本发明涉及微波炉技术领域,尤其涉及一种微波炉语音控制方法及微波炉。
背景技术
传统微波炉一般只具有加热的功能,用户只能调节微波炉的加热时间、加热火候等,人们在利用微波炉制作菜品的过程中,一般只能根据经验制作,或者根据从网上或者其他方式查找的菜谱进行制作。
为了提高微波炉的实用性,目前有些微波炉已具备语音播报菜谱的功能,微波炉内部会预存一些语音菜谱,用户可以基于微波炉的面板控制微波炉播报相应的菜谱。对于用户喜欢吃的菜品,可能会重复制作多次,而用户每次利用微波炉制作同一菜品时,需要重新设置微波炉的火力、加热时长等。现有微波炉的缺陷在于,微波炉不能智能学习与菜谱对应的参数设置习惯,导致用户每次制作同一菜谱时都需要重新设置微波炉的工作参数。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种微波炉语音控制方法及微波炉,旨在使得微波炉能够智能学习与菜谱对应的参数设置习惯,使得用户每次制作同一菜谱时不需要重新设置微波炉的工作参数。
本发明提供的微波炉语音控制方法包括:
接收用户输入的语音指令;
查找是否预存有与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数;
在查找到与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数时,按照所述默认菜谱参数控制所述微波炉工作;
在接收到用户输入的参数更改指令时,按照所述参数更改指令对应的参数控制所述微波炉工作,并根据所述参数更改指令更新所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数。
优选地,所述默认菜谱参数包括默认图像特征参数和默认微波炉运行参数,所述按照所述默认菜谱参数控制所述微波炉工作的步骤包括:
获取放置于微波炉内部的菜品的图片;
对所述菜品的图片进行图像识别,获取所述菜品对应的图像特征参数;
在所述菜品对应的图像特征参数与所述默认图像特征参数不匹配时,输出对应的提示信息;
在接收到用户的确认指令或获取的所述菜品对应的图像特征参数与所述默认图像特征参数匹配时,按照所述默认微波炉运行参数控制所述微波炉工作。
优选地,所述接收用户输入的语音指令的步骤之后,所述微波炉语音控制方法还包括:
在未查找到与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数时,获取与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程;
输出与所述菜谱教程对应的语音提示信息,接收用户基于所述语音提示信息输入的语音菜谱参数信息,并根据所述语音菜谱参数信息控制微波炉的工作状态;
根据所述微波炉的工作状态生成并保存与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数。
优选地,所述输出与所述菜谱教程对应的语音提示信息,接收用户基于所述语音提示信息输入的语音菜谱参数信息,并根据所述语音菜谱参数信息控制微波炉运行的步骤包括:
依次输出与所述菜谱对应的各个阶段的语音提示信息;
其中,在输出前一阶段的语音提示信息后,接收用户基于所述前一阶段的语音提示信息输入的语音菜谱参数信息,并根据所述前一阶段对应的语音菜谱参数信息控制微波炉的工作状态;在根据所述前一阶段对应的语音菜谱参数信息控制微波炉的工作状态完成后,输出后一阶段的所述语音提示信息,直至输出所有阶段的所述语音提示信息为止。

在每次输出当前阶段对应的所述语音提示信息后,判断是否接收到语音回跳指令;

本发明提供一种微波炉语音控制方法,该微波炉语音控制方法可以基于微波炉的控制器实现,参照图1,图1为本发明微波炉语音控制方法第一实施例的流程示意图,本发明提出的微波炉语音控制方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S10,接收用户输入的语音指令;
在本实施例中,在用户说出菜谱的名字时,可以视为接收到了语音指令,例如,清蒸鱼、烤鸡翅等,微波炉内部可以预存一些菜谱名字,在接收到声音信号时,对接收到的声音信号进行语音识别,在识别得到的结果与预设的菜谱名称匹配时,即可视为接收到了所述语音指令。
或者,还可以在用户说出预设食材的名字时,即可视为接收到了语音指令。例如,用户可以说“今天想做一条鱼”或者“今天想做鸡翅”,微波炉在接收到声音信号时,对接收到的声音信号进行语音识别,并可以识别到“鱼”或者“鸡翅”,微波炉内部可以预设上述食材,因此识别到的结果与预设食材匹配,即可视为接收到了所述语音指令。
或者,微波炉还可以对接收到的声音信号进行语义理解,根据语义理解的结果确定是否接收到了语音指令。例如,用户可以说“今天想做一道菜”或者“今天做什么菜呢”,微波炉接收到上述声音信号时,可以根据语义理解结果获知用户想做菜,因此也可以视为接收到了语音指令。此时,微波炉可以将其预存的菜谱名称播报出来,并在播报过程中或播报完成后,用户可以再次输入语音指令,例如,用户可以说“我要做清蒸鱼”。
步骤S20,查找是否预存有与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数;
步骤S30,在查找到与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数时,按照所述默认菜谱参数控制所述微波炉工作;
可以在微波炉本地查找是否预存有与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数,还可以在云端服务器中查找是否预存有与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数。例如,可以优先在微波炉本地查找默认菜谱参数,在未在本地查找到与语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数时,再向云端服务器中查找;或者,还可以优先在云端服务器中查找默认菜谱参数,在未在云端服务器查找到与语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数时,则再在微波炉本地查找。
本实施例中,默认菜谱参数可以是对应各个预设菜谱分别设置的一些参数信息,例如,预设菜谱可以为清蒸鱼、烤鸡翅等,每个预设菜谱对应设置有参数信息。参数信息可以包括加热火力、加热持续时长等。默认菜谱参数可以为从网上下载的。可选的,也可以为微波炉根据用户之前输入的语音菜谱参数信息或参数更改信息或参数设置信息等进行智能学习而自动生成的。
例如,微波炉预存有预设菜谱“清蒸鱼”,在用户说出语音指令“我想做清蒸鱼”后,微波炉可以查找到预设菜谱“清蒸鱼”,该预设菜谱对应的参数信息可以为加热时长7分钟、火力为武火等,则微波炉将按照默认菜谱参数工作;或者更具体的,微波炉预存有预设菜谱“清蒸鱼、一斤、嫩”,用户还可以说“我想做清蒸鱼,鱼重一斤,要吃嫩一点的”,则微波炉可以查找到预设菜谱“清蒸鱼、一斤、嫩”,该预设菜谱对应的参数信息可以为加热时长五分钟、火力为中火等。
在未查找到与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数时,微波炉可以继续等待接收用户输入的语音指令,即继续执行所述步骤S10。
在未查找到与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数时,微波炉还可以输出相应的提示信息,例如,可以输出语音“没有清蒸鱼菜谱”,此时,用户可以自行设置火力和加热时长,来控制微波炉制作“清蒸鱼”的加热工作。
可选的,微波炉还可以记录用户设置的参数信息,并根据设置的参数信息生成“清蒸鱼”默认菜谱参数,以供用户下次再次想要制作“清蒸鱼”时,该微波炉可以按照生成的默认菜谱参数控制微波炉工作。
可选的,默认菜谱参数还可以为用户预先输入的,即用户可以预先设置语音指令与默认菜谱参数的对应关系,例如,可以预先设置“清蒸鱼”与默认菜谱参数“加热时长7分钟、火力为武火”之间的对应关系。
步骤S40,在接收到用户输入的参数更改指令时,按照所述参数更改指令对应的参数控制所述微波炉工作,并根据所述参数更改指令更新所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数。
用户可能对默认菜谱参数不满意,例如,“清蒸鱼”的默认菜谱参数对应的加热时长为7分钟、火力为武火,用户此次可能想吃更嫩一点的,因此希望加热时间短一些,因此可能在微波炉开启加热之前或加热的过程中调节微波炉的加热时长,例如,可能将加热时长更改为5分钟。则微波炉将会按照更改后的参数工作,即,加热5分钟即可。在此基础上,微波炉将会根据参数更改指令更新默认菜谱参数对应的参数信息。
更新的方式可以为,直接将默认菜谱参数更改为所述参数更改指令对应的参数,例如,可以直接将默认菜谱参数对应的加热时长更改为5分钟。更新的方式还可以为,根据默认菜谱参数与所述参数更改指令对应的参数之间的差值与比例因子之间的乘积来更新默认菜谱参数,例如,默认菜谱参数对应的加热时长与所述参数更改指令对应的加热时长之间的差值为2分钟,比例因子可以设置为0.5,则所述差值与比例因子之间的乘积为1分钟,因此,可以将原默认菜谱参数对应的加热时长7分钟减去所述乘积1分钟,即可将默认菜谱参数的加热时长更新为6分钟。
本发明提供的微波炉语音控制方法,通过接收用户输入的语音指令,查找是否预存有与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数,在查找到与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数时,按照所述默认菜谱参数控制所述微波炉工作,在接收到用户输入的参数更改指令时,按照所述参数更改指令对应的参数控制所述微波炉工作,并根据所述参数更改指令更新所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数,从而使得微波炉能够不断地根据用户输入的参数更改指令更新默认菜谱参数,智能学习与菜谱对应的参数设置习惯,使得默认菜谱参数越来越符合用户的使用习惯,用户每次制作同一菜谱时不需要重新设置微波炉的工作参数。
进一步的,为了进一步提高微波炉的智能性,使得微波炉能够更加智能的根据用户的使用习惯输出相应的提示信息,进而使得制作的菜品更加符合用户的口味习惯,基于本发明微波炉语音控制方法的第一实施例,本发明还提出了微波炉语音控制方法的第二实施例,参照图2,图2为本发明微波炉语音控制方法第二实施例中控制微波炉工作步骤的细化流程示意图,在第二实施例中,所述默认菜谱参数包括默认图像特征参数和默认微波炉运行参数,步骤S30包括:
步骤S31,获取放置于微波炉内部的菜品的图片;
在本实施例中,可以在微波炉内部预设一摄像头,在用户将菜谱置于微波炉内部时,微波炉可以通过摄像头获取菜品的图片。
步骤S32,对所述菜品的图片进行图像识别,获取所述菜品对应的图像特征参数;
步骤S33,在所述菜品对应的图像特征参数与所述默认图像特征参数不匹配时,输出对应的提示信息;
步骤S34,在接收到用户的确认指令或获取的所述菜品对应的图像特征参数与所述默认图像特征参数匹配时,按照所述默认微波炉运行参数控制所述微波炉工作。
微波炉可以对所述菜品的图片进行图像特征分析。例如,以清蒸鱼为例,可以对菜品的图片进行图像识别,来判断鱼的表面被划了几刀,默认菜谱参数对应的划刀的数量例如可以为三刀,在识别结果为两刀时,则可输出对应的提示信息,例如,可以输出“确认只需要划两刀吗?”,用户可以进一步输入确认指令或者再重新对鱼划一刀,然后再将鱼置于微波炉内,以供微波炉重新获取菜品的图片,并再次进行图像识别,直至匹配为止。或者,还可以通过对菜品的图片进行图像识别,并根据菜品的图片的颜色来判断辅助调料的用量,例如,可以判断辣椒的用量、酱油的用量等。默认图像特征参数可以为一区间,可以判断菜品的图片对应的图像特征参数是否位于默认图像特征参数区间内,在位于区间内时,即可认为所述菜品对应的图像特征参数与所述默认图像特征参数匹配。
应当说明的是,在步骤S32之后,若所述菜品对应的图像特征参数与所述默认图像特征参数匹配,则直接按照所述默认微波炉运行参数控制所述微波炉工作。若所述菜品对应的图像特征参数与所述默认图像特征参数不匹配时,则输出对应的提示信息。微波炉输出提示信息后,用户可以直接输入确认指令,在微波炉接收到确认指令时,按照所述默认微波炉运行参数控制所述微波炉工作;或者,用户还可以重新对菜品进行处理,以供微波炉重新获取菜品的图片,并在重新获取的所述菜品对应的图像特征参数与所述默认菜谱图像特征参数匹配时,按照所述默认微波炉运行参数控制所述微波炉工作。
进一步的,为了进一步提高微波炉的智能学习性,基于本发明微波炉语音控制方法的第一或第二实施例,本发明还提出了微波炉语音控制方法的第三实施例,步骤S10之后,所述微波炉语音控制方法还包括:
在未查找到与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数时,获取与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程;
输出与所述菜谱教程对应的语音提示信息,接收用户基于所述语音提示信息输入的语音菜谱参数信息,并根据所述语音菜谱参数信息控制微波炉的工作状态;
根据所述微波炉的工作状态生成并保存与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数。
菜谱教程包括若干语音提示信息,且这些语音提示信息可以分阶段播出。可选的,菜谱教程还可以包括若干图片或视频,该图片或视频用于提示菜品的制作方法,在各个阶段播放上述语音提示信息的同时,还可以在微波炉的面板上显示与当前阶段对应的图片或视频。
在本实施例中,可以有两种方式获取菜谱教程。
一种方式为,微波炉内部可以预设有若干菜谱教程,且菜谱教程可以与菜谱名称关联保存。例如,可以预设有“清蒸鱼”和“烤鸡翅”的菜谱教程,在语音指令对应的菜谱名称为“清蒸鱼”时,即可获得“清蒸鱼”的菜谱教程。
另一种方式为,微波炉还可以根据语音指令向网络上获取菜谱教程。微波炉可以通过有线或无线的方式联网。
可选的,在获取菜谱教程时,可以优先获取微波炉本地中菜谱教程库中的菜谱教程,在本地没有对应的菜谱教程时,则可向云端服务器获取,获取与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程的步骤可以包括,在预存的菜谱教程库中查找与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程;在所述菜谱教程库中不存在与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程时,发送与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程获取请求至服务器,以供所述服务器返回与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程。
在本实施例中,微波炉中具有一菜谱教程库,在接收到语音指令时,优先在菜谱教程库中查找与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程。若在所述菜谱教程库中查找到了与语音指令对应的菜谱教程,则获取查找到的菜谱教程;若经过查找,发现菜谱教程库中不存在与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程,则向网络服务器获取与语音指令对应的菜谱教程。
可选的,在获取菜谱教程时,还可以优先向云端服务器获取菜谱教程,获取与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程的步骤可以包括,发送与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程获取请求至服务器;获取所述服务器返回的与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程。在云端服务器未能成功返回菜谱教程时,则再获取微波炉本地中菜谱教程库中的菜谱教程,即,获取与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程的步骤还可以包括:在未获取到所述服务器返回的与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程时,在预存的菜谱教程库中查找与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程。
可选的,所述语音菜谱参数信息包括菜品类型信息、口味信息、菜品数量信息和/或菜品重量信息。菜品类型信息例如可以为鱼的种类(如鲈鱼、黄花鱼等)、鱼的做法(如清蒸、烧烤)等。口味信息例如可以为嫩的、老的等。

进一步的,为了进一步提高微波炉与用户之间的互动性,以使得微波炉制作的菜品更加符合用户的需求,基于本发明微波炉语音控制方法的第三实施例,本发明还提出了微波炉语音控制方法的第四实施例,所述输出与所述菜谱教程对应的语音提示信息,接收用户基于所述语音提示信息输入的语音菜谱参数信息,并根据所述语音菜谱参数信息控制微波炉运行的步骤包括:依次输出与所述菜谱对应的各个阶段的语音提示信息;其中,在输出前一阶段的语音提示信息后,接收用户基于所述前一阶段的语音提示信息输入的语音菜谱参数信息,并根据所述前一阶段对应的语音菜谱参数信息控制微波炉的工作状态;在根据所述前一阶段对应的语音菜谱参数信息控制微波炉的工作状态完成后,输出后一阶段的所述语音提示信息,直至输出所有阶段的所述语音提示信息为止。
在本实施例中,菜品教程可以预设各个阶段,每一阶段设置有对应的语音提示信息,各个阶段的语音提示信息依次序播放。
在播放完第一阶段的语音提示信息后,可以等待接收用户输入的语音菜谱参数信息,例如,在微波炉输出的第一阶段的语音提示信息为“请问是什么鱼”时,用户可以说“是一条鲈鱼”,在微波炉接收到该语音菜谱参数信息后,可以控制微波炉仍处于未加热状态,并可接着播放第二阶段的语音提示信息。第二阶段的语音提示信息可以为“这鱼有几斤?”,用户例如可以说“一斤重”,在微波炉接收到该语音菜谱参数信息时,可以控制微波炉仍处于未加热状态,并接着播放第三阶段的语音提示信息。第三阶段的语音提示信息可以为“一斤重的鱼两侧各划3刀可保证入味”。
可选的,微波炉在播放完前一阶段的语音提示信息后,可以间隔预设时间后再播放后一阶段的语音提示信息。例如,在播放完成第三阶段的语音提示信息后,微波炉可以在间隔预设时间后,再播放第四阶段的语音提示信息。

接着输出第五阶段的语音提示信息,第五阶段的语音提示信息可以为“想吃嫩一些的还是老一些的?”,用户可以说“想吃嫩一些的”,则微波炉在接收到第五阶段对应的语音菜谱参数信息后,可以自动开启加热状态。且加热状态的火力、加热持续时长等可以根据各个阶段获取的语音菜谱参数信息进行确定。直至加热完成。
可选的,在加热过程中或加热完成后,还可以设置第六阶段,第六阶段对应的语音提示信息可以为“趁鱼在微波炉蒸的时候,拿锅烧些滚烫的油,最好要把油烧到会冒烟为好”、“将烧热的油均匀淋到鱼上,蒸鱼完成了”等。

在本实施例中,微波炉在某一阶段输出语音提示信息后,用户可能没听清楚或者微波炉输出的语音提示信息不够细化,因此,用户可以对微波炉进行提问、或者要求微波炉再次重复当前阶段对应的语音提示信息、或者要求微波炉细化当前阶段的语音提示信息。例如,用户可以说“什么?”、“没听清楚?”、“再说一遍”、“加多少?”等,微波炉可以对接收到的语音信号进行语义理解,判断用户发出的语音信号的含义。
语音细化提示信息可以为语音提示信息的细化、或具体步骤、或具体用量等。例如,微波炉在某一阶段输出的语音提示信息为“撒上孜然粉、五香粉、花椒粉、胡椒粉、白糖”,若用户不知道具体放多少孜然粉、五香粉、花椒粉、胡椒粉、白糖等,则可以对微波炉进行提问,例如,可以说“要撒多少?”,微波炉在接收到该语音提问指令时,即可输出预存的与当前语音提示信息对应的语音细化提示信息。例如,微波炉可以输出“撒孜然粉1克”、“撒五香粉1克”、“撒花椒粉1克”、“撒胡椒粉1克”、“撒白糖1.5克”等。或者在微波炉内没有预存有与当前阶段对应的语音细化提示信息时,微波炉可以向外部网络获取对应的提示信息。例如,微波炉向网络服务器发送与“清蒸鱼”对应的“孜然粉、五香粉、花椒粉、胡椒粉、白糖”等的用量的获取请求,通过网络搜索的方式搜索现有的“清蒸鱼”对应的“孜然粉、五香粉、花椒粉、胡椒粉、白糖”等的用量,然后网络服务器返回对应的用量信息后,该用量信息可以为文字形式或语音形式等,在为文字形式时,则微波炉可以将文字形式的用量信息以语音的形式播报出来,即播报了语音细化提示信息。
本实施例提供的微波炉语音控制方法,微波炉可以向用户输出语音细化提示信息,从而使得用户获得更加详细的菜谱。

接收模块10,用于接收用户输入的语音指令;
在本实施例中,在用户说出菜谱的名字时,可以视为接收到了语音指令,例如,清蒸鱼、烤鸡翅等,微波炉内部可以预存一些菜谱名字,在接收到声音信号时,对接收到的声音信号进行语音识别,在识别得到的结果与预设的菜谱名称匹配时,即可视为接收到了所述语音指令。
或者,还可以在用户说出预设食材的名字时,即可视为接收到了语音指令。例如,用户可以说“今天想做一条鱼”或者“今天想做鸡翅”,微波炉在接收到声音信号时,对接收到的声音信号进行语音识别,并可以识别到“鱼”或者“鸡翅”,微波炉内部可以预设上述食材,因此识别到的结果与预设食材匹配,即可视为接收到了所述语音指令。
或者,微波炉还可以对接收到的声音信号进行语义理解,根据语义理解的结果确定是否接收到了语音指令。例如,用户可以说“今天想做一道菜”或者“今天做什么菜呢”,微波炉接收到上述声音信号时,可以根据语义理解结果获知用户想做菜,因此也可以视为接收到了语音指令。此时,微波炉可以将其预存的菜谱名称播报出来,并在播报过程中或播报完成后,用户可以再次输入语音指令,例如,用户可以说“我要做清蒸鱼”。
查找模块20,用于查找是否预存有与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数;
控制模块30,用于在查找到与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数时,按照所述默认菜谱参数控制所述微波炉工作;

本实施例中,默认菜谱参数可以是对应各个预设菜谱分别设置的一些参数信息,例如,预设菜谱可以为清蒸鱼、烤鸡翅等,每个预设菜谱对应设置有参数信息。参数信息可以包括加热火力、加热持续时长等。默认菜谱参数可以为从网上下载的。可选的,也可以为微波炉根据用户之前输入的语音菜谱参数信息或参数更改信息或参数设置信息等进行智能学习而自动生成的。
例如,微波炉预存有预设菜谱“清蒸鱼”,在用户说出语音指令“我想做清蒸鱼”后,微波炉可以查找到预设菜谱“清蒸鱼”,该预设菜谱对应的参数信息可以为加热时长7分钟、火力为武火等,则微波炉将按照默认菜谱参数工作;或者更具体的,微波炉预存有预设菜谱“清蒸鱼、一斤、嫩”,用户还可以说“我想做清蒸鱼,鱼重一斤,要吃嫩一点的”,则微波炉可以查找到预设菜谱“清蒸鱼、一斤、嫩”,该预设菜谱对应的参数信息可以为加热时长五分钟、火力为中火等。
在未查找到与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数时,微波炉可以继续等待接收用户输入的语音指令,即接收模块10继续接收用户输入的语音指令。
在未查找到与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数时,微波炉还可以输出相应的提示信息,例如,可以输出语音“没有清蒸鱼菜谱”,此时,用户可以自行设置火力和加热时长,来控制微波炉制作“清蒸鱼”的加热工作。
可选的,微波炉还可以记录用户设置的参数信息,并根据设置的参数信息生成“清蒸鱼”默认菜谱参数,以供用户下次再次想要制作“清蒸鱼”时,该微波炉可以按照生成的默认菜谱参数对应的参数信息控制微波炉工作。
可选的,默认菜谱参数还可以为用户预先输入的,即用户可以预先设置语音指令与默认菜谱参数的对应关系,例如,可以预先设置“清蒸鱼”与默认菜谱参数“加热时长7分钟、火力为武火”之间的对应关系。
更新模块40,用于在接收到用户输入的参数更改指令时,按照所述参数更改指令对应的参数控制所述微波炉工作,并根据所述参数更改指令更新所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数。
用户可能对默认菜谱参数不满意,例如,“清蒸鱼”的默认菜谱参数对应的加热时长为7分钟、火力为武火,用户此次可能想吃更嫩一点的,因此希望加热时间短一些,因此可能在微波炉开启加热之前或加热的过程中调节微波炉的加热时长,例如,可能将加热时长更改为5分钟。则微波炉将会按照更改后的参数工作,即,加热5分钟即可。在此基础上,微波炉将会根据参数更改指令更新默认菜谱参数对应的参数信息。
更新的方式可以为,直接将默认菜谱参数更改为所述参数更改指令对应的参数,例如,可以直接将默认菜谱参数对应的加热时长更改为5分钟。更新的方式还可以为,根据默认菜谱参数与所述参数更改指令对应的参数之间的差值与比例因子之间的乘积来更新默认菜谱参数,例如,默认菜谱参数对应的加热时长与所述参数更改指令对应的加热时长之间的差值为2分钟,比例因子可以设置为0.5,则所述差值与比例因子之间的乘积为1分钟,因此,可以将原默认菜谱参数对应的加热时长7分钟减去所述乘积1分钟,即可将默认菜谱参数的加热时长更新为6分钟。
本发明提供的微波炉,通过接收用户输入的语音指令,查找是否预存有与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数,在查找到与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数时,按照所述默认菜谱参数控制所述微波炉工作,在接收到用户输入的参数更改指令时,按照所述参数更改指令对应的参数控制所述微波炉工作,并根据所述参数更改指令更新所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数,从而使得微波炉能够不断地根据用户输入的参数更改指令更新默认菜谱参数,智能学习与菜谱对应的参数设置习惯,使得默认菜谱参数越来越符合用户的使用习惯,用户每次制作同一菜谱时不需要重新设置微波炉的工作参数。
进一步的,为了进一步提高微波炉的智能性,使得微波炉能够更加智能的根据用户的使用习惯输出相应的提示信息,进而使得制作的菜品更加符合用户的口味习惯,基于本发明微波炉的第一实施例,本发明还提出了微波炉的第二实施例,参照图4,图4为本发明微波炉第二实施例中控制模块的细化功能模块示意图,在第二实施例中,所述默认菜谱参数包括默认图像特征参数和默认微波炉运行参数,所述控制模块30包括:
第一获取单元31,用于获取放置于微波炉内部的菜品的图片;
在本实施例中,可以在微波炉内部预设一摄像头,在用户将菜谱置于微波炉内部时,微波炉可以通过摄像头获取菜品的图片。

输出单元33,用于在所述菜品对应的图像特征参数与所述默认图像特征参数不匹配时,输出对应的提示信息;
控制单元34,用于在接收到用户的确认指令或获取的所述菜品对应的图像特征参数与所述默认图像特征参数匹配时,按照所述默认微波炉运行参数控制所述微波炉工作。
微波炉可以对所述菜品的图片进行图像特征分析。例如,以清蒸鱼为例,可以对菜品的图片进行图像识别,来判断鱼的表面被划了几刀,默认菜谱参数对应的划刀的数量例如可以为三刀,在识别结果为两刀时,则可输出对应的提示信息,例如,可以输出“确认只需要划两刀吗?”,用户可以进一步输入确认指令或者再重新对鱼划一刀,然后再将鱼置于微波炉内,以供微波炉重新获取菜品的图片,并再次进行图像识别,直至匹配为止。或者,还可以通过对菜品的图片进行图像识别,并根据菜品的图片的颜色来判断辅助调料的用量,例如,可以判断辣椒的用量、酱油的用量等。默认图像特征参数可以为一区间,可以判断菜品的图片对应的图像特征参数是否位于默认图像特征参数区间内,在位于区间内时,即可认为所述菜品对应的图像特征参数与所述默认图像特征参数匹配。
应当说明的是,若所述菜品对应的图像特征参数与所述默认图像特征参数匹配,则直接按照所述默认微波炉运行参数控制所述微波炉工作。若所述菜品对应的图像特征参数与所述默认图像特征参数不匹配时,则输出对应的提示信息。微波炉输出提示信息后,用户可以直接输入确认指令,在微波炉接收到确认指令时,按照所述默认微波炉运行参数控制所述微波炉工作;或者,用户还可以重新对菜品进行处理,以供微波炉重新获取菜品的图片,并在重新获取的所述菜品对应的图像特征参数与所述默认菜谱图像特征参数匹配时,按照所述默认微波炉运行参数控制所述微波炉工作。
进一步的,为了进一步提高微波炉的智能学习性,基于本发明微波炉的第一或第二实施例,本发明还提出了微波炉的第三实施例,参照图5,图5为本发明微波炉第三实施例的功能模块示意图,所述微波炉还包括获取模块50和生成模块60,所述获取模块50用于在未查找到与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数时,获取与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程;
所述控制模块还用于输出与所述菜谱教程对应的语音提示信息,接收用户基于所述语音提示信息输入的语音菜谱参数信息,并根据所述语音菜谱参数信息控制微波炉的工作状态;
所述生成模块60用于根据所述微波炉的工作状态生成并保存与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数。
菜谱教程包括若干语音提示信息,且这些语音提示信息可以分阶段播出。可选的,菜谱教程还可以包括若干图片或视频,该图片或视频用于提示菜品的制作方法,在各个阶段播放上述语音提示信息的同时,还可以在微波炉的面板上显示与当前阶段对应的图片或视频。
在本实施例中,可以有两种方式获取菜谱教程。
一种方式为,微波炉内部可以预设有若干菜谱教程,且菜谱教程可以与菜谱名称关联保存。例如,可以预设有“清蒸鱼”和“烤鸡翅”的菜谱教程,在语音指令对应的菜谱名称为“清蒸鱼”时,即可获得“清蒸鱼”的菜谱教程。
另一种方式为,微波炉还可以根据语音指令向网络上获取菜谱教程。微波炉可以通过有线或无线的方式联网。
可选的,所述获取模块50在获取菜谱教程时,可以优先获取微波炉本地中菜谱教程库中的菜谱教程,在本地没有对应的菜谱教程时,则可向云端服务器获取,在本实施例中,所述获取模块50还可以用于在预存的菜谱教程库中查找与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程;在所述菜谱教程库中不存在与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程时,发送与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程获取请求至服务器,以供所述服务器返回与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程。
在本实施例中,微波炉中具有一菜谱教程库,在接收到语音指令时,优先在菜谱教程库中查找与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程。若在所述菜谱教程库中查找到了与语音指令对应的菜谱教程,则获取查找到的菜谱教程;若经过查找,发现菜谱教程库中不存在与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程,则向网络服务器获取与语音指令对应的菜谱教程。
可选的,所述获取模块50在获取菜谱教程时,还可以优先向云端服务器获取菜谱教程,在本实施例中,所述获取模块50还可以用于发送与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程获取请求至服务器;获取所述服务器返回的与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程。在云端服务器未能成功返回菜谱教程时,则再获取微波炉本地中菜谱教程库中的菜谱教程,即,所述获取模块50还可以用于在未获取到所述服务器返回的与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程时,在预存的菜谱教程库中查找与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程。
可选的,所述语音菜谱参数信息包括菜品类型信息、口味信息、菜品数量信息和/或菜品重量信息。菜品类型信息例如可以为鱼的种类(如鲈鱼、黄花鱼等)、鱼的做法(如清蒸、烧烤)等。口味信息例如可以为嫩的、老的等。

进一步的,为了进一步提高微波炉与用户之间的互动性,以使得微波炉制作的菜品更加符合用户的需求,基于本发明微波炉的第三实施例,本发明还提出了微波炉的第四实施例,所述控制模块30还用于依次输出与所述菜谱对应的各个阶段的语音提示信息;其中,在输出前一阶段的语音提示信息后,接收用户基于所述前一阶段的语音提示信息输入的语音菜谱参数信息,并根据所述前一阶段对应的语音菜谱参数信息控制微波炉的工作状态;在根据所述前一阶段对应的语音菜谱参数信息控制微波炉的工作状态完成后,输出后一阶段的所述语音提示信息,直至输出所有阶段的所述语音提示信息为止。
在本实施例中,菜品教程可以预设各个阶段,每一阶段设置有对应的语音提示信息,各个阶段的语音提示信息依次序播放。
在播放完第一阶段的语音提示信息后,可以等待接收用户输入的语音菜谱参数信息,例如,在微波炉输出的第一阶段的语音提示信息为“请问是什么鱼”时,用户可以说“是一条鲈鱼”,在微波炉接收到该语音菜谱参数信息后,可以控制微波炉仍处于未加热状态,并可接着播放第二阶段的语音提示信息。第二阶段的语音提示信息可以为“这鱼有几斤?”,用户例如可以说“一斤重”,在微波炉接收到该语音菜谱参数信息时,可以控制微波炉仍处于未加热状态,并接着播放第三阶段的语音提示信息。第三阶段的语音提示信息可以为“一斤重的鱼两侧各划3刀可保证入味”。
可选的,微波炉在播放完前一阶段的语音提示信息后,可以间隔预设时间后再播放后一阶段的语音提示信息。例如,在播放完成第三阶段的语音提示信息后,微波炉可以在间隔预设时间后,再播放第四阶段的语音提示信息。
可选的,微波炉还可以在输出预设阶段的所述语音提示信息后,等待接收用户输入的语音确认指令;并在接收到所述语音确认指令时,输出后一阶段的所述语音提示信息。本实施例中,第三阶段即可设置为所述预设阶段。在输出第三阶段的语音提示信息后,则微波炉处于等待状态,此时仍处于未加热状态。在此期间用户可以根据微波炉的提示进行相应的操作,例如,可以对鱼的两侧划三刀,在划完后可以说“划刀完毕”。在微波炉接收到“划刀完毕”声音信号后,对其进行语义理解后,可以确认接收到了语音确认指令。因此,微波炉可以接着输出第四阶段对应的语音提示信息。
第四阶段的语音提示信息可以为“切一些葱段,一部分切成圆柱形,一部分切成丝”、“将姜丝和葱丝放在鱼腹和鱼头内,并撒一些在鱼身上”、“为了更好的受热均匀,将鱼立起来放置,像图中一样”、“贴上保鲜膜,扎几个洞,放到微波炉里”等等,每输出一句话后,可以等待预设时间间隔后再输出后一句话,或者在接收到所述确认指令后再输出后一句话。
接着输出第五阶段的语音提示信息,第五阶段的语音提示信息可以为“想吃嫩一些的还是老一些的?”,用户可以说“想吃嫩一些的”,则微波炉在接收到第五阶段对应的语音菜谱参数信息后,可以自动开启加热状态。且加热状态的火力、加热持续时长等可以根据各个阶段获取的语音菜谱参数信息进行确定。直至加热完成。
可选的,在加热过程中或加热完成后,还可以设置第六阶段,第六阶段对应的语音提示信息可以为“趁鱼在微波炉蒸的时候,拿锅烧些滚烫的油,最好要把油烧到会冒烟为好”、“将烧热的油均匀淋到鱼上,蒸鱼完成了”等。
进一步的,为了进一步提高微波炉与用户之间的互动性,基于本发明微波炉的第四实施例,本发明还提出了微波炉的第五实施例,参照图6,图6为本发明微波炉第五实施例的功能模块示意图,所述微波炉还包括判断模块70和输出模块80;
所述判断模块70用于在每次输出当前阶段对应的所述语音提示信息后,判断是否接收到语音回跳指令;
所述输出模块80用于在接收到所述语音回跳指令时,再次输出前一阶段对应的语音提示信息。
在本实施例中,微波炉在某一阶段输出语音提示信息后,用户可能想要重听上一阶段的语音提示信息,因此,用户可以对微波炉输入回跳指令,例如,用户可以说“请返回上一阶段”、“上个步骤是啥?”等,微波炉可以对接收到的语音信号进行语义理解,判断用户发出的语音信号的含义,进而判断是否接收到回跳指令。
本实施例提供的微波炉语音控制方法,从而使得在用户忘记前一阶段对应的语音提示信息时,用户可以控制微波炉回跳至前一阶段,更加便于用户的使用。
进一步的,为了进一步提高微波炉与用户之间的互动性,以及使得用户获得更加详细的菜谱,以使得微波炉制作的菜品更加符合用户的需求,基于本发明微波炉的第四或第五实施例,本发明还提出了微波炉的第六实施例,所述微波炉还包括判断模块和输出模块,所述判断模块还用于在每次输出所述语音提示信息后,判断是否接收到语音提问指令;所述输出模块用于在接收到所述语音提问指令时,再次输出当前阶段对应的语音提示信息,或输出与当前阶段对应的语音细化提示信息。
在本实施例中,微波炉在某一阶段输出语音提示信息后,用户可能没听清楚或者微波炉输出的语音提示信息不够细化,因此,用户可以对微波炉进行提问、或者要求微波炉再次重复当前阶段对应的语音提示信息、或者要求微波炉细化当前阶段的语音提示信息。例如,用户可以说“什么?”、“没听清楚?”、“再说一遍”、“加多少?”等,微波炉可以对接收到的语音信号进行语义理解,判断用户发出的语音信号的含义。
语音细化提示信息可以为语音提示信息的细化、或具体步骤、或具体用量等。例如,微波炉在某一阶段输出的语音提示信息为“撒上孜然粉、五香粉、花椒粉、胡椒粉、白糖”,若用户不知道具体放多少孜然粉、五香粉、花椒粉、胡椒粉、白糖等,则可以对微波炉进行提问,例如,可以说“要撒多少?”,微波炉在接收到该语音提问指令时,即可输出预存的与当前语音提示信息对应的语音细化提示信息。例如,微波炉可以输出“撒孜然粉1克”、“撒五香粉1克”、“撒花椒粉1克”、“撒胡椒粉1克”、“撒白糖1.5克”等。或者在微波炉内没有预存有与当前阶段对应的语音细化提示信息时,微波炉可以向外部网络获取对应的提示信息。例如,微波炉向网络服务器发送与“清蒸鱼”对应的“孜然粉、五香粉、花椒粉、胡椒粉、白糖”等的用量的获取请求,通过网络搜索的方式搜索现有的“清蒸鱼”对应的“孜然粉、五香粉、花椒粉、胡椒粉、白糖”等的用量,然后网络服务器返回对应的用量信息后,该用量信息可以为文字形式或语音形式等,在为文字形式时,则微波炉可以将文字形式的用量信息以语音的形式播报出来,即播报了语音细化提示信息。
本实施例提供的微波炉,微波炉可以向用户输出语音细化提示信息,从而使得用户获得更加详细的菜谱。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者装置所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置中还存在另外的相同要素。
上述本发明实施例序号仅仅为了描述,不代表实施例的优劣。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,空调器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种微波炉语音控制方法,其特征在于,所述微波炉语音控制方法包括:
    接收用户输入的语音指令;
    查找是否预存有与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数;
    在查找到与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数时,按照所述默认菜谱参数控制所述微波炉工作;
    在接收到用户输入的参数更改指令时,按照所述参数更改指令对应的参数控制所述微波炉工作,并根据所述参数更改指令更新所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数。
  2. 权利要求1所述的微波炉语音控制方法,其特征在于,所述默认菜谱参数包括默认图像特征参数和默认微波炉运行参数,所述按照所述默认菜谱参数控制所述微波炉工作的步骤包括:
    获取放置于微波炉内部的菜品的图片;
    对所述菜品的图片进行图像识别,获取所述菜品对应的图像特征参数;
    在所述菜品对应的图像特征参数与所述默认图像特征参数不匹配时,输出对应的提示信息;
    在接收到用户的确认指令或获取的所述菜品对应的图像特征参数与所述默认图像特征参数匹配时,按照所述默认微波炉运行参数控制所述微波炉工作。
  3. 权利要求1所述的微波炉语音控制方法,其特征在于,所述接收用户输入的语音指令的步骤之后,所述微波炉语音控制方法还包括:
    在未查找到与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数时,获取与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程;
    输出与所述菜谱教程对应的语音提示信息,接收用户基于所述语音提示信息输入的语音菜谱参数信息,并根据所述语音菜谱参数信息控制微波炉的工作状态;
    根据所述微波炉的工作状态生成并保存与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数。
  4. 权利要求2所述的微波炉语音控制方法,其特征在于,所述接收用户输入的语音指令的步骤之后,所述微波炉语音控制方法还包括:
    在未查找到与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数时,获取与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程;
    输出与所述菜谱教程对应的语音提示信息,接收用户基于所述语音提示信息输入的语音菜谱参数信息,并根据所述语音菜谱参数信息控制微波炉的工作状态;
    根据所述微波炉的工作状态生成并保存与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数。
  5. 权利要求3所述的微波炉语音控制方法,其特征在于,所述输出与所述菜谱教程对应的语音提示信息,接收用户基于所述语音提示信息输入的语音菜谱参数信息,并根据所述语音菜谱参数信息控制微波炉运行的步骤包括:
    依次输出与所述菜谱对应的各个阶段的语音提示信息;
    其中,在输出前一阶段的语音提示信息后,接收用户基于所述前一阶段的语音提示信息输入的语音菜谱参数信息,并根据所述前一阶段对应的语音菜谱参数信息控制微波炉的工作状态;在根据所述前一阶段对应的语音菜谱参数信息控制微波炉的工作状态完成后,输出后一阶段的所述语音提示信息,直至输出所有阶段的所述语音提示信息为止。
  6. 权利要求5所述的微波炉语音控制方法,其特征在于,所述微波炉语音控制方法还包括:
    在每次输出当前阶段对应的所述语音提示信息后,判断是否接收到语音回跳指令;
    在接收到所述语音回跳指令时,再次输出前一阶段对应的语音提示信息。
  7. 权利要求3所述的微波炉语音控制方法,其特征在于,所述获取与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程的步骤包括:
    发送与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程获取请求至服务器;
    获取所述服务器返回的与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程。
  8. 权利要求5所述的微波炉语音控制方法,其特征在于,所述微波炉语音控制方法还包括:
    在每次输出所述语音提示信息后,判断是否接收到语音提问指令;
    在接收到所述语音提问指令时,再次输出当前阶段对应的语音提示信息,或输出与当前阶段对应的语音细化提示信息。
  9. 种微波炉,其特征在于,所述微波炉包括:
    接收模块,用于接收用户输入的语音指令;
    查找模块,用于查找是否预存有与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数;
    控制模块,用于在查找到与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数时,按照所述默认菜谱参数控制所述微波炉工作;
    更新模块,用于在接收到用户输入的参数更改指令时,按照所述参数更改指令对应的参数控制所述微波炉工作,并根据所述参数更改指令更新所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数。
  10. 权利要求9所述的微波炉,其特征在于,所述默认菜谱参数包括默认图像特征参数和默认微波炉运行参数,所述控制模块包括:
    第一获取单元,用于获取放置于微波炉内部的菜品的图片;
    第二获取单元,用于对所述菜品的图片进行图像识别,获取所述菜品对应的图像特征参数;
    输出单元,用于在所述菜品对应的图像特征参数与所述默认图像特征参数不匹配时,输出对应的提示信息;
    控制单元,用于在接收到用户的确认指令或获取的所述菜品对应的图像特征参数与所述默认图像特征参数匹配时,按照所述默认微波炉运行参数控制所述微波炉工作。
  11. 权利要求9所述的微波炉,其特征在于,所述微波炉还包括获取模块和生成模块,所述获取模块用于在未查找到与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数时,获取与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程;
    所述控制模块还用于输出与所述菜谱教程对应的语音提示信息,接收用户基于所述语音提示信息输入的语音菜谱参数信息,并根据所述语音菜谱参数信息控制微波炉的工作状态;
    所述生成模块用于根据所述微波炉的工作状态生成并保存与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的微波炉,其特征在于,所述微波炉还包括获取模块和生成模块,所述获取模块用于在未查找到与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数时,获取与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程;
    所述控制模块还用于输出与所述菜谱教程对应的语音提示信息,接收用户基于所述语音提示信息输入的语音菜谱参数信息,并根据所述语音菜谱参数信息控制微波炉的工作状态;
    所述生成模块用于根据所述微波炉的工作状态生成并保存与所述语音指令对应的默认菜谱参数。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的微波炉,其特征在于,所述控制模块还用于依次输出与所述菜谱对应的各个阶段的语音提示信息;其中,在输出前一阶段的语音提示信息后,接收用户基于所述前一阶段的语音提示信息输入的语音菜谱参数信息,并根据所述前一阶段对应的语音菜谱参数信息控制微波炉的工作状态;在根据所述前一阶段对应的语音菜谱参数信息控制微波炉的工作状态完成后,输出后一阶段的所述语音提示信息,直至输出所有阶段的所述语音提示信息为止。
  14. 权利要求13所述的微波炉,其特征在于,所述微波炉还包括判断模块和输出模块;
    所述判断模块用于在每次输出当前阶段对应的所述语音提示信息后,判断是否接收到语音回跳指令;
    所述输出模块用于在接收到所述语音回跳指令时,再次输出前一阶段对应的语音提示信息。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的微波炉,其特征在于,所述获取模块还用于发送与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程获取请求至服务器,并获取所述服务器返回的与所述语音指令对应的菜谱教程。
  16. 如权利要求13所述的微波炉,其特征在于,所述微波炉还包括判断模块和输出模块,所述判断模块还用于在每次输出所述语音提示信息后,判断是否接收到语音提问指令;所述输出模块用于在接收到所述语音提问指令时,再次输出当前阶段对应的语音提示信息,或输出与当前阶段对应的语音细化提示信息。
