如图1-图4所示,根据本发明第一方面实施例的用于吸尘器的地刷1,包括地刷本体10、滚刷盖20、滚刷组件和微动开关40。
参照图1和图3,滚刷盖20可开合地设在地刷本体10上,滚刷盖20和地刷本体10之间限定出安装空间,即滚刷盖20能够盖合在地刷本体10上,并与地刷本体10相配合形成安装空间。滚刷组件设在安装空间内,滚刷组件具有控制电路。滚刷盖上设有适于与微动开关40相配合的触发部203。
微动开关40设在地刷本体10上,微动开关40与滚刷组件的控制电路电连接,微动开关40用于控制控制电路的通断。微动开关40设在地刷本体10上,当滚刷盖20盖合在地刷本体10上时触发部203触动微动开关40以使控制电路导通,当滚刷盖20打开时触发部203解除对微动开关40的触动作用以使控制电路断开。
根据本发明实施例的用于吸尘器的地刷1,通过在滚刷盖20上设置触发部203,触发部203与微动开关40相配合,在滚刷盖20盖合时,触发部203可以直接或间接触动微动开关40以使滚刷301正常工作,而在滚刷盖20打开时,触发部203对微动开关40的触动作用解除,以使滚刷301停止工作,从而避免了用户误操作打开滚刷盖20时,滚刷301误伤用户的情况发生,提高了产品的安全性,增加了产品的市场竞争力。
具体地,滚刷盖20可以整体与地刷本体10可转动连接,通过翻转实现盖合或打开,也可以与地刷本体10相卡接或相插接,即通过拆卸来实现滚刷盖20的盖合或打开,整体盖合在地刷本体10上,整体与地刷本体10脱离以实现打开。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图1和图3所示,滚刷盖20包括:盖体201和连接部,盖体201与地刷本体10配合以形成安装空间,连接部连接在盖体201和地刷本体10之间以使盖体201连接在地刷本体10上。其中,触发部203设在盖体201和连接部中的任意一个上,也就是说,触发部203可以设在盖体201上,也可以设在连接部上。
在上述实施例中,滚刷盖20包括盖体201和连接部,盖体201和地刷本体10相配合,形成安装空间,以盖住滚刷301,避免滚刷301工作时伤到用户,提高了地刷1的安全性。其中,位于安装空间内的滚刷组件,可以安装在盖体201上,也可安装在地刷本体10上,滚刷组件优选安装在地刷本体10上,结构更加简单,装配更加方便。连接部与盖体201相连接并与地刷本体10相配合,连接部用于把盖体201固定在地刷本体10上,以避免滚刷 盖20脱离地刷本体10,从而进一步提高了地刷1的安全性。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图1-图4所示,连接部包括旋转轴202,盖体201通过旋转轴202旋转盖合在地刷本体10上,其中触发部203设在旋转轴202上,盖体201旋转盖合时旋转轴202旋转以使触发部203触动微动开关40。
在该实施例中,对于滚刷盖20通过旋转的方式与地刷本体10实现盖合连接的方案,当滚刷盖20通过旋转轴202的旋转与地刷本体10实现盖合连接时,将触发部203设置在旋转轴202上,这样,当盖合旋转盖合时,触发部203也跟随旋转轴202发生旋转,直至盖体201完全盖合在地刷本体10上时,触发部203也恰好旋转到与微动开关40相对应的位置处,并微动微动开关40,使滚刷组件的控制电路导通,保证吸尘器能够正常工作;而在盖体201旋转打开时,触发部203也旋转脱离微动开关40,从而使滚刷组件的控制电路及时断开,则滚刷301立即停止工作,因而有效避免了滚刷301误伤用户的情况发生,提高了地刷1的安全性。
在本发明的另一些实施例中,连接部包括旋转轴202,盖体201通过旋转轴202旋转盖合在地刷本体10上,其中触发部203设在盖体201上,盖体201旋转盖合时触发部203触动微动开关40。
在该实施例中,连接部包括旋转轴202,即滚刷盖20通过旋转的方式与地刷本体10实现盖合连接,则位于盖体201上的触发部203将跟随盖体201旋转,直至盖体201完全盖合在地刷本体10上时,触发部203恰好旋转到与微动开关40相对应的位置处,并触动微动开关40,使滚刷组件的控制电路导通,保证吸尘器能够正常工作;而在盖体201旋转打开时,触发部203也旋转脱离微动开关40,从而使滚刷组件的控制电路及时断开,则滚刷301立即停止工作,因而有效避免了滚刷301误伤用户的情况发生,提高了地刷1的安全性。
在本发明的再一些实施例中,连接部包括卡接件和插接件中的至少一个,滚刷盖20通过卡接件和插接件中的上述至少一个连接在地刷本体10上,其中触发部203设在盖体201上。
在该实施例中,连接部包括卡接件和/或插接件,即滚刷盖20通过卡接和/或插接的方式与地刷本体10实现盖合连接,则位于盖体201上的触发部203只有在盖体201盖合在地刷本体10上时,才能够触动微动开关40,使滚刷组件的控制电路导通,以使吸尘器能够正常工作;而在盖体201脱离地刷本体10时,触发部203即与微动开关40相分离,因而微动开关40复位,使滚刷组件的控制电路及时断开,滚刷301停止工作,从而避免了滚刷301误伤用户的情况发生,提高了地刷1的安全性。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图3和图4所示,滚刷盖20盖合在地刷本体10上时,触发部203直接接触并触动微动开关40。
进一步地,如图2和图4所示,微动开关40包括:固定件401、弹性件402和按钮403,具体而言,固定件401固定在地刷本体10上,且固定件401接入控制电路,弹性件402设在固定件401上,按钮403设在固定件401上,且按钮403位于弹性件402与固定件401之间,其中,触发部203可通过弹性件402按压按钮403以导通控制电路,当触发部203 离开弹性件402时,按钮403复位,以断开控制电路。
更进一步地,弹性件402可以可转动地设在固定件401上,当滚刷盖20盖合时,触发部203触动弹性件402,使弹性件402相对于固定件401旋转,并按压按钮403,使控制电路导通,滚刷组件可正常工作;而在滚刷盖20打开时,触发部203与弹性件402分离,则弹性件402复位,接触对按钮403的压力,因而按钮403自动复位,使控制电路断开,则滚刷组件停止工作,从而避免了伤到用户。当然,本发明不限于此,如图2和图4所示,弹性件402还可以包括:固定部4021和弹性部4022。具体地,固定部4021的一端固定在固定件401上;弹性部4022的一端与固定部4021的另一端相连接,弹性部4022的另一端延伸至按钮403处。优选地,如图2和图4所示,按钮403靠近弹性部4022的一端部。
可选地,如图2和图4所示,弹性件402为L形弹片。
在上述实施例中,微动开关40包括固定件401、弹性件402和按钮403,固定件401接入滚刷组件的控制电路;按钮403可控制该控制电路的通断,在自然状态下时,将控制电路断开,当按钮403受压时,将控制电路导通,当压力去除时,可自动复位;弹性件402即用于按压按钮403。具体地,滚刷盖20盖合时,触发部203对弹性件402施加压力,则弹性件402发生弹性变形,按压按钮403,使控制电路导通,滚刷组件可正常工作;而在滚刷盖20打开时,触发部203与弹性件402分离,则弹性件402复位,接触对按钮403的压力,因而按钮403自动复位,使控制电路断开,则滚刷组件停止工作,从而避免了伤到用户。
当然,本领域的技术人员应当理解,微动开关40不限于上述结构,可以只是一个小小的按钮403,也可以是其他结构,只要能够满足微动开关40的功能即可,因此这些技术方案也在本发明的保护范围内。
弹性件402包括固定部4021和弹性部4022,固定部4021将弹性件402固定在固定件401上,避免弹性件402的位置发生偏移,从而保证了微动开关40的使用可靠性;弹性部4022具有弹性,可发生弹性变形,以对按钮403施加按压作用力,使按钮403导通控制电路;且弹性部4022距固定件401表面的距离不小于按钮403自然状态下的高度,以保证按钮403处于弹性件402与固定件401之间。
将按钮403设置在靠近弹性部4022与固定部4021相连接的一端处,则弹性部4022的另一端部距离按钮403相对较远,则对于滚刷盖20旋转盖合的方案,只有滚刷盖20完全盖合在地刷本体10上时,弹性部4022才能够将按钮403按压至导通控制电路的位置处,而在滚刷盖20旋转盖合的过程中,则不足以使按钮403导通控制电路,因而避免了滚刷盖20尚未完全盖合,滚刷301即开始工作的情况发生,从而进一步提高了产品的安全性。
在本发明的另一些实施例中,地刷1还包括:传动件,传动件设在地刷本体10上,且传动件与微动开关40配合,滚刷盖20盖合在地刷本体10上时,触发部203触发传动件并通过传动件间接触动微动开关40。
上述实施例中,触发部203通过传动件触动微动开关40,即滚刷盖20盖合在地刷本体10上时,并未直接接触微动开关40,而是间接触动了微动开关40,同样能够实现本发明的 目的。具体地,滚刷盖20盖合时,触发部203触发传动件,对传动件施加作用力,使传动件发生运动,进而触动微动开关40,使控制电路导通;而滚刷盖20打开时,触发部203与传动件分离,传动件受到的作用力消失,因而传动件对微动开关40的作用力也消失,微动开关40复位,将控制电路断开。
根据本发明第二方面实施例的吸尘器,包括根据本发明上述第一方面实施例的用于吸尘器的地刷1。
具体地,滚刷盖20合上时,由于触发部203可以直接或间接触动微动开关40,因而滚刷组件的控制电路导通,驱动部件驱动滚刷301旋转,使吸尘器正常工作;而滚刷盖20打开时,由于触发部203的触动作用解除,因而微动开关40复位,使微动开关40滚刷组件的控制电路断开,驱动部件停止工作,使滚刷301停止转动,因而不会伤到用户。
需要说明的是,本领域的技术人员应当理解,触发部203可以是在滚刷盖20上单独设置的一个部件,也可以是滚刷盖20上的一个部位,均能够实现触动微动开关40的功能,均在本发明的保护范围内。
根据本发明实施例的吸尘器,因设置有上述第一方面实施例的地刷1,因而具有较高的安全性,在用户误操作打开滚刷盖20时,不会伤到用户。
综上所述,本发明提供的地刷1,通过在滚刷盖20上设置触发部203,触发部203与微动开关40相配合,在滚刷盖20盖合时,触发部203直接或间接触动微动开关40以使滚刷正常工作,而在滚刷盖20打开时,触发部203对微动开关40的触动作用解除,以使滚刷停止工作,从而避免了用户误操作打开滚刷盖20时,滚刷误伤用户的情况发生,提高了产品的安全性,增加了产品的市场竞争力。
具体而言,现有的吸尘器,其滚刷盖打开时,滚刷仍然继续工作,存在误伤用户的隐患;而本发明提供的地刷1,其滚刷盖20打开时,滚刷停止工作,因而不会伤到用户,从而提高了产品的安全性,增加了产品的市场竞争力。具体地,滚刷盖20合上时,由于触发部203直接或间接触动微动开关40,因而滚刷组件的控制电路导通,驱动部件驱动滚刷旋转,使吸尘器正常工作;而滚刷盖20打开时,由于触发部203的触动作用解除,因而微动开关40复位,使滚刷组件的控制电路断开,驱动部件停止工作,使滚刷停止转动,因而不会伤到用户。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于,包括:
    地刷本体;
    滚刷盖,所述滚刷盖可开合地设在所述地刷本体上,所述滚刷盖和所述地刷本体之间限定出安装空间,所述滚刷盖上设有触发部;
    滚刷组件,所述滚刷组件设在所述安装空间内,所述滚刷组件具有控制电路;以及
    微动开关,所述微动开关设在所述地刷本体上,当所述滚刷盖盖合在所述地刷本体上时所述触发部触动所述微动开关以使所述控制电路导通,当所述滚刷盖打开时所述触发部解除对微动开关的触动作用以使所述控制电路断开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于,所述滚刷盖包括:
    盖体,所述盖体与所述地刷本体配合以形成所述安装空间;和
    连接部,所述连接部连接在所述盖体和所述地刷本体之间以使所述盖体连接在所述地刷本体上,其中所述触发部设在所述盖体和所述连接部中的任意一个上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于,所述连接部包括旋转轴,所述盖体通过所述旋转轴旋转盖合在所述地刷本体上,其中所述触发部设在所述旋转轴上,所述盖体旋转盖合时所述旋转轴旋转以使所述触发部触动所述微动开关。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的用于吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于,所述连接部包括旋转轴,所述盖体通过所述旋转轴旋转盖合在所述地刷本体上,其中所述触发部设在所述盖体上,所述盖体旋转盖合时所述触发部触动所述微动开关。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的用于吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于,所述连接部包括卡接件和插接件中的至少一个,所述滚刷盖通过所述卡接件和所述插接件中的所述至少一个连接在所述地刷本体上,其中所述触发部设在所述盖体上。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的用于吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于,所述滚刷盖盖合在所述地刷本体上时,所述触发部直接接触并触动所述微动开关。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的用于吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于,所述微动开关包括:
    固定件,所述固定件固定在所述地刷本体上,且所述固定件接入所述控制电路;
    弹性件,所述弹性件设在所述固定件上;和
    按钮,所述按钮设在所述固定件上,且所述按钮位于所述弹性件与所述固定件之间,其中所述触发部可通过所述弹性件按压所述按钮以导通所述控制电路,当所述触发部离开所述弹性件时所述按钮复位以断开所述控制电路。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用于吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于,所述弹性件为L形弹片。
  9. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的用于吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于,还包括:
    传动件,所述传动件设在所述地刷本体上,且所述传动件与所述微动开关配合,
    所述滚刷盖盖合在所述地刷本体上时,所述触发部触发所述传动件并通过所述传动件间接触动所述微动开关。
  10. 一种吸尘器,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的用于吸尘器的地刷。
