此外本发明的特征在于,盖侧开口的开口边缘位于内桶侧开口的开口边缘的任何位置的外侧。
此外本发明的特征在于,将机壳的外形、外桶以及内桶构成为同心圆状,并且将可动盖设为圆盘状。
此外本发明的特征在于,机壳具有用于相对于固定盖可活动地支承可动盖的铰接部,供水部设置于从所述铰接部向圆周方向位移的位置处。
此外本发明的特征在于,还具备接水引导件,其设置于盖侧开口以及内桶侧开口之间,用于将洗涤物的投入取出从盖侧开口向内桶侧开口引导,接水引导件呈大致圆锥形状,该圆锥形状具有开口比内桶侧开口大的上端部和大小与内桶侧开口大致对应的下端部。
发明效果
以上,根据说明过的本发明,通过将盖侧开口的内周设为将内桶侧开口的大致整体向上方开放的形状,使得作为上表面板的固定盖缩小并作为上盖发挥功能的可动盖增大,从而构成为在洗涤物的投入取出路线不存在缩窄那样的地方,能顺畅地进行投入取出。此外根据本发明,在不碍事的位置设置供水部,从而能避免从作为上表面板的上盖的上表面供水的构造。其结果是,从上方窥视时,因为圆筒形的内桶整体为可视状态,所以容易看到洗涤状况。
此外根据本发明,因为盖侧开口的开口边缘位于所述内桶侧开口的开口边缘的任何位置的外侧,所以能将内桶整体可靠地向上方开放。
此外根据本发明,通过将所述机壳的外形、所述外桶以及所述内桶构成为同心圆状,并且所述可动盖设为圆盘状,从而使得只要是作为圆环状的上表面板的固定盖或圆筒的机壳的侧壁,就无论在圆周方向的哪个位置设置供水部,到内桶的距离都不会改变,所以能有效地提高配置供水部的自由度。
此外根据本发明,通过将供水部设置在从铰接部向圆周方向位移的位置处,从而使得铰链沿着墙壁配置,在相当于以往的矩形型机壳的角落部的位置设置 供水部,由此即使采取与以往相同的配置也不会碍事。
此外根据本发明,因为将设置于盖侧开口以及所述内桶侧开口之间并用于将洗涤物的投入取出从所述盖侧开口向所述内桶侧开口引导的接水引导件,设为大致圆锥形状,该大致圆锥形状具有开口比内桶侧开口大的上端部和大小大致与内桶侧开口对应的下端部,所以即使将供水部设置于上述位置也能注水,洗涤物的投入或取出也能更顺畅地进行。而且,从上方窥视时内桶的可视性也不会降低。

具体实施方式
以下,根据附图对本发明的一实施方式进行详细说明。
图1是表示本实施方式的洗衣机1的外形的立体图。图2是表示在本实施方式的洗衣机1中看到的状态的外观图。此外,图3是表示同一洗衣机1的主要的内部构造的剖视图,在同一图中适当地省略了洗衣机1的驱动部分、与控制相关的部分以及与控制相关部分的图示。
本实施方式的洗衣机1是能适合在例如家庭中使用的洗衣机,具有:内桶4,用于收容洗涤物;外桶3,收容该内桶4;以及机壳2,将这些内桶4以及外桶3以能从外侧很好地看到的方式进行收容。此外在本实施方式中除了上述外桶3、内桶4以及机壳2之外,还具有:料斗7,安装于外桶3的上部;减振器6,安装于外桶3的下侧;以及迷宫式密封部8,设置于内桶3上端与料斗7的基端之间。
此处,本实施方式的洗衣机1的特征在于,具备:内桶4,用于收容洗涤物;外桶3,收容该内桶4;机壳2,具有为了收容该外桶3而设置并以使上端开放 的筒状体22为主体的机壳主体20、固定于该机壳主体20即筒状体22的上端的固定盖24、以及可活动地设置于该固定盖24并使机壳主体20的上端向外部有选择地开放且能形成使形成于内桶4上端部的内桶侧开口43向上方开放的盖侧开口28的可动盖25;以及供水部27,设置于固定盖24并用于向内桶4供水,盖侧开口28的内周为将内桶侧开口43的大致整体向上方开放的形状。
以下,关于构成洗衣机1的各构成要素的构造进行说明。
机壳2如图1以及图2所示,大致呈圆筒形状,与收容于内部的外桶3隔开俯视观察大致均匀的尺寸地分离。该机壳2具有:机壳主体20,为了收容外桶3而设置并具有从下方支承外桶3的底壁21,并且将使上端开放的筒状体22设为主体;固定盖24,固定在该筒状体22的上端,俯视观察呈圆环形状;以及可动盖25,该可动盖呈俯视观察大致正圆形状,可活动地设置于该固定盖24并使筒状体22的上端向外部有选择地开放且能形成使形成于内桶4上端部的内桶侧开口43向上方开放的盖侧开口28。机壳主体20具有:筒状体22,呈由例如透明或者半透明的丙烯酸等树脂构成的筒状;配线罩23,遍及该筒状体22的上下地设置并用于收容各种配线;以及底壁21,在机壳主体20的底面侧从下方间接地支承外桶3。固定盖24在内周侧具有开口为大致正圆形状的盖侧开口28,并具有可以开闭活动地支承可动盖25的铰接部26。而且,设置有供水部27,该供水部设置于从该铰接部26向圆周方向位移的位置并用于向内桶4供水。
外桶3是配置于机壳2的内部的有底筒状的构件,可以在内部存积洗涤水。该外桶3具有:外桶桶体31,用于存积水;外桶罩32,设置于该外桶桶体31的上端;以及密封构件水封部34,夹在外桶桶体31以及外桶罩32之间,防止水漏到外部。密封构件水封部34具有设置于外桶罩32的下侧的水封构件36和用于防止漏水的密封构件35。此外,关于该密封构件水封部34附近的具体结构在后面进行说明。
内桶是在外桶3内与外桶3同轴配置并且被可旋转地支承的有底筒状构件。内桶4是内部可以收容洗涤物,其壁面具有许多通水孔的普通构件。如图3所示,在内桶4的内周面的上端侧,设置有向内侧突出成圆环状的平衡器41和在该平衡器41的下侧向内侧突出的三个提升筋42。
洗衣机1中,在内桶4的底部中央,可旋转地配置有通过由假想线图示的 驱动装置50驱动的波轮(搅拌翼)5。波轮5是具有大致圆盘形状的波轮主体和形成在波轮主体的上表面的多个叶片部的普通构件。这样的波轮5将存积于外桶3内的洗涤水进行搅拌产生水流。驱动装置50虽然在同一图中只用假想线仅图示了位置,但是将未图示的电机作为主体,使向内桶4的底部延伸出的驱动轴旋转,使内桶4、波轮5旋转。洗衣机1在洗涤过程中主要只使波轮5旋转,在脱水过程中使内桶4和波轮5一体地高速旋转。
另外,在本实施方式中,在机壳2内外桶3以及内桶4从下方经由减振器6支承于机壳2的底壁21。另外,外桶3并没有由吊棒从侧面或上方支承。即因为本实施方式的洗衣机1避免了配置吊棒,所以使从上方观察洗涤物的可视性进一步提高,关于这一点在后面详细叙述。
减振器6是从下方支承运转中的外桶3并用于有效地减少运转中的外桶3产生的振动的构件。该减振器6具有:内轴61,固定于机壳2的底壁21;外轴62,覆盖该内轴61的外侧并固定于外桶3侧;以及弹簧63,是用于通过夹在该外轴62的下端以及机壳2的底壁21侧并随着外桶3的上下活动或振动适当地伸缩从而使传给机壳2的振动减小的压缩螺旋弹簧。此外,在外轴62与外桶3之间以及内轴61与底壁21之间,设置有缓冲橡胶64。在本实施方式中该减振器6如图2以及图3所示,从外桶3底部,在俯视观察不突出的范围内,配置在最大径的位置或者其附近。此外,在本实施方式中该弹簧63以在脱水时弹簧不紧贴的程度,并且在运转中外桶3不倾斜的程度降低弹性常数。另外,在本实施方式中如上所述,从外桶3的上侧,具体地说以使料斗7夹在从固定盖24的盖侧开口28到内桶侧开口43之间的方式设置。
料斗7如图2以及图3所示,设置于盖侧开口28以及内桶侧开口43之间并作为用于将洗涤物的投入取出从盖侧开口28向内桶侧开口43引导的接水引导件发挥功能,并且用于将洗涤物的投入取出从盖侧开口28向内桶侧开口43引导。料斗7由构成为透明或半透明的树脂性的一体成型品构成,具有呈大致锥形状即圆锥形状的料斗主体71和从料斗主体71的下端部向外侧延伸出的突出部72。作为突出部72的内缘的开口部分的直径形成为大致与内桶侧开口43对应的直径。此外,料斗主体71具有:大径上端部73,在其上端开口比内桶侧开口43大;折回端74,设置于该大径上端部73;以及溢水孔75,是设置于料 斗主体71的上下方向中间位置的任意位置的孔,用于设定洗涤过程以及漂洗过程的上限水位。料斗7的材料为树脂材料,其中,也有时使用比外桶3使用的材料比重小的材料,与外桶3相比,是轻型构造。
而且在溢水孔75的外侧,如图2以及图4所示,连接有溢水管76,该溢水管用于以避免水存积到溢水孔75的上侧的方式从溢水孔75向机外排水。该溢水管76为了有效利用弯曲成呈圆筒形状的机壳2与外桶3之间的圆周状的空间,将俯剖面观察呈弯曲的椭圆形状的部分作为主体。并且因为用于从溢水管76向机外排水的机构以及构造是已有的机构以及构造,所以省略说明。
除此之外,在本实施方式中,特别是如图4所示,固定盖24的盖侧开口28的内周设为将内桶侧开口43的大致整体向上方开放的形状,将设置于内桶4的上端部分的内桶侧开口43的大致整体设为向上方开放的形状。换句话说,盖侧开口28的开口边缘位于内桶侧开口43的开口边缘的任何位置的外侧。
料斗7作为用于存积比内桶4的上端高的水位的水的提高桶发挥功能。即料斗7具有作为洗涤桶的功能。除此之外,在本实施方式中如上所述,由于将机壳主体20的筒状体22、可动盖25以及料斗7设为透明或者半透明,因而在洗涤中,容易看到经由固定盖24上升至料斗7的水面附近的洗涤物,从侧面的话也容易经由筒状体22以及料斗7从侧面看到水面附近的洗涤物。换句话说,优化了洗涤物的可视化。并且通过将筒状体22设为透明或者半透明,使得内部的机构元件的可视化也一并提高。由此,提高了使用者对运转状态的把握、维护操作的便利性。
此外,虽然在本实施方式中,清洗时料斗7作为提高桶发挥功能,但是因为设为大致锥形状即圆锥形状所以在脱水时,将洗涤物向作为脱水桶的内桶4内引导,能可靠地收纳于内桶4内。
除此之外,在本实施方式中特别是如图5所示,通过在外桶3的下部配置减振器6,并且将作为提高桶的料斗7构成为轻巧型,从而能增加被减振器6支承的部分的固有振动数,能进一步减小脱水时的振动。
进而在本实施方式中,虽然因为料斗7固定于外桶3不能旋转,另一方面内桶4当然构成为可旋转,但是尽管如此却不会从内桶4与料斗7之间漏水。
即在本实施方式中,特别是如图6所示,迷宫式密封部8是形成于遍及料斗7、外桶3以及内桶4的上端的区域的构件,具有:上侧筋81,设置于料斗7的突出部72并向竖直方向下方延伸出;下侧筋82,设置于内桶4的上端并向竖直方向上方延伸出;以及空气聚集部83。密封构件35为外桶3的上端,并且,设置于包括上侧筋81的前端部的假想平面的竖直方向上方的位置,将外桶3的上端和突出部73密封。由此,能防止空气聚集部83的空气超过密封构件35漏出外桶3外。
当水蓄积至内桶4的平衡器41的上方时,迷宫式密封部8内的液面形成为与上侧筋81的前端部大致在同一平面上,在该液面与该液面上方的突出部72的内周面之间,形成有空气聚集部83。通过形成空气聚集部83,使得即使料斗7内的水要从上下的筋81、82之间向外侧移动,因为在密封构件35附近已经形成有空气聚集部,向外侧移动的水也会被该空气聚集部83强劲地抑制。此外,由于设置有密封构件35,因而即使水超过空气聚集部83浸入,也能防止流到外桶3外。由此,可以有效地减少外桶3与料斗7的连接所需的紧固元件的件数。
如上所述,本实施方式的洗衣机1通过盖侧开口28的内周形成为将内桶侧开口43的大致整体向上方开放的形状,使得作为上表面板的固定盖24缩小、作为上盖发挥功能的可动盖25增大,构成为在洗涤物的投入取出路线不存在缩窄那样的位置,能顺畅地进行投入取出。此外,采用本实施方式,在不碍事的位置设置供水部27,可以避免从作为上表面板的上盖的上表面供水的构造,其结果是,从上方窥视时,因为圆筒形的内桶4整体为可视状态,所以容易看到洗涤状况。
此外,在本实施方式中,因为盖侧开口28的开口边缘位于内桶侧开口43的开口边缘的任何位置的外侧,所以可以可靠地将内桶4整体向上方开放。另外,在本实施方式中,通过使机壳2的外形、外桶3以及内桶4构成为同心圆状,并且将可动盖25设为圆盘状,使得只要是作为圆环状的上表面板的固定盖24或圆筒的机壳2的侧壁,则无论在圆周方向的哪个位置设置供水部27,到内桶4的距离都不会改变,除此之外,将洗涤物投入取出的方向也不局限于与铰接部26相对的特定朝向,即使是从与铰接部26倾斜方向也变得容易进行洗涤物的投入取出。
此外,根据本实施方式,通过将供水部27设置于从铰接部26向圆周方向位移的位置处,从而使得铰接部26沿着墙壁配置,在相当于以往的矩形型机壳的角落部的位置设置供水部27,由此即使采用与以往相同的配置也不会碍事。
此外,根据实施方式,将作为设置于盖侧开口28以及内桶侧开口43之间并用于将洗涤物的投入取出从盖侧开口28向内桶侧开口43引导的接水引导件的料斗7,设为具有开口比内桶侧开口43大的上端部和大小大致与内桶侧开口43对应的下端部的大致圆锥形状,由此即使将供水部27设置于上述的位置也能注水,洗涤物的投入或取出也能更顺畅地进行。此外,从上方窥视时的内桶4的可视性也不会降低。
以上,虽然对本发明的一实施方式进行了说明,但是本实施方式的不局限于上述的方式,可以进行各种变形。
例如,虽然在上述实施方式中公开了内桶侧开口、盖侧开口都是正圆形状的结构,但是只要内桶侧开口是向上方开放的即可,也可以是例如应用多角形作为某一个或者两者的形状的方式。
此外,在上述实施方式中,虽然公开了将接水引导件安装于内桶侧的结构,但是当然也可以设为安装于机壳侧、即固定盖或机壳主体侧的结构。
其它的结构在不脱离本发明的主旨的范围内可以进行各种变形。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种洗衣机,具有:内桶,收容洗涤物并形成有内桶侧开口;外桶,收容所述内桶;以及机壳,收容所述内桶和所述外桶,其特征在于,
    所述机壳包括:
    筒状体,其上端开放;
    底壁,设置于所述筒状体的下端并从下方支承所述外桶;
    固定盖,固定于所述筒状体的上端并形成有盖侧开口;以及
    可动盖,设置于所述固定盖并堵塞所述盖侧开口,
    所述洗衣机具有设置于所述机壳的侧壁或者所述固定盖并用于向所述内桶供水的供水部,
    所述盖侧开口的内周是将所述内桶侧开口的大致整体向上方开放的形状。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述盖侧开口的开口边缘位于所述内桶侧开口的开口边缘的任何位置的外侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,将所述机壳的外形、所述外桶以及所述内桶构成为同心圆状,并且将所述可动盖设为圆盘状。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述机壳具有用于相对于所述固定盖可活动地支承所述可动盖的铰接部,所述供水部设置在从所述铰接部向圆周方向位移的位置处。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,还具备接水引导件,其设置于所述盖侧开口以及所述内桶侧开口之间,用于将洗涤物的投入取出从所述盖侧开口向所述内桶侧开口引导,
    所述接水引导件呈大致圆锥形状,该圆锥形状具有开口比所述内桶侧开口大的上端部和大小与所述内桶侧开口大致对应的下端部。
