本発明は、吊り枕に関するものである。

使用者が従来の吊り枕を使用する際には、枕部が左右からＵ字状に吊り下げるベルト状の構造となっているため、頭頂部方向が解放されていて、頭が頭頂部側にずり落ちる原因になった。そのため頸椎が自然な湾曲を持続して保持することが困難で、使用者の首及び肩まわりに緊張感や負荷を与えていた。

図５は、本発明の第３の実施形態を示すが、両端が、一対の支持部３に接続され、枕部５に沿って配置される補助部７を更に備えているので、補助部７を枕部５の下に重ね合わせて配置した状態で、前後にスライドさせ摺動し、重ね方の調整で、枕部５の傾斜角や形状を自由に形成することが可能である。そのため、頭の大きさや形、全身の骨格などが相違していても、使用者に応じた枕の形状及び角度を形成することが可能である。
枕部５及び補助部７は、布やタオル地などのシートが望ましく、使用者の頭を載置する枕部５の高さを調節するには、これらのシートの長さの調節によっても可能である。その方法はまた、ホックやクリップを含む各種留め具や、ひもや接着テープを含む各種調節具で対処することも可能である。
図６は、本発明の第４の実施形態を示しており、支柱２又は側枠４に設けられ、着脱自在に取り付け可能な、頭及び顔を覆う可動間仕切り８１を更に備えている。この可動間仕切り８１は、取り付け位置で回動可能とされている。可動間仕切り８１は、少なくとも２本の骨部８Ａと、これらの骨部８Ａの間に張られる覆い部８Ｂとを有している。間仕切りが不要時には、覆い部８Ｂを上方或いは後方に折畳む等移動することが可能であり、使用時には広げられた状態で保持されるように、覆い部８Ｂの位置を調整できる構造となっている。
図７は、本発明の第４の実施形態の変形例を示しており、支柱２又は側枠４に設けられた着脱自在に取り付け可能な頭及び顔を覆う可動間仕切り８２は、少なくとも２本の骨部８Ａと、これらの骨部８Ａの間に張られる覆い部８Ｂと、覆い部８Ｂの端部に掛合されたカーテン部８Ｃで構成されている。この覆い部８Ｂは、取り付け位置で回動可能とされていて、カーテン部８Ｃは掛合部で開閉可能となっている。
図６及び図７に示すように、吊り枕１０の可動間仕切り８１及び８２を使用すると、太陽や電灯などの光を遮断することが可能となり、又室外及び室内での騒音を抑制する効果が得られる。さらに、空気中のほこりやウイルス、花粉等の口や鼻からの吸入を軽減し、また冬の冷気や乾燥から肌を保護し、精神的な安定をも得る効果が期待できる。
また、可動間仕切り８１と可動間仕切り８２の形態は一例であり、他にも様々な構造及びデザインの可動間仕切りがあるが、それらはいずれも支柱２又は支持部３に設けられ、開閉可能な構造なので、使用者が枕部５に頭を載置する際には枕部５の上方を解放させた状態にし、頭を載置した後に可動間仕切り８１又は可動間仕切り８２を使用することが望ましい。
さらには、枕部５並びに補助部７は着脱自在に取り付け可能な構造なので、これらを取り外して、可動間仕切り８１又は可動間仕切り８２のみを単独で使用することも可能である。
さらに、可動間仕切り８１及び可動間仕切り８２の骨部８Ａと覆い部８Ｂの構造に強度をもたせ、材質を金属や木材などを使用して硬度や耐圧性をもたせることにより、地震や災
害での落下物から頭及び顔を保護する事が可能となり、防災対策としての効果も期待できる。
図８は、本発明の第５の実施形態に係る枕部の形状を示しており、枕部５に物品が収納可能な収納部９を更に備えている。そのため、マイナスイオンの発生するシートやマグネット、指圧具、冷却具等、様々な物品が収納可能である。
図９は、本発明の第５の実施形態に係る補助部の形状を示しており、補助部７に物品が収納可能な収納部９を備えている。上記のように、使用者の用途に応じて様々な使用方法が可能である。
また、吊り枕１０は、枕部５を載置面より上方に配置する構造であるため、災害時や緊急時、またアウトドアなどでの地面の凹凸や、汚れ又はぬかるみなどに枕部５が接触せず、清潔かつ快適に使用することが可能である。
図１０は、本発明の第６の実施形態を示すが、吊り枕１０は、載置部１と、載置部１から所定の間隔をおいて立設する一対の支持部３と、一対の支持部３の間に配置された側枠４と、シート状の枕部５と、を備えた吊り枕１０であって、枕部５は、一対の支持部２及び側枠４に、少なくとも３箇所以上又は連続して接続され、側枠４には一対の支持部３より上方で接続されている。
図１１は、本発明の第７の実施形態に係る吊り枕の使用態様を示しており、載置部１と隣接する側枠４Ｂ及び４Ｃは蝶番２７によって接合されており、側枠４Ａは側枠４Ｂ及び４Ｃにはめ込んで固定する構造となっている。
図１２は、図１１の分解と折り畳んだ状態を示しており、収納する際には枕部５を取り外した後、はめ込み固定していた側枠４Ａを側枠４Ｂ及び４Ｃから外し、側枠４Ｂ及び４Ｃを蝶番２７で内側に倒して載置部１に重ねる事で分解して折り畳みすることが可能である。この分解と折り畳みの方式は一例であり、他の方法を組み合わせて行うことも可能である。
図１３は、本発明の第８の実施形態に係る吊り枕の使用態様を示しており、吊り枕１０をベッド１２に取り付けた使用態様の１例を示している。支柱２及び側枠４を留め具２８によってベッド１２に、載置部１がマットレス２９に接地する位置にくるように取り付ける。取り付ける場所はベッド以外にも、机やバスタブ、医療設備など多様であり、取付け、取り外しも可能である。
図１４は、本発明の第９の実施形態に係る吊り枕を示しており、上記図１３と同様にベッド１２に取り付けた吊り枕１０が、吊り枕１０に装備された車輪２５がベッド１２のレール１３に沿って左右にスライドして移動するものであり、使用者の寝返りや体位を変えるのをスムーズに行うことが可能である。
図１５は、本発明の第１０の実施形態に係る吊り枕１０を示しており、側枠４Ａ、４Ｂ、４Ｃに設けられた昇降部３０が電動で好みの高さに移動するので、昇降部３０に掛止された留め具２８を有する枕部５を所望の位置に移動させることが可能である。
図１６は図１５の側面図であり昇降部３０と共に移動する枕部５の状態を表わしている。電動以外にも手動で行うことも可能であり、使用者は枕部５に頭を載置した状態で、簡単に枕部５の高さや傾きなどの形状を調整することが可能である。
図１７は、本発明の第１１の実施形態に係る吊り枕１０の使用態様を示しており、支柱２が椅子１５の背もたれの上端部に留め具２８で取り付けられていて、支柱２及び支持部３または側枠４から、載置部１を取り外して使用することが可能である。このことにより、吊り枕１０の重量を軽量化する他、コンパクトになるため持ち運びも可能となり、椅子以外にもデスクやバスタブ、医療設備など、場所を選ばず使用することが可能である。
図１８は、本発明の第１２の実施形態に係る吊り枕の使用態様を示しており、枕部５に、電動マッサージや低周波治療器などの電極パッド１９を設けており、ケーブル２６とセンサー１４で制御されている。従来、電極パッドを身体に取り付ける際には、電極パッドの上から固定帯を巻いて落下を防止する手間がかかっていた。しかし本実施形態では枕部５に電極パッド１９が備わっているので落下の心配はなく、枕部５に頭を載置するだけでフィット感抜群のマッサージ機能を得る事が可能となる。本実施形態は枕部５以外にも補助部７に行うことも可能である。
図１９は、本発明の第１３の実施形態に係る吊り枕１０の使用態様を示しており、側枠４にスピーカーが配置されており、使用者が枕部５に頭を載置した状態で音楽を聞いてリラックスすることができる。さらに、側枠４に芳香剤収納部２１と芳香アロマ２２を設けているので、使用者は聴覚並びに嗅覚から癒し効果を得る事が可能である。
図２０は、本発明の第１４の実施形態に係る吊り枕１０の使用態様を示しており、吊り枕１０にエアーバッグ２０が備わっていて、就寝中にマイク１７で録音された呼吸音及びいびき音をセンサー１４で感知し、無呼吸状態が続いた場合に空気ポンプ２４から送り出された空気がホース２３を通ってエアーバッグ２０がふくらむ。このエアーバック２０は後頭下部から頸椎を下から上に押し上げて、気道を拡げるためのスニッフィングポジションになるように保持することが可能である。さらに呼吸音及びいびき音が正常に戻った際にはエアバッグ２０の空気を減圧して枕部５を元の位置に戻す機能を備えており、いびきや無呼吸症候群の予防及び改善に役立てることが可能である。
図１から図２０に示すように、本発明による吊り枕１０は、枕部５の上端が一対の支持部３及び、一対の支持部３より上方の側枠４に、少なくとも３箇所以上又は連続して接続されているため頭が安定し、首及び肩の負荷が軽減する。
人の頭は体重の１０～１５％の重量があると言われ、頭が重力により真下に落ちる力に対して常に頸部の筋肉が緊張して頭を支えている。さら頸部の筋肉は、視覚情報を得るため頭を一定の位置に保つ調整をする他、寝返りや身体動作の際に首が基軸となるように常時働いている。また首の中には脳へ血液を供給する血管が通っており、リンパ液や脳脊髄液、神経など重要な器官も集まっているのだが、悪姿勢などにより頸椎が正常な位置に保てなくなると、首の筋肉が異常に凝り固まり血液循環が低下することや、交感神経の異常が起こることが報告されている。特にうつなどのメンタルを患っている方の多くは、首のこりや肩こりを訴えている。
本発明の吊り枕１０によると、シート状の枕部５で頭を広い面積で包み込んで空中で支えるため、頭の重量はシートの張力によって多方向に分散されるので頸部の筋肉は解放される。さらにその状態で全身を軽く動かす体操を行うと、体の動きに追従して枕部５及び補助部７がゆるやかに揺動し、首回りから全身に至る筋肉の硬直を和らげ、関節の可動域を無理なく広げることが可能となる。そして数分の体操で身体全体の歪みが改善され、悪姿勢を矯正することが可能である。
本発明による吊り枕１０に頭を載置した状態で身体を軽く動かす体操を行う前と後で、姿勢の変化を調べたところ、吊り枕１０を使用して体操する前は重心が前にかかり肩が前方向に出て背中が丸くなっている。そしてそれをカバーするために腰や首に負担がかかって硬直した状態であったが、体操を８分間行った後には重心が中央にきて、肩と頭の位置が正中線の上にあるため腰や首の力が抜けており、姿勢は明らかに改善されている。
また、上記と同様の体操を８分間行う前と後で、肩こりの度合いを示す肩の筋硬度の変化を調べたが、吊り枕１０を使用して体操する前は肩の筋硬度が４０．０ｔｏｎｅであるのに対して、体操を行った後には３４．０ｔｏｎｅになり６ｔｏｎｅの変化が表れ、肩こりが改善することが明らかになった。
さらに、上記と同様の体操を８分間行う前と後で、首周辺の血流の変化を調べたが、体操前は血流量が９．６１ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ/１００ｇ―組織であったが、体操後では１０．５９ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ/１００ｇ―組織となり、約１０％血流量が改善された。首の血流は脳に直接影響を与えるものであるため、血流の改善は認知症予防や脳疾患への予防の効果が期待できる。
以上のように、本発明によれば、使用者が本発明の吊り枕に頭を載置した状態で身体を軽く動かす体操を数分行うことで、肩のこりを改善させ、姿勢を矯正する他、首の血流の改善を促す効果が確認されている。さらに、自律神経を調節して副交感神経が優位にする他、呼吸状態が安定しわずかな時間でリラックス状態を作り出すことが認められている。このことから、スポーツ選手の大会前のコンディション調整の他、無呼吸症候群、睡眠障害、不定愁訴、メンタル障害の予防や改善、リハビリ等にも効果的に活用することが可能である。
なお、上記第１の実施形態から第６の実施形態の各構成は、取り付ける事が可能である限り、任意に組み合わせる事が可能である。

Claims (8)

  1. 載置部と、載置部から所定の間隔をおいて立設する一対の支持部と、一対の支持部の間に配置された側枠と、シート状の枕部と、を備えた吊り枕であって、枕部は、一対の支持部及び側枠に、少なくとも３箇所以上又は連続して接続され、側枠には一対の支持部より上方で接続されている吊り枕。
  2. 載置部と、載置部から立設する支柱と、この支柱に連結されており、所定の間隔をおいて配置された一対の支持部と、一対の支持部の間に配置された側枠と、シート状の枕部と、を備えた吊り枕であって、枕部は、一対の支持部及び側枠に、少なくとも３箇所以上又は連続して接続され、側枠には一対の支持部より上方で接続されている吊り枕。
  3. 枕部は、支持部及び側枠の少なくとも一方の任意の高さに接続可能である請求項１又は２に記載の吊り枕。
  4. 両端が、一対の支持部に接続され、枕部に沿って配置される補助部を更に備える請求項１から３のいずれかに記載の吊り枕。
  5. 支持部又は側枠に設けられ、頭及び顔を覆う可動間仕切りを更に備えた請求項１から４のいずれかに記載の吊り枕。
  6. 枕部又は補助部は、頭が載置される面に物品が収納可能な収納部を更に備える請求項１から５のいずれかに記載の吊り枕。
  7. 折り畳み及び組み立て可能である請求項１から６のいずれかに記載の吊り枕。
  8. 載置部を取り外すことが可能である請求項１から７のいずれかに記載の吊り枕。
