【具体实施方式】 下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
一种风扇, 包括马达和电池, 如图 1至图 8所示, 所述马达与导线连接的两 个接头中的第一接头通过第一五金片 31和所述电池的一极连通, 所述马达的第 二接头连接第二五金片 32,与所述电池另一极连接的第三五金片 33的一端延伸 有延伸部 331 , 所述风扇还包括一与所述延伸部 331配合的开关 3, 当所述开关 3向前推动时所述延伸部 331与所述第二五金片 32连接。 本发明由于将电池的 一极与第一五金片 31连接, 另一极与一端延伸有延伸部的第三五金片 33连接, 马达与导线连接的两个接头中的第一接头和第一五金片 31连通, 第二接头连接 一第二五金片 32; 风扇设一与延伸部 331配合的开关, 当开关 3向前推动时延 伸部 331与第二五金片 32连接, 从而设有延伸部 331的第三五金片 33就和马 达的第二接头连通, 这样马达就和电池连通, 马达就能够工作; 进而就不必设 置电路板, 从而节省材料和工序。
如图 1所示, 本发明所述的风扇内设有一用于喷出雾水的喷水装置 1 , 风扇 的扇叶 4设置在壳体的一端端部,结合图 5,喷水装置 1就设置在扇叶 4的下部, 喷水装置 1 内喷出的雾水随着扇叶 4旋转产生的风流动而吹向使用者身上, 由 物理原理知道, 液体蒸发吸热, 这样就能够给使用者凉爽感。 所述喷水装置 1 包括喷水管 12、套接在喷水管 12顶部的喷头 11以及部分嵌入到喷水管 11底部 孔内的吸水软管 13, 喷头 11上设有方便使用者用手指按压的凸块 111 , 通过凸 块 111按压喷头 11 , 喷水管 12内的弹簧收缩就会从喷头 11顶部的喷水通孔处 喷出雾水。 喷头 11顶部一与其配合的手柄 15, 手柄 15有两个卡壁卡住喷头 11 两侧的两个凸块 111 , 从而通过手柄 15方便使用者按压。 结合图 7和图 8, 壳 体上设有用于放置手柄 15销轴的两个圓形凹槽, 从而方便手柄 15转动。 在壳 体内还有用于放置凸块 111的两个限位槽, 从而在按压手柄 15时凸块 111就在 限位槽内移动, 进而防止喷水装置 1受损。 壳体上设有方便喷水装置 1的喷头 11喷出雾水的通孔, 喷头 11的顶部为圓形结构, 对应的通孔也为圓形结构。
在本实施例中, 凸块 111上设有弧形凹槽 112, 可减轻重量; 在弧形凹槽 112 处设有一加强板 113 , 可增加凸块 111的强度。
本发明所述壳体包括通过热熔固定的前壳 2和后壳, 热熔固定牢固、 紧密。 吸水软管 13放置在前壳 2内的第一凹槽 21 内, 后壳对应前壳 2的结构设置, 后壳上设有与第一 槽 21配合的第二 槽, 当前壳 2和后壳配合固定时, 第一 凹槽 21和第二凹槽形成用于存储液体的水箱, 从而吸水软管 13就放置在水箱 内, 进而喷水装置 1就能够不断的喷出雾水。 水箱的侧壁设有与喷水装置 1配 合的通孔, 前壳 2和后壳在水箱侧壁 23处分别设有与喷水装置 1配合的水箱开 口, 从而形成所述通孔用于对喷水装置 1 进行限位, 在此限位处为了防止漏出 液体, 所述喷水装置 1的喷水管 12上套接一垫圏 14, 垫圏 14周围设置一凹陷, 水箱侧壁 23放置在凹陷内,凹陷为圓环形结构,则所述水箱开口为半圓形结构, 当前壳 2和后壳固定在一起时两个半圓弧形结构的水箱侧壁 23就将垫圏 14卡 紧, 从而可防止漏出液体。 垫圏 14是软质的橡胶材料, 这样在其受到挤压时便 会收缩, 发生形变, 从而不易受损, 而且对喷水管 12也起到保护作用; 另外防 漏水效果更佳。 这样喷水装置 1就被卡位在水箱侧壁 23处。 喷水管 12上设有 挡件 121 , 垫圏 14套接在喷水管 12上紧贴挡件 121 , 从而防止垫圏 14脱离。
在本实施例中,所述第一 槽 21底部设有一用于支撑喷水装置 1的卡件 22, 卡件 22包括用于支撑所述喷水管 12的支撑板和在所述支撑板顶部设置用于放 置所述喷水管 12的弧形开口。 支撑板可支起喷水管 12, 对喷水管 12进行两点 限位, 喷水管 12放置在弧形开口处, 弧形开口适合喷水管 12设置可防止喷水 管 12受损, 而且当前壳 2和后壳配合固定时前壳 2上的弧形开口和后壳上的弧 形开口配合就会将喷水管 12限位在两个弧形开口之间, 从而对喷水管 12的限 位和固定效果都更佳。
所述卡件 22还包括设置在所述支撑板两侧的加强柱, 可增加支撑板的牢固 性, 所述加强柱为圓柱体结构; 所述加强柱根部设有加强筋, 可进一步增加其 强度。 加强筋的个数为两个, 且相对设置, 加强筋的结构为直角梯形, 较长一 直角边与加强柱接触, 这样就可以增加支撑板的强度。 当然, 也可以设置其他 个数的加强筋, 比如一个、 三个等等; 也可以将加强筋设置成其他结构, 比如 条形结构的。 相比之下, 设置直角梯形结构的加强筋可更多的增加其根部的强 度, 这样就使效果更佳。
如图 7和图 8所示, 前壳 2在水箱位置设有用于注入液体的注液孔 24, 该注 液孔 24为圓形结构的通孔, 方便往水箱内注入液体。 本发明所述的液体为水, 也可以在水中加入香水、 花露水等。 从而当液体随风扇的风吹向使用者时, 不 仅能够感受到凉爽感, 而且还能够香气四溢, 给人感官上的享受。 前壳 2上设 有用于放置马达、 电池的马达放置槽 27以及电池放置槽 16, 两个紧靠, 从而方 便马达和电池连接。 后壳也对应设置, 从而当前壳 2和后壳配合时两个马达放 置槽就将马达固定、 两个电池放置槽就将电池固定。 前壳 2上还设有用于和挂 绳配合悬挂其风扇的挂孔 25 , 从而就方便携带风扇, 可随时随地使用, 当然, 也可以设置在后壳上。
如图 7所示,开关 3和延伸部 331配合,且开关 3处于原始状态, 没有移动, 在图中可以看到, 第二五金片 32和第三五金片 33的延伸部 331并没有接触, 也就是说两者没有连接, 即电池和马达没有连通, 从而马达不工作。 如图 8所 示, 开关 3和延伸部 331配合, 且开关 3向前推动, 由于延伸部 331有弹性, 随着开关 3向前推动, 延伸部 331就向第二五金片 32处靠拢, 最终紧密贴合, 从而实现第三五金片 33和第二五金片 32的连接, 由于第一五金片 31和马达的 第一接头连接, 第二五金片 32和马达的第二接头连接, 从而电池和马达连通, 这样马达就可以工作, 从而风扇就工作了。 这种通过三个五金片来控制风扇的 开、 关, 筒单、 方便, 而且费用低, 节省工序和材料。
在本实施例中, 第三五金片 33通过在其延伸部 331 的顶部设置一翻折 332 实现和第二五金片 32的紧贴, 且设置翻折 332可增加接触面积。
结合图 3 , 延伸部 331与开关 3配合部分呈梯形, 开关 3设有用于放置延伸 部 331的底部的凹槽 35 , 在凹槽 35处的一端设有凸起的支撑柱 36, 当开关 3 向前推动时支撑柱 36抵住延伸部 331的底部。 把延伸部 331与开关 3配合部分 设置成梯形结构, 梯形结构部分的两侧壁紧贴凹槽 35的两端壁, 在开关 3推动 的时候支撑柱 36就会与梯形结构部分的一侧壁紧贴, 方便开关 3向前推动。 支 撑柱 36为圓柱形结构,支撑柱 36两侧还设有与凹槽 35两侧壁连接的加强筋 37; 圓柱体结构容易生产, 设置加强筋 37可增加支撑柱 36的强度。
在本实施例中, 所述延伸部 331的一侧壁紧靠一限位柱, 当开关 3向前推动 时另一侧壁与第二五金片 32贴紧, 梯形结构部分的一侧被限位柱挡住, 由于其 具有一定的弹性, 在开关 3推动时由于弹性梯形部分的另一侧以及由于开关 3 和支撑柱的挤压,就会使其相前延伸,这样在延伸时就会和第二五金片 32紧贴。
如图 7和图 8所示, 所述风扇的壳体设有用于放置开关 3的滑槽, 所述滑槽 一个侧壁为壳体的侧壁, 另一侧壁为一挡板, 通过在壳体的侧壁附近设置一挡 板形成用于放置开关 3的滑槽, 从而开关 3可以在滑槽内滑动, 而且被限位在 滑槽内。
所述第二五金片 32—侧为电池放置槽 26的一侧壁, 另一侧由限位柱进行固 定; 所述限位柱至少为两个, 分别位于所述第二五金片 32的端部, 所述电池放 置槽 26侧壁与所述第二五金片 32接触面设有向外的凸起。 这是固定第二五金 片 32的一种具体结构, 首先第二五金片 32的两端被固定, 然后在电池放置槽 26侧壁设置凸起就会对第二五金片 32起到挤压作用, 进而使其固定牢固。 所述 第二五金片 32—端设有向外的凸点 34, 所述限位柱与电池放置槽 26侧壁之间 形成与所述凸点 34配合的卡槽, 卡槽和凸点 34配合使第二五金片 32的固定更 加牢固。 所述第一五金片 31和第三五金片 33上都设有凸点 34, 对应的壳体上 设有与凸点 34配合的凹陷或凹槽。
在本实施例中, 所述马达部分外表为金属, 所述第一接头与马达带有金属的 外表连接; 所述第一五金片 31—端紧靠所述马达金属表面, 将马达的部分外表 面设置成金属和第一接头进行连接, 这样设置使第一接头和第一五金片 31的接 触面积增大, 从而保证马达和电池之间的连接; 而且第一五金片 31紧靠马达, 对马达有一定的挤压作用, 这样就对马达的固定起到一定的作用。 所述第一五 金片 31—端设有向外的翻折 311 , 所述翻折 311紧靠所述马达金属表面, 设置 翻折 311使第一五金片 31更好的且更大面积的贴紧马达的金属表面, 进而保证 连接正常。
如图 6所示, 所述开关 3的外表面设有多条等间隔布置的条形凸起, 从而方 便使用者用手推动开关 3。
如图 4所示, 所述第三五金片 33上设有开板 333 , 开板 333具有弹性, 从而 使第三五金片 33固定更加牢固。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种风扇, 包括马达和电池, 其特征在于, 所述马达与导线连接的两个 接头中的第一接头通过第一五金片和所述电池的一极连通, 所述马达的第二接 头连接第二五金片, 与所述电池另一极连接的第三五金片的一端延伸有延伸部, 所述风扇还包括一与所述延伸部配合的开关, 当所述开关向前推动时所述延伸 部与所述第二五金片连接。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述延伸部与所述开关配合部 分呈梯形, 所述开关设有用于放置所述延伸部的底部的凹槽, 在所述凹槽处的 一端设有凸起的支撑柱, 当所述开关向前推动时所述支撑柱抵住所述延伸部的 底部。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述延伸部的一侧壁紧靠一限 位柱, 当所述开关向前推动时另一侧壁与所述第二五金片贴紧。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述另一侧壁的端部设有与所 述第二五金片紧贴的翻折。
5、 如权利要求 2所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述支撑柱为圓柱形结构, 所 述支撑柱两侧还设有与所述凹槽两侧壁连接的加强筋。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述风扇的壳体设有用于放置 所述开关的滑槽, 所述滑槽一个侧壁为所述壳体的侧壁, 另一侧壁为一挡板。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述风扇的壳体设有用于放置 所述电池的电池放置槽, 所述第二五金片一侧为所述电池放置槽的一侧壁, 另 一侧由限位柱进行固定; 所述限位柱至少为两个, 分别位于所述第二五金片的 端部, 所述电池放置槽侧壁与所述第二五金片接触面设有向外的凸起。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述第二五金片一端设有向外 的凸点, 所述限位柱与电池放置槽侧壁之间形成与凸点配合的卡槽。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述马达部分外表为金属, 所 述第一接头与马达带有金属的外表连接; 所述第一五金片一端紧靠所述马达金 属表面。
10、 如权利要求 9 所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述第一五金片一端设有向 外的翻折, 所述翻折紧靠所述马达金属表面。
