Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种无人机领域的安装结构,特别是一种无人机外置模组免工具快速更换安装结构。
背景技术
近年来,随着无人机应用范围的推广,无人机控制技术得到了迅猛发展,市面上出现了各种功能的无人产品,例如航拍监控类,其用户通过遥控器控制无人机飞行姿态和实时监测拍摄画面;游戏/娱乐类,用户通过佩戴VR头盔技术控制无人机飞行姿态,进行真实的模拟航拍体验;如此多的应用需求,均是外挂相关的功能产品,这些功能性产品都是后期按需求用其他结构零件用螺丝或者其他紧固件固定到机身上。在外形和结构上都相对独立。
现有无人机产品的图传录像系统相对独立分散,无论是外观还是结构,与飞机结合的整体性不佳,且拆卸更换极不方便,需要借助其他紧固件和工具方能拆卸更换,耗时费事,而且容易损坏。
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种新的技术方案以解决现存的技术问题。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种无人机外置模组免工具快速更换安装结构,解决了现有无人机产品存在外置的外挂功能产品安装、拆卸不便,外形不够美观统一等技术缺陷。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种无人机外置模组免工具快速更换安装结构,包括无人机主体和外置模组,所述外置模组通过快速拆卸组件可拆卸地安装在无人机主体,所述快速拆卸组件包括安装在无人机主体上的滑轨,所述外置模组上设置有配合所述滑轨并可在滑轨上滑动的U型滑槽,所述滑轨端部设置有单边扣卡口,所述外置模组上设置有配合所述单边扣卡口的单边扣,所述单边扣可扣紧在单边扣卡口上并将外置模组卡紧在无人机主体上。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述外置模组为图传模组或相机模组。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述无人机主体包括有机架、起落架和机壳,所述机架四周向外延伸有无人机机臂,所述无人机机臂端部安装有电机和由所述电机驱动的螺旋桨。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述无人机机臂为可拆卸式机臂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供了一种无人机外置模组免工具快速更换安装结构,该种安装结构的外置模组通过快速拆卸组件可拆卸地安装在无人机主体上,可实现外置模组的快速拆卸、安装、更换等工作,有效提高工作效率,应用灵活性更高;另外,通过该种安装结构可使得整个无人机主体与外置模组能够有效统一,在外观上更能够融为一体。该种无人机外置模组免工具快速更换安装结构解决了现有无人机产品存在外置的外挂功能产品安装、拆卸不便,外形不够美观统一等技术缺陷。

以下将结合实施例和附图对本发明的构思、具体结构及产生的技术效果进行清楚、完整地描述,以充分地理解本发明的目的、特征和效果。显然,所描述的实施例只是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部实施例,基于本发明的实施例,本领域的技术人员在不付出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的其他实施例,均属于本发明保护的范围。另外,专利中涉及到的所有联接/连接关系,并非单指构件直接相接,而是指可根据具体实施情况,通过添加或减少联接辅件,来组成更优的联接结构。本发明创造中的各个技术特征,在不互相矛盾冲突的前提下可以交互组合,参照图1-图6。
实施例1:
参照图1-3,一种无人机外置模组免工具快速更换安装结构,包括无人机主体1和外置模组2,所述外置模组2通过快速拆卸组件可拆卸地安装在无人机主体1,所述快速拆卸组件包括安装在无人机主体1上的滑轨31,所述外置模组2上设置有配合所述滑轨31并可在滑轨31上滑动的U型滑槽32,所述滑轨31端部设置有单边扣卡口33,所述外置模组2上设置有配合所述单边扣卡口33的单边扣34,所述单边扣34可扣紧在单边扣卡口33上并将外置模组2卡紧在无人机主体1上。
在应用时,可通过快速拆卸组件将外置模组2快速安装到无人机主体1上或从无人机主体1上快速拆下,具有快速、高效、应用灵活方便等优点,同时也使得外置模组与无人机主体有机统一,外形更加美观和谐。
优选地,所述外置模组2为图传模组。
优选地,所述无人机主体1包括有机架11、起落架12和机壳13,所述机架11四周向外延伸有无人机机臂14,所述无人机机臂14端部安装有电机15和由所述电机15驱动的螺旋桨16。
优选地,所述无人机机臂15为可拆卸式机臂。
实施例2:
参照图4-6,本实施例与实施例1基本相同,其不同点在于:所述外置模组2为相机模组。
以上是对本发明的较佳实施进行了具体说明,但本发明创造并不限于所述实施例,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可做出种种的等同变形或替换,这些等同的变形或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

- 一种无人机外置模组免工具快速更换安装结构,其特征在于:包括无人机主体(1)和外置模组(2),所述外置模组(2)通过快速拆卸组件可拆卸地安装在无人机主体(1),所述快速拆卸组件包括安装在无人机主体(1)上的滑轨(31),所述外置模组(2)上设置有配合所述滑轨(31)并可在滑轨(31)上滑动的U型滑槽(32),所述滑轨(31)端部设置有单边扣卡口(33),所述外置模组(2)上设置有配合所述单边扣卡口(33)的单边扣(34),所述单边扣(34)可扣紧在单边扣卡口(33)上并将外置模组(2)卡紧在无人机主体(1)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种无人机外置模组免工具快速更换安装结构,其特征在于:所述外置模组(2)为图传模组或相机模组。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种无人机外置模组免工具快速更换安装结构,其特征在于:所述无人机主体(1)包括有机架(11)、起落架(12)和机壳(13),所述机架(11)四周向外延伸有无人机机臂(14),所述无人机机臂(14)端部安装有电机(15)和由所述电机(15)驱动的螺旋桨(16)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种无人机外置模组免工具快速更换安装结构,其特征在于:所述无人机机臂(15)为可拆卸式机臂。
