背景技术
水果和蔬菜是很多人都喜欢吃的食物,并且很多蔬果的表皮都含有大量的营养物质,因此人们常常带皮一起吃。但是目前蔬果在生长过程中,往往被喷洒农药,导致成熟后的蔬果表皮上会有农药残留,直接食用带有表皮的蔬果可能会导致一些严重的后果。例如土豆皮中含有一种“配糖生物碱”的物质,其在人体中累积到一定程度之后就会引起中毒,由于这种中毒属于慢性中毒,症状不是十分明显,往往被忽视,可能会造成很严重的后果。又例如柿子皮,由于柿子成熟之后,柿皮中集中存在一种“鞣酸”的物质,而鞣酸进入人体后在胃酸的作用下,会和食物中的蛋白质发生化学作用并生成名为“柿石”的沉淀物,会引起食用者产生多种疾病。
为了避免以上及其它食用带表皮蔬果造成的不良后果,人们一般利用蔬果清洁剂清洗蔬果或者直接削去蔬果的表皮。但是每次食用蔬果前都需要利用蔬果清洁剂清洗蔬果或者直接削去蔬果的表皮,整个过程较为繁琐,给食用者带来麻烦,影响食用者食用蔬果的体验。此外,人们还常常用热水烫蔬果以使剥皮更加容易,但这种做法往往会损失蔬果的营养价值。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,提出了本发明以便提供一种克服上述问题或者至少部分地解决上述问题的基于冷藏冷冻设备的蔬果处理方法与冷藏冷冻设备。
本发明的一个进一步的目的是要提高蔬果剥皮的便利性。
本发明的一个进一步的目的是要避免蔬果的营养价值降低。
特别地,本发明提供了一种基于冷藏冷冻设备的蔬果处理方法。该基于冷藏冷冻设备的蔬果处理方法包括:获取放入冷藏冷冻设备变温间室的蔬果的种类信息以及重量;根据种类信息以及重量确定蔬果对应的处理参数,其中处理参数包括对蔬果进行处理的处理时间和处理温度;以及根据处理参数调整变温间室的温度和持续时间,以使蔬果的表皮便于去除。
可选地,获取放入冷藏冷冻设备变温间室的蔬果的种类信息的步骤包括:利用冷藏冷冻设备配置的人机交互接口获取由用户手动输入的蔬果的种类信息;或利用冷藏冷冻设备变温间室内设置的图像拍摄装置对蔬果进行拍摄,以识别出蔬果的种类信息。
可选地,获取放入冷藏冷冻设备变温间室的蔬果的重量的步骤包括:获取冷藏冷冻设备变温间室内设置的重量感应传感器的重量测量值。
可选地,根据种类信息以及重量确定蔬果对应的处理参数的步骤包括:根据种类信息确定对蔬果进行冷冻的冷冻温度和冷冻时间;以及根据重量计算完成冷冻之后变温间室的升温时间。

根据本发明的另一个方面,还提供了一种冷藏冷冻设备。该冷藏冷冻设备包括:变温间室,其内部环境配置为受控地升温或冷却;蔬果识别器,配置成确定放入冷藏冷冻设备变温间室的蔬果的种类信息;重量感应传感器,设置于变温间室内,并配置成检测放入冷藏冷冻设备变温间室的蔬果的重量;以及控制器,配置成根据种类信息以及重量确定蔬果对应的处理参数,其中处理参数包括对蔬果进行处理的处理时间和处理温度;以及根据处理参数调整变温间室的温度和持续时间,以使蔬果的表皮便于去除。
可选地,蔬果识别器包括:人机交互接口,配置成获取由用户手动输入的蔬果的种类信息;和/或图像拍摄装置,设置于变温间室内,并配置成对蔬果进行拍摄,以识别出蔬果的种类信息。
可选地,控制器还配置成:根据种类信息确定对蔬果进行冷冻的冷冻温度和冷冻时间;以及根据重量计算完成冷冻之后变温间室的升温时间,并且将变温间室的温度调节至冷冻温度,并维持冷冻时间;完成冷冻之后,使变温间室升温并持续升温时间;以及完成升温之后,使变温间室的温度维持在预设的放置温度。

具体实施方式
本实施例提供了一种冷藏冷冻设备100,可以利用其中的变温间室110对蔬果进行处理,以使蔬果的表皮便于去除,以提高用户使用蔬果的便利性。图1是根据本发明一个实施例的冷藏冷冻设备100的示意图。如图1所示,该冷藏冷冻设备100可以包括:变温间室110、蔬果识别器120、以及控制器130。其中,变温间室110中还可以设置有重量感应传感器111。
冷藏冷冻设备一般会包括一个或多个制冷间室,间室的数量以及结构可以根据需求进行配置。间室按照用途不同可以配置为冷藏间室、冷冻间室、保鲜间室以及变温间室。其中变温间室一般是温度范围较冷冻间室和冷藏间室更宽的间室,是一种非常实用的间室,过节东西比较多的时候可以将其调节为冷冻室,一般情况下可以作为软冷冻或者冷藏间室,不需要的时候还可以将其关闭,十分灵活方便。
本实施例的冷藏冷冻设备100的变温间室110,其内部环境配置为受控地升温或冷却。冷藏冷冻设备100可以是风冷冰箱,变温间室110的冷却过程可以通过风门的开启或关闭控制,升温过程可以通过变温间室110内绝热隔板上设置的加热器进行控制。蔬果被放入冷藏冷冻设备100的变温间室110后,通过调节变温间室110对蔬果的处理温度与处理时间,可以使蔬果的表皮便于去除。
蔬果识别器120可以配置成确定放入冷藏冷冻设备100的变温间室110的蔬果的种类信息,识别出的信息可以包括但不限于蔬果的名称、类型。蔬果识别器120可以利用设置于冷藏冷冻设备100配置的人机交互接口获取由用户手动输入的蔬果种类信息。人机交互接口可以采用例如物理按键或触摸按键,在一些优选实施例中人机交互接口可以使用可触摸的显示屏获取输入的信息。人机交互接口不仅可以获取由用户手动输入的被取放物品的信息,在一些可选实施例中还可以用于对自动识别出的物品信息进行确认。
可触摸的显示屏还可以用于接收用户对蔬果进行处理的指令。接收到处理指令时,变温间室110可以进入处理蔬果的待操作状态,没有接收到用户对蔬果的处理指令时,变温间室110可以有其它用途,例如作为冷藏或冷冻间室储存食物,也可以将变温间室110关闭以节省能源。
此外,可触摸的显示屏还可以用于显示冷藏冷冻设备100的运行参数以供用户调节,例如冷藏冷冻设备100的冷藏、冷冻或变温间室110的温度,还可以显示冷藏冷冻设备100的运行模式以供用户选择,例如速冻、速冷、假日等,也可以显示冷藏冷冻设备100的储物间室内的储物情况,以供用户查看。
蔬果识别器120也可以利用设置于冷藏冷冻设备100上的条码扫描装置进行信息的获取。条码扫描装置对放入蔬果包装上的条码进行扫描,以确定被放入蔬果的信息,然后可以去除包装,只将蔬果放入变温间室110以进行处理。上述条码可以是条形码或者二维码。
在一些优选实施例中,蔬果识别器120可以利用设置于冷藏冷冻设备100的变温间室110内的图像拍摄装置对蔬果进行拍摄,以识别出蔬果的种类信息。图像拍摄装置设置于冷藏冷冻设备100的变温间室110内部,图像拍摄装置可以是摄像头,能够对变温间室110的储物区域进行拍摄,得到被放入蔬果的图像。通过对蔬果图像进行识别,即可以确定被放入蔬果的种类信息。
重量感应传感器111设置于变温间室110内,并可以处于变温间室110储物区域的底部支撑部处。重量感应传感器111可以检测放入冷藏冷冻设备100的变温间室110的蔬果的重量。重量感应传感器111可以将重量信号转变为对应的电信号,以供计算处理。上述重量感应传感器111可以采用各种类型的测重传感器,测量范围及精度可根据其所处的实际工作环境决定。
控制器130可以配置成根据种类信息以及重量确定蔬果对应的处理参数,其中处理参数包括对蔬果进行处理的处理时间和处理温度;以及根据处理参数调整变温间室110的温度和持续时间,以使蔬果的表皮便于去除。
控制器130还可以配置成:根据种类信息确定对蔬果进行冷冻的冷冻温度和冷冻时间;以及根据重量计算完成冷冻之后变温间室110的升温时间,并且将变温间室110的温度调节至冷冻温度,并维持冷冻时间;完成冷冻之后,使变温间室110升温并持续上述升温时间;以及完成升温之后,使变温间室110的温度维持在预设的放置温度。
其中,蔬果的重量通过变温间室110内设置的重量感应传感器111获得。升温时间与蔬果的重量有关,例如蔬果重量为M千克,对应的变温间室110的升温时间为T分钟,按照公式T=A+B*M即可计算得出升温时间T。其中,A、B为预设的常数和系数,可以对不同种类的蔬果进行大量实验后得出。在升温完成之后,变温间室110的温度到达预设的放置温度时,可以生成蔬果处理完成的提示信息并向用户提供。根据大量实验得到的数据,预设的放置温度可以为5摄氏度,因为上升至此温度后,蔬果的表皮易于去除。此外,若变温间室110仍继续升温,可能使蔬果被加热,影响其营养成分,并且存在用户直接取蔬果时皮肤灼伤的隐患。待变温间室110温度达到预设的放置温度,例如间室温度达到5摄氏度,不仅完成蔬果的处理过程,使蔬果表皮容易去除,还有效保证了用户的安全。若用户在变温间室110达到预设的放置温度时,也没有将蔬果及时取出,则变温间室110可以一直维持在放置温度,避免变温间室110温度变化会对蔬果的处理效果造成影响,使蔬果在被取出后表皮仍能够轻易去除。
另一方面,在根据蔬果的种类信息确定对蔬果进行冷冻的冷冻温度和冷冻时间时,冷藏冷冻设备100可以在本地预置有一些蔬果对应的冷冻温度和冷冻时间,在接收到用户对某种蔬果进行处理的指令之后,对本地预置的对应冷冻温度和冷冻时间进行匹配,即可完成对此蔬果的冷冻过程。若需要处理的蔬果与本地预置的信息中无法匹配,则可以利用云服务器获取蔬果的相关处理参数,云服务器中预先保存有各类蔬果进行处理时对应的冷冻温度和冷冻时间。具体过程可以是:在接收用户对某种蔬果进行处理的指令之后,按照处理指令生成相应的下载请求,并向云服务器发送,就可以获取云服务器响应于下载请求的相关处理参数,即待处理蔬果对应的冷冻温度和冷冻时间。按照获取的冷冻温度和冷冻时间将冷藏冷冻设备100的变温间室110的制冷温度和制冷时间相应进行调整,就能完成蔬果整个处理过程中的冷冻过程,有利于蔬果表皮的去除。
根据蔬果的种类信息确定对蔬果进行冷冻的冷冻温度和冷冻时间,这个过程可以通过冷藏冷冻设备100本地预置的信息确定,也可以通过从云服务器获取的处理参数确定,不管采用哪种方式,整个过程都不需要用户进行额外的输入或设定操作,提高了用户的便利性及使用体验。例如,接收到用户对西红柿进行处理的指令之后,可以通过本地预置信息或者云服务器获取对西红柿进行冷冻的冷冻温度为-18摄氏度,并持续1小时。
此外,在接收用户对蔬果进行处理的指令之后,若识别出被放入变温间室110的物品为不可以去除表皮的物品,还可以生成对应的提醒信息以向用户输出,并且变温间室110不会进入待操作状态,以免发生意外。例如被放入的物品为罐装可乐,显示屏可以输出文字信息或声音信息,提醒用户该物品不可以被处理,并且变温间室110不会按照上述处理参数进行设定,避免在对变温间室110进行升温时,罐装可乐发生爆炸等情况,有效防止危险发生,保证用户的使用安全。
本实施例的冷藏冷冻设备100,通过获取放入冷藏冷冻设备100变温间室110的蔬果的种类信息以及重量,确定蔬果对应的处理参数,并根据处理参数调整冷藏冷冻设备100的变温间室110的温度和持续时间,使经过处理后的蔬果便于去除表皮,简化用户去除蔬果表皮的繁琐过程,避免蔬果营养成分损失,方便用户食用各类蔬果,提高了用户的使用体验。
进一步地,本实施例的冷藏冷冻设备100,根据种类信息确定对蔬果进行冷冻的冷冻温度和冷冻时间,根据重量计算完成冷冻之后变温间室110的升温时间,并根据确定的冷冻温度、冷冻时间以及升温时间这些处理参数调整冷藏冷冻设备100的变温间室110的温度和持续时间,提高了处理蔬果过程的科学性和可靠性。

其中,步骤S302中获取放入冷藏冷冻设备100的变温间室110的蔬果的种类信息,蔬果的种类信息可以包括但不限于蔬果的名称、类型。可以利用设置于冷藏冷冻设备100配置的人机交互接口获取由用户手动输入的蔬果种类信息。人机交互接口可以采用例如物理按键或触摸按键,在一些优选实施例中人机交互接口可以使用可触摸的显示屏获取输入的信息。人机交互接口不仅可以获取由用户手动输入的被取放物品的信息,在一些可选实施例中还可以用于对自动识别出的物品信息进行确认。可触摸的显示屏还可以用于接收用户对蔬果进行处理的指令。接收到处理指令时,变温间室110可以进入待操作状态,没有接收到用户对蔬果的处理指令时,变温间室110可以有其它用途,也可以将变温间室110关闭以节省能源。

步骤S306中根据种类信息确定对蔬果进行冷冻的冷冻温度和冷冻时间,可以通过冷藏冷冻设备100本地预置的信息确定,也可以通过从云服务器获取的处理参数确定,不管采用 哪种方式,整个过程都不需要用户进行额外的输入或设定操作,提高了用户的便利性及使用体验。根据重量计算完成冷冻之后使变温间室110升温的升温时间,蔬果的重量通过变温间室110内设置的重量感应传感器111获得。
图4是根据本发明一个实施例的基于冷藏冷冻设备的蔬果处理方法中调整变温间室温度和持续时间的示意图。
如图4所示,将重量为1千克的蔬果放入变温间室,根据蔬果的种类信息设定变温间室的冷冻温度为-18摄氏度,冷冻时间为120分钟,冷冻时间为变温间室由当前的25摄氏度降至-18摄氏度并维持-18摄氏度的全部时间。由于蔬果重量为1千克,按照公式T=A+B*M即可计算得出对应的变温间室110的升温时间为T分钟。其中,A、B为预设的常数和系数,在本实施例中A=550,B=100,则可计算得出变温间室110的升温时间为650分钟。并且,变温间室升至预设的放置温度5摄氏度时,可以生成蔬果处理完成的提示信息并向用户提供。图4示出了在变温间室110升温650分钟之后,间室温度刚好达到预设的放置温度5摄氏度,若变温间室110在升温650分钟之后,间室内的温度超过5摄氏度,则可以调整变温间室110的温度降至5摄氏度并维持。将预设的放置温度设置为5摄氏度,因为上升至此温度后,蔬果的表皮易于去除。此外,若变温间室110仍继续升温,用户直接取蔬果时可能会造成皮肤灼伤,有一定的危险。
上述蔬果的冷冻时间可以根据蔬果的种类信息设定为不同的值,例如蔬果为西红柿时,其冷冻时间可以设定为60分钟。类似地,上述计算变温间室110升温时间的公式T=A+B*M中,A、B为预设的常数和系数,可以对大量实验得到的数据进行分析,进而对不同种类的蔬果设置相应的值,使得变温间室110在升温上述升温时间之后,放入其中的蔬果表皮更易于剥除,且不影响蔬果的营养价值。
步骤S312中使变温间室110的温度维持在预设的放置温度,是因为若对变温间室110进行升温的时间过长,可能使蔬果被加热,影响其营养成分,并且存在用户直接取蔬果时皮肤灼伤的隐患。待变温间室110温度达到预设的放置温度,可以生成蔬果处理完成的提示信息并向用户提供。不仅完成蔬果的处理过程,使蔬果表皮容易去除,还有效保证了用户的安全。
本实施例的基于冷藏冷冻设备的蔬果处理方法,通过获取放入冷藏冷冻设备100的变温间室110的蔬果的种类信息以及重量,确定蔬果对应的处理参数,并根据处理参数调整冷藏冷冻设备100的变温间室110的温度和持续时间,使经过处理后的蔬果便于去除表皮,简化用户去除蔬果表皮的繁琐过程,避免蔬果营养成分损失,方便用户食用各类蔬果,提高了用户的使用体验。
进一步地,本实施例的基于冷藏冷冻设备的蔬果处理方法,根据种类信息确定对蔬果进行冷冻的冷冻温度和冷冻时间,根据重量计算完成冷冻之后变温间室110的升温时间,并根据确定的冷冻温度、冷冻时间以及升温时间这些处理参数调整冷藏冷冻设备100的变温间室110的温度和持续时间,提高了处理蔬果过程的科学性和可靠性。
更进一步地,本实施例的基于冷藏冷冻设备的蔬果处理方法,通过获取科学的处理参数并按照处理参数对冷藏冷冻设备100的变温间室110进行调节,以使被放入变温间室110的蔬果表皮易于去除,在整个处理过程完成并且变温间室110温度达到预设放置温度后,可以生成蔬果处理完成的提示信息并向用户提供。不仅完成蔬果的处理过程,使蔬果表皮容易去除,还有效保证了用户的安全,提高了用户的使用体验。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于冷藏冷冻设备的蔬果处理方法,包括:
    获取放入所述冷藏冷冻设备变温间室的蔬果的种类信息以及重量;
    根据所述种类信息以及所述重量确定所述蔬果对应的处理参数,其中所述处理参数包括对所述蔬果进行处理的处理时间和处理温度;以及
    根据所述处理参数调整所述变温间室的温度和持续时间,以使所述蔬果的表皮便于去除。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,获取放入所述冷藏冷冻设备变温间室的蔬果的种类信息的步骤包括:
    利用所述冷藏冷冻设备配置的人机交互接口获取由用户手动输入的所述蔬果的种类信息;或
    利用所述冷藏冷冻设备变温间室内设置的图像拍摄装置对所述蔬果进行拍摄,以识别出所述蔬果的种类信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,获取放入所述冷藏冷冻设备变温间室的蔬果的重量的步骤包括:
    获取所述冷藏冷冻设备变温间室内设置的重量感应传感器的重量测量值。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其中,根据所述种类信息以及所述重量确定所述蔬果对应的处理参数的步骤包括:
    根据所述种类信息确定对所述蔬果进行冷冻的冷冻温度和冷冻时间;以及
    根据所述重量计算完成冷冻之后所述变温间室的升温时间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,根据所述处理参数调整所述变温间室的温度和持续时间的步骤包括:
    将所述变温间室的温度调节至所述冷冻温度,并维持所述冷冻时间;
    完成冷冻之后,使所述变温间室升温并持续所述升温时间;以及
    完成升温之后,使所述变温间室的温度维持在预设的放置温度。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,根据所述重量计算完成冷冻之后所述变温间室的升温时间的步骤为:
    按照公式T=A+B*M计算得出所述升温时间,在所述公式中T为所述升温时间,M为所述重量,A和B分别为预设的常数和系数。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,在完成升温之后还包括:
    在所述变温间室的温度到达预设的放置温度时,生成蔬果处理完成的提示信息并向用户提供。
  8. 一种冷藏冷冻设备,包括:
    变温间室,其内部环境配置为受控地升温或冷却;
    蔬果识别器,配置成确定放入所述冷藏冷冻设备变温间室的蔬果的种类信息;
    重量感应传感器,设置于所述变温间室内,并配置成检测放入所述冷藏冷冻设备变温间室的蔬果的重量;以及
    控制器,配置成根据所述种类信息以及所述重量确定所述蔬果对应的处理参数,其中所述处理参数包括对所述蔬果进行处理的处理时间和处理温度;以及根据所述处理参数调整所述变温间室的温度和持续时间,以使所述蔬果的表皮便于去除。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的设备,其中所述蔬果识别器包括:
    人机交互接口,配置成获取由用户手动输入的所述蔬果的种类信息;和/或
    图像拍摄装置,设置于所述变温间室内,并配置成对所述蔬果进行拍摄,以识别出所述蔬果的种类信息。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的设备,其中所述控制器还配置成:
    根据所述种类信息确定对所述蔬果进行冷冻的冷冻温度和冷冻时间;以及根据所述重量计算完成冷冻之后所述变温间室的升温时间,并且
    将所述变温间室的温度调节至所述冷冻温度,并维持所述冷冻时间;完成冷冻之后,使所述变温间室升温并持续所述升温时间;以及完成升温之后,使所述变温间室的温度维持在预设的放置温度。
