一种低粘自排气广告膜,包括广告膜层(1)、点胶层(3)和离型层(4),广告膜层(1)的背面和点胶层(3)之间还设有增强粘结层(2),点胶层(3)由4个以上独立分离的点胶点组成,点胶层(3)的面积为增强粘结层(2)面积的30-80%。所述广告膜为广告耗材领域,提供一种张贴排气性能优异、低粘可移、可反复使用、且具有长期张贴不脱落的广告膜,同时解决此领域普遍存在的张贴易产生气泡点、高粘残胶、无法反复使用、低粘张贴易脱落的四大问题,为广告耗材提供一种便捷施工、产品性能优异的解决方案。

Description

一种低粘自排气广告膜 技术领域
本发明属于广告耗材领域,特别涉及一种低粘自排气广告膜。
背景技术
广告膜作为一种广告耗材已广泛用于各类广告展示领域,随着数码影像的发展,其使用量越来越大,在大型广告展示、室内海报张贴、艺术写真和数码图文输出方面均有大量应用。广告膜正面通过彩色喷墨打印、数码印刷或传统油墨印刷方式印刷上图案文字,背面涂布有胶粘剂。现有的背胶广告膜多为高粘不可移、张贴排气性能一般的普通产品,及少部分高粘不可移、张贴排气性优良或低粘可移、张贴排气性能一般的特殊产品。高粘产品由于所用胶粘剂粘接力较强,容易在被粘物体表面产生残胶,导致后期清理困难甚至破坏被粘物体表面,因此使用范围较窄,多为一次性使用,如专利CN201510406570.5、CN201420726053.7、CN200920198832.3和CN200720114828.5所提到的产品。
技术问题
市售低粘可移产品多采用低粘性压敏胶,虽然粘性较低不易产生残胶,但由于胶层是通过整幅涂布的方式涂布,在施工张贴时由于背胶层的排气性不好容易在粘贴面产生汽泡不易排除,影响张贴平整性和施工便捷性,如专利CN201520267528.5、CN201520019005.9、CN201520018725.3中提及的产品。市面上尚未出现同时具有优异排气性能、低粘可移的背胶广告耗材。
为此,开发一种低粘可移、可反复张贴、排气性能优异、又能长期黏贴的广告膜将会受到市场的极大欢迎。。
问题的解决方案
技术解决方案
在背胶广告耗材领域,针对目前市场上只有张贴良好排气性能、却高粘不可移,或是低粘可移、但张贴排气性能一般的产品现状,本发明提供一种既具有优异张贴排气性能、又具有低粘可移的一种低粘自排气广告膜,为广告耗材提供 一种便捷张贴、且可反复使用的解决方案。
为实现以上目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种低粘自排气广告膜,包括广告膜层、点胶层和离型层,广告膜层的背面和点胶层之间还设有增强粘结层,点胶层由4个以上独立分离的点胶点组成,点胶层的面积为增强粘结层面积的30-80%。
所述点胶层的每个点胶点为圆柱体、正方体、长方体、锥形体、梯形体、棱形体、空心圆体、半圆或小半圆体的任一种。
所述点胶点的内径为0.1-5mm,厚度为0.005-2mm。
所述点胶点与点胶点之间形成排气槽,排气槽的宽度为0.02-5mm。
所述点胶层的180度剥离力为0.01-3N/25mm。
所述点胶点的主要化学成分为聚丙烯酸酯、聚有机硅氧烷、聚氨酯、橡胶、热塑性弹性体中的一种或几种。点胶的施工粘度为1000-50000mPa.s。粘度小于1000mPa.s,点胶不易成型,粘度大于50000mPa.s,涂布施工会因粘度太大变得困难;
所述广告膜层为PET膜、PP膜、PP合成纸、PVC膜、PC膜、PS膜、PE膜、PI膜中的一种,或其中两种及以上复合膜中的任一种。
所述广告膜层的正面涂布有印刷适应层,印刷适应层用于UV墨水、弱溶剂墨水、水性墨水和HP latex墨水喷墨的印刷,以及HP Indigo数码印刷、激光碳粉印刷和传统油墨印刷,印刷适应层的厚度为0.2微米-50微米。
所述离型层为PP膜、PET膜、PE膜和带有硅油或氟素离型剂的PP膜、PET膜、PE离型膜或离型纸中的任一种。
所述低粘自排气广告膜的制备方法,其特征在于:在广告膜层的背面涂布有一层增强粘结层,然后通过离型层转移涂布法在增强粘结层上复制出规则的点胶,使点胶和点胶之间形成空隙,从而具有良好的自排气性能。。
发明的有益效果
有益效果
1、本发明可为广告耗材领域,提供一种张贴排气性能优异、低粘可移、可反复使用、且具有长期张贴不脱落的广告膜,同时解决此领域普遍存在的张贴易 产生气泡点、高粘残胶、无法反复使用、低粘张贴易脱落的四大问题,为广告耗材提供一种便捷施工、产品性能优异的解决方案。
2.本发明采用通过偶联剂、底涂促进剂复配的增强粘结层,在中低剥离力的情况下,点胶点仍对基膜具有优异的附着力。
3.本发明通过离型层转移法涂布在广告膜层背面的增强粘结层局部上胶,局部胶点的大小和形状可根据需求自由调整,胶点间的空隙沟壑在广告膜张贴时可形成气路通道,使产品具有优异的排气性能,不借助任何工具,手工即可完美张贴,不残留任何气泡,虽胶层低粘可移,转移涂布后胶点仍能对广告膜基材产生极佳的附着力,且胶层耐老化性能优异。

发明实施例
本发明的实施方式
一种低粘自排气广告膜,包括广告膜层、点胶层和离型层,广告膜层的背面和点胶层之间还设有增强粘结层,点胶层由4个以上独立分离的点胶点组成,点胶层的面积为增强粘结层面积的30-80%。
点胶层的每个点胶点形状可以任意选择,如为圆柱体、正方体、长方体、锥形体、梯形体、棱形体、空心圆体、半圆或小半圆体的任一种。
点胶点为的内径可以为0.1-5mm,优选为0.5-2mm,点胶层的厚度可以为0.005-2mm,优选为0.01-1mm。
点胶点与点胶点之间形成排气槽,排气槽的宽度为0.02-5mm。
点胶层的180度剥离力为0.01-3N/25mm。
点胶点的主要化学成分可为聚丙烯酸酯、聚有机硅氧烷、聚氨酯、橡胶、热塑性弹性体的一种或几种。
广告膜层为PET膜、PP膜、PP合成纸、PVC膜、PC膜、PS膜、PE膜、PI膜中 的一种,或其中两种及以上复合膜中的任一种。
所述广告膜层的正面涂布有印刷适应层,印刷适应层用于UV墨水、弱溶剂墨水、水性墨水和HP latex墨水喷墨的印刷,以及HP Indigo数码印刷、激光碳粉印刷和传统油墨印刷,印刷适应层的厚度为0.2微米-50微米。
离型层为PP膜、PET膜、PE膜和带有硅油或氟素离型剂的PP膜、PET膜、PE离型膜或离型纸中的任一种。
低粘自排气广告膜的制备方法是:在广告膜层基膜的背面涂布有一层增强粘结层,然后通过离型层转移涂布法在增强粘结层上复制出规则的点胶,使点胶和点胶之间形成空隙,从而具有良好的自排气性能。
通过本发明实施例1-3制备的低粘自排气广告膜和现有的广告膜进行性能对比,表格如下:
现有的广告膜有2种,对比例1高粘广告膜和对比例2低粘广告膜。

通过以上表格可以看出,本发明制备的低粘自排气广告膜和现有技术相比,在自排气和反复使用方面具有明显的优势。

工业实用性
本发明可为广告耗材领域,提供一种张贴排气性能优异、低粘可移、可反复使用、且具有长期张贴不脱落的广告膜,同时解决此领域普遍存在的张贴易产生气泡点、高粘残胶、无法反复使用、低粘张贴易脱落的四大问题,为广告耗材 提供一种便捷施工、产品性能优异的解决方案,具备工业实用性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种低粘自排气广告膜,其特征在于:包括广告膜层、点胶层和离型层,广告膜层的背面和点胶层之间还设有增强粘结层,点胶层由4个以上独立分离的点胶点组成,点胶层的面积为增强粘结层面积的30-80%。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的低粘自排气广告膜,其特征在于:所述点胶层的每个点胶点为圆柱体、正方体、长方体、锥形体、梯形体、棱形体、空心圆体、半圆或小半圆体的任一种。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的低粘自排气广告膜,其特征在于:所述点胶点的内径为0.1-5mm,厚度为0.005-2mm。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的低粘自排气广告膜,其特征在于:所述点胶点与点胶点之间形成排气空隙,空隙宽度为0.02-5mm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的低粘自排气广告膜,其特征在于:所述点胶层的180度剥离力为0.01-3N/25mm。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的低粘自排气广告膜,其特征在于:所述点胶点的主要化学成分为聚丙烯酸酯、聚有机硅氧烷、聚氨酯、橡胶、热塑性弹性体中的一种或几种。点胶的施工粘度为1000-50000mpa.s。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的低粘自排气广告膜,其特征在于:所述广告膜层为PET膜、PP膜、PP合成纸、PVC膜、PC膜、PS膜、PE膜、PI膜中的一种,或其中两种及以上复合膜中的任一种。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的低粘自排气广告膜,其特征在于:所述广告膜层的正面涂布有印刷适应层,印刷适应层用于UV墨水、弱溶剂墨水、水性墨水和HP latex墨水喷墨的印刷,以及HP Indigo数码印刷、激光碳粉印刷和传统油墨印刷,印刷适应层的厚度为0.2微米-50微米。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的低粘自排气广告膜,其特征在于:所述离型层为PP膜、PET膜、PE膜和带有硅油或氟素离型剂的PP膜、PET 膜、PE离型膜或离型纸中的任一种。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的低粘自排气广告膜,其特征在于:制备方法是在广告膜层的背面涂布有一层增强粘结层,然后通过离型层转移涂布法在增强粘结层上复制出规则的点胶,使点胶和点胶之间形成空隙,从而具有良好的自排气性能。
