Description

一种鲜面条制售机 技术领域
本发明属于商业设备领域,特别涉及一种鲜面条制售机。
背景技术
面条是中国传统食品的一种重要品种,特别是在中国北方地区,面条更是人们日常生活中的常用食品;传统的面条大多采用人工将和好的面擀成面皮,经过切制形成具有一定厚度和宽度长度的面条;人们为了保存,会将制成好的面条干燥,形成干面条方便使用,但是干面条的口感不如新鲜的鲜面条;现在,面条的制作大多采用机械化生产,生产出的面条可以用于制作干面条(挂面),也可以用于出售鲜面条;但是现有的鲜面条的出售大多是批量制作和出售,中间经过搬运、称量、包装、收费等过程,加上面条是新鲜的容易沾染环境中的污物,造成面条污染,同时现有的批量出售面条的大多是大型制面条设备,无法用于商场,超市等现场制作和销售;而小型面条机多适用于家庭,其功能简单,不能实现自动控制,产量小,工序复杂,从而不能适应于面条销售。
并且,无论大型面条机还是小型面条机,能否控制好和面的质量,都是影响最终面条口感的最重要的因素,因此和面机构对于面条机来说至关重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种鲜面条制售机,通过对面条机的结构进行改进,改善面条机的和面方式,使得搅拌更均匀、混合更充分,提 高鲜面条的口感,并提高整机的自动化与智能化,实现面条制作与销售的结合。
为了解决上述技术问题,实现发明目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种鲜面条制售机,在机架上从上到下依次设置工序相接的落面装置、和面及输送装置、压面装置、切面装置和接面装置,机架的一侧设有控制系统和动力及传动装置,所述控制系统设有销售支付模块,所述动力及传动装置为落面装置、和面及输送装置、压面装置、切面装置和接面装置提供动力;
所述的和面及输送装置包括与动力及传动装置连接的和面动力输入轮、支座和混合器,混合器由外筒和混合器轴组成,混合器轴设置在外筒空腔内,包括轴体、面推送装置、推送叶片、回退叶片和法兰盘;所述轴体通过轴承设置在所述支座上,和面动力输入轮与轴体一端固定连接,所述的面推送装置呈连续螺旋形,设置在轴体上连接和面动力输入轮一端的外圆柱面上,并和混合器外筒上的进面口以及进水口的位置相对应,所述的法兰盘设置在轴体上与面推送装置相对的端面上;所述的推送叶片设有多个,并沿轴体外圆柱面上的同一圆柱螺旋线均匀设置,且该圆柱螺旋线的螺旋方向和轴体转动方向相同;所述回退叶片设有多个,并沿轴体外圆柱面上的同一圆柱螺旋线均匀设置,且该圆柱螺旋线的螺旋方向和轴体转动方向相反;推送叶片所在的圆柱螺旋线的导程大于回退叶片所在圆柱螺旋线的导程,推送叶片的长度大于回退叶片的长度;在所述推送叶片的上边沿以及推送叶片上朝向法兰盘的一端设置刀刃,在所述回退叶片的上边沿以及 回退叶片上朝向面推送装置的一端设置刀刃。
进一步的,在所述轴体外圆柱面上的同一母线上,所述的推送叶片和回退叶片交替布置。
进一步的,所述的落面装置包括把手、上盖、外罩、阻面杆、面斗固定装置、转盘、面盘和下端盖;所述下端盖和面盘的边缘分别卡在对称设置的面斗固定装置上,下端盖上设有出面口,所述转盘设置在面盘和下端盖之间,并由转轴驱动转动,转盘上沿其圆周均匀设置多个直径相同的落面孔,所述转轴上端伸出面盘平面后,在转轴侧面均匀设置多根拨面杆,在转轴上端面罩设一锥形罩,所述外罩两端分别与上盖和下端盖配合,组成筒形的面斗,所述面斗固定装置上设有伸入面斗内的阻面杆,并且阻面杆在面盘的上方,所述面盘沿圆周方向开设一个弧形的落面槽孔,面盘上的面粉经落面槽孔落在转盘上,并由转盘上的落面孔落在下端盖上由出面口向下排出。
进一步的,所述压面装置包括支架、调节装置、从动压辊、主动压辊、压面动力输入轮和同步传动轮;所述支架安装在机架上,将调节装置安装在支架的一端,并且调节装置的手柄露出护罩,将从动压辊和主动压辊并排安装在支架的调节架上,所述压面动力输入轮设置在主动压辊的一端并和主动压辊连接,所述同步传动轮由一对相互啮合的齿轮组成,所述动力及传动装置通过压面动力输入轮驱动主动压辊和从动压辊对向转动。
进一步的,所述切面装置包括安装框架、主动切刀和从动切刀,主动切刀和从动切刀并排设置在安装框架内,并在主动切刀和从动切 刀的一端设置相互啮合的同步轮,在主动切刀另一端设置连接器,该连接器由弹性销和卡座组成,弹性销安装在主动切刀的轴端,卡座安装在动力及传动装置的动力输入轴端部,以使主动切刀与动力及传动装置自动对接并锁紧。
进一步的,所述的接面装置包括托盘、托盘架、保护罩、托盘动力输入轮、传动轴、主动齿轮、从动齿轮和从动轴;托盘放置在托盘架上,托盘中部设置有多个通孔,使切面过程中的散碎面落到托盘架上的余料盘内,在托盘的下部设置四个锥形销作为限位装置,托盘架安装在从动轴上,托盘动力输入轮安装在传动轴的一端,与动力及传动装置连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
第一,本发明能够实现鲜面条的制作和出售设备的集成小型化,投币、刷卡、远程支付自动现场制作和售货。
第二,由于本发明的和面及输送装置要完成面粉兑水混合搅拌以及输送的功能,因此,针对该工作特点,本发明一方面在混合器轴体上与混合器外筒上的进面口与进水口相对的位置设置连续螺旋形的面推进装置,利用面推进装置推送面粉,并使面粉和水初步混合搅拌,另一方面在轴体上分段设置螺旋方向相反的推送叶片和回退叶片,由推送叶片推动面粉朝端盖一侧输送,并在输送的过程中,面粉碰到回退叶片后,又反向回退一段距离,加之推送叶片所在圆柱螺旋线的导程大于回退叶片的圆柱螺旋线的导程,因此,回退的距离小于输送的距离,这样在同样的输送距离范围内就可以延长输送时间,使面粉和 水能够充分搅拌混合均匀,可以使得和出的面做成面条后更加劲道、口感更好。
第二,所述推送叶片和回退叶片并没有采用连续的螺旋结构,而是分段间隔设置,且在推送叶片的上边沿以及推送叶片上朝向端盖的一端、回退叶片的上边沿以及回退叶片上朝向面推送装置的一端均设置刀刃,这样一来既可以减小搅拌过程中面絮的阻力,又能够实现对面絮的多次切割及多次混合,使得做出的面条更加筋道。
第三,在轴体外圆柱面上的同一条母线上,回退叶片和推送叶片交替布置,且两种叶片以及同种叶片中相邻叶片的间隔并不均匀,这样在和面的过程中可以增加面的紊乱程度,使得和面更加均匀。
第四,所述回退叶片和推送叶片的螺旋角以及每段叶片的长度并不相同,这样两种叶片对和面的作用力和方向有所不同,使得和出来的面口味更好,同时也有利于和好的面的顺利输送。
第五,所述的落面装置结构巧妙,利用拨面杆将面盘上的面粉拨入转盘的落面孔,再落入下端盖,从下端盖的出面口排出进入和面及输送装置,在此过程中,所设置的阻面杆可以将沿锥形罩锥壁流下的面粉堆摊开,防止面粉聚集成堆,保证向和面及输送装置提供的面粉量均匀、线性,以利于和面的均匀,最终提高面条的质量与口感。

下面结合附图说明,通过具体的实施方式,对本发明的结构以及功能作进一步的说明。
如图1所示,本发明所应用的鲜面条机为一种鲜面条制售机,包括落面装置1、和面及输送装置2、压面装置3、切面装置4、接面装置5、机架6、控制系统7、护罩8、动力及传动装置9;所述的落面装置1安装在机架6上端,与和面及输送装置2连通;所述的和面及输送装置2安装在机架6上,位于落面装置1的下方,一端与落面装置1和供水控制器连接,另一端与压面装置3衔接;所述的和面及输送装置2与动力及传动装置9连接;所述的压面装置3安装在机架6上,位于和面及输送装置2一端下方;所述的压面装置3出口与切面装置4相衔接;所述的切面装置4安装在机架6上,位于压面装置3的下方;所述的切面装置4下方与接面装置5相对应;所述的切面装置4能够实现快速不停机更换适用于不同规格面条的切面装置4;所述的接面装置5安装在机架6上,位于切面装置4的下方;所述的机架6包括地脚,支架和安装各种功能部件的安装架;所述的机架6的总体尺寸应当保证总体安装后整机外形尺寸不大于800X800X400毫米;所述的控制系统7安装在机架6上,能够投币控制或者刷卡控制或者网络支付或者实现远程无线控制整机的运行;所述的护罩安装在机架6上,位于机架6的外围;所述的动力及传动装置9安装在机架6上,与控制系统7和各个功能部件的动力输入元件连接。
如图2所示,所述的落面装置1包括把手11、上盖12、外罩13、阻面杆14、面斗固定装置15、转盘16、面盘110、下端盖17和拨面机构,上盖12和下端盖17配合组成筒形的面斗;所述下端盖17和面盘110的边缘分别卡在对称设置的面斗固定装置15上,下端盖17上设有出面口,下端盖17下部设置与机架6上安装座的卡口相配合的均匀分布的3个单向旋转卡紧销块,这样能够实现落面装置1的快速拆装;所述转盘16设置在转轴上,该转轴由动力及传动装置9驱动转动,并且转盘16设置在面盘110和下端盖17之间,转盘16上沿其圆周均匀设置多个直径相同的落面孔,优选的,可以采用90°内均匀设置5个孔;所述拨面机构由所述转轴上端伸出面盘110平面形成,并在转轴伸出部分的侧面均布多根拨面杆19,在转轴上罩设一个锥形罩18,所述面盘110上沿圆周方向开设一个弧形的落面槽孔,落面槽孔的宽度等于转盘16上落面孔的直径,所述面斗固定装置15上设有伸入面斗的阻面杆14,以将面粉摊开;所述的外罩13安装在下端盖17上,本例中选用为透明有机玻璃作为外罩13的材料,材料厚度2毫米,制成直径280毫米高度260毫米的圆柱筒形,这样有利于观察内部工作状态减轻整机重量;工作中,由转轴带动拨面杆19和转盘同步转动,将面斗面盘110上的面粉通过落面槽孔拨入转盘16上,再经转盘16上的落面孔落在下端盖17上,然后随着转盘16的转动,将下端盖17上的面粉带入落面口落入下方的和面及输送装置2,在拨面机构转动的过程中,面盘110上的面粉和所述的阻面杆14相接触,由阻面杆14将面粉摊开。
如图3所示,所述的和面及输送装置2包括和面动力输入轮21、支座22、进面口23、进水口24、混合器25、端盖26和锁紧装置27,所述混合器25由外筒2511和混合器轴组成,混合器轴设置在外筒2511空腔内,本实施例中采用齿形皮带轮作为和面动力输入轮21,将和面动力输入轮21安装在混合器轴一端并与混合器轴连接;将支座22安装在机架6上,并采用轴承与前述混合器轴连接,保证混合器轴能够在支座22上自由旋转;将混合器25安装在支座22上;将端盖26安装在混合器25上与和面动力输入轮21相对的另一端,将端盖26的一侧与所述的混合器25的外筒2511铰接,使得端盖26能够在铰接处摆动,另一侧设置锁紧装置27,将锁紧装置27安装在端盖26与混合器25的外筒2511之间,本例中采用本行业通用的缺口加锁紧螺栓形式作为锁紧装置,以实现能够快速锁紧和释放端盖26和混合器25的外筒2511的连接;这样就完成了和面及输送装置2整体结构的实施。
如图4所示,所述的混合器轴包括轴体251、面推送装置252、推送叶片253、回退叶片254和法兰盘255;所述的面推送装置252呈连续螺旋形,设置在轴体251外圆柱面的一端,并和混合器外筒2511上的进面口23以及进水口24的位置相对应,面推送装置252的螺旋方向和轴体251转动方向相同,并且,螺旋径向高度等于外筒2511的内径减去轴体外圆半径后再减去运动间隙;所述的法兰盘255设置在轴体251上与面推送装置252相对的端面上;所述的推送叶片253设有多个,并沿轴体251外圆柱面上的同一圆柱螺旋线均匀设置,且 该圆柱螺旋线的螺旋方向和轴体251转动方向相同;所述回退叶片254设有多个,并沿轴体251外圆柱面上的同一圆柱螺旋线均匀设置,且该圆柱螺旋线的螺旋方向和轴体251转动方向相反;推送叶片253所在的圆柱螺旋线的导程大于回退叶片254所在圆柱螺旋线的导程,推送叶片253的长度大于回退叶片254的长度;在所述推送叶片253的上边沿以及推送叶片253上朝向端盖26的一端设置刀刃,在所述回退叶片254的上边沿以及回退叶片254上朝向面推送装置252的一端设置刀刃。
优选的,在轴体251外圆柱面上的同一母线上,所述的推送叶片253和回退叶片254交替布置。
如图5所示,所述的进面口23和进水口24设置在外筒2511侧面的一端,使得进面口23和落面装置1的出面口对应,并在外筒2511另一端设有与所述压面装置3相接的出面口,所述进水口24和控制系统7的供水控制器连接。
如图6所示,所述的压面装置3包括支架31、调节装置32、从动压辊33、主动压辊34、压面动力输入轮35和同步传动轮36;所述支架31安装在机架6上,将调节装置32安装在支架31的一端,并且调节装置32的手把露出护罩8,将从动压辊33和主动压辊34并排安装在支架31的调节架上,本例中的从动压辊33和主动压辊34的直径相同,均为160mm,所述压面动力输入轮35设置在主动压辊34的一端并和主动压辊34连接,本例中采用链轮作为压面动力输入轮35,采用两个模数和齿数相同的齿轮作为同步传动轮36,同步 传动轮36安装在主动压辊34和从动压辊33的同一端,并相互啮合,以保证主动压辊34和从动压辊33的同步转动。
如图7所示,所述的切面装置4包括手柄41、上板42、主动切刀43、右侧架44、后支架45、从动切刀46、左侧架47、前支架48、同步轮49、前挡板410和连接器411;将手柄41安装在前挡板410上;将上板42安装在前支架48上部;将主动切刀43安装在前支架48和后支架45之间;将右侧架44安装在前支架48和后支架45之间,并位于主动切刀43的外侧;将后支架45安装在主动切刀43和从动切刀46的同一端并与主动切刀43和从动切刀46垂直;将从动切刀46安装在前支架48和后支架45之间,与主动切刀43平行设置且相互配合;将左侧架47安装在前支架48和后支架45之间,并位于从动切刀46的外侧;将前支架48安装在主动切刀43和从动切刀46的与后支架45相对的另一端;将同步轮49安装在主动切刀43和从动切刀46的位于前支架48外侧的一端;本例中选用两个齿轮作为同步轮49;将前挡板410安装在上板42的下方,并位于同步轮49的外侧,能够将同步轮49完全遮盖;将连接器411安装在主动切刀43的位于后支架45的一端且位于后支架45的外侧,本例中采用弹性销与卡座结合的方式作为连接器411,弹性销安装在主动切刀43的轴端,卡座安装在动力及传动装置9的动力输入轴端部,使其能够与动力及传动装置9自动对接并锁紧;当向外拉动手柄41时能够自动脱开,这样能够保证在不停机的情况下快速更换适用于不同规格面条的切面装置4;这样就完成了切面装置4的实施。
如图8、图9所示,所述的接面装置包括托盘51、托盘架52、保护罩53、托盘动力输入轮54、传动轴55、主动齿轮57、从动齿轮58和从动轴59;本例中选用透明的有机玻璃作为托盘51的材料,将托盘51放置在托盘架52上;本例中托盘51中部设置有多个通孔,便于使切面过程中的散碎面落到托盘架52上的余料盘内,保持托盘51上的面条的清洁;在托盘51的下部设置四个锥形销作为限位装置,均匀布置在托盘51下部外圆周边,锥形销的内侧卡在托盘架52上,既能够保证托盘51随托盘架52转动,又能够保证轻松取下托盘51;将托盘架52安装在从动轴59上;本例中采用厚度1毫米的钢板制成保护罩53,将保护罩53安装在机架6上,将本接面装置5的传动部分覆盖;将托盘动力输入轮54安装在传动轴55的一端,与动力及传动装置9连接;本例中托盘动力输入轮54采用链轮;将传动轴55安装在轴座56上,一端与托盘动力输入轮54连接,另一端与主动齿轮57连接;将轴座56安装在机架6上;本例中采用两个轴座;本例中选用锥形齿轮作为主动齿轮57并将其安装在传动轴55的端部;本例中采用锥形齿轮作为从动齿轮58并将其安装在从动轴59上,与主动齿轮57垂直啮合;将从动轴59安装在机架6上,保持与传动轴55垂直;这样就完成了接面装置5的实施。
如图10所示,所述控制系统的实施如下:本例中选用本行业通用的控制箱,并将其安装在机架6上;本例中选用触摸显示屏作为显示装置并将其安装在控制箱的面板上,并将显示装置通过控制模块和开关电源连接;将开关电源安装在控制箱内,其输入端与市电电源连 接其输出端与各个功能模块或元件连接;将通讯模块安装在控制箱内并与控制模块连接;将变频器安装在机架6上并与控制模块连接;本例中采用光电传感器和压力传感器作为传感器,并将传感器安装在接面装置5、动力及传动装置9上,能够获取各功能部件的转速、成品面条的重量以及各个功能部件的工作状态之类的参数,并将参数传送到控制模块;将供水控制器安装在机架6上,与外接水源及和面及输送装置2上的进水口24连接;将控制模块安装在控制箱内,与开关电源及各个功能模块连接;将存储模块安装在控制箱内并与控制模块连接;本例中选用按键操作面板作为操作装置并将操作装置安装在控制箱面板上并与控制模块连接;将外接控制模块安装在控制箱内,与控制模块连接,其外接接口设置在控制箱的箱壁上;用于连接投币控制器或者是刷卡控制器或者是手机支付控制器;这样就完成了控制系统的实施。
应用时,面粉被装入落面装置内,定量进入和面及输送装置,经过和面后输送到压面装置,压面装置将和好的面压制成带状,进入切面装置内,切面装置将面带切制成面条落在接面装置的托盘上,用户可以取出;其销售环节为支付货币控制本机的工作时间和制作面条的量,当用户按压下启动按钮后,信号由控制系统7传送到显示装置,同时控制系统判断传感器的状态确认设备是否处于待机状态,传感器将检测结果传送到控制模块,控制模块将信号传送到显示装置,将传感器的状态显示出来,并将可制作信号一并送给显示装置,用户需在制作面条之前在显示装置上通过按键在设置界面设置面条的重量、干 湿程度、切面速度等参数;保存用户的设置并将参数传送给控制模块,其中控制模块与显示装置通讯传递使用CAN总线,当显示装置收到可制作信号后,将用户的设定份数等信息传递给控制模块,控制模块将通过显示装置传递的信息,控制安装在控制箱内的继电器使动力及传动装置的电机启动,变频器的频率由控制模块通过MODBUS协议写入变频器;完成制作后控制模块将完成信号传递给显示装置显示制作完成;完成后设备制作的面条的重量等信息保存在存储模块;待设备再次上电后通过以太网(TCP/IP协议)将通过通讯模块将现有信息上传服务器,服务器保存上传信息,保存后将保存完成信号传递给控制模块,将之前的信息清空并在显示装置上显示,以备为后续信息留足储存空间。
当外接投币器控制时,用户将硬币投入投币控制器,投币控制器将投币信息传递给控制模块,控制模块需要制作的量在显示装置上显示,显示装置显示制作面条的份数信息并开始检测设备状态,重复上节所述的过程就能够完成。
当外接远程支付控制系统时,当用户扫描设备上的二维码后,用户通过手机屏幕上的指导完成支付,支付完成后,支付信息会传递给微信或支付宝等管理平台,管理平台将信息通过TCP/IP协议传递给总服务器,服务器将信息转化后将通过识别设备ID号(识别ID是通过扫描二维码之后的支付信息获得的)将订单信息通过通讯模块传递给控制模块并在显示装置上显示相关信息内容,显示装置将显示订单号,下单份数等信息,显示装置通过控制模块判断设备状态,重复上 节所述过程即可。制作完成后,将制作完成的信息回传服务器,服务器将此订单状态变为已完成并保存,如果在设备正在制作过程中断电或者设备在关机状态下有订单时,设备在再次上电后会向服务器询问是否由未制作订单,服务器做相应回复,如果有服务器将下发未制作订单,显示装置显示有未做订单是否继续制作,“继续”则与上方相同,“取消”则显示板将取消信息上传服务器,服务器将保存此订单取消,设备再次上电后此订单将不在下发。无订单时设备将正常处于待机状态,若设备正在制作过程中,有其他支付途径的将根据时间的先后顺序完成制作面条过程。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种鲜面条制售机,在机架(6)上从上到下依次设置工序相接的落面装置(1)、和面及输送装置(2)、压面装置(3)、切面装置(4)和接面装置(5),机架(6)的一侧设有控制系统(7)和动力及传动装置(9),所述控制系统(7)设有销售支付模块,所述动力及传动装置(9)为落面装置(1)、和面及输送装置(2)、压面装置(3)、切面装置(4)和接面装置(5)提供动力;其特征在于:
    所述的和面及输送装置(2)包括与动力及传动装置(9)连接的和面动力输入轮(21)、支座(22)和混合器(25),混合器(25)由外筒(2511)和混合器轴组成,混合器轴设置在外筒(2511)空腔内,包括轴体(251)、面推送装置(252)、推送叶片(253)、回退叶片(254)和法兰盘(255);所述轴体(251)通过轴承设置在所述支座(22)上,和面动力输入轮(21)与轴体(251)一端固定连接,所述的面推送装置(252)呈连续螺旋形,设置在轴体(252)上连接和面动力输入轮(21)一端的外圆柱面上,并和所述外筒(2511)上的进面口(23)以及进水口(24)的位置相对应,所述的法兰盘(255)设置在轴体(251)上与面推送装置(252)相对的端面上;所述的推送叶片(253)设有多个,并沿轴体(251)外圆柱面上的同一圆柱螺旋线均匀设置,且该圆柱螺旋线的螺旋方向和轴体(251)转动方向相同;所述回退叶片(254)设有多个,并沿轴体(251)外圆柱面上的同一圆柱螺旋线均匀设置,且该圆柱螺旋线的螺旋方向和轴体(251)转动方向相反;推送叶片(253)所在的圆柱螺旋线的导程大于回退叶片(254)所在圆柱螺旋线的导程,推送叶片(253)的长度大于回退 叶片(254)的长度;在所述推送叶片(253)的上边沿以及推送叶片(253)上朝向法兰盘(255)的一端设置刀刃,在所述回退叶片(254)的上边沿以及回退叶片(254)上朝向面推送装置(252)的一端设置刀刃。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种鲜面条制售机,其特征在于:在所述轴体(251)外圆柱面上的同一母线上,所述的推送叶片(253)和回退叶片(254)交替布置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种鲜面条制售机,其特征在于:所述的落面装置(1)包括把手(11)、上盖(12)、外罩(13)、阻面杆(14)、面斗固定装置(15)、转盘(16)、面盘(110)和下端盖(17);所述下端盖(17)和面盘(110)的边缘分别卡在对称设置的面斗固定装置(15)上,下端盖(17)上设有出面口,所述转盘(16)设置在面盘(110)和下端盖(17)之间,并由转轴驱动转动,转盘(16)上沿其圆周均匀设置多个直径相同的落面孔,所述转轴上端伸出面盘(16)平面后,在转轴侧面均匀设置多根拨面杆(19),在转轴上端面罩设一锥形罩(18),所述外罩(13)两端分别与上盖(12)和下端盖(17)配合,组成筒形的面斗,所述面斗固定装置(15)上设有伸入面斗内的阻面杆(14),并且阻面杆(14)在面盘(110)的上方,所述面盘(110)沿圆周方向开设一个弧形的落面槽孔,面盘(110)上的面粉经落面槽孔落在转盘(16)上,并由转盘(16)上的落面孔落在下端盖(17)上由出面口向下排出;
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种鲜面条制售机,其特征在于:所述压 面装置(3)包括支架(31)、调节装置(32)、从动压辊(33)、主动压辊(34)、压面动力输入轮(35)和同步传动轮(36);所述支架(31)安装在机架(6)上,将调节装置(32)安装在支架(31)的一端,并且调节装置(32)的手把露出护罩(8),将从动压辊(33)和主动压辊(34)并排安装在支架(31)的调节架上,所述压面动力输入轮(35)设置在主动压辊(34)的一端并和主动压辊(34)连接,所述同步传动轮(36)由一对相互啮合的齿轮组成,所述动力及传动装置(9)通过压面动力输入轮(35)驱动主动压辊(34)和从动压辊(33)对向转动。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种鲜面条制售机,其特征在于:所述切面装置(4)包括安装框架、主动切刀(43)和从动切刀(46),主动切刀(43)和从动切刀(46)并排设置在安装框架内,并在主动切刀(43)和从动切刀(46)的一端设置相互啮合的同步轮(49),在主动切刀(43)另一端设置连接器(411),该连接器(411)由弹性销和卡座组成,弹性销安装在主动切刀(43)的轴端,卡座安装在动力及传动装置(9)的动力输入轴端部,以使主动切刀(43)与动力及传动装置(9)自动对接并锁紧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种鲜面条制售机,其特征在于:所述的接面装置(5)包括托盘(51)、托盘架(52)、保护罩(53)、托盘动力输入轮(54)、传动轴(55)、主动齿轮(57)、从动齿轮(58)和从动轴(59);托盘(51)放置在托盘架(52)上,托盘(51)中部设置有多个通孔,使切面过程中的散碎面落到托盘架(52)上的余料 盘内,在托盘(51)的下部设置四个锥形销作为限位装置,托盘架(52)安装在从动轴(59)上,托盘动力输入轮(24)安装在传动轴(55)的一端,与动力及传动装置(9)连接。
