Description

一种新型售货机
本发明属于机械自动化应用领域,具体说就是一种利用光电技术和机械技术的结合,实现特定操作过程的自动化。
目前使用的售货机只能销售一些单品或比较规则的物品,本新型售货机可以销售任何物品,且物品与取货口之间可以相隔很远,保证货物安全。
本发明由六大系统部分组成,货物转接系统,物品信息采集系统,物品自动传送系统,传输带系统,取货系统,打包系统,摄像及感应触摸屏系统和支付系统,计算机系统组成。
本发明总体说明,本发明的整个系统运转过程是:在货物被放置到货物自动传送系统之前,首先将货物从转运箱转接到自动传送系统,货物转接系统由转运箱,吊钩,装物袋,旋转平台,扫描设备及切割设备组成;其中转运箱的六面嵌有金属物,方便机器手吸取,盖子有伸出的镂空部分及弹簧插销,镂空部分是为了吊钩抓取,弹簧插销可以封装转运箱,由两片与转运箱镂空部分相对应的硬物和可以套入弹簧插销的圆筒及附着件组成的吊钩,特制的吊钩可以打开转运箱并抓取装物袋,由两边间隔对称镂空并且在两物品封装间隔部涂有反光物构成的长条形多物品排装的条形装物袋,两边镂空是为了伸缩杆可以插入,由运转带两边沿装有与条形装物袋镂空部分相对应的双控开关控制的伸缩杆及支持物组成的平台,当吊钩拉动装物袋到平台的部位,转动平台上伸缩杆伸出,插入装物袋两边镂空部位,同时拉动装物袋沿平台前行到扫描和切割设备处,当扫描设备扫描到装物袋上的反光物时,指令切割设备切开,然后将物品送到采集物品信息处采集物品信息,采集物品的属性信息,包括物品的重量,体积,物品的识别码信息,影像信息,生产信息等送入计算机系统。在物品放入物品自动传送系统时,扫描物品的识别码,以便计算机储存每个物品自动传送带上放置的具体物品信息,当放置物品时尽量将物品的形体中心与红外线检测点重合;当滚轮上检测系统检测到其上有物品时(物品的具体位置信息也可以由摄像系统拍摄的图片信息用图片识别系统来得到),计算机指令所有滚轮滚动以便将物品向前传送,当排在第一的滚轮上的检测系统检测到其上有物品时,停止滚动,当排在第二的滚轮上的检测系统检测到其上有物品时也停止滚动,依次类推,当排在第一的滚轮上没有物品时,计算机指令排在其后的各个滚轮依次向前滚动传输物品,只到检测到第一个滚轮上有物品时,重复上一次的传送;当客户购物支付完成时,计算机指令排在第一的滚轮滚动将其上的物品送入传输带系统,如果客户选择打包,则将取物口和打包系统之间的隔板自动收缩,以便物品直接滑入自动打包系统,打包后落入打包取物口,如果客户没有选择打包,则将取物口和打包系统之间的隔板伸出,物品直接滑入取物口,客户取走物品;其中摄像及感应触摸屏和支付系统是客户查看物品信息及影像,以便客户选择和鉴别物品,决定是否购买和支付的系统;当客户选择好物品并选择是否打包选择支付方式包括智能支付和投币支付并支付后,计算机系统根据客户选择的物品指令放置该物品的物品自动传送系统送出该物品。完成选购,支付和取物过程;(所有选购及支付也可以全部在手持终端完成,自动售货机只用于收取及吐纳货物)。
