- 根据权利要求1所述的低粘自排气广告膜,其特征在于:所述点胶层的每个点胶点为圆柱体、正方体、长方体、锥形体、梯形体、棱形体、空心圆体、半圆或小半圆体的任一种。
- 根据权利要求1所述的低粘自排气广告膜,其特征在于:所述点胶点的内径为0.1-5mm,厚度为0.005-2mm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的低粘自排气广告膜,其特征在于:所述点胶点与点胶点之间形成排气空隙,空隙宽度为0.02-5mm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的低粘自排气广告膜,其特征在于:所述点胶层的180度剥离力为0.01-3N/25mm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的低粘自排气广告膜,其特征在于:所述点胶点的主要化学成分为聚丙烯酸酯、聚有机硅氧烷、聚氨酯、橡胶、热塑性弹性体中的一种或几种。点胶的施工粘度为1000-50000mpa.s。
- 根据权利要求1所述的低粘自排气广告膜,其特征在于:所述广告膜层为PET膜、PP膜、PP合成纸、PVC膜、PC膜、PS膜、PE膜、PI膜中的一种,或其中两种及以上复合膜中的任一种。
- 根据权利要求1所述的低粘自排气广告膜,其特征在于:所述广告膜层的正面涂布有印刷适应层,印刷适应层用于UV墨水、弱溶剂墨水、水性墨水和HP latex墨水喷墨的印刷,以及HP Indigo数码印刷、激光碳粉印刷和传统油墨印刷,印刷适应层的厚度为0.2微米-50微米。
- 根据权利要求1所述的低粘自排气广告膜,其特征在于:所述离型层为PP膜、PET膜、PE膜和带有硅油或氟素离型剂的PP膜、PET 膜、PE离型膜或离型纸中的任一种。
- 根据权利要求1所述的低粘自排气广告膜,其特征在于:制备方法是在广告膜层的背面涂布有一层增强粘结层,然后通过离型层转移涂布法在增强粘结层上复制出规则的点胶,使点胶和点胶之间形成空隙,从而具有良好的自排气性能。
