目前一次性烟的烟弹大多不可替换,而产品的质量参差不齐,有些一次性烟即使装配完成,也可能会因烟弹的问题,而使得用户无法进行抽吸,限于装配方式,该烟弹又无法更换,导致用户使用体验度不高。另外一方面,现有技术的一次性烟的烟弹装配比较复杂,尤其是烟液注入的步骤比较繁琐,生产效率低。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述,为了非常适合市场的需求,本发明提供一种改进的烟弹以及应用其的电子烟。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
请参阅图1-图6,本发明的一个较佳实施例提供一种烟弹21,该烟弹21包括储液组件和雾化组件,而雾化组件置于储液组件之中,储液组件包括带有出烟孔19-2的顶盖19以及带有储液腔18-5的外壳18,该雾化组件包括发热装置111、雾化底座9以及通气管14,发热装置111置于雾化底座9之上,雾化底座9密封设置在外壳18的一端,而顶盖19则设置在外壳18上相对雾化底座9所在的另一端,出烟孔19-2开设在顶盖19相对外壳18的另一端,通气管14连通发热装置111和出烟孔19-2,通气管14、外壳18、雾化底座9以及顶盖19之间的空间则为储液腔18-5。本实施例当中,发热装置111用于从储液腔18-5当中吸取并加热烟液,使烟液雾化,形成的烟雾通过通气管14以及出烟孔19-2而被用户所吸食。发热装置111可以包括吸液件11以及配合设置的发热件12,本实施例当中,吸液件11可以是棉花、玻纤、棉布、泡沫金属、多孔陶瓷、泡沫石墨当中的一种或 者多种,发热件12则可以是发热丝、发热片、发热膜、发热盘、发热管或者发热块等等,在此不做限定。雾化组件还包括一对电极接触片10,发热件12的正、负极连接至对应的电极接触片10,从而使得当烟弹21与电池组件20相接时,电池组件20可以通过电极接触片10为发热件12提供电源输出。电极接触片10固定在雾化底座9之上,具体的,本实施例之中,电极接触片10的一端设置有电极卡槽10-1,发热件12的正极或者负极卡入相应的电极卡槽10-1中,而两个电极接触片10之间是相互电性绝缘的,此外,参见图8,通过在雾化底座9上开设相应的通槽9-3,将电极接触片10的另一端穿过该通槽9-3,然后再折弯该电极接触片10的另一端即可将电极接触片10固定在雾化底座9之上。雾化底座9的下端还设置有雾化底座通气孔9-2,当使用电子烟时,将外部进入到电子烟内的气体经过该雾化底座通气孔9-2进入到发热装置111当中,发热装置111加热烟液使其雾化,该气体混合雾化的烟液自通气管14以及出烟孔19-2流出而被用户所吸食。
参见图6和图9,装配外壳18与雾化底座9时,可以通过在外壳18的下端周侧设置卡接槽/卡扣18-1,而在雾化底座9的对应周侧位置设置卡扣/卡接槽9-1,这样卡扣与卡接槽相互扣接即可使得雾化底座9能够比较可靠的固定在外壳18的下端。卡扣与卡接槽的分布可以是多样化的,既可以是外壳18的下端周侧全部设置为卡接槽,而雾化底座9的对应周侧全部设置为卡扣,也可以是外壳18的下端周侧全部设置为卡扣,而雾化底座9的对应周侧全部设置为卡接槽,还可以是外壳18的下端周侧同时设置有卡接槽和卡扣,而雾化底座9的对应周侧同时设置有卡扣和卡接槽。
通过以上的描述可以看出,本发明的烟弹21通过将雾化组件和储液组件分别设置,发热装置111、雾化底座9以及通气管14形成了雾化组件,而储液组件则包括顶盖19和外壳18,将装配好的雾化组件再与外壳18装配,然后在外壳18的上端套设顶盖19,即可完成烟弹21的装配过程,装配过程得以简化。
根据本实施例的其中一个优选实施方式,雾化组件还包括雾化上盖13,发热装置111固定在雾化上盖13和雾化底座9之间,雾化上盖13上 设置有通孔13-1,通气管14的一端穿过该通孔13-1与发热装置111连通。通孔13-1的口径大小与通气管14的外径相匹配,使得烟雾不会从通孔13-1和通气管14之间的缝隙外泄即可。进一步的,在前述的顶盖19和外壳18之间还设置有密封盖15,前述当中提到,通气管14的一端穿过该通孔13-1与发热装置111连通,而通气管14的另一端则穿过该密封盖15与出烟孔19-2连通。密封盖15的作用在于,因储液腔18-5之中存储的都是烟液,密封盖15可以密封储液腔18-5,防止烟液在运输或者使用过程中的泄漏,对电子烟本身起到了一定的防护作用。进一步的,在外壳18的内壁上还设置有卡持部18-4,通气管14通过该卡持部18-4进行卡固定位。
电极接触片10的一端安装于通槽9-3内,将吸液件11穿过发热件12,之后将发热件12两端卡在电极卡槽10-1上。雾化上盖13压在雾化底座9上,将通气管14固定在卡持部18-4上,将安装有通气管14的外壳18通过卡接槽/卡扣18-1与卡扣/卡接槽9-1固定。密封盖15套于储液腔18-5的上方,顶盖19通过顶盖限位槽19-1与顶盖限位扣18-3固定在外壳18的上端,顶盖限位扣18-3设置在外壳18的上端外侧,则此时烟弹21安装完毕。
参见图1-图6,本发明提供的电子烟100包括烟弹21以及与烟弹21相连接的电池组件20,该烟弹21为前述任一项实施例中的烟弹21,其中烟弹21的外壳18的外侧壁上设置有接合部18-2,而在电池外壳17的内侧壁上则设置有连接部17-1,该连接部17-1与接合部18-2相互配合,使得通过接合部18-2可以将烟弹21与电池组件20相对固定连接,具体到本实施例,接合部18-2与连接部17-1可以是相互配合的凸起与凹槽。本实施例当中,接合部18-2可以是凹槽,这样设置即可使烟弹21与电池组件20之间形成过盈配合,本领域技术人员可以知晓的是,该接合部18-2也可以是螺纹、卡扣等其他具有等同技术效果的实施方式。
参见图5和图6,电池组件20还包括气压感应器3,气压感应器3用于检测感知当用户使用电子烟100进行抽吸动作时,吸气产生的压力变化,进而反馈到与之信号连接的控制板2,控制板2根据该信号判断出用户是否抽吸或抽吸时的力度大小,即可对烟弹21进行电能输出或者调节对烟弹21的电能输出大小,具体装配时,电池组件20还包括气压感应器支架 4,气压感应器支架4上设置有气压感应器安装孔4-1以及导线安装孔4-2,将气压感应器3安装于气压感应器安装孔4-1中,用导线与控制板2电信号连接。从控制板2中引出导线,将引出的导线从导线安装孔4-2穿出与电池本体16连接,之后将电池正负极接触件6安装电池支架5上,电池正负极接触件6与电池本体16用导线连接,电池正负极接触件6还包括两组探针7,两组探针7将发热件12的正、负接触接线端分别与电池的正极、负极连接。将密封圈8通过密封圈卡槽8-1安装于电池支架密封圈安装槽5-5上,气压感应器支架4通过安装槽4-3与电池支架5上的气压感应器支架安装槽5-1固定。电池盖1通过电池盖卡扣1-1与电池支架卡槽5-2固定。将电池本体16安装于电池支架5内。此时将电池外壳17套在已经安装有电池本体16的电池支架5上,使得电池支架固定槽5-4与电池支架限位凸台17-2固定,至此,电池组件20安装完毕。电池支架5的上端还设置有电池支架通气孔5-3,该电池支架通气孔5-3使得用户吸入的气流的一部分可带走电池本体16因工作而产生的热量,进而使得电池本体16保持在一个相对正常的温度,对电池本体16具有一定的保护作用。
因烟弹21与电池组件20之间通过接合部18-2和连接部17-1相连接,当出现因烟弹21本身的问题而导致电子烟100无法正常使用时,可以通过接合部18-2和连接部17-1拆分电池组件20与烟弹21,更换新的烟弹21变得更加方便。
只要不违背本发明创造的思想,对本发明的各种不同实施例进行任意组合,均应当视为本发明公开的内容;在本发明的技术构思范围内,对技术方案进行多种简单的变型及不同实施例进行的不违背本发明创造的思想的任意组合,均应在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种烟弹,所述烟弹包括储液组件和雾化组件,其特征在于:所述雾化组件置于所述储液组件之中,所述储液组件包括带有出烟孔的顶盖以及外壳,所述雾化组件包括发热装置、雾化底座以及通气管,所述发热装置置于所述雾化底座之上,所述雾化底座密封设置在所述外壳的一端,所述顶盖设置在所述外壳上相对所述雾化底座的另一端,所述通气管连通所述发热装置和出烟孔,所述通气管、外壳、雾化底座以及顶盖之间的空间为储液腔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述雾化组件还包括雾化上盖,所述发热装置固定在所述雾化上盖和所述雾化底座之间,所述雾化上盖设有通孔,所述通气管的一端穿过所述通孔与所述发热装置连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述顶盖与外壳之间还设置有密封盖,所述通气管的另一端穿过所述密封盖与所述出烟孔连通。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述外壳的内壁还设置有卡持部,所述通气管通过所述卡持部进行定位。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述发热装置包括吸液件以及配合设置的发热件,所述雾化组件还包括一对电极接触片,所述发热件的正、负极连接至对应的所述电极接触片,所述电极接触片固定在所述雾化底座上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述电极接触片的一端设置有电极卡槽,所述发热件的正、负极卡入对应的所述电极卡槽,所述雾化底座上设有通槽,所述电极接触片的另一端穿过设置在所述雾化底座上的通槽,并被折弯而使得所述电极接触片被固定在所述雾化底座上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述外壳的下端周侧设置有卡接槽/卡扣,对应所述雾化底座的周侧设置有卡扣/卡接槽,所述卡扣与所述卡接槽扣接使得所述雾化底座固定在所述外壳的下端。
  8. 一种电子烟,包括烟弹以及与所述烟弹连接的电池组件,其特征在于:所述烟弹为权利要求1-7任一项所述的烟弹,所述烟弹的外壳的外 侧壁设置有接合部,所述接合部用于将所述烟弹与所述电池组件连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电池组件包括电池外壳、电池支架以及电池本体,所述电池支架夹持所述电池本体并置于所述电池外壳之中,所述电池外壳的内侧壁设置有连接部,所述接合部与所述连接部相互配合使得所述烟弹与所述电池组件固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电池支架的上端设置有电池正负极接触件,所述电池正负极接触件用于与所述发热装置的正、负极对应连接,所述电池支架的上端与所述电池外壳之间还设置有密封圈。
