Abstract
一种轨道交通车辆的餐饮预定系统、方法和装置。其中,该系统包括:一个或多个餐饮预定终端(10),用于显示预设的餐饮预定显示界面,并接收餐饮预定信息,其中,餐饮预定信息至少包括:餐饮选择信息和配送位置信息;数据管理终端(12),通过车辆通信网络与一个或多个餐饮预定终端相连,用于根据餐饮预定终端接收到的餐饮预定信息,生成与餐饮预定信息对应的餐饮预定订单。解决了现有技术中轨道车辆上的餐饮销售采用人工贩售的方式导致乘客购买餐饮产品体验不佳的技术问题。
Description
本发明涉及智能服务领域,具体而言,涉及一种轨道交通车辆的餐饮预定系统、方法和装置。
目前,我国常见的动车组为8编组和16编组,其余轨道车辆如客车包括更多的编组,这些编组中包括硬座、硬卧、软卧和餐车等连挂一起的多节车厢,且长途运输的过程还具有时间长的特征。现有技术中采用人工方式进行饭菜、零食、饮料等食物的配送,乘务人员使用手推车在各个车厢之间往返,以售卖餐饮产品,在乘车高峰期时,车厢乘客人员很多,乘务人员推手推车容易造成乘客的不适感,且容易对乘客带来磕碰的危险,且只有当手推车推到乘客附近时,或当乘客亲自到餐车时,才能购买餐饮产品,十分不便。
针对现有技术中轨道车辆上的餐饮销售采用人工贩售的方式导致乘客购买餐饮产品体验不佳的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种轨道交通车辆的餐饮预定系统、方法和装置,以至少解决现有技术中轨道车辆上的餐饮销售采用人工贩售的方式导致乘客购买餐饮产品体验不佳的技术问题。
根据本发明实施例的一个方面,提供了一种轨道交通车辆的餐饮预定系统,包括:一个或多个餐饮预定终端,用于显示预设的餐饮预定显示界面,并接收餐饮预定信息,其中,餐饮预定信息至少包括:餐饮选择信息和配送位置信息;数据管理终端,通过车辆通信网络与一个或多个餐饮预定终端相连,用于根据餐饮预定终端接收到的餐饮预定信息,生成与餐饮预定信息对应的餐饮预定订单。
根据本发明实施例的另一方面,还提供了一种轨道交通车辆的餐饮预定方法,包括:接收一个或多个餐饮预定信息,其中,餐饮预定信息至少包括:餐饮选择信息和配送位置信息;根据餐饮预定信息生成一个或多个餐饮预定订单。
根据本发明实施例的又一方面,还提供了一种轨道交通车辆的餐饮预定装置,包括:接收模块,用于接收一个或多个餐饮预定信息,其中,餐饮预定信息至少包括:餐饮选择信息和配送位置信息;生成模块,用于根据餐饮预定信息生成一个或多个餐饮预定订单。

一个或多个餐饮预定终端10,用于显示预设的餐饮预定显示界面,并接收餐饮预定信息,其中,餐饮预定信息至少包括:餐饮选择信息和配送位置信息。
具体的,上述餐饮预定终端可以是安装于轨道车辆各个车厢的显示终端,该显示终端能够接收用户的指令,并根据用户的指令显示预设的内容。
数据管理终端12,通过车辆通信网络与一个或多个餐饮预定终端相连,用于根据餐饮预定终端接收到的餐饮预定信息,生成与餐饮预定信息对应的餐饮预定订单。
在一种可选的实施例中,数据管理终端安装于轨道车辆的餐车中,将餐饮预定终端接收的用户的餐饮预定信息生成餐饮预订订单,乘务人员根据监测餐车中的数据管理终端生成的餐饮预定订单,为用户进行餐饮产品的配送。
在另一种可选的实施例中,餐车的乘务人员通过安装于餐车里的数据管理终端监测用户预定餐饮产品的行为,当上述数据管理终端接收到餐饮预订终端发送的用户的餐饮预订信息时,可以在生成相应的餐饮预定订单后发出提醒声音,以提示餐车的乘务人员按照用户预定餐饮产品得到的订单为用户进行餐饮产品的配送。
图2是根据本发明实施例的一种可选的轨道交通车辆的餐饮预定系统的结构示意图,在又一种可选的实施例中,结合图2所示,在1号车厢至9号车厢中的每个车厢各安装了一个餐饮预订终端,每个餐饮预订终端与电源相连,通过网关接口或无线模块接入车辆通信网络。
在本发明实施例中,采用一个或多个餐饮预定终端,用于显示预设的餐饮预定显示界面,并接收餐饮预定信息,其中,餐饮预定信息至少包括:餐饮选择信息和配送位置信息;数据管理终端,通过车辆通信网络与一个或多个餐饮预定终端相连,用于根据餐饮预定终端接收到的餐饮预定信息,生成与餐饮预定信息对应的餐饮预定订单的方式,通过一个或多个餐饮预定终端与数据管理终端的通信,达到了乘客通过一个或多个餐饮预订终端预定餐饮产品的目的,从而实现了乘客按照自身需求进行预定餐饮产品,乘务人员按照乘客预定的产品生成的订单进行顶点配送的技术效果,进而解决了现有技术中轨道车辆上的餐饮销售采用人工贩售的方式导致乘客购买餐饮产品体验不佳的技术问题。
可选的,在本申请上述实施例中,上述系统还包括:
打印设备,与数据管理终端相连,用于打印与餐饮预定信息对应的餐饮预定订单。
图3为根据本发明实施例的一种可选的轨道交通车辆的餐饮预定系统的结构示意图,结合图3所示,打印设备可以包括打印机在内的打印装置,打印设备连接在位于餐车的数据管理终端上,当乘务人员接受到用户的餐饮预定信息后,通过打印设备将用户的餐饮预订订单打印,并根据打印出的订单中的内容为用户配送。
由上可知,本申请实施例提供的系统与数据管理终端相连,用于打印与餐饮预定信息对应的餐饮预定订单。上述打印设备可以协助乘务人员通过打印餐饮预定订单实现按照打印出的订单内容进行配送,配送餐饮产品时,用户能够根据订单内容与实际配送的产品进行比对,同时,该打印设备打印订单能够协助乘务人员对一定时期内的餐饮预定情况进行统计或盘点,以知晓每种货物的供求情况,以便备货为用户提供更好的服务。
可选的,在本申请上述实施例中,上述数据管理终端包括:
控制器,通过车辆通信网络与一个或多个餐饮预定终端通信,用于根据餐饮预定终端接收到的餐饮预定信息生成餐饮预定指令,并根据统计餐饮预定信息得到每种餐饮产品对应的供求情况,其中,餐饮预定指令用于控制一个或多个餐饮预定终端显示与餐饮预定指令相应的显示界面,并控制打印设备按照预设的打印规则打印餐饮预定订单。
此处需要说明的是,控制器根据统计餐饮预定信息得到每种餐饮产品对应的供求情况的方式有很多种,例如,控制器以车辆的一次行程作为一个统计周期,在车辆完成一个行程后,将这一行程中产生的全部餐饮预定信息进行汇总统计,得到餐饮预订信息的图表,控制器再对餐饮预订信息统计图表进行分析,得到每种餐饮产品的供求情况。
数据存储器,与控制器和数据存储器相连,用于存储预设的餐饮信息,以及一个或多个餐饮预定终端接收到的餐饮预定信息。
数据收发装置,与控制器相连,用于获取一个或多个餐饮预定终端接收到的餐饮预定信息,并分别向一个或多个餐饮预定终端和打印设备发送控制器生成的餐饮预定指令。
人机操作显示界面,与数据收发装置相连,用于显示控制器得到的每种餐饮产品对应的需求情况,并接收增减餐饮产品和/或更新餐饮产品的信息。
可选的,上述人机操作界面可以是触摸显示屏。
在一种可选的实施例中,数据管理终端在接收到一个或多个餐饮预定信息后,控制器将预设周期内的一个或多个餐饮预定信息中包含的预定餐饮的品种、数量等参数进行统计,得到用户对每种餐饮产品的需求情况,并将每种餐饮产品的需求情况以图表或文字的方式显示于人机操作显示界面,在与控制器相连的人机操作界面显示每种餐饮产品的供求情况之后,乘务人员根据每种餐饮产品的需求情况对餐饮产品进行增加、减少或更新的操作,并将进行增加、减少或更新操作后的餐饮产品的信息通过人机操作界面输入至数据存储器。
由上可知,本申请上述实施例提供的系统通过在数据管理终端设置控制器、存储器、数据收发装置和人机操作界面,实现了接收餐饮预定终端获取的用户的餐饮预定信息并进行处理,对用户的餐饮预定信息和餐饮信息进行存储的技术效果,同时通过控制器对预定信息的统计和分析,达到了了解乘客订餐习惯,从而根据乘客的订餐习惯进行餐饮产品的配置的技术效果,使得本申请上述系统在完成餐饮产品的远程预定的情况下,完善了车辆上餐饮产品的资源配置情况,从而进一步的解决了现有技术中轨道车辆上的餐饮销售采用人工贩售的方式导致乘客购买餐饮产品体验不佳的技术问题。
根据权利要求3的系统,其特征在于,餐饮预定终端为触摸式餐饮预定终端。
具体的,上述触摸式餐饮预定终端可以是具有通过触摸接收餐饮预定信息的功能的终端显示屏。
在一种可选的实施例中,结合图4(a)、图4(b)和图4(c)所示,触摸式餐饮预定终端显示预设的显示界面图4(a),用户通过触摸屏幕选择订零食后,进入显示界面图4(b),用户在预定一栏勾选自己需要的零食,在选定后进入结算界面图4(c),在进入结算界面后,系统仍提供给用户再一次选择的机会,用户可以在这一界面去掉自己不想要的餐饮物品,在确定后输入自己的车号和座位号,用于乘务人员为用户配送餐饮。车号和座位号需要与用户自身车票上的车号和座位号的信息一致,以便乘务人员配送预定的餐饮物品。
由上可知,本申请上述实施例提供的系统,实现了获取用户的餐饮预定信息的技术效果,达到了乘务人员无需到各个车厢贩售即可知晓用户的餐饮预定信息的技术目的,从而解决了现有技术中轨道车辆上的餐饮销售采用人工贩售的方式导致乘客购买餐饮产品体验不佳的技术问题。
可选的,在本申请上述步骤中,车辆通信网络为LonWorks、MVB、以太网或无线网络。
在本申请上述步骤中,无线网络可以是无线保真(Wireless-Fidelity),Zigbee或GPRS(General Packet Radio Service,通用分组无线服务技术)。
此处需要说明的是,上述步骤中可以用于车辆通信网络的无线网络技术可以是上述任意一种无线网络技术,但不限于此。

图7是根据本发明实施例的一种轨道交通车辆的餐饮预定装置的结构示意图。出于描述的目的,所绘的体系结构仅为合适环境的一个示例,并非对本申请的使用范围或功能提出任何局限。也不应该将轨道交通车辆的餐饮预定装置视为对图7所示的任一组件或组合具有任何依赖或需求。
如图7所示,该轨道交通车辆的餐饮预定系统的餐饮预定装置可以包括:接收模块70和生成模块72,其中:
接收模块70,用于接收一个或多个餐饮预定信息,其中,餐饮预定信息至少包括:餐饮选择信息和配送位置信息。
生成模块72,用于根据餐饮预定信息生成一个或多个餐饮预定订单。
此处需要说明的是,上述接收模块70和生成模块72可以作为装置的一部分运行在计算机终端中,可以通过计算机终端中的处理器来执行上述模块实现的功能,计算机终端也可以是智能手机(如Android手机、iOS手机等)、平板电脑、掌声电脑以及移动互联网设备(Mobile Internet Devices,MID)、PAD等终端设备。
由上可知,本发明上述实施例通过接收模块70接收一个或多个餐饮预定信息,其中,餐饮预定信息至少包括:餐饮选择信息和配送位置信息,通过生成模块72根据餐饮预定信息生成一个或多个餐饮预定订单的方法,达到了乘客通过一个或多个餐饮预订终端预定餐饮产品的目的,从而实现了乘客按照自身需求进行预定餐饮产品,乘务人员按照乘客预定的产品生成的订单进行顶点配送的技术效果,进而解决了现有技术中轨道车辆上的餐饮销售采用人工贩售的方式导致乘客购买餐饮产品体验不佳的技术问题。
可选的,在本申请上述实施例中,本发明上述装置还包括:
打印模块,用于打印根据餐饮预定信息生成的一个或多个餐饮预定订单。
此处需要说明的是,上述打印模块可以作为装置的一部分运行在计算机终端中,可以通过计算机终端中的处理器来执行上述模块实现的功能,计算机终端也可以是智能手机(如Android手机、iOS手机等)、平板电脑、掌声电脑以及移动互联网设备(Mobile Internet Devices,MID)、PAD等终端设备。
由上可知,本申请装置通过打印模块打印根据餐饮预定信息生成的一个或多个餐
饮预定订单。上述装置通过打印订单小票,实现了协助乘务人员通过打印餐饮预定订单实现按照打印出的订单内容进行配送,配送餐饮产品时,用户能够根据订单内容与实际配送的产品进行比对,以确认配送餐饮无误的技术效果。
可选的,在本申请上述实施例中,上述打印模块包括:
第一子打印模块,用于在每次生成一个或多个餐饮预定订单后,打印一个或多个餐饮预定订单;或
第二子打印模块,用于按照预设的周期时间打印周期时间内生成的一个或多个餐饮预定订单。
此处需要说明的是,上述第一子打印模块和第二子打印模块可以作为装置的一部分运行在计算机终端中,可以通过计算机终端中的处理器来执行上述模块实现的功能,计算机终端也可以是智能手机(如Android手机、iOS手机等)、平板电脑、掌声电脑以及移动互联网设备(Mobile Internet Devices,MID)、PAD等终端设备。
由上可知,本申请装置通过第一子打印模块在每次生成一个或多个餐饮预定订单后,打印一个或多个餐饮预定订单;或通过第二子打印模块按照预设的周期时间打印周期时间内生成的一个或多个餐饮预定订单不仅实现了协助乘务人员通过打印餐饮预定订单实现按照打印出的订单内容进行配送,配送餐饮产品时,用户能够根据订单内容与实际配送的产品进行比对的技术效果,该订单小票能够协助乘务人员对一定时期内的餐饮预定情况进行统计或盘点,以知晓每种货物的供求情况,以便备货为用户提供更好的服务。
可选的,在本申请上述实施例中,在餐饮选择信息包括第一餐饮选择信息和第二餐饮选择信息的情况下,上述接收模块包括:
第一子接收模块,用于接收第一餐饮选择信息。
第二子接收模块,用于接收用于确认第一餐饮选择信息的第二餐饮选择信息和配送位置信息。
此处需要说明的是,上述第一子接收模块和第二子接收模块可以作为装置的一部分运行在计算机终端中,可以通过计算机终端中的处理器来执行上述模块实现的功能,计算机终端也可以是智能手机(如Android手机、iOS手机等)、平板电脑、掌声电脑以及移动互联网设备(Mobile Internet Devices,MID)、PAD等终端设备。
由上可知,本申请上述装置通过第一子接收模块接收第一餐饮选择信息,通过第
二子接收模块接收用于确认第一餐饮选择信息的第二餐饮选择信息和配送位置信息。上装置通过接收第一餐饮选择信息,并接收用于确定第一餐饮选择信息的第二餐饮选择信息和配送位置信息的方法,实现了乘务人员无需轮询所有车厢即可知晓用户的餐饮预定需求的技术效果,解决了现有技术中轨道车辆上的餐饮销售采用人工贩售的方式导致乘客购买餐饮产品体验不佳的技术问题。
可选的,在本申请上述实施例中,上述配送位置信息包括:与配送位置对应的车厢编号和座位编号。
由上可知,本申请上述装置在接收到的配送位置信息中提供车厢编号和座位编号。众所周知的是,通过轨道车辆的车厢编号和位置编号即可确定具体的位置信息,无需其他的冗余信息,且上述装置达到了乘务人员在为用户配送餐饮产品时,能够快速便捷的找到用户的技术效果,无需轮询整个列车来寻找客户,进而解决了现有技术中轨道车辆上的餐饮销售采用人工贩售的方式导致乘客购买餐饮产品体验不佳的技术问题。
本申请实施例所提供的各个功能单元可以在移动终端、计算机终端或者类似的运算装置中运行,也可以作为存储介质的一部分进行存储。
由此,本发明的实施例可以提供一种计算机终端,该计算机终端可以是计算机终端群中的任意一个计算机终端设备。可选地,在本实施例中,上述计算机终端也可以替换为移动终端等终端设备。
可选地,在本实施例中,上述计算机终端可以位于计算机网络的多个网络设备中的至少一个网络设备。
在本实施例中,上述计算机终端可以执行轨道交通车辆的餐饮预定方法中以下步骤的程序代码:接收一个或多个餐饮预定信息,其中,餐饮预定信息至少包括:餐饮选择信息和配送位置信息;根据餐饮预定信息生成一个或多个餐饮预定订单。
可选地,该计算机终端可以包括:一个或多个处理器、存储器、以及传输装置。
其中,存储器可用于存储软件程序以及模块,如本发明实施例中的轨道交通车辆的餐饮预定的方法及装置对应的程序指令/模块,处理器通过运行存储在存储器内的软件程序以及模块,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述的轨道交通车辆的餐饮预定的方法。存储器可包括高速随机存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,如一个或者多个磁性存储装置、闪存、或者其他非易失性固态存储器。在一些实例中,存储器可进一步包括相对于处理器远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络
连接至终端。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
上述的传输装置用于经由一个网络接收或者发送数据。上述的网络具体实例可包括有线网络及无线网络。在一个实例中,传输装置包括一个网络适配器(Network Interface Controller,NIC),其可通过网线与其他网络设备与路由器相连从而可与互联网或局域网进行通讯。在一个实例中,传输装置为射频(Radio Frequency,RF)模块,其用于通过无线方式与互联网进行通讯。
其中,具体地,存储器用于存储预设动作条件和预设权限用户的信息、以及应用程序。
处理器可以通过传输装置调用存储器存储的信息及应用程序,以执行上述方法实施例中的各个可选或优选实施例的方法步骤的程序代码。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解,计算机终端也可以是智能手机(如Android手机、iOS手机等)、平板电脑、掌声电脑以及移动互联网设备(Mobile Internet Devices,MID)、PAD等终端设备。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令终端设备相关的硬件来完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,存储介质可以包括:闪存盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁盘或光盘等。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种存储介质。可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以用于保存上述方法实施例和装置实施例所提供的轨道交通车辆的餐饮预定的方法所执行的程序代码。
可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以位于计算机网络中计算机终端群中的任意一个计算机终端中,或者位于移动终端群中的任意一个移动终端中。
可选地,在本实施例中,存储介质被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:接收一个或多个餐饮预定信息,其中,餐饮预定信息至少包括:餐饮选择信息和配送位置信息;根据餐饮预定信息生成一个或多个餐饮预定订单。
可选地,在本实施例中,存储介质还可以被设置为存储轨道交通车辆的餐饮预定的方法提供的各种优选地或可选的方法步骤的程序代码。
如上参照附图以示例的方式描述了根据本发明的轨道交通车辆的餐饮预定的方法及装置。但是,本领域技术人员应当理解,对于上述本发明所提出的轨道交通车辆的餐饮预定的方法及装置,还可以在不脱离本发明内容的基础上做出各种改进。因此,本发明的保护范围应当由所附的权利要求书的内容确定。

所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可为个人计算机、服务器或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (15)
- 一种轨道交通车辆的餐饮预定系统,其特征在于,包括:一个或多个餐饮预定终端,用于显示预设的餐饮预定显示界面,并接收餐饮预定信息,其中,所述餐饮预定信息至少包括:餐饮选择信息和配送位置信息;数据管理终端,通过车辆通信网络与所述一个或多个餐饮预定终端相连,用于根据所述餐饮预定终端接收到的所述餐饮预定信息,生成与所述餐饮预定信息对应的餐饮预定订单。
- 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:打印设备,与所述数据管理终端相连,用于打印与所述餐饮预定信息对应的餐饮预定订单。
- 根据权利要求2所述的系统,其特征在于,所述数据管理终端包括:控制器,通过所述车辆通信网络与所述一个或多个餐饮预定终端通信,用于根据所述餐饮预定终端接收到的所述餐饮预定信息生成餐饮预定指令,并根据统计所述餐饮预定信息得到每种餐饮产品对应的供求情况,其中,所述餐饮预定指令用于控制所述一个或多个餐饮预定终端显示与所述餐饮预定指令相应的显示界面,并控制所述打印设备按照预设的打印规则打印所述餐饮预定订单;数据存储器,与所述控制器相连,用于存储预设的餐饮信息,以及所述一个或多个餐饮预定终端接收到的餐饮预定信息;数据收发装置,与所述控制器和所述数据存储器相连,用于获取所述一个或多个餐饮预定终端接收到的餐饮预定信息,并分别向所述一个或多个餐饮预定终端和所述打印设备发送所述控制器生成的所述餐饮预定指令;人机操作显示界面,与所述数据收发装置相连,用于显示所述控制器得到的所述每种餐饮产品对应的需求情况,并接收增减所述餐饮产品和/或更新所述餐饮产品的信息。
- 根据权利要求3所述的系统,其特征在于,所述餐饮预定终端为触摸式餐饮预定终端。
- 根据权利要求4所述的系统,其特征在于,所述车辆通信网络为LonWorks、MVB、以太网或无线网络。
- 一种轨道交通车辆的餐饮预定方法,其特征在于,包括:接收一个或多个餐饮预定信息,其中,所述餐饮预定信息至少包括:餐饮选择信息和配送位置信息;根据所述餐饮预定信息生成一个或多个餐饮预定订单。
- 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,在根据所述餐饮预定信息生成一个或多个餐饮预定订单之后,所述方法还包括:打印根据所述餐饮预定信息生成的所述一个或多个餐饮预定订单。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,打印所述餐饮预定信息生成一个或多个餐饮预定订单,包括:在每次生成一个或多个餐饮预定订单后,打印所述一个或多个餐饮预定订单;或按照预设的周期时间打印所述周期时间内生成的一个或多个餐饮预定订单。
- 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述餐饮选择信息包括第一餐饮选择信息和第二餐饮选择信息的情况下,接收一个或多个所述餐饮选择信息,包括:接收所述第一餐饮选择信息;接收用于确认所述第一餐饮选择信息的所述第二餐饮选择信息和所述配送位置信息。
- 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述配送位置信息包括:与所述配送位置对应的车厢编号和座位编号。
- 一种轨道交通车辆的餐饮预定装置,其特征在于,包括:接收模块,用于接收一个或多个餐饮预定信息,其中,所述餐饮预定信息至少包括:餐饮选择信息和配送位置信息;生成模块,用于根据所述餐饮预定信息生成一个或多个餐饮预定订单。
- 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:打印模块,用于打印根据所述餐饮预定信息生成的所述一个或多个餐饮预定订单。
- 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述打印模块包括:第一子打印模块,用于在每次生成一个或多个餐饮预定订单后,打印所述一个或多个餐饮预定订单;或第二子打印模块,用于按照预设的周期时间打印所述周期时间内生成的一个或多个餐饮预定订单。
- 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,在所述餐饮选择信息包括第一餐饮选择信息和第二餐饮选择信息的情况下,所述接收模块包括:第一子接收模块,用于接收所述第一餐饮选择信息;第二子接收模块,用于接收用于确认所述第一餐饮选择信息的所述第二餐饮选择信息和所述配送位置信息。
- 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述配送位置信息包括:与所述配送位置对应的车厢编号和座位编号。
