Description

一种新型木工锯切装置 技术领域
本发明涉及木工器械技术领域,尤其是涉及一种新型木工锯切装置。
背景技术
锯切机是一种常用的切割机械,通常用于柱、条状材料的切割,常用的锯切机由刀片、电机和支架组成,现有锯切机常采用往复运动完成切割,完成切割后必须将刀退出才能进行下一次切割,效率不高,完成往复运动所需机构结构复杂,而且切割过程中模板会在力的作用下产生晃动,造成木板移动,使切割的效果不好,另外在切割过程中会产生大量的木屑,木屑会溅到工作人员身上或者眼睛里造成伤害。
因此,有必要提供一种新的技术方案以克服上述缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可有效解决上述技术问题的新型木工锯切装置。
为达到本发明之目的,采用如下技术方案:

所述第一支撑块设有两个且分别位于所述底板的下方,所述第一支撑块的横截面呈等腰梯形,所述第一支撑块的上表面与所述底板的下表面固定连接,所述第一支撑块的下表面设有第一凹槽,所述第一滚轮呈圆柱体,所述第一滚轮收容于所述第一凹槽内且与所述第一支撑块轴转连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明新型木工锯切装置结构简单,使用方便,能够使得两个切割轮同时对木材进行切割,大大提高了切割的效率,使得切割的时间缩短了二分之一,并且降低了工人的劳动强度,防止木屑溅到工人的身上,保障了工人的身体健康,并且可以对木材进行固定,防止切割时木材四处晃动,使得切割效果更好。

如图1所示,本发明新型木工锯切装置包括底板1、位于所述底板1上方的支撑板装置2、设置于所述支撑板装置2上的固定装置3、位于所述底板1上方的定位装置4、位于所述支撑板装置2上方 的支架装置5、设置于所述支架装置5上的气缸装置6、位于所述气缸装置6下方的切割装置7。
如图1所示,所述底板1呈长方体,所述底板1水平放置,所述底板1上设有位于其下方的第一支撑块11及位于所述第一支撑块11下方的第一滚轮12。所述第一支撑块11设有两个且分别位于所述底板1下方的左右两侧,所述第一支撑块11的横截面呈等腰梯形,所述第一支撑块11的上表面与所述底板1的下表面固定连接,所述第一支撑块11的下表面设有第一凹槽111,所述第一凹槽111呈半圆柱体状。所述第一滚轮12设有两个且分别位于所述底板1下方的左右两侧,所述第一滚轮12呈圆柱体,所述第一滚轮12收容于所述第一凹槽111内且与所述第一支撑块11轴转连接。

如图1所示,所述定位装置4包括第二支撑杆41、设置于所述第二支撑杆41上的第二横杆44、位于所述第二横杆44下方的第三支撑杆42、设置于所述第二支撑杆41上的第二弹簧43、位于所述第二横杆44上方的磁铁46、设置于所述第二横杆44上方的第三固定块45、设置于所述磁铁46上的第一转轴47、设置于所述第一转 轴47上的握持块48。所述第二支撑杆41设有两个且分别位于所述底板1上方的左右两侧,所述第二支撑杆41位于所述第二支撑块31之间的左右两侧,所述第二支撑杆41呈长方体,所述第二支撑杆41竖直放置,所述第二支撑杆41的下端与所述底板1的上表面固定连接。所述第二横杆44呈长方体,所述第二横杆44水平放置,所述第二横杆44的端部与所述第二支撑杆41的侧面固定连接。所述第三支撑杆42呈长方体,所述第三支撑杆42竖直放置,所述第三支撑杆42的下端与所述底板1的上表面固定连接,所述第三支撑杆42的上端与所述第二横杆44的下表面固定连接。所述第二弹簧43设有两个且分别位于所述第二支撑杆41的一侧,所述第二弹簧43呈水平状,所述第二弹簧43的一端与所述第二支撑杆41固定连接,所述第二弹簧43的另一端与所述第二支撑块31的侧面固定连接,从而对所述第二支撑块31起到支撑的作用。所述第三固定块45设有两个且分别位于所述第二横杆44的上方,所述第三固定块45位于所述第二支撑杆41之间,所述第三固定块45呈长方体,所述第三固定块45的下表面与所述第二横杆44的上表面固定连接。所述磁铁46设有两个且分别位于所述第三固定块45之间,所述磁铁46呈圆柱体,所述磁铁46竖直放置,位于左右两侧的磁铁46相互吸引,所述磁铁46的侧面与所述第三固定块45的侧面滑动连接,从而使得所述磁铁46不会向两侧移动。所述第一转轴47设有两个且分别位于所述第三固定块45的左右两侧,所述第一转轴47呈圆柱体,所述第一转轴47水平放置,所述第一转轴47的一端与所述磁铁46的侧面固定连接,所述第一转轴47贯穿所述第一支撑杆33的左右表面与其螺纹连接,使得所述第一转轴47旋转时,所述第一支撑杆33可以左右移动,所述第一转轴47的另一端与所 述握持块48的侧面固定连接。所述握持块48呈圆柱体,所述握持块48竖直放置,从而方便使用者握住,进而旋转第一转轴47。所述第一定位杆23的下表面顶靠在所述第一转轴47上且与其滑动连接,从而对所述收集板222起到支撑作用。
如图1所示,所述支架装置5设有两个且分别位于所述固定装置3的左右两侧,所述支架装置5包括第四支撑杆51、设置于所述第四支撑杆51一侧的第二支架52、位于所述第四支撑杆51另一侧的第三横杆56、位于所述第三横杆56下方的第三支架55、位于所述第三支架55下方的第四固定块53、设置于所述第四固定块53上的第三弹簧54、设置于所述第四支撑杆51上端的第四支架57、位于所述第四支架57上方的第五支架58及位于所述第五支架58上方的第二斜杆59。所述第四支撑杆51呈长方体,所述第四支撑杆51竖直放置,所述第四支撑杆51的下端与所述第一支架25的上表面固定连接,所述第四支撑杆51上设有贯穿其左右表面的第二通孔511,所述第二通孔511呈长方体状。所述第二支架52呈凹字形,所述第二支架52的一端与所述第四支撑杆51的侧面固定连接,所述第二支架52的另一端与所述第一支架25的侧面固定连接。所述第三横杆56呈长方体,所述第三横杆56水平放置,所述第三横杆56的一端与所述第四支撑杆51的侧面固定连接,所述第三横杆56位于所述第三通孔511的上方。所述第三支架55呈L型,所述第三支架55的一端与所述第四支撑杆51的侧面固定连接,所述第三支架55的另一端与所述第四固定块53的上表面固定连接。所述第四固定块53呈长方体,所述第四固定块53的下表面与所述支撑板21的上表面固定连接。所述第三弹簧54呈水平状,所述第三弹簧54的一端与所述第四固定块53的侧面固定连接,所述第三弹簧54的 另一端与所述第一固定块34固定连接。所述第二定位杆38位于所述第三横杆56与所述第三支架55之间,且与所述第三横杆56与所述第三支架55滑动连接,使得所述第二定位杆38只能在水平方向左右移动,所述第三支架55位于所述第二通孔511的下方,当所述第二定位杆38移动到第四支撑杆51处时,所述第二定位杆38可以穿过所述第二通孔511。所述第四支架57呈Z字形,所述第四支架57的一端与所述第四支撑杆51的侧面固定连接,所述第四支架57的另一端呈水平状。所述第五支架58呈L型,所述第五支架58的一端与所述第四支撑杆51的上表面固定连接,所述第五支架58的另一端与所述第四支架57固定连接,从而对所述第四支架57起到固定作用。所述第二斜杆59呈倾斜状,所述第二斜杆59的下端与所述第五支架58固定连接,所述第二斜杆59的上端与所述第四支架57固定连接。

如图1所示,所述切割装置7设有两个且分别位于所述气缸装置6下方的左右两侧,所述切割装置7包括第五固定块71、位于所述第五固定块71下方的旋转杆72、设置于所述旋转杆72下端的切割轮73、设置于所述切割轮73上的切割齿74、设置于所述旋转杆72侧面的第六固定块75、设置于所述第六固定块75上的拉杆76、位于所述拉杆76下方的第六弹簧77、位于所述第六弹簧77下方的第二挡板、设置于所述拉杆76一侧的第七弹簧70、位于所述第七弹簧70下方的第八弹簧79及位于所述拉杆76下方的竖杆78。所述第五固定块71呈长方体,所述第五固定块71的上表面与所述推动板63的下表面固定连接。所述旋转杆72呈长方体,所述旋转杆72的上端与所述第五固定块71轴转连接,使得所述旋转杆72可以围绕所述第五固定块71旋转,所述旋转杆72的下端设有第四凹槽721,所述第四凹槽721呈长方体状,所述限定杆65可以防止位于其左右两侧的旋转杆72相互靠近。所述切割轮73呈圆柱体,所述切割轮73收容于所述第四凹槽721内且与所述旋转杆72轴转连接,使得所述切割轮73可以在所述第四凹槽721内旋转。所述切割齿74设有若干个且均匀分布在所述切割轮73的表面上,所述切割齿74与所述切割轮73固定连接。所述第六固定块75的侧面与所述旋转杆72的侧面固定连接。所述拉杆76呈长方体,所述拉杆76的一端与所述第六固定块75轴转连接,使得所述拉杆76围绕所述第六固定块75旋转,所述第五弹簧的下端与所述拉杆76固定连接。所述第六弹簧77呈竖直状,所述第六弹簧77的上端与所述拉杆76固定连接,所述第六弹簧77的下端与所述第二挡板固定连接。所述第二挡板呈弯曲状,所述第二挡板的上端与所述旋转杆72的侧面固定连接,所述第二挡板包住所述切割轮73。所述竖杆78呈长方 体,所述竖杆78的上端与所述拉杆76的下表面固定连接。所述第七弹簧70的一端与所述第四支撑杆51的侧面固定连接,所述第七弹簧70的另一端与所述拉杆76的侧面固定连接。所述第八弹簧79的一端与所述第四支撑杆51的侧面固定连接,所述第八弹簧79的另一端与所述竖杆78的侧面固定连接。所述切割轮72与电机连接,电机与电源电性连接,进而可以带动所述切割轮73旋转。
如图1所示,所述本发明新型木工锯切装置使用时,首先握住第一横杆27向上移动第一压块26,然后握住握持块48旋转第一转轴47,使得第一支撑杆33向两侧移动,进而使得第二滚轮32在底板1上旋转,进而使得第一固定块34、第二固定块36以及第一挡板37与第二定位杆38向两侧移动,由于第三横杆56与所述第三支架55与所述第二定位杆38滑动连接,以及支撑板21贯穿所述第一固定块34的左右表面,使得所述第一固定块34及第二定位杆38只能在水平方向上左右移动。然后将木板放置在支撑板21上且位于所述方孔211的正上方,然后旋转握持块48,使得第一支撑杆33向中间移动,进而使得第一固定块34及第二固定块36向中间移动,使得第二固定块36顶靠在木板上,进而对木板进行固定,所述第一顶靠杆24顶靠在木板的下表面上,从而可以对木板起到支撑作用,防止木板过长导致的木板发生变形弯曲。然后放下第一横杆27,使得第一压块26压在第二支撑块31上,由于第一弹簧28的设置,使得第一压块26具有向下的压力,进而使得第二支撑块31不会向两侧移动,进而对第二支撑块31起到固定的作用,从而由于第二弹簧43的设置,使得第二支撑块31不会向中间移动。然后启动气缸61,使得推动杆62向下带动所述推动板63向下移动,进而使得旋转杆72及切割轮73向下移动,同时启动电机,使得切割轮73开始 旋转,然后切割轮73与需要切割的木板接触,开始对其进行切割,当所述旋转杆72及切割轮73再向下移动时,由于拉杆76的设置,使得所述旋转杆72的下端及切割轮73开始向两侧移动,进而可以从两个方向上对木板进行同时切割,从而可以大大提高切割的效率,使得切割的时间缩短二分之一。此时,所述旋转杆72围绕第五固定块71旋转,直至所述切割轮73及切割齿74对木板切割完毕,所述第一挡板37及第二挡板的设置,可以防止切割时产生的木屑溅到工人身上,所述定位架68可以防止所述推动板63过度向下移动。至此,本发明新型木工锯切装置使用过程描述完毕。

  1. 一种新型木工锯切装置,其特征在于:所述木工锯切装置包括底板、位于所述底板上方的支撑板装置、设置于所述支撑板装置上的固定装置、位于所述底板上方的定位装置、位于所述支撑板装置上方的支架装置、设置于所述支架装置上的气缸装置、位于所述气缸装置下方的切割装置,所述底板上设有位于其下方的第一支撑块及位于所述第一支撑块下方的第一滚轮,所述支撑板装置包括支撑板、位于所述支撑板下方的收集板、位于所述收集板下方的第一定位杆、位于所述收集板上方的第一顶靠杆、位于所述支撑板左右两侧的第一支架、位于所述第一支架一侧的第一压块、设置于所述第一压块上的第一横杆及位于所述第一压块下方的第一弹簧,所述固定装置设有两个且分别位于所述底板的上方,所述固定装置包括第二支撑块、位于所述第二支撑块下方的第二滚轮、位于所述第二支撑块上方的第一支撑杆、位于所述第一支撑杆上方的第一固定块、设置于所述第一支撑杆上的第一斜杆、设置于所述第一固定块上的第二固定块、位于所述第一支撑块上方的第一挡板及设置于所述第一挡板上的第二定位杆,所述定位装置包括第二支撑杆、设置于所述第二支撑杆上的第二横杆、位于所述第二横杆下方的第三支撑杆、设置于所述第二支撑杆上的第二弹簧、位于所述第二横杆上方的磁铁、设置于所述第二横杆上方的第三固定块、设置于所述磁铁上的第一转轴、设置于所述第一转轴上的握持块,所述支架装置设有两个且分别位于所述固定装置的左右两侧, 所述支架装置包括第四支撑杆、设置于所述第四支撑杆一侧的第二支架、位于所述第四支撑杆另一侧的第三横杆、位于所述第三横杆下方的第三支架、位于所述第三支架下方的第四固定块、设置于所述第四固定块上的第三弹簧、设置于所述第四支撑杆上端的第四支架、位于所述第四支架上方的第五支架及位于所述第五支架上方的第二斜杆,所述气缸装置包括气缸、位于所述气缸下方的推动杆、位于所述推动杆下方的推动板、位于所述推动板下方的第一连接杆、位于所述第一连接杆下方的限定杆、位于所述推动板上方的第三斜杆、设置于所述第四支架下方的第三定位杆、位于所述第三定位杆一侧的定位架、设置于所述定位架上的第四弹簧、位于所述定位架一侧的第四横杆及位于所述第四横杆下方的第五弹簧,所述切割装置设有两个且分别位于所述气缸装置的下方,所述切割装置包括第五固定块、位于所述第五固定块下方的旋转杆、设置于所述旋转杆下端的切割轮、设置于所述切割轮上的切割齿、设置于所述旋转杆侧面的第六固定块、设置于所述第六固定块上的拉杆、位于所述拉杆下方的第六弹簧、位于所述第六弹簧下方的第二挡板、设置于所述拉杆一侧的第七弹簧、位于所述第七弹簧下方的第八弹簧及位于所述拉杆下方的竖杆。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的新型木工锯切装置,其特征在于:所述第一支撑块设有两个且分别位于所述底板的下方,所述第一支撑块的横截面呈等腰梯形,所述第一支撑块的上表面与所述底板的下表面固定连接,所述第一支撑块的下表面设有第一凹槽,所述第一滚轮呈圆柱体,所述第一滚轮收容于所述第一凹槽内且与所述第一支撑块轴转连 接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的新型木工锯切装置,其特征在于:所述支撑板呈长方体,所述支撑板水平放置,所述支撑板上设有贯穿其上下表面的方孔,所述收集板的横截面呈弯曲状,所述收集板的上表面与所述支撑板的下表面固定连接,所述收集板位于所述方孔的正下方,所述第一定位杆设有两个且分别位于所述收集板的下方,所述第一定位杆呈竖直状,所述第一定位杆的上端与所述收集板的下表面固定连接,所述第一顶靠杆呈竖直状,所述第一顶靠杆的下端与所述收集板的内表面固定连接,所述第一顶靠杆的上表面与所述支撑板的上表面处于同一平面内,所述第一支架设有两个且分别位于所述支撑板的左右两侧,所述第一支架呈L型,所述第一支架的一端与所述底板的上表面固定连接,所述第一支架的另一端与所述支撑板的侧面固定连接,所述第一支架上设有贯穿其左右表面的第一通孔,所述第一压块设有两个且分别位于所述底板的上方,所述第一压块的横截面呈直角梯形,所述第一压块的一侧面与所述第一支架的侧面滑动连接,所述第一横杆设有两个,所述第一横杆呈长方体,所述第一横杆水平放置,所述第一横杆的一端与所述第一压块的侧面固定连接,所述第一横杆穿过所述第一通孔且与所述第一支架滑动连接,所述第一弹簧设有两个,所述第一弹簧竖直放置,所述第一弹簧的下端与所述底板的上表面固定连接,所述第一弹簧的上端与所述第一压块的下表面固定连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的新型木工锯切装置,其特征在于:所述第二支撑块呈长方体,所述第二支撑块水平放置,所述第二支撑块的下表面 设有第二凹槽,所述第二滚轮设有两个且分别位于所述第二支撑块下方,所述第二滚轮呈圆柱体,所述第二滚轮收容于所述第二凹槽内且与所述第二支撑块轴转连接,所述第一支撑杆呈长方体,所述第一支撑杆竖直放置,所述第一支撑杆的下端与所述第二支撑块的上表面固定连接,所述第一支撑杆的上端与所述第一固定块的下表面固定连接,所述第一固定块呈L型,所述支撑板贯穿所述第一固定块的左右表面且与其滑动连接,所述第一固定块上设有第三凹槽,所述第一斜杆呈倾斜状,所述第一斜杆的上端与所述第一支撑杆的侧面固定连接,所述第一斜杆的下端与所述第二支撑块的上表面固定连接,所述第二固定块呈长方体,所述第二支撑块与所述第一固定块固定连接,所述第二支撑块的下表面与所述支撑板的上表面滑动连接,所述第一挡板呈弯曲状,所述第一挡板的下端与所述第一固定块的上表面固定连接,所述第一挡板的上端与所述第二定位杆固定连接,所述第二定位杆呈长方体,所述第二定位杆水平放置。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的新型木工锯切装置,其特征在于:所述第二支撑杆设有两个且分别位于所述底板的上方,所述第二支撑杆呈长方体,所述第二支撑杆竖直放置,所述第二支撑杆的下端与所述底板的上表面固定连接,所述第二横杆呈长方体,所述第二横杆水平放置,所述第二横杆的端部与所述第二支撑杆的侧面固定连接,所述第三支撑杆呈长方体,所述第三支撑杆竖直放置,所述第三支撑杆的下端与所述底板的上表面固定连接,所述第三支撑杆的上端与所述第二横杆的下表面固定连接,所述第二弹簧呈水平状,所述第二弹簧的一端与 所述第二支撑杆固定连接,所述第二弹簧的另一端与所述第二支撑块的侧面固定连接,所述第三固定块设有两个且分别位于所述第二横杆的上方,所述第三固定块位于所述第二支撑杆之间,所述第三固定块呈长方体,所述第三固定块的下表面与所述第二横杆的上表面固定连接,所述磁铁设有两个且分别位于所述第三固定块之间,所述磁铁呈圆柱体,所述磁铁竖直放置,所述磁铁的侧面与所述第三固定块的侧面滑动连接,所述第一转轴设有两个且分别位于所述第三固定块的左右两侧,所述第一转轴呈圆柱体,所述第一转轴水平放置,所述第一转轴的一端与所述磁铁的侧面固定连接,所述第一转轴贯穿所述第一支撑杆的左右表面与其螺纹连接,所述第一转轴的另一端与所述握持块的侧面固定连接,所述握持块呈圆柱体,所述握持块竖直放置,所述第一定位杆的下表面顶靠在所述第一转轴上且与其滑动连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的新型木工锯切装置,其特征在于:所述第四支撑杆呈长方体,所述第四支撑杆竖直放置,所述第四支撑杆的下端与所述第一支架的上表面固定连接,所述第四支撑杆上设有贯穿其左右表面的第二通孔,所述第二支架呈凹字形,所述第二支架的一端与所述第四支撑杆的侧面固定连接,所述第二支架的另一端与所述第一支架的侧面固定连接,所述第三横杆呈长方体,所述第三横杆水平放置,所述第三横杆的一端与所述第四支撑杆的侧面固定连接,所述第三横杆位于所述第三通孔的上方,所述第三支架呈L型,所述第三支架的一端与所述第四支撑杆的侧面固定连接,所述第三支架的另一端与所述第四固定块的上表面固定连接,所述第四固定块呈长方体,所 述第四固定块的下表面与所述支撑板的上表面固定连接,所述第三弹簧呈水平状,所述第三弹簧的一端与所述第四固定块的侧面固定连接,所述第三弹簧的另一端与所述第一固定块固定连接,所述第二定位杆位于所述第三横杆与所述第三支架之间,且与所述第三横杆与所述第三支架滑动连接,所述第四支架呈Z字形,所述第四支架的一端与所述第四支撑杆的侧面固定连接,所述第四支架的另一端呈水平状,所述第五支架呈L型,所述第五支架的一端与所述第四支撑杆的上表面固定连接,所述第五支架的另一端与所述第四支架固定连接,所述第二斜杆呈倾斜状,所述第二斜杆的下端与所述第五支架固定连接,所述第二斜杆的上端与所述第四支架固定连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的新型木工锯切装置,其特征在于:所述第四支架与所述气缸的侧面固定连接,所述推动杆呈长方体,所述推动杆竖直放置,所述推动杆的上端与所述气缸连接,所述推动杆的下端与所述推动板的上表面固定连接,所述推动板呈长方体,所述推动板水平放置,所述第一连接杆呈长方体,所述第一连接杆竖直放置,所述第一连接杆的上端与所述推动板的下表面固定连接,所述第一连接杆的下端与所述限定杆的上表面固定连接,所述限定杆呈长方体,所述限定杆水平放置,所述第三斜杆设有两个且分别位于所述推动杆的左右两侧,所述第三斜杆呈倾斜状,所述第三斜杆的上端与所述推动杆的侧面固定连接,所述第三斜杆的下端与所述推动板的上表面固定连接,所述第三定位杆设有两个且分别位于所述推动杆的左右两侧,所述第三定位杆呈长方体,所述第三定位杆竖直放置,所述第三定位杆 的上端与所述第四支架的下表面固定连接,所述第三定位杆位于所述推动板的上方。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的新型木工锯切装置,其特征在于:所述定位架设有两个且分别位于所述推动板的左右两侧,所述定位架呈L型,所述定位架的一端与所述第四支架的下表面固定连接,所述定位架的另一端呈水平状且位于所述推动板的正下方,所述第四弹簧设有两个且分别位于所述第一连接杆的左右两侧,所述第四弹簧呈竖直状,所述第四弹簧的下端与所述定位架固定连接,所述第四弹簧的下端与所述定位架固定连接,所述第四横杆设有两个且分别位于所述定位架的左右两侧,所述第四横杆呈长方体,所述第四横杆水平放置,所述第四横杆的一端与所述第四支架固定连接,所述第四横杆的另一端与所述定位架的侧面固定连接,所述第五弹簧设有两个且分别位于所述定位架的左右两侧,所述第五弹簧呈竖直状,所述第五弹簧的上端与所述第四横杆的下表面固定连接。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的新型木工锯切装置,其特征在于:所述第五固定块呈长方体,所述第五固定块的上表面与所述推动板的下表面固定连接,所述旋转杆呈长方体,所述旋转杆的上端与所述第五固定块轴转连接,所述旋转杆的下端设有第四凹槽,所述切割轮呈圆柱体,所述切割轮收容于所述第四凹槽内且与所述旋转杆轴转连接,所述切割齿设有若干个且均匀分布在所述切割轮的表面上,所述切割齿与所述切割轮固定连接,所述第六固定块的侧面与所述旋转杆的侧面固定连接,所述拉杆呈长方体,所述拉杆的一端与所述第六固定块轴转连 接,所述第五弹簧的下端与所述拉杆固定连接。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的新型木工锯切装置,其特征在于:所述第六弹簧呈竖直状,所述第六弹簧的上端与所述拉杆固定连接,所述第六弹簧的下端与所述第二挡板固定连接,所述第二挡板呈弯曲状,所述第二挡板的上端与所述旋转杆的侧面固定连接,所述竖杆呈长方体,所述竖杆的上端与所述拉杆的下表面固定连接,所述第七弹簧的一端与所述第四支撑杆的侧面固定连接,所述第七弹簧的另一端与所述拉杆的侧面固定连接,所述第八弹簧的一端与所述第四支撑杆的侧面固定连接,所述第八弹簧的另一端与所述竖杆的侧面固定连接。
