Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de diagnostic ultrasonore qui transmet un faisceau ultrasonore à un sujet depuis un transducteur de réseau dans lequel une pluralité de premiers éléments sont agencés, et reçoit un écho ultrasonore depuis le sujet pour effectuer un diagnostic ultrasonore. Le dispositif de diagnostic ultrasonore est pourvu de : une mémoire de données d'élément (7) qui stocke une pluralité de données d'élément qui sont délivrées en sortie depuis la pluralité de premiers éléments qui ont reçu un écho ultrasonore réfléchi par un point de réflexion dans le sujet en conséquence de la transmission d'un faisceau ultrasonore au point de réflexion ; une unité de calcul de différence de temps (21) qui calcule une pluralité de différences de temps entre des données d'élément correspondant à un élément de référence qui est l'un de la pluralité de premiers éléments et une pluralité de données d'élément correspondant à une pluralité d'éléments de mesure qui sont des éléments autres que les éléments de référence de la pluralité de premiers éléments ; une unité de calcul de vitesse sonore (22) qui calcule une pluralité de vitesses sonores individuelles correspondant à la pluralité d'éléments de mesure sur la base de la distance du point de réflexion à l'élément de référence, des distances du point de réflexion à la pluralité d'éléments de mesure, et de la pluralité de différences de temps calculées par l'unité de calcul de différence de temps (21) ; une unité de détermination de vitesse sonore globale (23) qui détermine la vitesse sonore globale sur la base des vitesses sonores individuelles calculées par l'unité de calcul de vitesse sonore (22).
