续油滴流喷射到(链铗链节2的)内、外链板2-1、2-2之间的销轴2-3与套筒2-4的配合面;在链铗链节2高速运行其间,在满足润滑要求条件下,为节省润滑油,油压管路8(通过开启油路电磁阀16)间歇地向油气混合器6供油,从而使喷油气管1间断地向链铗链节2喷油气流,而气压管路7一直开启,以带走销轴2-3与套筒2-4摩擦产生的热量,延长销轴2-3与套筒2-4的使用寿命。
一种机器方案中,链铗链节2在横拉机22的轨道3上运行一圈的总周长为100米,链铗链节2运行速度为300米/分,因此,平均20秒每个链铗链节2在横拉机22上运行一圈。
依次为依据,6~10条喷油气管1同时向链铗链节2喷油气流的时间为20秒,就可保证向链铗链节2的销轴2-3与套筒2-4的配合面注上一次油气润滑油。
实际操作时,6~10条喷油气管1同时喷油气流25秒,然后停止注油60秒,再开始喷油25秒,周如复始,即可满足链铗链节2的销轴2-3与套筒2-4配合面的润滑要求。

  1. 薄膜拉伸生产线链铗链节油气润滑装置,其特征在于:包括在链铗链节(2)运行轨道(3)内成排设置的多条喷油气管(1),各喷油气管(1)前端的油气喷嘴(1-1)处于轨道(3)的前端面上,所述油气喷嘴(1-1)的位置高度对应在链铗链节(2)的内、外链板(2-1、2-2)之间,各喷油气管(1)的后端于轨道(3)的后端面外接通油气分配器(4),所述油气分配器(4)通过若干油气管道(5)连通油气混合器(6),所述油气混合器(6)通过气压管路(7)和油压管路(8)分别连通空气压缩机(9)和油箱(10)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的薄膜拉伸生产线链铗链节油气润滑装置,其特征在于:所述气压管路(7)上设有气路手动阀(11)、压缩空气处理器(12)和气路电磁阀(13);所述油压管路(8)包括由油泵(21)、油路手动阀(14)和油路过滤器(15)控制的若干并联油压支路,各油压支路上设有油路电磁阀(16)和单向阀(17)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的薄膜拉伸生产线链铗链节油气润滑装置,其特征在于:各设备及各电器装置采用PLC可编程控制器而实现气压管路(7)供气的自动控制和油压管路(8)供油的自动控制。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3中任意一项所述的薄膜拉伸生产线链铗链节油气润滑装置,其特征在于:所述油气管道(5)的长度≥0.5米。
  5. 根据权利要求1~3中任意一项所述的薄膜拉伸生产线链铗链节油气润滑装置,其特征在于:所述喷油气管(1)为6~10条。
