を実行させることを特徴とするプログラムを提供する。
本発明の概要について、図1に基づいて説明する。図1は、本発明の好適な実施形態であるスペース貸出システム1の概要を説明するための図である。スペース貸出システム1は、サーバ10、貸主端末100、借主端末200、カメラ300から構成される。なお、各装置は、1つに限らず複数であってもよい。また、各装置は、実在する装置又は仮想的な装置のいずれか又は双方であってもよい。また、後述する各処理は、各装置のいずれか又は複数の組合せにより実行されてもよい。
図2に基づいて、スペース貸出システム1のシステム構成について説明する。図2は、本発明の好適な実施形態であるスペース貸出システム1のシステム構成を示す図である。スペース貸出システム1は、サーバ10、貸主端末100、借主端末200、カメラ300、公衆回線網(インターネット網や第3、第4世代通信網等)5から構成される。本実施形態において、スペース貸出システム1が貸し出すスペースとは、駐車場の空きスペースである。カメラ300は、駐車場の全体像又は駐車場の特定の場所を撮影可能な位置に設けられており、駐車場の近傍に設置されている
図3に基づいて、スペース貸出システム1の機能について説明する。図3は、本発明の好適な実施形態であるサーバ10、貸主端末100、借主端末200、カメラ300の機能ブロック図である。
図4に基づいて、サーバ10及び貸主端末100が実行するスペース登録処理について説明する。図4は、サーバ10及び貸主端末100が実行するスペース登録処理のフローチャートを示す図である。上述した各装置のモジュールが実行する処理について、本処理に併せて説明する。
図9は、データベース記憶モジュール30が記憶するシェアリングデータベースを示す図である。図9において、データベース記憶モジュール30は、貸出スペースデータに含まれる地図情報と、住所情報と、貸出期間と、貸出料金とを対応付けたデータベースとして記憶する。
図5に基づいて、サーバ10及び借主端末200が実行するスペース検索処理について説明する。図5は、サーバ10及び借主端末200が実行するスペース検索処理のフローチャートを示す図である。上述した各装置のモジュールが実行する処理について、本処理に併せて説明する。
図6に基づいて、サーバ10、貸主端末100及びカメラ300が実行する不正監視処理について説明する。図6は、サーバ10、貸主端末100及びカメラ300が実行する不正監視処理のフローチャートを示す図である。上述した各装置のモジュールが実行する処理について、本処理に併せて説明する。
Claims (8)
- 貸主から貸し出すスペースの登録を位置情報とともに受け付けるスペース登録手段と、
借主に、前記登録されたスペースの検索を受け付ける検索受付手段と、
前記受け付けた検索の結果を、前記位置情報に基づいた地図情報と合わせて表示する表示手段と、
前記スペース近傍に設置されているカメラが撮影するカメラ映像から、前記スペースが不正利用されていないかどうかを検知する検知手段と、
を備えることを特徴とするスペース貸出システム。 - 前記スペース登録手段が、前記地図情報から登録を受け付ける、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスペース貸出システム。
- 前記スペース登録手段が、前記位置情報に基づいた住所情報から登録を受け付ける、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスペース貸出システム。
- 前記貸主から、前記スペースの貸出期間の登録を受け付ける期間登録手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスペース貸出システム。 - 前記貸主から、前記スペースの貸出料金の登録を受け付ける料金登録手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスペース貸出システム。 - 前記借主の位置情報を取得する取得手段と、
前記取得した位置情報を起点に、前記検索の結果に行くまでのルートを、前記地図情報に表示するルート表示手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスペース貸出システム。 - 貸主から貸し出すスペースの登録を位置情報とともに受け付けるステップと、
借主に、前記登録されたスペースの検索を受け付けるステップと、
前記受け付けた検索の結果を、前記位置情報に基づいた地図情報と合わせて表示するステップと、
前記スペース近傍に設置されているカメラが撮影するカメラ映像から、前記スペースが不正利用されていないかどうかを検知するステップと、
を備えることを特徴とするスペース貸出方法。 - スペース貸出システムに、
